Hey everyone thinks Ishan fell frist and then subman fell harder, do you know why people thinks like this and wats ur thought about the same?

I also have the same opinion now, as I was researching I saw ishan using captions similar to or same as shubhi since 2018 multiple times.(visit my blog) They definitely have some chemistry which looks more than just friendship.Their ig flirting. I'd maybe attribute it to the meds, but I was pretty low before I went to PA. I actually think the six hours of affirmations (half on the way up, and all the way back) may be the cause. I can't get my brain to stop having negative thoughts, but I can drown them out with positive stuff.

Thought: When animals sleep more, they function less. If my chickens get less light, they lay less. Bears in dens.

If humans get too much sleep, does it contribute to depression? (Remember that sleep deprivation can be used as a therapy for depression.)

I think my last submanic mood might have been brought on when my psych told me not to go back to sleep when I was waking up at 7 (going to bed around 11 or 12).

I'm not talking extreme sleep deprivation or anything, just wondering if there'd be any positive effect if I made myself get up after 7-8 hours instead of my current 9-10.

Not sure I *can*, though. I can set an alarm, but I don't know if I'll be able to drag myself out of bed without a reason. Or avoid napping. I've been unable to do the partial sleep deprivation thing the last two times I tried. (Can get up, just can't stay up.)

hmmmm okay so I'm still figuring out this ADHD thing, if y'all are living with ADHD can you tell me if you experience this?

Sometimes I get into periods where I have a sort of sudden, nearly manic energy about a project idea, making really big plans for it - not unrealistic ones, just ones that involve a lot of work and dedication to see through.

But it usually ends up not coming with any drive to actually take any action, it's just like a feeling of extreme elation at the idea of doing it and normally manifests in me just talking someone's ear off about the plan without actually doing anything practical

And on the rare occasion that I DO do something, it has to be RIGHT NOW, this very SECOND, and I can spend NO TIME with concrete planning (ie: can't research materials before I go out to buy them, can't look up tutorials before using said materials)

This is all often accompanied by a mood crash because I get into a cycle where I feel worthless for always being all bark and no bite with my ideas, feeling like the joy I got from the plan was artificial because it never manifests in a finished project.
