Summer at the cottage, part 1

Can’t resist the wood walls in this 1928 home in Southport, Maine. ($995K)

Isn’t this cozy? It’s a summer cottage, and I can’t imagine being able to spend $1M for 3 mos. out of the year, but... 

It really is so pretty. Maybe they use it in the fall, too, b/c that’s a big fireplace.

What an adorable dining room. Love the original door.

Love the kitchen. 

TV room is the perfect place for relaxing. 

There are 3 lovely bdms. The master is nice and big- isn’t that a cute little built-in desk.

The other 2 bdms on the upper level are also beautiful.

If I had a house like this, I’d be so depressed when summer ended.
