Was recently discussing zodiac signs with the incomparable @twistedsnake and realized I accidentally put 'March 13th' as Odette's birthdate instead of 'March 23rd!' Odette is definitely an Aries, which is most evident through:

Her fiery streak! Aries is a fire sign, and you can definitely tell- not just through the flareups Odette has a child- but even when she's ensnared by Rothbart. She always fights back and can't cool her temper, which gets the better of her even when it isn't in her best interest.

Odette is very ambitious and competitive and, honestly, even aggressive. She's always looking to be the first, and goes to great lengths to master whatever skill she's currently practicing. We see this surface when she plays cards with Derek, and his reaction indicates me to believe- beyond him hating the fact that he's getting served by a girl- that she regularly talks him into competing against her in games that she knows she has the upper hand in. Also, I think she's a sore loser which is where she gives way to aggression- as we see her kick down the tree house Derek and his friend are staying in when they refuse her entry.

She is a never-ending well of energy. As a child, she never knew what or who she wanted to be when she grew up because there were so many different directions she was interested in- and we see this in the opening sequence. She wears a tunic and hose that could not be more masculine, transitions to a tight-fitting violet gown that's dripping with femininity, and everything in-between. As a swan, with limited strength, we see her constantly thinking of a way out of Rothbart's dome, flying all about and charting where Derek must be, depending on the position of the sun (time of day) and estimating his presence from the angling of the trees in the forests he likes to hunt in. I think she brought this burst of vitality into her interpersonal relationships, which scared some people off from how overwhelming it seemed in comparison to the 'average' friend and contributed to her feeling even more of being a loner.

I think she's adventurous to her core! There's always so much to discover and she hates the idea of being left out of anything, which often happens. This pushes her into assuming a role of leadership, where she rules with the ideologies she's inherited of her own constitution and believes in wholeheartedly.

Odette stared down at her reflection wondering if the woman she saw looking back was truly the swan princess. She looked worn, malnourished, and filled with hopelessness. Unfortunately, this was nothing new. Swan Lake was her prison. And had been her cell for several years now. She used to count the days, but the scaly-faced man destroyed her counter and she didn’t have the will to make another one. The restless princess knew Swan Lake too well. She knew every single pebble out of place, and every wartorn debris lying on the ground showing its history. Some of the stones were even used as her bedframe or a dinner table set for two. It was her eternal home.

“Princess…” That slithering tone slipped into her senses sending a shiver down her spine. Rumplestiltskin never received even an acknowledgment. She continued to peer down at her reflection contemplating her next course of action. “Princess!” His tone darkened. It fills with aggravation. Despite the anger, Odette refused to even bat an eye. A single fingertip tapped the water letting it ripple. Between each movement was Odile coming more into the frame, gracing Odette with her presence by lurking over her shoulder.

At the moment, that demon was Odette’s only friend. “The imp is here. How tiresome” Odile’s voice chimed in. Odette sighed agreeing with the sentiment.

Without even time to react, a tug of her wrist collapsed her into the Dark Lord’s arms. The days she wished for warm embraces were only met with his chilling grasp. Her body lay limp and frozen against his disgusting frame. Several bony fingers brushed through her blonde strands.

“I know you can hear me. I made you a prisoner, not deaf. And here I thought you loved presents.” There were creaks between each word as if waiting for her response. A response that never came. “Do you want to see how your kingdom is doing? Just a tiny…little… glimpse?” Odette finally made a sound and it was a gulp, a lump of curiosity slipping down her throat.

“Hehehe! Yes yes, you do don’t you?”

“Hurry up, imp.”

“Oh, there it is! I missed your voice. How lovely! Even if it was only used to insult your giftmaster!”

“Just show me.”

With her arm still clutched tightly in his hand, he used the other to create a window against one of the monument walls. Through this window, Rothgarden's endless flowers and fauna came into view. Even some petals flew by giving her cheeks a tiny bit of color for once. Several people were collaborating to create the Autumn Festival. It had been years since she smelled the beautiful aromas of the festival's array of dishes, gazed upon exotic dances, and lip the script of traditional plays. All the cheers filled her heart. By the gods, she missed it all.

“They cannot see us, don’t worry. Stare all you’d like.” Rumplestiltskin pushed her closer to the window. Odette felt a sensation in her body she knew all too well–holding back tears so harshly her body began to shake. Expending even the smallest of droplets would provide the Imp with a sense of superiority. He wasn’t ignorant of her dilemma. The lack of emotions only benefited him. One day, those feelings she held in would explode and he’d be there to finally get what he’s always wanted. So, for now, he let her think she had the upper hand.

“Do you like it?” He said with a crooked smile. “Why… What is this for?” She turned to face him glaring into his golden hues. With that whimsical way of expressing himself, he waved his hands closing the window. “Every so often I will open this portal for you to observe your people. It could be in the early morning or the middle of the night. If you miss it even once, I will never let you view it again. If you do not touch the summoning circle imprinting your mark on it then it will go away forever.”

Odette’s heart sank. It meant she’d have to stay awake even longer than before or find a way to alert herself of its arrival. Panic painted her features and it brought a wider smile to the Imps face. “Or…” He extended a handout. “I will never close it just as long as you make a deal with me.” Everyone in the Enchanted Forest knew that making a deal with Rumplestiltskin meant throwing your life away. She was already suffering… would seeing her people flourish be good enough to continue to live a life of isolation? She lifts a shaky hand. He giggled with excitement. “What is the deal?” She questioned. Rumplestiltskin shook his eager hand. “That’s a secret. See your people once every day or lose a chance to reap the benefits of your torturous cycle of life.”

“Should I… Should I make a deal with the scaly-faced man?”

I do not mind having more then one thread with the same character and/or partner. As long as we can both keep up, the more the merrier. Thus the reason I have my own comicated tagging system (listed below)

The reason for wanting to walk before just threading is because if we don't vibe as muns, we probably won't as muses. Doesn't mean we need to be beasties, I just want us to be comfortable being able to talk because if something comes up in the thread... we need to be able to talk.

NSFW 🔞 must be discussed ahead of time and both parties consent. 100% ok with any details being moved to DM and keeping the public to behind-closed-doors.

I do my best to try to match my partners length for length in replies. But at the same time, I prefer quality over quantity. We can always discuss type of replies (Para, chat-style, short and sweet, etc) before each roleplay. I used to write creative stories/fanfiction so sometimes I can get overboard with descriptions. Feel free to poke me and tell me to tone it down if my replies are outrageous and you can't keep up.

If a thread starts from an ask (ie: meme or prompt) I will most likely transfer it to a text post with a title and a link to the original ask for organization and the easy ability to "remove old replies" to shrink the length of the post.

My Aziraphale is autistic

My Crowley has adhd

My Crowley can change snake species at will.

So this au, is basically like normal at first. Aziraphale and crowley, Angel and demon. Everything’s normal. Until Crowley accidentally walks on a ancient demon territory, called the Garden of Fate. When he walks into it he is bound by a curse to the garden. In which he changes. The curse makes him think he is the guardian of the garden and he has to stop anyone from infiltrating or disrupting the peace of the garden.

He can leave the garden but by sunset no matter what he’ll end up back at the garden.

And each day is like a gamble. Because some days the curse makes him not remember anything besides the knowledge that he’s the guardian of the garden and needs to protect the garden from anybody.

And some days he’s just normal. He remembers everything, his friends and such but still hears very vague orders from the curse to tell him to protect the garden if anybody enters it.

Hope this makes sense…

And I have my own version for if Aziraphale happened to suffer the fate instead!

-Aziraphale is taken by heaven after he gets in the elevator hes straight up tortured. And maybe crowley saves him but aziraphale of course is fucking traumatized.

-Aziraphale is legit thrown into the void for punishment for his actions. By the time hes finnaly brought out hes practically shattered mentally and basically its crowley helping put him back together.

-after finding out about Aziraphale and Crowley’s many schemes and such they decide to kill two birds with one stone. Heaven and hell working together to basically use their control to force Crowley to kill Aziraphale (who either dies and maybe gets reincarnated as a human) and or metatron takes his essence splitting it into two. One part basically works for heaven (being his loyal side) and then the other part, the true parts of Aziraphale such as his love for Crowley and Earth stays stuck in an amulet on a shelf.

basically After aziraphale and Crowley stop the second armageddon heaven and hell has had enough. Aziraphale is requested to appear at the church. Aziraphale finds himself unable to move once he walks inside facing the wrath of heaven and hell. His body being burnt with hellfire and consumed with holy water as his body starts to hurt along with his wings. Crowley was also requested to show up and upon him showing up Crowley sees aziraphale who calls for his help. But in Crowleys panic he runs away. Leaving aziraphale to suffer the wrath of heaven and hell. And Gabriel basically manipulates Aziraphale. Telling him Crowley left him, he was the reason he suffered. Becoming somewhat of an equivalent to Gabriel’s “extra weapon.” Heaven and hell using him to continue the process of starting armageddon. Crowley hasn’t seen him in years because of the guilt. But eventually, they meet again. (I changed it up a bit because it was a bit rushed and stuff)
