L'enorme quantità di contenuti di nudo non consensuali che finiscono online è un problema attualissimo, che può essere angosciante per le vittime e di difficile risoluzione.

Me ne occupo da anni, come presidente di Permesso Negato, un’associazione che lavora per la tutela delle vittime di pornografia non consensuale.

E per le vittime minori è ancora più un problema perché, fino ad oggi, non esistevano strumenti per rimuovere questi contenuti in modo sicuro.

Ecco perché, in occasione del #SaferInternetDay, #Meta annuncia un nuovo servizio per sostenere gli adolescenti e le famiglie in queste situazioni: Take It Down.

Take It Down è la piattaforma gratuita creata dal NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) con il supporto di Meta, per evitare e prevenire la diffusione non consensuale di immagini intime di minori online.

Questo servizio è uno dei passi che potete compiere per contribuire alla rimozione di foto e video intimi non consensuali online scattati prima dei 18 anni.

Durante l’utilizzo di Take It Down è possibile mantenere l’anonimato e non è necessario inviare le immagini o i video a nessuno.

Take it down agisce sulle piattaforme online pubbliche o non criptate che hanno accettato di partecipare: Facebook, Instagram, Threads e molte altre.
