The name is Piqt and this blog is 18+. My playstyle features the lifestyles that stray away from the typical "happy-nucleur-family-in-windenberg" type stuff and instead sheds light onto the other side of the pond. I'm on Windows, play with almost every pack due to a beautiful thing called ✨piracy✨, been in the game since the month it released (in case you need to reach out to someone seasoned for troubleshooting), and am currently using 5+ GB of cc/scripts.

WCIF friendly and I hope I can actually help you in that regard through my shitmix of a folder!

Going forward, since you will encounter content in this pinned post that some in the community have had literal tantrums about, I would like to state ✨EA is a leech, delivers broken content again and again for a loaded price and doesn't deserve your morality✨ and I, as someone who has been pirating since 2005, will keep pirating it's content and advocating for others to do so. In the terms of me sharing my own + others mod folders, I also give 0 fucks about someone losing .3 cents of ad revenue as I believe internet ads are literal acidic dogshit and shouldn't exist.

Reasons for taking the offer:  Ollie it was an easy decision to go since it meant one less mouth to feed.  He also had no worries since his father had plenty of help from his brothers.

When everything was said and done there wasn't enough money for all four of them so she decided to take the offer to help her family.

Sul Sul! Which country is on the brink of a civil war? Which monarch has come under scrutiny for their spending? Is it true that a princess cancelled her arranged marriage? We're looking at the 7 countries the current monarchs reside over, and delving ever so slightly into the tea.

Willow Creek

Current Monarch: HRH Queen Catherine Lawson Heir apparent: Crown Prince Benjamin Lawson Religious beliefs: Secular Closest relationship: Henford-On-Bagley Best known for: It's prestigous universities, and having the world's largest economy.

Willow Creek is a large country with a hard working people. This is said to be the biggest reason they have been so successful in maintaining their production and economic value. It is also home to several of the best colleges worldwide, cementing it's place as a leader in innovation across many industries.

Brindleton Bay

Current Monarch: HRH King Jai Panikkar Heir apparent: HRH Crown Princess Aishwarya Panikkar Religious beliefs: Cult of the Cow Plant Closest relationship: Oasis Springs Best known for: It's widespread support of animal rights and it's controversial acceptance of arranged marriages.

Brindleton Bay is for the most part, a rather humble and diplomatic country. That could be due to the fact it is the are the only country where the peaceful Cult of the Cow Plant is the largest religous organisation. King Jai has continued on his families legacy with religous tolerance and a quiet comfortableness, given the stability of it's economy.

Henford-On-Bagley

Current Monarch: HRH Isla O'Halloran Heir apparent: HRH Crown Prince Cian O'Hallaran Religious beliefs: Secular Closest relationship: Willow Creek Best known for: Being the home of the Grand Volpe Hotel - The meeting place of the High Table, and having the best agricultral industry worldwide.

Along with Mt. Komorebi & Willow Creek, Henford-On-Bagley is one of the three oldest countries. It's rich and fertile land gave way to a bustling village. That village grew to the country we know today, run by the very same sims that founded it: The O'Hallorans. It's lesser known (but equally as impressive) feat is the countries Healthcare system. The first of it's kind, it was then adopted by many others. Queen Isla has reigned for many years, but now everyone wants to know where her half brother, Teenager Prince Giovanni will fit into the political sphere...

Mt. Komorebi

Current Monarch: HH Empress Mayumi Ikeda-Tanaka Heir apparent: HRH Crown Prince Jun Tanaka Religious beliefs: Secular, however there is a known fringe group of Worship of the Watchers that reside here. Closest relationship: Windenberg Best known for: Being the home of the first ever Sim-lympics, and being the fashion & art capital of the world.

Is Mt. Komorebi steeped in tradition and older values? Yes. But is Mt. Komorebi also a modern leader in fashion and style, influencing most other countries? Mt. Komorebi is a country that boasts a finger in many financial pies, to the betterment of it's citizens. This was well fostered by the current Empress Mayumi, who came to power after the death of her husband Emperor Hideo. The world was expecting their son, Prince Jun, to come to power when he came of age, but that was years ago now...

Sulani

Current Monarch: HRH King Maleko Aperahama Heir apparent: HRH Crown Princess Ke'ala Aperahama Religious beliefs: Island Elementals Closest relationship: Brindleton Bay Best known for: Being the permier destination for holdaying sims.

Sulani has changed since the Civil War, between the Merfolk & Sims. Taking back their land, they have taken many measures to safeguard their piece of paradise... and their secrets. The Elemental spirits that the locals serve have warned them of the Volano Activity in Mua Pel'am, yet nothing seems to have been done about it... The question is why not?

Windenburg (Inclusive of Forgotten Hollow)

Current Monarch: HRH King Johannes Von Meyer Heir apparent: HRH Crown Prince Christian Von Meyer Religious beliefs: Worship of the Watcher Closest relationship: Mt Komorebi Best known for: The cities breathtaking architecture, and the battle of The Crumbling Isles.

When the Von Meyers took over the Country, It was a time of great advancement for the country. This was in so small part due to it's welcoming of the Occult Sims, and in particular, the Vampires. That peace is under threat as the new King and Queen Consort are devout Worshippers of the Watcher - who are staunchly anti occult. So how does the King handle it, when he realises that his young twin brother & sister are members of the Vampire community?

Oasis Springs

Current Monarch: HRH King Emilio Menéndez Heir apparent: HRH Crown Prince Sebastián Menéndez Religious beliefs: Congregation of Non Believers Closest relationship: Sulani Best known for: It's love of horse racing, and the luxurious lifestyle afforded to many of it's sims. Oasis Springs is a comparitively young country, though it well and truly made it's mark. The desert laid way for a specific kind of sim: a sim that can afford to keep themselves out of the harsh weather. This is no different for King Emilio, who has come under international scrutiny for his spending in midst of an economic downturn for Oasis Springs. Recently, it was confirmed he had purchased one of the countries most expensive vineyards for his son and daughter in law. Can he truly afford this?

Continuing the introductions, In Welcome to the Ton! #3, I am excited to formally introduce you to the two most powerful institutes: High Table & The Occult Council.

The Pancakes - Summer 2

Welcome back to the Pancakes household for their second summer! We join Bob and Eliza clearly in a good place in their relationship, with Bob enjoying his lunch and Eliza's company, and Eliza not seeming to mind him chatting to her while she works on edits for her latest novel.

As for Bob and Eliza's daughter, Adrienne, she's out on the balcony enjoying a game of chess with her best friend, Axel Woods. Axel, of course, is the son of John Woods and Peaches Zest, with Peaches having left John in the first year of the rotation, and recently married Johnny Zest.

There appears to be no lingering awkwardness or animosity from the early days of the Pancake's rotations. Bob never found out about Eliza's affair with Bjorn, of course, but things have calmed down enough between the two in the know that Eliza has no issue with Bjorn dropping around and catching up with Bob while she supervises Adrienne's attempts to learn to ride a bike.

Initially reluctant father Bob is now completely smitten with his charming, cheerful daughter. Adrienne has a mild mischievous streak but is otherwise a straightforward kid to parent, much to Bob's relief.

More than mischievous, she's incredibly studious, and during the summer worked on her second volcano school project, aiming to make this one even better than the first.

She also never once forgot to complete her homework, on time, and to the highest standard. Early in the summer she came home with her first A grade, and never slipped below that again.

Eliza and Peaches remain good friends, and Eliza can't help but brag about her daughter whenever she visits Peaches. Happily, Axel has proven to be a very good friend to Adrienne, and is a reasonably good student himself, so the two women can trade stories and bask in their collective pride.

Eliza is admittedly a bit jealous when she's introduced to Peaches' newest pride and joy, though. Baby Hendrix is adorable in his horse onesie. Eliza would have loved another child but Bob had put his foot down after being surprised with Adrienne. Peaches and Johnny are also younger than Eliza and Bob, who are both adults (Johnny and Peaches are still young adults), so it only makes sense they're still in the phase of expanding their family. Still, holding Hendrix is giving Eliza baby fever!

Bob remains resolute about their baby days being behind them, though. He wants to focus on Adrienne as she's getting older, save money and buy Eliza the house of her dreams, and enjoy fishing in his free time. He accepts an invitation from Catarina Lynx to join her in Windenberg for a spot of fishing one lazy summer afternoon, and has an excellent time.

It's paying off, too. With Adrienne getting older, he's free to really focus at work, and he manages another promotion during the summer. He's finished his Master Chef aspiration, so his focus now is on becoming an executive chef.

Eliza receives a promotion too, but is less thrilled about it than Bob. Unlike her husband, she has no further aspirations to climb the career ladder. She's now employed as a novelist and plans to stay there, with her primary focus shifting to writing her own books and selling them to publishers.

Shifting her attention away from work frees Eliza to spend a bit more time on her health. She takes up jogging, and finds it a pleasant activity and nice way to admire the pretty neighbourhood her and Bob live in.

The Landgraabs aren't residents of Willow Creek, preferring the heat and beauty of Oasis Springs, but they still own a lot of property all over, including in her neighbourhood. Eliza knows this means they're good contacts to have. Bob has expressed his intention to support Eliza to achieve her dream of a perfect house, so she spends some time picking Jeffrey's brains about property values in Willow Creek. She's open to leaving this neighbourhood for an even nicer one, but wants to remain in Willow Creek long-term.

As they come towards the end of the summer, Bob and Eliza enjoy breakfast together in their backyard one morning.

"Honey, Adrienne has been working really hard at school these past few months. I'd like to give her a bit of a reward. Any ideas?"

Bob thought about it for a moment. "Would she enjoy a holiday at Granite Falls? She seems to like her science. Maybe some bug collecting would be up her alley."

So right after she finishes school, Adrienne and her parents pack their bags and head out to Granite Falls for some camping. Of course, before she can really relax, she has to do her homework!

Bob puts his chef skills to the test and whips up dinner for the family before heading out to the lake to fish. Adrienne enjoys roasting marshmallows over the fire while chatting to her Mum. It starts drizzling, but for the moment, that seems okay.

Unfortunately, bug collector she might be, but Adrienne doesn't appreciate being swarmed by mosquitos while she's trying to enjoy a hearty bowl of three sisters chilli!

The Pancakes enjoy their holiday for a little while, but like when Catarina went to Granite Falls for a holiday, the summer thunderstorms soon roll in. They hide out in the tent for as long as they can manage, but eventually the threat of getting struck by lightning sends them all scurrying back home a day early. Darn!

Adrienne is disappointed they didn't get to stay out camping for longer. Eliza, though, is relieved that no-one died!

They decide to make it up to Adrienne in a couple of ways. First, she's allowed to invite best friend Axel and new friend from school, Olive Tinker, over for her very first sleepover. Adrienne is delighted by this - she's a sociable kid, and had always wanted to have a sleepover with some friends.

Then, Eliza takes her out to the Festival of Youth at Mt Komerabi, where she makes some summer crafts and meets Billie Jang, a new prospective friend. The camping might have been a bust, more or less, but Adrienne thoroughly enjoyed the end of her summer anyway.

Even if she briefly forgot her commitment to vegetarianism and made herself sick eating tuna.

That brings us to the end of a wholesome and pleasant summer for the Pancakes. Bob and Eliza are closer than ever, they're making good progress saving for their new home, and Adrienne remains a delight! What more could any family wish for?

Leefside, Wales 1374

Wen came to visit Moriddyg with her brand new baby, Erik. She had many complaints about life with only short visits from her husband between campaigns.

Kent escorted Wen and the baby home, and while in Windenberg he fell in love with a friend of hers, Soma. They are now married and living there as she is the Queen's mystical advisor.

Fortunately this year also brought the end of the current campaign and the men have returned from war! Cliff says that Wen and Duane are deliriously happy to be back together and are already expecting another baby.

Grufydd didn't return with his adopted family. He deserted the army, and according to Cliff and Kent, he fell in love with a French woman, and joined their side. He sent word to Edward and Sara that he's now married and has a new baby.

Elise never got over her mother's death, and the fact that she felt it was all her fault. She started spending more time at church, and decided to take holy orders as a sister at St Brigid's

Haeju's baby was stillborn, another daughter they named Mary. She was very ill for quite awhile after the birth. Shehas fortunately recovered and has thrown herself into mothering her young boys.

Her brother, Michael has aged into a fine young man, and is providing everyone in the area with delicious fresh fish! Check out the Eel pie at the tavern, made with the freshest eels.

Lastly, King Benson has died of old age, surrounded by his wife and three children.

Edward’s proposal wasn’t very surprising to Louisa, but she thought she’d have more time.

“Edward,” She can’t help it when her voice cracks. “I can’t-.”

“Lou-.”

She interrupts him, knowing his words will only make this more difficult. “We are too young, you’ll grow to resent me. My father will pressure you into taking over the store and you’ll never leave Windenberg.”

“Then run away with me! We could be on a train out of the city before dusk. Come with me,” He pleads.

Louisa couldn’t do it. She couldn’t be the girl who spontaneously ran away with a man, not caring of the consequences. Not after the work and sacrifices of her parents. She needed to set a good example for her siblings.

“I’m sorry… I just can’t-.”

He is the Grandson of the packs creator.  As of right now he hasn’t been able to find his mate who will be the Luna to the pack.  He moved the immediate members of the pack since their headquarters was attacked in Windenberg and needs repair.  So they are in Cooperdale and Moonwood Mill for now.

Kolton is the packs Beta which is the 2nd in command.

Kolton’s father was the Beta for Cody’s father.  Since he was young he always wanted to be Cody’s Beta.  When he first met his mate Rainn he had thought to give her sometime before he asked her to leave her pack.  She explained that the Grey Water pack looked down on hybrids so she had no issues leaving.

Dain & Leena Parel twins

Dain is the Delta of the Pack which is the 3rd in command.

Status: both not mated

Dain and Leena joined the pack when they were young.  Their father died when they were children leaving their Elven mother to raise them on her own.  The former Head Alpha accepted them into the pack.  Their mother would help with the medical needs of the pack.  Leena has taken over her responsibility and also does some spy work for Cody.

Deacon & Bo Sheldon

Deacon is one of the Crimson Moon Warriors.

A/O/B: Deacon Alpha and Bo Omega

Status: mated

Deacon and Bo joined the pack a year ago when their pack was destroyed by a pack of Rogues.  Deacon showed that he was a good warrior and was made a pack warrior.  Bo helps assist Leena with getting the medical supplies that she needs for the pack.

As of right now Ryul is not a member of the Crimson Moon pack but a member Grey Water pack.  He has been told by his cousin there is always a place for him in her pack.  He takes scent blockers all the time so he won’t meet his mate yet.  He knows that as you get older not being mated can be dangerous.

In the kitchen with Chef Powell

Chef James Powell grew up in a family of globetrotters and has been exposed to all sorts of food from around the world from a young age. After graduating from Windenberg Culinary School, he worked three years under Chef Dave Chang before founding his own restaurant in Magnolia Promenade, Little Tartosa. He also works with SimTalk monthly as cuisine consultant.

Butternut gnocchi

For 4 sims - Prep: 40 mins - Cook: 1h30 2 butternut squash, halved, deseeded and cut into wedges • 2 garlic cloves • sprig of thyme • 2 tbsp olive oil • freshly grated nutmeg • up to 3-4 tbsp plain flour • 105g parmesan, grated • 100g butter • handful sage leaves • 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped

Heat oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Tip the squash into a roasting tray. Toss with the garlic, thyme and olive oil, then season. Cover the dish with foil and roast for 40 mins until soft. Leave to cool slightly. When the squash is cool enough to handle, remove the flesh and use a spatula to force it through a fine sieve. Tip into a clean pan, then gently cook for 30-40 mins until reduced to a dense mass that comes away from the sides of the pan. Leave to cool. You will have around 175g once cooked down. Tip purée into a bowl, then season with the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix in the egg, flour and 65g of the parmesan. You should have a soft pliable dough so, if it’s too wet, add more flour until it’s the right consistency. Take a third of the dough and, on a floured surface, roll into a long strip about the thickness of your thumb. Cut the strip into little pillows about 3cm long, then press each one gently with the back of a fork. repeat with the remaining dough. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, then drop in the gnocchi in batches. Cook until they float, then give them a minute more before scooping out and putting them in a bowl of iced water. When they’re all cooked, drain well. To serve, heat a grill to high. Melt the butter in a large pan until sizzling, then throw in the chilli and sage – sizzle for a minute before throwing in the gnocchi and tossing through. Tip into a heatproof dish, scatter with parmesan, flash under the grill until browned, then serve immediately.

Winter cake - Spiced walnut cake

For 12 sims - Prep: 30 mins - Cook: 45mins 4 eggs • 150g golden caster sugar • 100ml light olive oil • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 150g self-raising flour • ½ tsp baking powder • 1 tsp ground cinnamon • 6 green cardamom pods, seeds removed and crushed • 200g walnut flour (blitz walnuts in a food processor to a coarse flour – be aware that blitzing it too fine will turn it into paste) • 100g chopped walnuts • 40g walnut halves • 50g golden caster sugar • 20g pomegranate molasses • 60g icing sugar • 400g tub full-fat cream cheese • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses • 50g pomegranate seeds

Line two 20cm springform cake tins with baking parchment. Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl for 5 mins or so until thick and aereated. Slowly pour in the olive oil, whisking continuously, then pour in the honey and vanilla, and whisk again to combine. Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Combine the flour, baking powder, spices and a pinch of salt in another bowl and mix. Lightly sieve this into the wet mixture, fold in, then add the walnut flour, little by little, until combined. Fold through the chopped walnuts and divide between the tins. Bake for 25-30 mins until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove and leave to cool in the tins. To make the candied walnuts, tip the walnuts onto a baking tray and roast in the oven at 200C/180C fan/gas 6 for 4-5 mins until crisp. Meanwhile, combine the sugar, molasses and 20ml water in a saucepan, and set over a medium heat until the mixture turns a deep caramel colour (around 3-4 mins). Turn the heat down low, then add the nuts, stirring constantly until completely coated. Remove from the heat and tip out onto a layer of baking parchment to cool. To make the frosting, beat together the icing sugar and cream cheese until well combined and smooth (the icing will get thinner before it thickens, so continue to whisk for 2 mins), then briefly stir through the molasses to create a ripple effect. Spread half of the frosting on top of one of the cake layers, then sandwich with the other. Top with more icing, the pomegranate seeds and candied walnuts. Serve cut into slices.

So I made a very rough visualization of how I group the worlds together. The green sections are (mostly) accurate in terms of how close/far away I think each of the locations are from each other within the green sections. Everything outside of the green sections is not accurate for distance though, and just means you would have to fly to get to one of those outer locations/the other green section.

For instance, if you lived in Henford, you could drive to Windenberg, but you'd have to fly to get to Glimmberbrook or Tartosa, or anywhere else. Or for example, if you lived in Willow Creek you could quickly get to Britechester or Newcrest but getting to San Myshuno or Evergreen Harbor would take longer and therefore I'd only send my sim to those places if they intend on spending the whole day/night there.

How do you handle travel? Do you move freely between all the worlds? Or do you limit yourself like, you can't just pop over to Sulani for a drink real quick when you live in Willow Creek?

Home Chef

Finally out of the busy restaurant and into the most elusive homes of the rich and sometimes famous whether it be a birthday party, a wedding party or just a good old dinner party, sims will always need someone to do the cooking and pass it off as their own. It is hard (and long) work but if you love to cook and hate other chefs then this job is the dream.

(Apparently it is my mission to take what EA have put in the game and expand on it to suit my own tastes lol. Enjoy my taking an NPC role and making it a fully fledged career)

Level 1 - Ophelia Villa

You're first home may be a tad dark in décor but the family you cater for here will put your name on the map for bigger clients to come.

Level 2 - Affluista Mansion

Yes the air in Oasis Springs is a little dry and possibly wrecking havoc on your skin but this family pay well and tip even better.

Level 3 - Von-Windenberg Estate

When you finally find the front door of this vast (and very green) estate the spacious kitchen more than makes up for the travel time, the secret bar downstairs is also a welcome bonus.

Level 4 - 1020 Alto Apartments

We hope you like heights because cooking in these high rises isn't for everybody, if in doubt just think of the money.

Level 5 - Hound's Head

Let's be honest everybody loves dogs so having several of them under your feet should be absolutely no problem as long as you don't trip and spill anything on the little fluff balls.

Level 6 - StrangerVille Overlook

The recipes that you will be inspired to make while working in this warm (if not slightly possessed) town will be all you need to move on up in your career.

Level 7 - Cheiftain's Villa

My oh my is the heat in this place something to get used to! Everything here is truly home grown and that fresh fish is like nothing you have ever cooked with before.

Level 8 - Pigulock Manor

Don't worry this area of town has no pollution so nothing can tamper with the flavour of the meals you cook.

Level 9 - 2-5-1 Wakabamori

The serene environment of this place makes for some truly amazing dishes. The vending machines found around town may also be an unexpected inspiration for you too.

Level 10 - Chateau Peak

Now we are talking! The lives of the rich and famous is yours to cook for now, all those celebrity parties is what you have been aspiring to all this time so enjoy everything this house has to offer.

Make sure to not put .ts4script files more than one folder deep in your mods folder or the career won’t appear in game and only one Neia Career package is needed in the folder so if you have any other careers already installed don’t worry about moving that over.

Windenberg, April 1890 (The Victorian Era) 

At times, Sister Katherine was conflicted in her decision. On the one hand, she could have taken Elizabeth to an orphanage, or even helped her to find a new family with a loving mother and father. But she knew the state of most orphanages, and besides, this is clearly where her parents wanted her to stay.  That, and she was growing quite fond of Elizabeth.

She may not be able to provide the child with much, but she would teach the girl to read and write, and perhaps one day she could take over in managing the church. Though it’s best not to get too ahead of oneself. 

For now, Sister Katherine was content just to marvel in this small miracle which had been delivered straight to her doorstep. When in doubt, she must remind herself that this was all simply part of God’s plan.

Queen Opens the House Council

Today, her Majesty Queen Norah opened the House Council. All 25 members of the Alexandra House Council including the head of council, master of defense, and the financial advisor for Alexandra, came together to open the house after a brief Winter recess. 

The opening of the House is a big affair and always follows Trooping the Colour as another celebration for the Queen and the start of another glorious year for the monarch and the people of Alexandra. 

The Queen arrived at the council building at around noon where a short military parade was held in her honor. The Queen entered the council hall and spoke on the accomplishments the previous year as well as what the future holds. After the speech, our cameras were escorted out as the council started their meeting.

During the opening, several members of the royal family were also in attendance including the Grand Duchess and the Crown Princess. 

Following a 4 hour meeting, the royals exited the council hall and took photos in the council building’s foyer. Pictured left to right: Princess Molly Grand Duchess of Windenberg, Prince Henri, King Consort Roy, Queen Norah, the Crown Princess Edith and the Prince Consort Tyler. 

The day would have been considered perfect if it was not for the anti-monarchy protestors that arrived. Although their numbers were small, protestors have been popping up all over Alexandra in the last year or so. The protestors demand that the Queen and the monarchy take more of a back seat role in the governing of Alexandra and the people vote in a prime minister and members of parliament to govern the country.

Here comes one of those bumps in the road right now. Marlene doesn’t like to see her adopted son “waste” his time. His future is bright with possibilities: future lawyer, connections with art dealers, and a huge inheritance. She does not want to see him throw that all away for...wood. Or a girl.

Marlene: Maxwell, why don’t you put this silly stuff away and come with me to look at some paintings, hm? We can spend the day in Windenberg. We haven’t had a mother-son day in a long time. What do you say?

Max: Mmm. Sounds nice, but I’m kind of busy right now. 

Marlene: Well, I can wait. How about after lunch? Or we can do dinner in the city.

Max: I can’t actually--I’m meeting Gnat tonight. She’s excite to make some vegetarian dumpling dish. Something she learned over the winter break.

Marlene: You’ve spent so much time at her place lately. Am I correct in assuming this relationship is serious? Honey, I thought we talked about this--

Max: Mother, I love you, but we’re not having this conversation again. Yes, it’s serious.

Marlene: Of course. My apologies--but you have to admit, I am useless at remembering things now a days. Oh Maxwell, please come with me today. I’ve been wanting to visit Windenberg’s shops for ages. I really could use your opinion and expertise on some furniture.

Max: Furniture? Hm. Okay, I’ll go. But I have to leave at 4 pm sharp.

Marlene: Of course my sweet. It won’t take long, we’ll have you out of there, 4 o’clock, on the dot.
