holy fudge i always forget that i made that twitter thread before people ask for it randomly (not complaining, i'm happy that youtube video took off but i'm always surprised LOL)

i found a repost on Pinterest which i continue to dislike, but seems like it came in handy this time. this is probably obvious, but i don't like reposting content so i'll make credit very clear for everyone else:

this art tutorial was NOT made by me, it was made by TamberElla on DeviantArt (https://www.deviantart.com/tamberella). they did not give me permission to post this, but their profile says that they allow credited reposts offsite.

Don't mind me, just following along @tamberella's wonderful paint-along videos to get familiar with her brush sets - especially the Grass & Field brush set which is so extensive and diverse, it's so much fun to use.

You should definitely check her Gumroad page if you'd like to try them too.

Hopefully one day I'll achieve the same level of skill at digital painting!

I finally took the time to get some good procreate brushes! The brush packs I used are by @thedawner and @tamberella and they are FANTASTIC and also free!! I loved fooling around with the brushes they are so fun

OMG! You just came up on my Twitter feed again after what feels like ages! I have recently got back into digital art and got clip studio, and was wondering what brushes or brush packs you use for your art? It's always so visually appealing 😊

so ummmm i kind of have a brush hoarding problem OOPS in general tho my favourite brushes forever are @tamberellas visdev brushsets and ive been using these brushes a lot recently
