The “Fallen Star” clip has two versions

Which is kind of weird, but can probably be explained.

As far as I can tell, they are almost identical, down to the shape of the clouds. Only the moon (and thus the lighting) and a few tiny cloud wisps are different. The IGN clip takes place shortly before the full moon, the TDP clip shortly after. And there is no mirroring involved, as can be seen from Zubeia.

Yesterday I was already wondering how the Zubeia ride can work out chronologically (and whether the big and small moon are the same or from different nights as well - still not sure about that). My current guess is that both versions are real footage from the show, but:

We see Zubeia travel to Katolis before the full moon in the IGN clip (then Rayla shows up in Callum’s study)

We see Zubeia travel back to Xadia with Ezran and Rayla after the full moon in the TDP clip

Since there is no gradual transition from the dialogue to Zubeia flying through the air, the dialogue can technically belong to both scenes, but in all likelihood actually belongs to the TDP scene.

Does it make geographical/astronomical sense that Zubeia flies towards the moon both when travelling to Katolis and back? Probably not, but neither do the identical clouds and Zubeia’s identical movements make sense. I think the series just uses the moon to show the progression of time, so we shouldn’t overthink it too much.

However, I’m still wondering why there are two versions of this clip. Was there an editing error or what happened here?

Pengertian PPN Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) merupakan pajak yang dikenakan atas setiap barang dan jasa yang memiliki pertambahan nilai dalam peredarannya dari konsumen dan produsen. PPN disebut juga Value Added Tax (VAT) atau Goods and Service Tax (GST). PPN merupakan jenis pajak tidak langsung karena iuran pajaknya disetorkan oleh pihak lain atau pedagang yang bukan penanggung pajak. Dengan kata lain, penanggung pajak tidak perlu menyetorkan langsung pajak yang ditanggungnya. Pemungutan, Penyetoran, dan Pelaporan PPN Dilakukan oleh Pengusaha Kena Pajak (PKP) Pihak yang berhak memungut PPN adalah pengusaha yang sudah dikukuhkan sebagai Pengusaha Kena Pajak (PKP). PKP bisa orang pribadi maupun badan yang memiliki jumlah penjualan barang atau jasa lebih dari Rp4,8 miliar per tahun. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan PMK Nomor 197/PMK.03/2013. Bagi pengusaha yang pendapatannya masih belum mencapai Rp4,8 M, maka tidak wajib menjadi PKP. Namun, pengusaha itu boleh memilih untuk dikukuhkan sebagai Pengusaha Kena Pajak (PKP) dengan memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Agar dikukuhkan menjadi Pengusaha Kena Pajak (PKP), maka seorang pengusaha, baik itu wajib pajak pribadi ataupun wajib pajak badan harus memenuhi syarat subjektif dan objektif sebagai syarat menjadi Pengusaha Kena Pajak (PKP). Adapun poin-poin dalam syarat subjektif dan objektif adalah sebagai berikut: - Syarat objektif Syarat objektif dalam peraturan perpajakan merinci mengenai gambaran kegiatan usaha, yakni sebagai berikut: - Mengisi formulir pengajuan PKP (formulir di-cap jika permohonan adalah badan usaha) - Fotokopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) Direktur atau Pemilik Usaha - Fotokopi Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) Direktur atau Pemilik Usaha - Fotokopi NPWP perusahaan - Fotokopi Surat Izin Tempat Usaha (SITU) dan Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP) - Fotokopi Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak Daerah (NPWPD) dan Tanda Daftar Perusahaan (TDP) - Fotokopi akta perusahaan - Surat kuasa bermaterai (jika pengurusan selain direktur atau pimpinan) - Syarat subjektif Syarat subjektif dalam peraturan perpajakan merinci mengenai gambaran kegiatan usaha, yakni sebagai berikut: - Laporan keuangan bulan terakhir (neraca atau laporan laba rugi) - Daftar aset perusahaan secara terperinci - Foto tempat kegiatan usaha - Denah lokasi kegiatan usaha Dalam PPN, dikenal juga istilah pajak keluaran dan pajak masukan. Pajak keluaran merupakan PPN yang dipungut saat PKP menjual Barang Kena Pajak (BKP)/Jasa Kena Pajak (JKP). Sedangkan pajak masukan adalah PPN yang dibayarkan ketika PKP membeli, memperoleh Barang Kena Pajak (BKP)/Jasa Kena Pajak (JKP). Pelaporan PPN dilakukan oleh PKP paling lambat pada akhir bulan berikutnya dan bisa di laporkan melewati https://web-efaktur.pajak.go.id/. Tariff PPN Sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Harmonisasi Perpajakan (UU HPP), bab IV Pasal 7 ayat (1) tentang PPN disebutkan besar tarif PPN sebelumnya adalah sebagai berikut: - Tarif umum 10% untuk penyerahan dalam negeri - Tarif khusus PPN Ekspor 0% diterapkan atas ekspor BKP berwujud maupun tidak berwujud, dan ekspor JKP. - Tarif Pajak sebesar 10% dapat berubah menjadi lebih rendah, yaitu 5% dan paling tinggi 15% sebagaimana diatur oleh Peraturan Pemerintah. Sedangkan ketentuan terbaru dalam UU HPP ini, besar tarif PPN adalah 11% dan 12%. Tarif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai terbagi menjadi dua yaitu tarif umum dan tarif khusus. Berlakunya kenaikan tarif PPN terbaru dalam UU HPP tersebut dilakukan secara bertahap, yaitu: - Tarif Umum - Tarif PPN 11rlaku mulai 1 April 2022 - Tarif PPN 12%paling lambat diberlakukan 1 Januari 2025 - Tarif Khusus Tarif khusus untuk kemudahan dalam pemungutan PPN, atas jenis barang/jasa tertentu atau sektor usaha tertentu diterapkan tarif PPN final, misalnya 1%, 2% atau 3% dari peredaran usaha, yang diatur dengan PMK. Dalam PPN, terdapat beberapa fasilitas atau insentif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh PKP, di antaranya: - PPN Tidak Dipungut dan Dibebaskan Pembebasan PPN diberikan pada Pengusaha Kena Pajak: - PKP yang menyerahkan barang/jasa kena pajak tertentu - Penyerahan pada perwakilan negara asing - Penyerahan pada badan internasional - Penyerahan dengan asas timbal balik/resiprokal Sedangkan PPN tidak dipungut diberikan untuk penyerahan terkait dengan kawasan ekonomi tertentu. Fasilitas pembebasan tarif PPN ini diatur dalam UU PPN Pasal 16B UU No 8 Tahun 1983 jo. UU No 42 Tahun 2009. Kode transaksi untuk PPN yang dibebaskan adalah 08, sementara yang tidak dipungut memiliki kode transaksi 07. - Fasilitas PPN Ditanggung Pemerintah (DTP) Insentif PPN DTP diberikan pada sektor properti yang diatur dalam PMK No.103/PMK.03/2021. Insentif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai DTP properti ini diberikan untuk penyerahan rumah tapak baru dan unit hunian rumah susun baru. - Diskon DTP Properti 100% untuk PPN rumah atau unit dengan harga jual paling tinggi Rp 2.000.000.000 - Diskon PPN DTP properti sebesar 50% untuk rumah atau unit dengan harga di atas Rp 2.000.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000.000 - PPN Tarif 0% Pengenaan PPN 0% diberikan pada ekspor BKP/JKP yang diatur dalam Pasal 4 ayat (1) UU PPN. Pemberian insentif PPN 0% dilakukan perluasan jenis ekspor JKP yang mulai berlaku sejak 29 Maret 2021. Ketentuan ini diatur dalam PMK No. 32/PMK.03/2019. Untuk melakukan perhitungan PPN yang terutang adalah dengan cara mengalikan tarif pajak dengan Dasar Pengenaan Pajak (DPP). Dasar pengenaan pajak terdiri dari beberapa jenis, yaitu: - DPP Harga Jual Harga jual merupakan nilai uang dari semua biaya yang diminta atau yang seharusnya diminta oleh penjual karena penyerapan suatu Barang Kena Pajak (BKP). Harga jual ini tidak termasuk PPN yang dipungut menurut Undang-Undang (UU) PPN dan potongan harga yang dituliskan pada Faktur Pajak. - DPP Penggantian Penggantian yang dimaksud adalah nilai uang dari semua biaya yang diminta atau yang seharusnya diminta oleh pemberi jasa karena penyerahan Jasa Kena Pajak (JKP). Nilai penggantian ini tidak termasuk PPN yang dipungut menurut UU PPN serta potongan harga yang dituliskan pada Faktur Pajak. - DPP Nilai Ekspor Nilai ekspor merupakan nilai uang atas semua biaya yang diminta atau seharusnya diminta oleh eksportir. - Nilai Impor Nilai impor adalah nilai berupa uang yang menjadi dasar penghitungan bea masuk ditambah pungutan lainnya yang dikenakan pajak berdasarkan ketentuan perundang-undangan pabean untuk impor Barang Kena Pajak, tidak termasuk PPN yang dipungut menurut Undang-Undang PPN. - DPP Nilai Lain Nilai lain menjadi suatu nilai uang yang dipakai sebagai Dasar Pengenaan Pajak untuk penyerahan Barang Kena Pajak atau Jasa Kena Pajak. Disney really went. Let's steal an idea, like we always do, but this time the idea isn't 100 years old and is still currently being worked on, and let's have the same name as one of the main characters, maybe just drop a letter. I have an idea to somehow make an entirely free dating website for people on the spectrum or have other disables. I don't know what to call it or how to get it started. Name ideas would be great, i have an idea to make it kinda look like social media accounts but you can only talk to each other if they send you a request and you accept. Plus you can see who requests to talk to you. Will be LGBTQA+ friendly obvs. Is anyone accutally interested? Or is it just me? Cause dating apps suck for Autistic people and I'm sure it's hard for people with other disabilities.

This might be an unpopular opinion but Bob Parr or Mr. Incredible is pretty toxic, narcissistic, and low-key sexist. I really can't stand him (especially in Incredibles 2). Like can he not just be happy for his wife? He has to force himself to support her. I just- AHHHHHHHHHHH

Cover Letter là gì?
