Character I find most attractive: I am merely a simple and humble lesbian; I see either Anna Maxwell Martin or Elizabeth Berrington with weird makeup and I am already down on one knee.

Character I would marry: See above

Character I would be best friends with: Definitely Anathema, between witchcraft and environmental issues I feel we could get along. Same with Madame Tracy.

a random thought: I struggled to finish the book because of how the narrative is structured, but overall I appreciated its themes and style; it’s a solid 7/10

An unpopular opinion: I really don’t want a second season or some kind of official sequel

My Canon OTP: I think all the ships mentioned in the 3rd answer are canon :P Except...

My Non-canon OTP: ...Gabriel/Sandalphon, although OTP is a rather strong word; I just think it would be funny/interesting.

Most Badass Character: They are all balls of anxiety held together by sellotape, but maybe Adam. Being the Antichrist at 11 years old is quite badass, I guess :P

Most Epic Villain: The Apocalipse?

Pairing I am not a fan of: ..........Beelzebub/Gabriel, sorry but it’s not my cup of tea. They are both interesting characters on their own, though.

Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): Umm, maybe Anathema’s introduction was a bit weird? In the book her approach to the prophecies as a children is less anxiety-inducing. Also WHERE IS LIGUR??? In Liguria???

Favourite Friendship: The Them :’) special mention to Adam and Dog

Character I most identify with: Honestly, no idea. Maybe a random demon that just want to chill and do her things in peace?

Character I wish I could be: No one, but I do lust after Anathema’s whole wardrobe.

When I started shipping them: Ehhh, I can’t really remember? I already liked them on their own in the show, but I think that the Script Book made me switch from “interesting characters and dynamic” to “ah I see they married”.

My thoughts: They are terrible BUT there is also a lot of potential! Both in terms of characterization (special mention to a meta here on tumblr about Hastur being on the spectrum, it was really well written) and backstory (they are Dukes, so they must have done something important during the first rebellion, and what about their missions on Earth during the centuries?). Plus, the animal-on-head is A Look.

What makes me happy about them: See above ^^^ Also, as a former worker at a call-center, let me tell you that sometimes is better to be eaten by a demon than picking up another call from a client.

What makes me sad about them: Well, half the ship got melted in front of the other half, not super romantic :P give me all the fix-it. Or the heartbreaking angst.

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: Premise: everybody can do whatever they want, freedom to the people. That being said, I wish that Hastur wasn’t always used for the villain role. I completely understand the reasons behind it, but I still wish for a more nuanced approach.

Things I look for in fanfic: A more in-depth characterization

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: ?? No idea, sorry

My happily ever after for them: Ligur get un-melted and they go to therapy like a good portion of Hell should do they figure it out their place in a world that didn’t end.

How I feel about this character: Great character design (their suit? I would totally wear it), AMM is a terrific actress and gave them a lot of charisma - even if they are in an handful of scenes. Overall, Beelzebub is definitely one of my faves, fishnet socks included :P. ( And they are fun to draw).

Any/all the people I ship romantically with this character: Uhh, no one in particular? Beelzebub/Dagon is a cute pairing though, even if I am not super passionate about it.

My favorite non-romantic relationship for this character: Probably Dagon, and overall the main demons characters. Also, I like to think that the big fly is basically a pet :P

My unpopular opinion about this character: I don’t know how unpopular it is, but I don’t find the boils/rashes that bad or repulsive to look at? I also think it would be interesting if more Human AUs kept them as a part of their character, especially considering what AMM said about Beez’s concern about their image and status. Skin conditions can affect one’s self esteem a lot, trust me.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: That they had more scenes lol

Favorite friendship for this character: See the “non-romantic relationship” answer

My crossover ship: ?? No idea, sorry
