Taking my braids down cause my scalp needs some TLC. . If you watched my hair braiding video you would know that I moisturized my hair with @themanechoice Tropical Moringa moisturizing cream and I oiled my scalp with Jamaican black castor oil. . While my hair were in my braids I would keep my hair moisturized by spraying my Tropical Moringa daily restorative spray onto my braids and applying aloe vera to my scalp. . I managed to not only maintain more length wearing my protective style but my hair still feels super moisturized and shiny. I experienced very little shedding and that's the goal for protective styling. . As promised, back at it again with a tutorial on how I used @TheManeChoice new Exotic Cool-Laid collection & went from newbie to #TeamPurpleBottle!

➰I began by shampooing with the Minty Guava & Kiwi🥝 Shampoo. That peppermint oil gets ya scalp feelin nice. ➰ I then added the Fresh Mango🥭 & Passion Fruit Mask, waited for 10 mins, then rinsed out with warm water. One word to describe how soft & defined my curls were already: B R U H.

➰ Detangled with the Sweet Papaya & Pineapple🍍Infinite Conditioner. (S.n. It can also be used as a co-wash, pre-poo, rinse out, & a leave in.) Magic, perhaps? 🤷🏽‍♀️

➰ Sectioned and evenly distributed the Luscious Lychee & Dragon Fruit Defining Gel-lo throughout my hair. Curls started coming out the woodworks baby.

➰ For the final touch, I used the Mellow Melon & Nectarine🍊Melted Shine Oil as I took out my twists to enhance the look of my wash n’ go.

@dayelasoul If your deep conditioner doesn't bring a sigh of relief to your wash day process---FIND A NEW ONE! Product: @TheManeChoice's Green Tea & Carrot Mask, in select @Walmart stores. DCs hould make your hair soft, easy to detangle, and manageable.
