There is nothing I want more in the world than for the Titans to be hunting down a mad scientist supervillain and they narrow the trail down to a cutting edge lab that's had suspicious activity and purchases that match the supervillain's tech. One of the scientists has a suspicious record of leaving randomly throughout the day so they break into the lab to stake it out and it's... it's literally just Wally.

Like:

Wally, walking into an empty lab in a full lab coat with a bowl of cereal: ....

Wally, looking at a vent in the ceiling: 'Sup dude

Dick, under his breath: Oh goddamn it

Dick: Hi, Wally

Roy, popping out from behind a plant: Hey, Wally. What're you up to in this totally normal and unsupervised lab?

Wally: Science stuff.... and things...

Garth, rolling out from under a desk: Any of that science stuff happen to be of the 'mad science' variety?

Wally: I like to call it happy science

Dick, muffled from the vent: Wally-

Wally: Totally bored approved happy science thank you very much

Donna, casually leaning behind the door: ... Wally, your lab purchased twelve sonic audio emitters and a miniature wormhole generator for... it's written on the sheet as... 'extreme guitar hero'

Garth: The ethics board approved that?

Wally: It is bored approved.

Roy, sighing and walking out: Great so we're back to square one. Later, West.

Cyborg, the Greatest Titan

So there was once a seemingly innocuous question asked on Titans Twitter:

Though some used it to prop up their faves, it turned into a serious and big discussion: Who is the Greatest Titan, epitomizing what it means to be a Titan the most?

There were a variety of answers, majority being one of Dick, Donna, Starfire, Raven, or even Wally. But what I noticed was the surprising lack of one answer: Cyborg.

One of the most popular Titans, whom DC clearly sees as one of the Titans Trinity (upper right corner):

Whose removal from Titans lore caused a massive fan uproar, yet among Titans Twitter, probably the most dedicated of Titan fans, Cyborg's name was barely mentioned as a candidate to be the Greatest Titan:

The Titans Are About A Team of Teens That Grew Into A Family

A Family of Teenagers that not only help each other in the struggles of being a hero but also the struggles of being an adolescent, having turbulent emotions in a turbulent world

And who has committed to this mission more than Cyborg?

Victor who fought for the team when everyone including past leaders like Dick and Donna walked away:

Stubbornly keeping Titans alive when everyone else wouldn't, allowing Titans to reach their greatest potential: a global network so any teen of any generation can find a home

A man who because the Titans gained utter defiance in who he is, saving not only himself from despair, but also became devoted to giving other teens that same courage, inspiring them to show that they are not freaks nor they are ever alone, thus changing so many lives (go to 2:38 for the start of the iconic speech, but I recommend starting at 2:17)

(Teen Titans 3x13 - "Titans East" - Cyborg's defiance in who he is prevented him from falling to Blood's mind control, defeating Blood saving his fellow Titans, and thus saving the day)

Victor is not only a candidate to be the Greatest Titan, but ultimately is the Most Deserving.

Cyborg is the Greatest Titan, the Lynchpin, without whom the Titans will not work and ultimately cannot because he believes in it the most and thus embodies its ethos the best

Raven had mixed feelings about Halloween. On one hand, it celebrated everything she is and will be. She felt 'normal' throughout all of October, which she enjoyed. On the other hand, as the veil between the Mortal Realm and the Underworld thinned; all of Humanity's unspoken wishes and sinful desires affected her. Which often meant her body would change to make her the most desirable to anyone looking at her.

She felt her ass and thighs expand as she was walking through the city's dark alleyways, causing her leotard to be swallowed by her two massive grey full moons. Raven sighed as she looked over her shoulder to see that it was the hidden desires of your muse that did this to her.

"Well, what are you going to do about this? You can't really expect me to walk around with an ass this fat."

I am so unbelievably fine with this. Wally is fully immortal (despite his constant denial of that fact) and he literally cannot die in any real way. Sure, his body can die (and has many many many times before) but his mind, soul, 'essence', whatever you want to call it, is intrinsically connected to the speedforce and will not perish with his body. If his body dies he just needs to make a new one and escape the speedforce. A difficult task but not impossible.

Realistically, they're probably going to have future Wally 'die' after time traveling to the present to warn the Titans of what's coming. So present Wally will be alive and well, and future Wally will join the millions of speedsters in the speedforce.

If present Wally is smart about it, he'll absorb future Wally's body and memories to figure out what happened. But he's so rarely smart about it.

This is the best case scenario though. Wally isn't dying. If it'd been Garth or Donna or Gar even, it might've been a permanent death.

But Wally is fine.
