decided to turn my regular 16h intermittent fast into an almost 24h fast, then rewarded myself with half a cheese pizza (424kcal) and got done with my meal just in time for my next 16h fast.
lost 900g in total :))
will definitely be doing this more often from now on (maybe 2 - 3 times a week)
