"And you know what to do?"

"Talk. Smile. Lure information out of him. A piece of cake, Azriel." you quickly told the Spymaster. Your newest mission would lead you to the Hewn City where you would have to try to get information out of Lord Thanan. There was a possibility he had connections to Beron and Rhysand needed to have information on it.

"You gotta have a little faith in me, Spymaster!" you grinned up at him, patting his toned chest. His face showed no emotion, he just stared back at you. Brilliant.

The flimsy piece of fabric you were wearing left little to imagination. Slowly gliding over the floor in the throne room — your target no other than Lord Thanah himself — the Shadowsinger’s eyes burned holes in your bare back. You did not even have to turn around, you could practically feel is fury and anger spread all over the room. And it left you utterly confused. He had sent you on that mission. He gave you that job. And why was he even angry?

“Good evening!” You greeted the Lord, on whose lips instantaneously a grin appeared.

You talked with him for hours, one hand always on his thigh slightly leaning over him and really luring all the information needed out of him.

“Lady, might I take you to my private rooms now? We could continue our talk there.” the lord whispered into your ear, guiding you to the exit, his hand on the small of your back. Turning your face towards him, you shook your head. “Sorry, I have to return home now. My parents must be waiting.” A lovely lie you had spun there, the daughter who the parents finally wanted to marry off.

“Of course. I do understand that. Then have a lovely evening, my lady.” He raised one brow, leaning down and kissing your knuckles before strutting out of the door. Only seconds later you waddled after him when a hand wrapped around your wrist. Before you could even gather what just happened shadows and black mist swirled around you and moments later you found yourself in your apartment, a glowering Azriel standing right in front of you. His shadows swirled around like crazy, his jaw clenched.

“What the hell was that? Are you mad? Tell me what that should have been?” he growled, taking a step closer to you. Once again you found yourself in utter confusion.

"What the hell is the problem? I have all the information you wanted and the evening went perfect.” you snapped, now also taking a step towards him.

“Oh, and we are just going to ignore that his tongue was nearly down your throat? That you nearly went home with him?”

Your gaze quickly met his. What the hell?

"Excuse me? And apart from that not even happening in the slightest bit, why would you care?"

"Because it is job and you should not fool around on a job. It is not appropriate.”

You made a movement with your hand. "Whatever. I need to sleep now. Good night, boss!"

"Don’t act like that now!" Azriel scowled, taken another step towards you. He towered over you, wings flaring and his chest heaving rapidly.

"Like what?"

"Pissed and annoyed."

"I am not the pissed and annoyed one here, Mr I-get-angry-all-the-time-lately-because-the-girl-I-like-does not -like-me-back!”

You clamped your mouth shut, knowing that this was a step too far. Way too far.

Your ass pressed against the kitchen counter while his hand was on your throat, his hips holding you in place.

"What did you just say?"

You avoided is gaze, clenching your jaw.

“Tell me! What did you just say?” You bit down on your lip, not answering him.

"I am pissed because you should only be looking at me like that. How you looked at Lord Thanan today. Why do you think I got so angry last time when you got hurt? Because I cannot see you hurt. Because I care about you. A lot."

"What of Elain?" you snapped.

"What of her? You really think after all those years I am still panting after her?"

Confusion washed over you, leaving you standing in front of Azriel with furrowed brows. His shadows slowly started to leave his body, crawling towards you and smoothing up your legs.

"To make it a bit clearer," — swallowing hard, Azriel paused, his scarred hands moving up your throat to cup your chin in his warm palms — "I found myself falling for you for quite some time. Every time you are here my heart beats faster and whenever you are gone, when you are on a mission, I get this aching pain in my chest. Never asked yourself why I make you report to me so often?" You had really never asked yourself that.

"And you never asked yourself why you have caught me staring at you so many times? Why I am always nervous around you? I found myself falling for you since way longer than you."

"Yes?" One hand moved to the back of your neck, grabbing your hair and pulling your head back. Your eyes fluttered shut and you parted your lips.

“Yes!"

With that his lips connected with yours, moving in perfect sync while something in your chest exploded.

He pushed you up against the counter and consequently lifting you onto it. Pushing your thighs apart, the flimsy dress moving upwards he smoothed his scarred hands over your soft skin, your tongues fighting for dominance.

His lips curled against yours and he pulled away. “You taste even better than I could have imagined,” Furiously blushing, you could only mirror his grin, his shadows slowly tingling your legs.

“So, last time I was here you said the bedroom is upstairs. How will I get up there with the wings?”

A loud giggle left your lips, throwing your head back. “It is quite spacey, no worries we will make it work. Otherwise we have to opt for the kitchen counter or the couch.”

“I like the way you think.”

With that his mouth was on yours again, large palms cupping your butt and lifting you up.

Let’s just say you made it work — where is up to your imagination.

Ở Teyvat, phép thuật là một điều hết sức quen thuộc và người nào cũng có chức năng điều khiển một hay nhiều loại nguyên tố màu nhiệm.

Among Us

Một cái tên đình đám khác không thể không kể đến đó chính là Among Us. Trong khoảng time vừa qua, trò chơi này đang tựa game đang làm mưa làm gió với cộng đồng game thủ. Khỏi phải nói về độ hấp dẫn của trò chơi này khi mà các bạn cũng có thể thấy nó phát triển ra ở hầu hết các bảng xếp hạng uy tín.

Among Us đưa người chơi vào các đội gồm 4-10 người chơi sửa chữa một trạm vũ trụ bằng cách hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác nhau. Trong khi tất cả cố gắng hoàn thành nhiệm vụ thì có những kẻ giết người trà trộn vào đám đông để bí mật hạ sát từng người một. Tựa game ban đầu được phát hành vào năm 2018, nhưng ở thời điểm ra mắt có rất ít người chơi tựa game này. Tuy nhiên trong khoảng time gần đây, Among Us bất ngờ hot trở lại với hàng chục triệu lượt chơi mỗi ngày.

Điểm nổi bất gây chú ý của Among Us là lối chơi chơi theo dạng “Ma sói” khiến mọi người phải lừa lọc nhau để giành chiến thắng. Mấu chốt của vấn đề là các bạn phải biết hoặc nhận ra ai là người nói thật, ai là người nói dối để ra quyết định đúng đắn nhất.

Rocket League

Mặc dù đã ra mắt từ năm 2015, tuy nhiên việc chuyển từ thu phí sang miễn phí lại khiến cái tên Rocket League trở nên khá hot. Game đưa game thủ vào một trận đấu bóng đá, nhưng thay vào việc điều khiển các cầu thủ, người chơi sẽ được điều khiển một chiếc xe đua, sử dụng các cú húc của mình để cố gắng đưa bóng vào trong lưới.

Trong lúc điều khiển chiếc xe đua, người chơi sẽ cố gắng điều chỉnh hướng để làm sao cố gắng “húc” trúng bóng bay về khung thành đối phương. Rực rỡ hơn, các sân bóng trong Rocket League còn cung cấp thêm các điểm tăng tốc độ để tạo lợi thế cho người chơi. Tốc độ xe càng cao, lực húc tác động lên bóng sẽ càng được tăng lên, có nghĩa rằng đối thủ sẽ khó có cơ hội cản phá hơn hẳn.

Sở hữu một lối chơi đơn giản là vậy nhưng Rocket League lại rất dễ gây nên nghiện cho người chơi nhờ cảm giác thích thú khi ghi được bàn thắng vào lưới đối phương. Bởi vì thế, Rocket League luôn nằm trong Top những tựa game online được nhiều người chơi nhất trong suốt 5 năm qua.

Sau nhiều năm phát hành theo dạng trả phí, cuối cùng Rocket League đã có bước chuyển mình lớn. Hiện, các bạn chỉ cần một tài khoản Epic Games Store bình thường là có thể tải và chơi miễn phí vĩnh viễn tựa game này.

Fall Guys

Lối chơi của Fall Guys đơn giản và dễ dàng là sự kết hợp giữa thể loại game Battle Royale với tựa game vui nhộn Human Fall Flat khi người chơi sẽ hóa thanah thành một nhân vật hình hạt đậu cùng với 59 người chơi khác vượt qua rất nhiều thử thách khác nhau. Mỗi vòng chơi yêu cầu người chơi phải có kĩ năng tránh nè, team work, nhanh tay nhanh mắt, ai là người về đích hoặc sống sót trước khi hết thời gian sẽ là người được vào vòng trong, cứ thể sẽ chọn ra người chiến thắng cuối cùng.

Trong khi những tựa game Battle Royale khác mô tả yếu tố sống còn, súng đạt trong những trận chiến đầy cam go thì Fall Guys mang đến một cuộc thi theo phong cách đấu trường không bạo lực và yên tĩnh hơn nhiều, đồng thời giữ cho tựa game gây nghiện. Game không chỉ mang đến mức cạnh tranh vui vẻ và sảng khoái mà còn rất thân thiện với người chơi. Đó là lý do tại sao Fall Guys đã thu hút được sự chú ý của thế giới game, game không phải như bất kỳ tựa game Battle Royale nào trước đó, không có bắn súng, không có cướp bóc và hầu như không có bất kỳ bạo lực nào. Người chơi chỉ cần chạy đua qua một chướng ngại vật trên bầu trời và đi đến đích.

Grounded

Ra mắt thời điểm cuối tháng 7 vừa qua, tựa game sinh tồn, co-op Grounded đã ra mắt trên Steam dưới dạng Early Access. Với nội dung mới lạ, hình ảnh đẹp cùng với đó là lối chơi co-op cực kỳ hấp dẫn, Grounded đã gây chú ý lớn của cộng đồng game thủ.

Chỉ trong vòng chưa đầy 48 tiếng, Grounded đã thu về hơn 1 triệu lượt chơi trên Xbox và Steam. Đây có thể coi là một kỷ lục mới của Obsidian, những người đã từng có mặt trên thị trường những bom tấn đang quan tâm như Fallout: New Vegas và The Outer Worlds.

Đây cũng được gọi là thành công lớn của sự hợp tác giữa Steam và Microsoft. Sau khi kết hợp vào đầu năm 2020, bộ đôi này đã có màn ra mắt không thể hoàn hảo hơn.

Tại Việt Nam, Grounded cũng được cộng đồng game thủ vô cùng yêu thích. Hàng loạt streamer lớn như Dũng CT hay PewPew (mới trở lại) cũng rất “nghiện” trò chơi nay. Với những buổi livestreams hàng chục nghìn người xem, có thể thấy tiềm năng của Grounded là rất lớn khi phát triển cùng cộng đồng game thủ Việt.

GTA V

Không khác gì với Rocket League, GTA V tuy là một game cũ nhưng vẫn có mặt trong danh sách này vì độ hot của nó trong năm 2020. Sau đợt phát tặng miễn phí của Epic Games Store, GTA V nhanh chóng khẳng định được vị thế là 1 trong game có người chơi nhiều nhất năm 2020.

Nói theo một cách khác,GTA Vlà một mặt hàng hoàn hảo từ “A tới Z”. Sở hữu đồ họa đỉnh cao, gameplay xuất sắc, cùng với đó là nội dung game lôi cuốn,GTA Vthực sự là tựa game mà bạn buộc phải chơi một lần trong đời nếu không muốn nuối tiếc.

Hiếm có hãng game nào điên rồ tới mức tái hiện lại cả thành phố Los Angles đồ sộ tới từng chi tiết nhỏ như Rockstar. Mức độ chi tiết củaGTA Vthể hiện rõ nhất ở bản PC dưới góc nhìn thứ nhất, và với chế độ Director Mode mới người chơi thậm chí là dựng được phim từ game. Một cốt truyện sâu sắc, phần chơi multiplayer tuyệt vời và hơn hết là nơi mà ai cũng có thể tìm thấy được niềm vui,GTA Vchính là 1 trong kiệt tác lớn nhất của Rockstar tính đến lúc này.

Maldives Twitter wakes up to a fever dream where everyone is Ali Rameez

At 12AM on Friday the 23rd of November 2018, a whole bunch of Maldivian twitter users changed their profile pictures to the one above. It shows a young Ali Rameez leaning back, relaxing his head against his arm. The incident is referred to by some as #NationalAyyaDay.

This is a bipartisan effort, okay? Whether you’re a snowflake or a YAG supporter or a feminist or a humanist, please come together for this one day so we can all celebrate the greatest Maldivian singer of all time: Ali Rameez. Happy #NationalAyyaDay! ♥️

To make things worse, many users changed their names to song lyrics by the one time Maldivian king of pop. There was once a time when you could not walk two feet in the Maldives without hearing one of his songs on the TV or radio. I’d post more screenshots of the incident, but most people have already changed their pictures and names back. Guess the world can only take so much Ayya.

Of course I say one time because Ali Rameez is currently a violent extremist “sheikh” who constantly spreads hate and fear speech against Maldivian minorities such as non-Muslims and LGBTI+ people. While being a massive sexist of course. On top of this, he also regularly promotes such lovely things as child marriage.

In the above screenshot, the Dhivehi text reads “Islam dheenun beyru vejje meehaa; gathul kuraasheve’”, which roughly translates to “Slaughter those who leave Islam”. The first comment below it reads “It is best if such children move to a country where they can get the freedoms that they want. No space for atheist in this country”. It doesn’t take a genius to see how this encourages vigilante violence against non-Muslims. I suppose it is also worth pointing out again for the thousandth time that the Maldives is one of the few countries in the world whose constitution bans freedom of conscience. Ali Rameez promotes these views on his official twitter account and his facebook page, where he also pimps out his extremist buddies from religious NGOs like Jammaiyathul Salaf.

With all this in mind, it shouldn’t be surprising to anyone that Ali Rameez hates his pop star past. He did famously dump all of his CD’s into the ocean after all.

So while people took the opportunity to mock / celebrate him by sharing his music and reminiscing about the days when he wasn't a psychopath, others took the opportunity to gaslight Maldivian minorities by claiming that the good sheikh was being bullied.

we advocate for tolerance and acceptance yet we are intolerant to those that have an understanding different to us. I really don't believe @aliramyz should be bullied and bashed like this. This has gone beyond a simple friendly joke. This needs to stop.

This kind of gaslighting is typical from “liberal” Maldivians who fall head over heels to defend extremists yet never utter a single word in support of Maldivian minorities whose very existence is criminalized. As such I am sure these people are not ignorant of Ali Rameez’s extremism. Instead I think they are sympathetic. I think extremists like that say what these people are afraid of saying. What they really think.

You will never get any of these people to admit whether they support something as basic as freedom of conscience. However they will rarely admit they don’t support it either. Instead, they will prop up the extremists who have the courage to actually express such darkness. This is why I respect honest extremists who will say to my face that they want to kill me. I have no respect at all to closet conservatives like this who pretend to sit on a fence while they crap on minorities below. It is not an equal conversation when one side has their existence criminalized.

Comments like this one are referring to an incident in the past when a woman on twitter made extremely homophobic remarks. For once a lot of people on Maldivian twitter called out this woman for her blatantly bigoted remarks. Not this crowd of closet conservatives though. Much like this incident, back then they sided with the bigot being roasted. How could you bully such an innocent person they all decried.

This past event, and the common occurrence of conservatives and extremists to claim to be victims of “bullying”, is what has led to the creation of the local meme of “bleeing”.

This type of gaslighting would be funny if it wasn’t the norm. Gaslighting, for those unfamiliar, is when an oppressor makes a person doubt their own memories and self. It is a common tactic used by abusive people against their partners. Wikipedia defines it as “a form of psychological manipulation that seeks to sow seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or in members of a targeted group, making them question their own memory, perception, and sanity. “

They states that the signs of gaslighting are:

Withholding information from victim;

Countering information to fit the abuser's perspective;

Discounting information;

Verbal abuse, usually in the form of jokes;

Blocking and diverting the victim's attention from outside sources;

Trivializing the victim's worth; and,

Undermining victim by gradually weakening them and their thought process.

When have he ever advocated killing anyone he deems as infidels? Any reference?

Look at the response above. Ali Rameez is well known for blaming rape victims and his support for child marriage. Yet the original tweet dismisses this as having a “different understanding”.

It’s nice that everyone’s having a bit of fun. But do try to keep in mind that @aliramyz thinks it’s okay to marry 13 year olds, promotes violent jihad, is a core member of Jamiyyathul Salaf, and advocates the death penalty for those he considers laadheenee.

Ali Rameez towards the end of his music career was in a band called “Freeze Band”. Once he gave up music, he capitalized on this by creating “Freeze Brand” - a company that sells dried fish and other products. Gotta admit that some of their stuff is pretty delicious though.
