#perryshmirtz #perry the platypus #perry the human #heinz doofenshmirtz #phineas and ferb AU #alternate universe #This is based on the 2023 Wonka movie but with alterations ofc #basically this is how it goes: when Heinz was being raised by ocelots the mama ocelot wold steal chocolate for him once in a while #don't ask me the logic behind this there's no logic use your imagination #and that's how he tasted chocolate for the 1st time in his life 'cause his family never let him eat it because he “didn't deserve it”#that was the happiest part of his childhood and what motivated him to become a famous chocolatier instead of a villain #and then the events of the movie happen - Perry is cast out for not seeing Heinz picking up the cocoa #and then he goes on a quest to steal back a thousandfold on chocolate from Heinz #he becomes Heinz enemy by stealing from him for 3 years just like in the movie #oh and when he first went after Heinz he met the Flynn-Fletchers - a family of traveling merchants #and he somehow always convinced them to travel to wherever Heinz would go - they don't know about him and thir whole enmity tho #Perry worked for them in exchange for food and a roof over his head - but he was eventually adopted by them as the honorary Uncle #the timeline of the AU would go like this:#1st) The 3 years of Perry chasing Heinz #2nd) The events of the 2023 Wonka movie (with some minor changes I guess - and it includes a flashback of Heinz parents and of mama ocelot)#3rd) post-canon with Perry and Heinz being copartners of the “Fantastic Chocolate Factory” aka the “Heinz” factory #oh and when they become copartners they start dating and eventually move in together #OH and we have a dinner scene with Heinz and the Flynn-Fletcher family loosely inspired by the 2005 movie #Perryshmirtz Wonka!AU

As someone who grew up barely protestant, the only consistent church service I went to was Christmas and the nativity play at my junior school until I went to a secular high school and also as someone that unironically likes the glee version of some songs and had like a 5 month long high school musical kick recently, just generally likes musicals:

Journey to Bethlehem is actually so entertaining and they did not have to go so hard with the songs. I could immediately tell it was a modern retelling not intending on being accurate (biblically or historically) and that's fine. It's a movie with Milo Manheim and a donkey named Fig as a repccuring character, it's meant to be campy and for shits and giggles.

#also those getting mad that the songs are studio recorded and lipsynced #i dont understand #to my knowledge thats how most tv and film musicals are made #because it would he hard to do it live and sound constistent through the varied shots and dance takes #everyone talking about good to be king and yes its an amazing villain song #but in my blood is so good as well i dont know it just scratches my brain right #tho the ultimate deception is my favourite #journey to bethlehem #milo manheim #fiona palomo #antonio banderas #is fantastic as king herod #its genuinly just a fun time #break from qsmp stuff to enjoy a good old fashioned movie

Dammit Magneto

Finally watching Last Stand and of course Eric is being a dick for no reason. Shit like this is always the worst part of the X-Men movies for me. Like I get it, magneto does ethically questionable shit to protect mutant kind but COME ON. He's been misguided in this trilogy, and he's even disappointed me. But now I just want to punch him, and I have the feeling its going to get worse.

Like damn Magneto! You really gonna do Mystique like that after everything. Not even gonna give her a coat or something? Call her a cab? Guess anyone who rolls with Magneto better be careful not to get hate crimed because the master of magnetism will drop you at the speed of quicksilver. Fucking hate it when Magneto is written like this, it is my biggest issue with the X-Men movies. X-Men 97 Magneto is like a cherry popsicle on a hot day.

tbh the problem w wendell and wild is u can tell the ppl working on it had like Too many ideas for it that they all wanted to include which wld be great if it was like an ongoing series but ended up w it feeling a little crammed bc they didnt rlly have the run time to give everything the breathing room that it deserved if that makes any sense
