This is the first time we see Robin really vulnerable in front of her crew. This whole scene is a great moment for her character, showing the normally calm and collected woman suddenly so scared she's fallen down and frozen in fear (though not literally just yet), and it does a good job setting up her character growth in W7/EL.

Chapter 320

Related to the previous one, this is another great look at Robin's character. Here she's already willing to sacrifice herself if it means everyone else will get away, just like she tries to do in Water 7, and I suspect she attacked Aokiji to goad him into focusing on her instead of Luffy and the others.

Chapter 321

Once again we're coming back to Robin and her newfound love for the crew. She's perfectly fine here, but according to the next chapter, it appeared to the rest of the crew that she recovered a little after Luffy, leaving the room after he did. I wonder what she was thinking about while resting - was she worried about the fact that she could no longer leave of her own free will, having become attached to them? Was she preparing to give herself over to the WG should Aokiji alert his comrades? Was she contemplating suicide in order to free the Strawhats from the perceived burden of having her as a crewmate?

Chapter 323

Yes we are once more coming back to the "Robin loves the Strawhats so so much" hour. Look at her smile!

The introduction of a fantastic and iconic outfit, and she's hanging out with Chopper :)

Chapter 340

This is an interesting scene. Robin is telling this to Sanji and Chopper to try to keep them away from her - she's clearly stating that she's leaving the crew, and trying to emphasize that she herself is dangerous to have around to make them stay away. But even though she loves them, it's apparent that she doesn't know them well enough yet, because this only makes them more worried about her and desperate to go after her.

Chapter 340

A continuation of the above - despite that she's trying to drive them away from her, she can't help but leave them with kind words, and thank them for everything they've done for her.

Chapter 347

She's trying so hard to play the part of the villain here, deliberately being vague with her wording to make it sound like she's sacrificing the Strawhats for her own dream when in fact it's the other way around. I'm not sure if it's because she has trouble being vulnerable with people at this point in time, or if it's because she correctly thinks that the others won't accept her actual reason.

From Chapter 359, I had to include this whole sequence because. Augh. Augh. We finally know the truth, that she loves the crew so much that even though they brought back her will to live, she's ready to die all over again just so they can keep going. She can't betray them so she can live this time - it seems like she never even considered that possibility despite doing it so many times in the past. And she just has to tell someone the truth. She might not have said anything if Iceburg hadn't accused her of being on good terms with the government, and insulted her dream. aaaaaauuuuuuuggggggghhhhhhhhhh

Chapter 370

We return to the comedy abruptly! Endlessly amusing how serious and calm she is here while Sogeking is doing goofy things with his arms for truly no reason.

Top 5 Gotham Knights characters

You mean Top 6! Bc there is no way I am not mentioning all the kids here.

1. Turner Hayes - I luff him! I love how kind and determined he is! How devotrd he is to the team they had created. He's heroic, but not stupid (see the art thief episode). He clearly loves the thrill of vigilantism, but he has pretty good self-preservation instincts. All his relationship are amazing! I love how he is always the one wjo talks about them as a team and so far he had put his money where his mouth is. He clearly loves being Batman's son, even if he only found out post-mortem (before that he loved being Bruce Wayne's son; see the party he throws in the pilot just because), while still holding a bit of grudge against his dad. I kinda wish there was a way to get Turner and Bruce flashbacks bc I feel they would be very different from the usual Batman-Batkid dynamic, if only by virtue of the fact that Turner is the one batkid who had no idea his dad was Batman (idk if this had been done before).

2. Stephanie Brown - She's brilliant, she's kind, she's loyal to a fault! She is aware of her brilliance and refuses to admit defeat! She keeps hacking even after almost being caught by the police! I loved the scene where she went to her dad with the mob ledger and basically gave him Cassandra's truth in order for him not to suspect anything. And her scenes with Harper...let's just say I am looking.

3. Duela Doe - I have a feeling that by the end she's gonna be #1 on this list. For now the other characters outshine her a bit. But I looove how she unintentionally saved the day by kidnapping a 90yo woman and had to be COMFORTED about it. Her dynamic with Carrie is hilarious and I ship her and Turner so much. I luff the subtle ways the show highlights her daddy issues, how she genuinely accepted Turner's apology in the pilot after punishing him (by punching), how she was ready to run away from Gotham from ep 2 even if she screwed others over. And I just love her general vibe.

4. Cullen Row - I liked him since the pilot when he tricked the cops with their stations. I find him admirable. He wants to stay in Gotham to clear his name cause he chose this name! He steals evidence from the police on the regular by disguising himself! He genuinely wants to be the hero Gotham thinks he is!

5. Carrie Kelly - She saved Batman's life and badgered him till she let her be Robin! She genuinely cares about Gotham! She has the drive and desire for justice only a Gotham vigilante could have. I feel like out of all the kids in the show she is genuinely ~Batman's succesor in ways I don't think I've seen other batkids be in any canon. She's only this low on the list bc I find the other shined more...for now.

6. Harper Row - We love an overprotective sister! I think out of everyone in this show Harper is the one I find most ~relatable (esp if her taste in women lie where I think they do). But sadly I think the others *popped* more.

I am so rusty at writing that I hesitate to ever talk about writing things, because I almost never finish them, and even if I did, I'm not sure I would share anything publicly right now lol sob, but I'd still like to try to write something for the KPTS Prompt Fest. 1. Vegas/Porsche arranged marriage:

Bonus points for Vegas resenting Porsche for being the son his father has always wanted (or in the version where Gun's already dead, for stealing his birthright), and plotting little schemes before their marriage to ruin him and the like, and Porsche disarming him the more they get to know each other. Extra bonus points if Vegas betrays him anyway, just like in canon, but the fondness is still real (for both of them), and makes it hurt more on both sides.

2. Vegas wakes up main family heir: Vegas goes to sleep wishing, not for the first time, that he'd been born to the main family. He wakes up in an alternate universe where his grandfather made Gun the main family heir, not Korn. Gun is not a better father in this timeline. 3. Vegaskinn arranged marriage: Korn strong arms the minor family into a marriage agreement to, he claims, ease the tensions between them, but actually because he would like to collect Vegas and Macau under his roof, like chess pieces or pokemon.

It would be fun if this were set after Vegas's big betrayal, as his punishment, instead of being blacklisted and going to the safehouse, but it can also be something AU/pre-canon. The hilarious idea popped into my head of Korn having already arranged Tankhun/Porsche and Kim/Chay marriages long before he decided Kinn/blood-related nephew should happen. Alternatively, maybe Kim/Chay and Kinn/Porsche as preexisting relationships make Korn confident in his hold on the Kittisawats, and he assumes Kinn/Vegas will be a loveless Emperor/Empress marriage up against Porsche as Kinn's most beloved noble consort. 4. Porsche and Big bodyswap: Cue Big experiencing the exquisite pain of Kinn looking at him with adoration and want, but it's not actually HIM he's looking at, and fighting himself on what to do when Kinn wants to touch him. Cue Porsche having to get along with Ken and pretend he loves doing nothing but shittalking himself all day. Cue Porsche picking up on the fact that Chan is completely gone for him (for Big) after years of Big missing all the signals? Comedy, angst, any ships you want!

5. Tankhun and Kim start hearing each other's thoughts, and can't turn it off. It's actually worse when they're not in the same physical vicinity, they start hearing more of what the other is thinking and worse, so they have to start spending a lot of time together to keep the thoughts calmer and less invasive. This means Kim joining Khun for horror movie night, and yes, he does have to dress up, and Khun joining Kim…on tour? Can he do it? And what do they learn about each other when they are physically separated? What lurks in the deeps of their psychologies?

(@vegaseatsass note: I would 100% write this as Vegas planning to leave Kinn alone to deal with his situation, hoping he will fail but counting on Kinn superhumanly outlasting the drug, and then getting possessive about it and rushing in to take control the second it looks like Kinn's going to capitulate to unworthy outsiders. Apologies in advance to the anon that I am a Vegaskinn sicko and not a Kinn whump sicko; I hope they get this filled by a gangbang connoisseur!)

8. Vegaspete handcuffed together: Vegas and Pete are kidnapped at the auction. They wake up naked and handcuffed together. Vegas makes the most of it.

Which tf character is your favorite in terms of personality?

Well obviously there's my man Store Bought Ice Cream. He varies so much across every continuity and yet I love each and every one of them. From devious scheming gremlin to noble warrior who needs a hug to fucked up guy who commits various atrocities. The bot's got range! He is such star much screaming <3

Bayverse Crosshairs is also fun. While I do like bayverse to an extent, it is a very immense compliment to say a character has a definitive personality in that universe lmaoo. But yeah Crosshairs there is so fun, I love his morally dubious nature and constantly having to be kept an eye on. Not to mention he's just an overall badass. Him, Hound, and Drift almost tricked me into rewatching TLK ahjsdk

Beast Wars and Armada Megatron are also very very fun! Yesss, their suaveness is so funny and I love how simultaneously badass and hilarious they can be. Beast Wars Megan is so dramatic, I'm still losing it over him wearing a wholeass judge wig just to decide if he should kill a traitor or not ahsjdkfg.

Armada Megan is also incredibly fun and is actually my favorite meg so far. He's got THE BEST design of all the megans and this weird complexity you wouldnt expect from first glances. Roxy's IRL Friends and Their Les Mis Experiences

right so the context is that i have been hyperfixated on les mis for two months and am insufferable and talk about it all the time with my friends, including my really specific in-jokes with myself (javert's 46 upsetting hats that he makes himself, javer'ts hat being huge/trying to eat him, a lot of hat related stuff actually, at this point it's just to make myself laugh), all the seperate canons i maintain (1-2rp canons, 3-5 fic canons, the one where javert personally knows and really hates shadow the hedgehog) and weird fandom bullshit (the one time i saw a piece of fan art that just absolutely snatched montparnasse's waist. good art btw. but just. he was so snatched and it stuck with me). and they just put up with it. so here's the post.

i have this one friend and she saw les mis on the west end in 2017 and remembers almost none of it but the things she DOES remember include: "two different blonde ladies" and at first i was like there are only three women in this show so it narrows it down but it took some prying to discover that these were, in fact, fantine and cosette.

master of the house is only song she recalls. the only song. out of all of the songs. (it objectively slaps but yall know how i feel about stars and she does too, she's read my stars essay). she said that "those guys [the thenardiers] got another song later on for no reason" which like is technically true i guess.

also, according her, "a guy died on a barricade". yes bestie many guys died on a barricade that's like half the fucking story

and she also got a nosebleed halfway through and spend half the show with her head tilted up so she wouldn't bleed everywhere so she didn't see anything. after she told me about this i explained the full plot of Les Miserables (1978) to her because i a, autistic.

but that's it that's all she remembers from the musical. she also insisted on pronouncing javert JAV-ERT for a month just to piss me off. including while i was dressed as him for halloween. i also have a running joke of people mis pronouncing his name but it used to specifically really get to me for some reason. but like i said my friends put up with so much bullshit from me and i get to hear about fallout 4 and sonic in return, neurodivergent people are so powerful.

my OTHER friend knows the plot of les mis and the songs well enough to torment me still further. he has invented a character named Maurice who does not exist at all ever and he brings Maurice up everytime I bring up les mis at the dinner table (which is often, some would say every single day with few excpetions). he says that his "favorite part of les mis is when maurice goes in the sewer and says 'it's mauricin' time' then her maurices all over the sewer" because we decided that's where maurice lives. i hate my friends so much. love those guys.

my OTHER OTHER friend who i know irl and talk to online said to me recently that they "forgot javert wasn't a real guy" which is hilarious and also reminds me that this person has never listened to les mis or consumed any les mis related media and must have such a fucked up idea of the plot at this point oh my god. they have seen all my memes and all my weird fic stuff but just...they do not know the plot. i wonder what they think happens in les mis???????????

and furthermore, some of my friends and i have discovered that like five of us all have special interests/hyperfixations set in France or that are France related in some way, so i have made a handy graph to hekp us keep track. it's not perfect but i love graphs so much. this is what i get for meeting every single one of my friends at the special move-in day for disability services or at special ed high school. only one of us is straight and only one of us is neurotypical, but it's the same guy and we like him anyways. here's the graph, with names removed but anyways the point is i love my friends but we're all terrible autism people. i'm The Crusades, FORMERLY Hamilton and Les Miserables, if you couldn't guess.

sagittarius suns: I can not trust them. I love them for a party, a laugh, or an adventure but I genuinely think that every sagittarius I have interacted with has had something out for me. They are the hardest for me to catch being a sneaky bitch because I’m a sag rising and a leo sun so as soon as I see someone moving more at my speed and being relatable I want to be their friend and I for some reason trust that these bitches got my back when in fact they should be the ones kept right in front of me. The funny thing about my problem with sag suns is that there is not a consistent pattern in why we end up clashing besides them ALL being haters and fake as shit. 

1. The biggest indicator of why they may be a problem in my life is that half of the sag falls into my 12th house. The 12th house rules illusions, hidden intentions,, dreams, and the unconscious. This means that these are the elements the early sag suns bring into my life. As mentioned before I have an 8th house stellium with my pluto 1h, on top of that I have my mercury in virgo...It’s safe to say a that bitch likes to be in the KNOW. 

2. virgo mercury (squaring pluto) also squares their sun, I know that I can be a little cunty and nit-picky and condescending in my tone sometimes so I don’t even blame them with this aspect lmaoo, but it certainly doesn’t help that they also love to put their opinions above everyone else while also trying to force these ideals on people as well.

3. I’m not sure if there is an astrological explanation for it but I have noticed that sags tend to be just really mean. like they’re hilarious and fun but they are usually going to be the ones going out of their way to be rude to someone or make a joke at the expense of others for NO REASON. I can take a joke and I can be bitchy sometimes too but they make it a habit and do it in a way where it’s not like you’re saying it just to be funny and no thought behind it but it’s like they get gratification from criticizing others and they do that shit a lot. REAL BIG HATER/BULLY ENERGY. I have been the friend they tell these things to, hoping that I will laugh with them, and I have also been the person being hated on. This is very consistent with any sag I have been around. men and women of course. (I got a libra moon and venus, l don’t like unnecessary and intended drama/hate and I’m never going to back a bully literally get a fucking life)

4. I love and hate how finicky they are and I get that sometimes you don’t state your intentions because you probably haven’t fully sat there and cared enough to think about them rather than just directly experiencing someone or something. I however sometimes feel like I can never trust their intentions or their role in my life especially since they use their aloof and “free-spirited” act as a cover for them to get out of giving you an explanation. I like directness but it seems like they only are when it comes to the things that don’t really matter. (this is from dealing with some that have a taurus and aquarius moon).

5. they are also very loud and obnoxious which is sometimes fun but usually really fucking annoying, no one wants to hear you speak as much as you do please try to remember that.

I honestly think that a sag sun (that falls in my 1st house) and has more grounding or caring placements then we would probably be great idk!!

Top 5 Bravo properties

1. Vanderpump Rules

the crown jewel, the gem, the greatest love of all. this show has raised me and molded me and even when I have hated it I've loved it and it can go on for 1,000 seasons and I'll be there every fucking time. the characters are all Deplorable and funny at the same time, allegiances shift, the drinks look horrific and the food makes people vom on their hands and knees in the middle of the restaurant (allegedly). I can watch it every single day and never get tired of the way these people are monsters to each other and betray each other and all give each other Jax's herpes (ALLEGEDLY) and Still continue to claim they are all Best Friends lol these are the best days of our lives

2. The Real Housewives of New Jersey

this is maybe the one Housewives franchise I can Reasonably argue has never had a bad season. it is Consistently dramatic, hilarious, and darksided starting with Danielle Staub, spiralling down into the neverending and honestly very sad feud between Teresa and Melissa and subsequently her brother Joe, the Manzo's mob family literally being torn apart, Teresa having to go to Federal Prison, "I just can't help myself" *pulls Marge's hair from her head*, and WHATEVER is happening with Kim D. it has Very seldom disappointed me, but it should still be considered A Treat and not rewatched Too much lol

3. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

real ones will remember this was at one point in time the darkest show on TV. we had Kim Richards issues with addiction, Taylor Armstrong's husband abusing her and then sueying, Lisa Vanderpump undergoing a Talented Mr. Ripley situation with her young "houseguest", and ultimately Kyle and Kim's relationship being horrifically tested by Kyle's loyalties to other people and Kim's warped sense of what a sister should be providing for her. pepper in the fact that Camille acted like a terrorist with no consequences and then had her husband leave her in a really public embarrassing way and it's like...it only gets better because then we get Dorit at the end of it all lol. this franchise has had True duds for sesaons but again I have been consistenlty intrigued by its darkness so much so that I tune in every fucking time. 

4. The Real Housewives of New York

this franchise is Just camp. it feels weird to say it rarely gets heavy because LuAnn literally got arrested for assaulting an officer of the law, and Bethenny's demonic ex jason used to torture her dog Cookiedabooboo, and i have PTSD from like three separate freindship ending fights on this show, but Ugh. it's so funny lol that's the thing with all these shows, and why i feel Bravo is so Fundamentally misunderstood, because these are deeply sad shows but the women themselves are so funny and resilient and ready to laugh at themselves and their circumstances that people that treat these women like broke jokes are idiots imho. 

5. Summer House

it's basically Spongebob in comparison to all this darkness, but it is perennially my fav show on the network because these are people that are kind of my age having dramas that are So relatable while also living together on the weekend and generally acting like Actual friends. special attention must be paid to the COVID season where they literally were all locked in the house together for Months and Lindsay confronted her boyfriend and accused him of never making her sandwiches, and they had that awful anniversary out back by the pool with sad takeout, and amanda and kyle were Not toxic for a season and made me believe in love, and Luke and Carl almost got into a fistfight!!! i love Summer House lol true nonsense.

Okay so it's been a while since the Archon Quest for 4.1 showed up and I think maybe this week they'll drop 4.2 but there will be spoilers for Fontaine Act 3 & 4, as well as Wrio's story quest in general.

Now to no ones surprise we ended up going to the Fortress after we got shown during the story quest trailer of the 4.1 update. What still gets me weak is the fact that if someone eats one of Furina's desserts they end up getting a 45 day stay at the Fortress which is hilarious to me and unsurprisingly it's all because of Paimon.

Now Paimon themselves to me feel like the biggest unlucky magnet the Traveler twin has to deal with - compared to Benette who's like Genshin's Maggey Byrde, this glutton for once is used right yet one has to wonder how much damn mora does the Traveler Twin have to deal with Paimon and their bottomless pit of a stomach. Though getting back on track with Fontaine Act 3-4, it wasn't a complete shock seeing the Magic twins and Fremi, the only thing that did cause a bucket of confusion is when tiny diver was in the water he didn't turn into sea foam like what happened to the Fontaine women and that one guard in the previous acts, whether it's because of his Vision that delayed what would happen when coming into contact with Primordial Sea.

There was that rifthound like effect too which is not good for me heart, then there was The Knave and her approach on who the Hydro Archon is. Though what did bother me is that she compares Furina and Neuvilette to the Cryo Archon and while yes Furina is bluff hard confidence with her Hydro Dragon being the judge, the Cryo Archon is to me not a good compare when she has people doing things that mess hard with other nations trying to live in peace - not Sumeru at the time because of those dumbass sages, some of her own people don't like how the Fauti are messing any relation or well met intent they might make outside of their nation. We haven't seen Natlan but it's safe to assume they don't like the mess the Cryo Archon has been doing either.

As for the Wrio's story - whooo that is a dark beast to go through, but it leaves so many questions over the black crystal that was in that box Wrio's story because that thing brought up nightmares and seriously messed up memories for anyone who touches it. Who got my attention the most was Paimon - what the hell did she see?

What could've caused her to flinch back and go I don't want the food in that box - this is Paimon were talking here. This pixie doesn't pass on food, neither treasure this greedy 0s and 1s goes for what she wants so it's interesting to see them go "I'm gonna pass" Sot it's safe to believe we might see this or something near like it in the future as we're not finished with Fontaine and I'm seriously hoping that Wrio got rid of that crystal because that is literally the last thing the Fauti and Abyss Order need in their hands.

The costumes from Dracula meant I just had to revisit The Cell. I’m going to try and screencap around the misogynistic scenes.

So what do I like about this odd critically panned film?

1/ The aesthetics are like 90% TBQH. The colours and contrasts. Big and small spaces. The mind inspired by music videos and gothic art. Personality traits and depths of the mind as personas (with matching costumes)

2/ that it’s super obvious: the damien hirst horse, the marilyn manson mannequins. It’s all *borrowed*. I like that this film doesn’t pretend that our minds are wholly unique places...more like giant pin boards and links that open a dozen related tabs that we then use to create something unique, we build on what came before us and talent/progress is the art/work of repurposing others seamlessly or with your own perspective. Yes it’s all stolen that’s kind of the point.

3/ Eiko Ishioka’s costumes. GLORIOUS.

4/ The fact that the premise is shown as useless to the police investigation, this is not a profiler story, they get results through hard work canvassing and researching. That’s hilarious to me. Mastermind serial killer to be cracked? Nope just a bad guy.

5/ Visiting his mind is a plot point... but not so we can solve the case. The framework of the serial killer hunt is a pretext for a deathbed confession that doesn’t excuse or explain the violence and doesn’t make the killer sympathetic as much as it forces us to face the fact that monstrous people are still people. The pain, the abuse, the artistic sensibilities, the love for his dog take nothing away from the man’s choice to hurt women instead of going to therapy and joining a BDSM dungeon.

Today I will be addressing SuperCorp and some of the issues that have been floating around about fandom. And I will be saying some stuff that both is for it and could be used against it even though I am ultimately a super big supercorp fan. Like it says in the tags you're free to express your opinion but they will not be changing mine but I am always open-minded to opinions that can actually be explained and eloquently expressed (receipt's needed) and aren't just basic. Also just so what is noted I have been a part of this fandom since the first episode I have literally shipped Kara with everyone from Lucy to Cat even James.But Lena has just stuck out the most for me but I'm Equal opportunity.

Number #1, Lena's character in no way shape or form has ever been xenophobic she has never once shown any hate towards aliens her problem with Kara in season 5 Wasn't because she was an alien it was because she was a "Super" like Kara could have been a flying purple fucking octopus from the planet of shzjxfdf and Lena wouldn't have gave two fucks but no she was a "Super"but let's dig deeper on that point if we really look at why she was mad it wasn't even the whole alien aspect it was because she wasn't told and no I don't think she's entitled to it but I do think it played into the fact of a trust issue she has with the fact that people would think she would be just like Lex if she had been told Sooner. Which is disproved in 5x13 (also personal note: I also think she wouldn't have reacted half as bad if Kara had just told her that night at game night or the next day when she wanted to probably still would have been pissed but not to the same extent). But okay with that being said I do disagree with the kryptonite entrapment torture scene and basically half the s*** she did in season 5 it was shown that she truly can tap into her Luthor side and be dark when wanted but fortunately she does always return to the light and in all fairness it has been shown several times that Kara has a dark side of her own that could rival the luthors.

Number #2, I do disagree with the abuse of actresses and actors just because of a ship and or character they play don't blame them it's just a job they have I think Melissa and Katie do a beautiful job of bringing Kara and Lena's characters to life couldn't imagine anybody else playing them.

Number #3, I also will say about the reason bombarding of comments on Nicole's social media at least I saw the video via tiktok in that video was fucking hilarious I love Nia, Dreamer,and Nicole in general she's funny and beautiful and is an advocate for everything good in life and well it is normal to even ask other actors if they have the scoop on anything it does not mean we need to be bombarding them in videos on something relating to their character or their love of something a simple comment or so maybe but what I saw NO.

Number #4, The William of it all well I think though his character seems like a nice gentleman he also seems to be bland as hell also I did not know he was a POC to be honest I thought he was a tan white man and we'll be doing further research on people in the future as I can learn from my ignorance also but unrelated I did not know that the woman who played Maggie was apparently just a tan white woman I thought she was of some sort of Hispanic descent but apparently not according to various things I've read on here tonight... But anyways back to William I feel like a lot of people might have perceived him as a white man therefore that might play into the whole scenario of people hate that they just want two white woman together when it proves if she was a man they wouldn't give two f**** about it whether that's true or not I don't know but mine two cents.

Number #5, I will never bash someone for being for or against a certain ship and or character and well I am allowed to certainly disagree with their opinion all opinions are valid because we all see the world a different way some see it bright and shiny and others like I'll admit myself see it through the glasses of trauma. And I think that's why we all have the opinions we do most of the time when you like a shipper character it's because you relate to them somehow even if it's the most minor thing to someone else it might be huge for you. You never know what the person on the other side of the screen is going through in those characters or ship or fanfiction might have literally saved their lives.

Sidenote: Like okay personal story I was been both mentally and sexually abused as a child so I relate to both Kara and Lena respective childhood trauma so that draws me to them. And I kind of see them both as the opposite attract trope (two side of the same coin) because well we never fully get over trauma Kara had a great support system with the Danvers whereas Lena didn't get that with the luthors I mean sure she had Lex at first but even that was only to a certain extent because of his psychopathy that was starting to manifest he couldn't perceive human emotions the same as Lena who in my opinion is just a big mushy nerd who can be a badass when needed as evident by the season 6 episodes after she's quit L-Corp she's constantly trying to help out inventing new stuff and she's wondering how Nia's suit works and it just shows that she just has a curious mind and also she looks happier even with the guilt she feels over Kara's phantom zone incident when Nia called her a part of the family that smile could lit up a city all she's ever wanted is to belong and I can relate to that therefore to her.

Number #6, I feel like this should have been addressed in earlier number but as far as sexuality goes I would want to believe Kara is pansexual because of everything I've ever read and saw I don't believe she perceived sexuality like humans do because of her Kryptonian upbringing for the first good chunk of the life. Like even though she says she's not gay in the first episode, A. It was the first episode so they didn't even know where the story was going in future seasons if they got them also that means maybe she just didn't perceive herself as the Earth's definition of gay. B. Even in the first season she made a comment about how she bought Lucy was gorgeous and hell she would date her. C. She made some comments about Irma and other woman that don't sound totally heterosexual and don't get me wrong women can admire the beauty and intelligence of other women without it being sexual but as a bisexual woman it just struck a cord in me you can tell the difference when it's coming from a straight woman mouth. Now on the subject of her and Lena strictly I do think there are instances of "queerbaiting"because just because you perceive they haven't been promised to us doesn't mean that some of us haven't picked up on things or the fact that they're simply queerbating because somehow they do hype up Kara and Lena to keep a nice chunk of the audience who ships them mainly those of the gay variety interested in the show which is also considered queerbaiting. Also the fact that they've been called sisters or family or my personal favorite "that's what friends are for"doesn't mean crap because honestly at this point the overuse of friends just sounds more like they're trying to convince themselves than us.*** Also I don't know about you but even on the basic level of things they've done I've never shown half those feelings towards my friends and the ones I have it's because I started to think of them as more than friends.

Now with Lena's sexuality no they have never shown her as anything besides straight canonically but don't get me wrong she totally sends off that college experimentation vibe especially with Andrea for some reason but that may just be me.

Number #7, my main point is let's just be kind to one another because guess what there is toxicity from every ship in a fandom there will always be shitty people on both sides and then there will be those of us who just want to see the characters together for one reason or another and yes I'm not afraid to admit that part of my reasons I want to see two gorgeous woman kiss sue me LOL.

Number #8, the conclusion of my rant is that how about we leave the hating to the ones who want to do that and the rest of us like adults or whatever your age is in the fandom that has any type of maturity behave because I truly do wish the best and in the end well I hope they end up together I'm realistic that they probably won't especially due to the CW Network motto of "homophobia and racism"because they've already broken up several good gay and interracial couples on that show. But at the end of the day my true wish is just that all of the characters end up happy and healthy.

Hey there, I can’t say I’m familiar with every single iteration of the character, but out of the ones I know about here’s what I think:

1. War For Cybertron

WFC is one of those shows which has great ideas and mediocre writing, but even among all that Elita came out a great character. She’s strong, determined, and fights for what she believes in, but at the same time she also questions how much she should sacrifice for those ideals, and she obviously still mourns the life she could have had if the war hadn’t happened. Abandoning Optimus so she could fight for Cybertron - even though she obviously loves him deeply - was such a great moment and made it clear that she’s not just robo-Penelope waiting for Odysseus Prime to come back from his adventure 🤣 She also has an interesting relationship to Megatron, who respects her skill despite being on opposite sides. I love that the writers went back to the 80s version of the character as this was the one which for me - 30 years later! - still has the most badass background story (leader of the underground resistance hell yeah!). Again, due to the writing being wonky there’s some hilarious dialogue there, but overall it was worth waiting 30 years for 😁

(Note: WFC Kingdom still hasn’t come out yet, so we’ll see how her story ends…)

2. G1 Cartoon

The 80s were not a great time for femme-bots since Hasbro didn’t want any yucky girls in their manly-man show, but the writers knew that girls loved the show too and did their best to put in female Transformers whenever they could! So in that light, they could have easily made Elita some kind of Cybertronian princess that Megs locked away in a tower for Optimus to go and rescue, but no-no, our girl got to be the leader of an all-female(!) underground resistance. How cool is that!? And they also sneaked in her background story where Alpha Trion rebuilt her to be the female counterpart to Optimus (I read somewhere that Hasbro wasn’t that interested in reviewing the dialogue so the writers added the line in without them noticing). Yes, she’s pink and gets captured but let me tell ya in 80s cartoons this version of the character was peak feminist writing lol. I wish we got more of her and that her powers got explored, but again, some Transformers writers (khm khm we all know who) were insisting femme-bots shouldn’t exists until the late 90s so this bar is set so low Satan’s gonna trip over it when he goes to the wine cellar.

3. 2005 IDW Comics

Kind of feels unfair to rate this character as she really doesn’t have much in common with usual Elita except the name for nostalgia points. Maybe she could have been a Shattered Glass version of Elita (she’s more fun than her actual SG version lol), but otherwise I don’t really view her as related to the main character.

4. TFA

Look, I’ve never been that into TFA, and the fact that they didn’t really know what to do with the female characters was one of the reasons why (the other reason was turning TF kind of into Robo-Batman lol). I also don’t think this is as much a version of Elita as it is a plot device to introduce Black Arachnia (so the writers can go back to writing Bat-Prime and Mecha-Catwoman 😂). Overall definitely a character downgrade for me, since she went from resistance leader to not listening to a man Optimus, then blaming him for her mistake, but also trying to seduce him, cuz women are silly, irrational, and fickle just like in the stories of old! 🙄 I don’t want to gripe on the show too much as I don’t think it was bad or anything, just that none of that good writing went to the female (robot) characters lol.

Oh wait, there was a love triangle in there too, wasn’t there? I give up.

5. Bayverse

I’m gonna give her a 0 as that’s basically how much time she spends on screen 😁 There’s no much to say here, she gets one line and her design is a jumbled mess. I guess her colour scheme isn’t bad? There’s some good stuff in the Bayverse, but Elita ain’t one of them.

Here are some KaiXHilary headcanons, regarding Hilary's relation with the members of Hiwatari family:

1) The person who hates Hilary the most is none but Kai's grandfather, Voltaire Hiwatari. As we all can see, Voltaire has always wanted his granddaughter-in-law to be lavishly rich and breathtakingly beautiful-coming of any noble and wealthy family. However, he cannot just digest the fact that his grandson has married a simple-apperanced girl coming of a middle-class family. That's why, he often tends to taunt Hilary, saying that she's a gold-digger and etc etc...

2) Almost the same goes for Susumu Hiwatari, Kai's father. Though he doesn't taunt or insult Hilary like his father does, he doesn’t sympathise with Hilary too. He just ignores her as if she didn’t exist in the family.

3) Does it mean that Hilary isn’t loved by anyone by her in-laws? No, you're wrong. The only person in Hiwatari family who loves and cares for Hilary (Apart from Kai, of course) is Misaki Hiwatari, Kai's mom. After Kai, once she was pregnant with a daughter but she faced an abortion (A voluntary abortion done by Voltaire, it can be assumed). That's why, her motherly affection is always showered on Hilary. Yet, it cannot change their position in Hiwatari family because women are treated very inferiorly in the full patriarch family.

4) As a result, Kai and Hilary stays separate from Hiwatari family, in Kai's personal duplex house. Hilary wanted Misaki to stay with them but her mother-in-law disagreed because she spent all her life in Hiwatari mansion, she didn’t want to leave the memory-embraced place. However, Misaki visits them sometimes.

5) Because of Hilary's wishes, Kai has to visit Hiwatari mansion sometimes with her. At it, Voltaire's mood worsens, Susumu remains indifferent. But the faces of Misaki and all the servants/maids get brightened like 100-watt electric bulbs.

6) After marriage, Hilary becomes more responsible and matured. She tries to win the heart of Voltaire and Susumu. However, Kai strictly forbids her from doing so because he always wants her to be herself, how she was before wedding. Kai always supports her, fighting for her rights and honor along with a dignified status in their family.

7) Things may change a bit when Hilary starts contributing to the family business. Kai always takes her opinions before doing any job, making her feel herself important. They work successfully in most of the cases. He feels proud of her whatever she is. Susumu also grows admiration and affection for his daughter-in-law, though he doesn’t express it before Voltaire who possibly remains unchanged.

8) The last thing: Kai's pets (Kitten/Puppy). Hilary loves them to no end. She makes them bathe, feeds them, plays and cuddles with them. They also like Hilary, like a mamma. This pleases Kai more. (The only similar trait between both)

Legacies Season 1 Episode 11: We're Gonna Need a Spotlight

Kaleb and the Vampire faction singing "Feeling Good" by Nina Simone at the Salvatore School talent show.

While the entirety of the talent show was amazing (Kaylee Bryant's singing voice, Raf's slightly awkward yet still appropriately dramatic poetry), it was Kaleb and the vampires who stole the show. Chris Lee has an incredible voice and his rendition of Nina Simone's "Feeling Good" was stunning, both visually and vocally. I'm also a great lover of epic dance moves, so it was no contest.

Gilmore Girls Season 7 Episode 20: Lorelai? Lorelai?

Lorelai singing "I Will Always Love You" by Dolly Parton originally (Whitney Houston covered) at Stars Hollow karaoke to Luke, despite beginning the song as a dedication to Rory.

Lorelai and Luke may be broken up, but Lorelai's beautiful (and slightly alcohol-fueled) version of Dolly Parton's kind of cheesy yet nonetheless tender "if you love someone, set them free" ballad that was later made into an iconic cover by Whitney Houston was proof that they'd never really be over. Sure, she says she's singing it to Rory, but the moment Luke walks in and they lock eyes, everyone knows. Lauren Graham also has a good voice, and the emotion that comes through is so real, a cheesy karaoke moment becomes a heartfelt cheesy karaoke moment.

Everything's Gonna Be Okay Season 1 Episode 5: West African Giant Black Millipedes

Nicholas doing a drag queen routine to Thelma Houston's disco hit "Don't Leave Me This Way" for Alex and his friends.

Okay, so I love this scene so much, because not only is it done to an incredibly fun song, it also showcases Nicholas doing something so utterly entertaining for Alex and a bunch of people he was nervous about meeting. The fact that just a few days before watching this episode I had watched an episode of Ru Paul's Drag Race where two queens had to lip sync for their lives to the very same song made the scene that much more enjoyable to watch. Nicholas looks amazing, his dance moves are to die for, and his lip syncing game is strong. I also appreciated the fact that when he did this scene, Josh Thomas committed to it. The scene is done in full, not going for a bit and then fading out before we get to see the end. Also, I know that Nicholas isn't technically singing, but it still totally counts.

The Magicians Season 1 Episode 4: The World in the Walls

Quentin starting up a group sing-along to Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" to get Penny's attention in the mental hospital while under Julia and Marina's spell.

I just started watching this show after having read the first two books, and this scene was HILARIOUS! I loved that the show used a random interaction between Quentin and Penny from a previous episode and turned it into something more because usually shows ignore one-off interactions between characters. Also, Quentin singing off-key at the top of his lungs with everyone else joining in and dancing while Penny suddenly hears it in the real world was so funny and a huge break in an otherwise extremely dramatic and rather dark episode.

Skam Season 2 Episode 3: Er det noe du skjuler for oss? (Are You Hiding Someone From Us?)

Noora singing Extreme's "More Than Words" on William's guitar, initially doing so to make fun of him, but quickly turning into a super sweet and romantic moment between the two.

Skam is another show I started watching recently, and Noora quickly became one of my favorite characters. Now, I'll admit, I wasn't too fond of the idea of William and Noora at first, but this scene changed my mind immediately. I'm also very into the whole "enemies to lovers" thing these two have with one another. All of the songs Noora sings in this scene are good, but "More Than Words" is the one where you really begin to see that William's feelings for Noora are not as one-sided as she says they are. Josefine Frida Petterson, who plays Noora, has an absolutely beautiful voice, and the vocalization and soft musicality throughout are stunning. This is one of my favorite scenes in this show to date, and everything about it was perfect.

New Girl Season 1 Episode 1: Pilot

Coach, Schmidt, and Nick singing "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life" by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes from Dirty Dancing to Jess, who eventually joins in, after her date stands her up.

Poor Jess had just broken up with her boyfriend, moved into an apartment with three guys who have little to know emotional know-how when it comes to women, and had her first date since her breakup stand her up at a fancy restaurant. The situation was made worse by the fact that she was told to give up her table. When the boys showed up and claimed to be her boyfriends, it was sweet, but the moment they began singing "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life", they showed that they really did care about her. What makes this scene so funny is the fact that Nick (who begins it) and Coach (who joins in after Nick elbows him) don't really know the words, they're both singing different parts in different tunes at different volumes, and then Schmidt (who initially says he's not singing), comes out of nowhere belting the song with the correct words and tune. Then Jess joins in and they have a great time until the restaurant makes them leave. They head back to the apartment, watch Dirty Dancing, and show that any problem can be solved with good friends and 80s movies.

Angel Season 2 Episode 11: Redefinition

Cordelia, Wesley, and Gunn sing "We Are The Champions" by Queen at Caritas after Angel fires them.

Cordelia, Wesley, and Gunn had just been fired by Angel so he could kill Darla and Drusilla without their interference and the trio was at a loss for what to do next. Angel Investigations was disbanded, and none of them had any clue what to do about it. Their solution? Terribly sing Queen's "We Are The Champions" at Lorne's bar Caritas and drown their sorrows. While an extremely short scene, Cordy, Wes, and Gunn's reaction to being fired was super relatable, and you can never go wrong with Queen. They also have three very different personalities; Cordelia is snarky, has a lot of wit, and tends to be rather superficial, but she has so much heart beneath the surface, Wesley is a stuffy English professor type, and being a former Watcher means he couldn't be hip and cool if he tried, and Gunn is a hardened vampire hunter with a strong resolution and loyal to the core, who was still relatively new to the group when Angel gave them the boot. As such, seeing them all be together with arms around shoulders singing their hearts out was immensely fun to see.

Legacies: Alaric singing "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" terribly off-key before Kaleb and Cleo swooped in and saved the day with their improvised song.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Giles Singing "Free Bird" while playing his guitar in his home.

How I Met Your Mother: Lily and Marshall singing "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" at karaoke, effectively making up after Marshall accepts a corporate job rather than one that fits his morals.
