Very attractively done 1883 Victorian farmhouse in Kintnersville, PA. 5bds, 2.5ba, $575K.
This is stunning. I love the blue and white with the dark wood.
I'm not sure if a wall was taken down, but it may have been, b/c of the columns.
I don't care for all the little doodads they have around, it takes away from the stunning color scheme.
The open kitchen is very nice. The cabinets match the style of the house.
There's a spacious dining area and wainscoting on the walls.
Homey, warm feel to this room.
Steps down to the family room that's open to a music/game room. Interesting how they left the ceiling seemingly uneven and patched.
The main floor 1/2 bath has a vintage country look.
Going up to the 2nd fl.
There's a narrow hallway.
The primary bedroom has an unusual built-in with shelving and an open closet. I wonder how it got the worn patina.
Bedroom #2 is plain.
Bedroom #3 is cute, though.
The 3 pc. bath is a little bigger than the usual 3 pc. It has a nice pedestal sink and vintage tile floor.
This is different. The ladder appears to be going up to a loft or attic space. I don't know where the stairs on the left are going.
Maybe the stairs lead to this room. It's nice up here.
And, then, there's this large room, that looks like it may be in a newer addition.
And, this room has its own bath, as well.
I don't know what part of the house this is, but it's ancient. Apparently, the original part of the house was built in the 1700s, so this must be an old cooking hearth. This is great.
I was blonde, and more Scottish, and a girl, visiting New York and met Mr Beast on a dating app and we fell head over heels for each other, but I had to return to Scotland so he took 7 months off from YouTube to live in Scotland and date me and live with me in a several hundred years old farmhouse. I encouraged him to start a more personal channel and be more authentic with his viewers. We were very happy together and raised sheep.
Personally I like the space arc of TMNT 2012 more than the farmhouse arc and while not everyone will agree I think space arc’s strongest attribute is how they have a more prominent cast of recurring characters for the series.
Space arc introduced Fugitoid, Mona Lisa, Sal Commander, Chompy, Bishop and the Utroms, the Triceratons, Lord Dregg, Armaggon, etc. All recurring characters in the arc and/or came back after the space arc was over.
Farmhouse arc gave us the Punk Frogs, Bigfoot, The Creep, Dream Beavers, Speed Demon, April's "Mom", Dr Cluckingsworth MD, etc. All great characters but sadly only two of these characters ever came back/appeared in more than one ep, the rest were cursed with being a one ep only character sadly.
I think this is one of the reasons I personal prefer the space arc more than the farmhouse arc. I still adore the farmhouse arc, I just got more of a soft spot for the space arc mainly cause they had more lovable and notable characters.
Imagine owning this little piece of 1837 history in Walworth, NY for only $225K. It's a cobblestone farmhouse with 4bds, 1ba, and an addition that was built in 1976 on 1.29 acres of land.
Here, you can see the addition.
The addition includes the former cobblestone outer wall of the original house.
Here's a sun porch in the back.
That cobblestone wall and the antique stove. The stove looks like it's been adapted to a wood burning heat stove.
The dining area opens to the sun porch and is part of the family room.
Isn't this cozy?
Then, there's the kitchen on the left.
Cute little kitchen, but I'm seeing only a 2 burner cooktop and no oven. That's odd, b/c it's not a summer home and there are 4 bds. I would have to cut that cabinet and put in a stove. And, I would have to cut out that cabinet against the wall for a dishwasher next to the sink.
Here we are on the sun porch. Very nice. Great space for plants.
A more formal sitting room.
This is nice. Room for a home office.
Love the cabinetry in the formal dining room.
This is interesting. The bed canopy is built into the ceiling.
The home has 4bds, and only 1 bath. It's a lovely bath, though.
Bd. #2 is nice and big.
Bd. #3 is upstairs. It's so cute.
And, Bd. #4 is also upstairs. Very nice rooms. Lots of space.
I'm surprised that there's a basement. There may be some potential down here.
It's pretty big, there's a little workshop area.
Nice big red barn style garage. Looks like there's a 2nd floor space in there.
Beautiful piece of property. Look at the trees.
Very nice, especially if you don't like neighbors too close by.
i know most fairy art depicts pretty lil girls w wings but i have been thinking about Monday's granddad and the thought of a grouchy old fairy grandpa kind of delights me honestly
