once again thinking about ddlc+ and sayori
#i already heavily related tk#to her and her depression and the way she expresses herself and how she desperately wants someone to care but doesnt want to be vulnerable#and just ways cares about everyone a#ll the time in hopes someone will return it but like#the sayori and monika bonus hit hard and way too close to home#i have had that conversation and it fucking sucked and i appreciate it so much and i hope he knows hes why im alive#just. the way it managed to capture the raw emotion of a conversation like that#the confusion and desperation and both sides trying to say the right thing and not ruin a delicate conversation#just#god#ddlc+ as a whole is kinda meh but that scene alone made it worth it#ok but one more thing abt sayori#she doesnt truly hide it#not fully#she puts on the thinnest mask possible in hopes someone will care enough to look underneath#but she doesnt actually expect anyone too and doesnt know what to do when it happens#okay. anyway. yes#i am the only person who enjoys sayori correctly actually#<- mostly lighthearted#but like. damn some ppl played a different game than i did i think
