Unavailing Best Education Counselling in Pune
These days parents are extremely concerned about their children’s poor performance in study despite their hard work, long study hours and best coaching support. Through this article we are going to suggest best suitable ways of study for a student that has been researched and used. We, at Brain Power give special importance for study methodology during our counselling sessions for school students.
Expert Advice - Helping students finding best method of study
A common problem reported from parents these days is lack of concentration and poor performance of their children even after spending long hours in study. This problem is being addressed by us @Brain Power in depth and detail to analyse a student’s study patterns and suggest practical ways to overcome this problem. The worst thing is that even after spending lot of money at specialized coaching institutions the improvement is only marginal.
Problems and Reasons:
Lack of concentration: Spending long hours on mobile phone and social media activity is the main reason for poor concentration. The researchers have established that long hrs spend on mobile directly effects thinking and concentration capacities. During my counselling sessions @ BrainPower parents and children have accepted spending average 4 to 5 hrs daily on mobile watching videos and being active on social media.  We have mobile in every hand and the worst casualty is study time of the students.
Competition:  These are the times of competition. We have competition in every sphere of life and it starts as early as school days. There is a competition for marks, competition for getting into well-known college, getting into a well-known course and a reputed company, a pay package, a promotion and what not. We have forced our children in to a complex situation of competition without thinks what is their liking and interests. The enjoyment comes only from winning and then another competition starts. We as a parent are stealing childhood from our children and their real talent. Children now a days are strained beyond imagination which is resulting into poor focus and attention in studies. They are always living in a fear of failure. The pressure from parents and non-achievement of expected results at times is forcing students in taking extreme steps. Kota is a living example. Now even Supreme Court of India has ruled that “Parents are responsible for such actions by the children.”
Noise: These are the times of noise, noise of social media platforms, noise of OTT platforms. And it is the main reason of poor performance of the students. Schooling needs long hrs of study in a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in higher classes and if they spend long hrs on social media we are cutting on our time of study. At times I find children complaining that it is difficult for them to study at home due to disturbed atmosphere. May be sometimes due to TV programmes running at high volumes or else. Parents must pay attention to it. Study is not a joke it requires special efforts and such disturbances are bound to affect the study.
Lack of physical Activity: During my counselling sessions, I strongly recommend students to actively pursue a physical activity of their choice or an extracurricular activity. As these activities are a good source of relaxation it helps in improving concentration. Everybody wants recognition and the true praise gives a morale boost. Always talking of poor performance is a great demoralizing factor, hence achieving recognition through these activities helps gain confidence and better performance in every field.
Study Methodology: Scientist in the developed countries have researched the study patterns of children and found that there are predominantly three ways how a student learns, it could be Visual, Auditory or Kin-aesthetic. These capabilities are present in every individual in different proportions and if we make use of our strong capability to learn new lessons and prepare for tests we learn faster and our brain retains that information rather quickly.
Visual: These types of students learn easily through their visual abilities. They are more receptive to images. Explanation through pictures and graphs is easier for them to understand. They prefer writing down notes for a later review. Reading is their strength. They prefer to use colored pens to high light the important points.
Auditory: Their listening power is strong, their attention while listening a lecture is quite good and they are likely to remember important points while listening. They further consolidate concepts through discussions. During childhood they can remember easily by speaking aloud.
Kin-aesthetic: They learn well through activity. By doing it themselves. They are the ones who will dismantle a car or machine and then will assemble it by themselves. They walk while learning or reading a book, always on move moving hand, making gestures while talking is their habit. During the counselling sessions @BrainPower we analyse these habits of the children and suggest what is the best way for study and prepare for the examination. Study patterns for each student is different and one must analyse and suggest best ways. Even the best education counsellors do not pay attention for this important aspect.

BACKGROUND
[MARTIAL ARTIST] You are a disciplined individual who has, for whatever reason, dedicated most of their still short life on the pursuit of martial knowledge under the guidance of a great master. When it comes to technique, you are among the greats.
LOCATION
[ISHIYAMA] The town that the majority of the story takes place in. It is a rather normal town, but it contains the Ishiyama High-school, which has a 120% delinquency rate, contains the surrogate father of the Demon Lord, Oga Tatsumi, and is currently governed by the TouHouShinKi, four of the strongest and most influential students in the entire school. You are dropped in front of the school grounds, just before school hours.
CONTRACTS
[MARTIAL ARTIST] A minor god (a demon from the human world) revered by local humans has taken an interest in you. It is offering you the choice of forging a contract with it, with it amplifying your physical prowess, special abilities, and weaponry with its own energy. In addition, the energy of the god can be used to exorcise dark forces, like demons, so even if an adversary is supposedly stronger than you, your purifying abilities will allow you to match or even exceed them. This god is invisible to people without spiritual sensitivity, otherwise known as normal people, but thanks to its influence, people around you can easily sense the positive energy of the god, which you can suppress at will, even if they can't recognize it, causing them to treat you with respect and kindness, except for in cases where they have justifiable negative feelings toward you. You will now be welcome in any genuine shrine with even slightly spiritual aware people, and have a possibly permanent home in the form of a shrine dedicated to your demon. It can change between the forms of a small plushy-like being or a bus-sized animal of your choosing.
PERKS
[THE HANDS OF A MASTER] You can use non-lethal weapons such as kendo swords as if they were real weapons, sometimes even more effectively than the genuine article. This also applies to things not meant to be weapons, such as rulers. If applied to one's bare hands, the amount of damage one can inflict is tremendous, but damaging to inexperienced users. You have also managed to use some unknown energy to enhance your physical attacks beyond human limits. Create energy whips with a few slashes, and giant shockwaves by swinging a wooden stick.
[MY NAME IS PER JUM] You've learned how to disguise yourself in such a way that absolutely no one can recognize you, unless they knew of your disguise beforehand. This can work even if you just put on a different outfit, and don't actually take any measures to hide your face, or even if you just get a haircut. Hope you're good at acting.
[A DISCIPLE OF THE GREATS] You have a choice between two Martial Arts Styles: Izuma Eight-God School, which focuses on bare-handed combat, and the Shingetsu School, which favors weapon use. These two styles both have a wide variety of acts, and incredible potential. With enough training, they're powerful enough to rival the strength of demons without external assistance. However, these styles are also very malleable, so you can adapt the techniques of either into various forms; for example, you could learn to use certain Shingetsu attacks barehanded, or use Izuma techniques to play volleyball. If you so desire, you can purchase this perk twice, gaining both styles. Discounts remain as they are.
[BLACK TECHS] Black Techs are techniques in which you allow a demon to partially possess you and enhance your attacks. The amount of power you receive is proportional to the extent to which you allow your demon to possess you, but this can be trained so you can both increase your power output and control at higher levels of possession. In addition, the demon is also greatly strengthened to a roughly equal level of strength as you are. To withstand this, and to retain control while the demon is within your body, you need to have an extremely strong will, which this perk will also grant you. Your mind will be only slightly fortified against more general mental effects, but you've been specifically trained to make it so that it's almost impossible for demons to take you over. However, a main issue with Black Techs is that it is normally only possible for it to work with demons from the human world like those gained from the Martial Artist background. Therefore, as an added bonus, if you buy this with CP, you will not in fact be forever damned and have your soul ripped apart in an excruciatingly painful manner, even if you contract with a demon world demon.
[VIOLENCE BREEDS STRENGTH] You have been blessed from birth with prodigious strength and fighting prowess. You can casually embed people's heads into concrete walls, even when half-asleep, and you can take an equal amount of damage without flinching. Eventually, at the climax of your growth with this perk, you'll be able to blow apart reinforced concrete walls, so keep at it.
ITEMS
[MY HOUSE!] You receive a middle-class house that follows you wherever you go, even to other Jumps. It is fully furnished in a mundane style, but this can be changed permanently if you so choose. Why permanently, you ask? Why, because this house of yours comes with a catch. Every one or two weeks, this house will be destroyed through some method, whether it be something mundane such as a freak-fire, or demons blowing it up. However, it is instantly repaired the day after an incident, so you don’t need to worry about repair costs.
[MARTIAL GARB] You receive a set of clothing unique in design, and perfectly fitting to whatever fighting style you employ. It is perfectly fitting in whatever situation you find yourself in, and will keep you at a constant temperature. People will accept you wearing this, no matter what it may be, or where you are. It is also very appealing to the eye, and people will see you as slightly more desirable when you wear it.
[THE PASS] This passport allows you entry into whatever area you so desire, changing into the appropriate form when necessary. It allows you to bypass any and all checkpoints, though it does not work on locks, only people and scanners. When people see you with this pass, their perception of you is changed to believe that you belong wherever you go, though this effect is nullified if the possessor does anything majorly disagreeable.
[THE WEAPON OF A MASTER] This seemingly inconspicuous kendo sword is in actuality a morphing weapon, able to take the form of wooden weaponry, mops, rulers, etc. It can take the form of any traditional Japanese weapon, though it remains wooden, and any simple everyday tool that is not more advanced than the opening mechanism of an umbrella. It is frighteningly efficient at channeling inner energy, to the point that a mundane martial artist could create beams of energy with their inner energy.
DRAWBACKS
[LET'S DO THIS MANO A MANO] You lose all your powers, and must make do with what you get from this jump. You are given a basic human form(human-like for Demons), which, while more malleable than normal, is currently without any special powers other than those gained here.
FUTURE
[MOVE ON] It's to be expected, right? The adventure never stops, so neither will you. It's off to the next world. Hope you enjoyed your stay here. Goodbye, and good luck, my friend.

Hello! I'm a big fan of your analytical eloquence! :) I was wondering if you knew about certain terminology in fiction. Like, say, I wanted to know if there's a word for a type of adulation towards women, especially POC women, that acts as its own token bias. I see this in fandom so much now, where writers make female characters out to be "perfect," but strangely they have no depth to them and headcanons mount to create an illusion of an almost moral superiority; it's more overt for POC cases.
This is another form of idealized racial harmony, if people are not interested in creating depth or an arc for black/POC characters, then they’re just used as the commercially safe and politically correct accessory. Some characters are there to look cute but it’s harmful to think of them as only that.
That blind adulation you’re talking about is harmful because they make those characters perfect and flawless and take away any possibility to give them a characterization on their own. Women in movies can’t be just there to ‘keep the male character in order’ or to appear one time in a fight and do a ‘badass’ move and that’s it. They need a story and deserve one as well. Also, stop treating them as the ‘love interest’ only, you know the comics have a vast storyline for each character, then why not give it to them?
Representation is not ‘I’m standing here with the white guys. I made it’. No. If the black/POC character is applauded for doing what a regular white extra could be doing then that’s not representation. They deserve the same storyline and importance you would give your constant white lead. People shouldn’t have to make others realize this, they should just give them the same treatment.
And I agree with you, the fandom sometimes makes this mistake as well. They write certain female characters as perfect because 1. they don’t have any other depiction of them because the canon material didn’t provide it and 2. they don’t want to give them flaws because that’s going to appear as not ‘feminist’ enough for some readers, and they don’t want to get called out. Flaws are part of what makes a character if you don’t want to add that to the mix regarding your female characters is probably because you just don’t want to bother with them.
Many people ask me why I don’t ship spideychelle and the reason behind this is Michelle’s character. This girl has no characterization or a storyline of her own, and the little things we know about her are deleted scenes or extra easter eggs you have to research online to find them. I hate this because she’s treated as Peter’s special add-on cuteness subplot. I get she’s not a serious love interest, she’s the typical high school sweetheart, but think about this, she and Laura Harrier’s characters are the first black female love interests/leads in a spider-man movie, how are you not angry that she’s only there to act cute and say a few sarcastic one-liners? Don’t you want her to be Candice Patton’s Iris West? A black lead with an actual representation by speech, narrative, action, and gesture:
Tumblr media
Candice Patton: "A lot of it has to do with the fact that we weren't represented. You're watching television shows, and the lead female — the lead desirable woman — is always blond-haired and blue-eyed. That's who the hero is wanting to be with. But hopefully with shows like The Flash, where I get to play a character that is the lead female and the hero's love interest, who is a hero in her own right, you begin to believe that that's beautiful."
She’s not just the ‘omg look at this black character getting their shine moment’ one time or the ‘I’m a feminist with this badass wisecrack joke’. She’s ‘I got my storyline, my personality, my foundation as an essential character and you get to know me as well as the others’. I get that shipping is cute and fun, but don’t do more harm by just standing there and letting this happen. Stop treating them as your ‘one-off’ character and listening to the crowd when it comes to this.
They can develop Happy, Betty, a random extra student, and even PETER’S TEACHER and DELMAR but Michelle is reduced to the ‘racial compensation look-cute awkward high-school romance’? How is no one mad about this? It can’t be only me.
The reason I’m mad because Laura was kicked out is not that I want her with Peter, is because Laura was actually fighting to get her character to have a more substantial role and nobody cared about that.
Laura Harrier: "I hope Liz gets powers, because that's what happens in the comics, she’s not there for the boy, there are a million things that are her focus: school, her career, college applications, all these things, but definitely not the boy. She’s not there just to look pretty and hang out with Peter."
Let me give you an example, while I believe this is a scene anyone can enjoy, I think the fact that in 12 years this is the first time we’re seeing this, tells a lot:
Tumblr media
Cool scene? Yes, of course. But let me ask you something, have you ever seen Pepper in that suit before in those 11 years she’s been there with Tony? Ever seen this before?
Tumblr media
She’s completely capable, why wait until you get called out to do this stuff?
Why is this movie only appearing now, in 2020, when Black Widow has been an avenger for years?
Tumblr media
They have ignored certain female characters’ development for years and that scene is not enough to compensate that. The moral superiority shouldn’t have to be showcased in exaggerated proportions because the storyline should’ve said that to you on its own. Are you going to say Tony is a genius only because he said a sarcastic smartass line one time? No, of course not, you say it because the canon material has shown you that he’s capable. He has scenes and profundity to sustain that fact.
Are you going to say Thor is strong af because he swung the hammer once and killed the bad guy with it? No. You know it because his story has connected events that led him to have that determination and resolve. An illusion of what a character could be is not enough to represent. Black/POC characters are not there fill on the ‘racial rendition’ blank. If they have to scale a lot higher than other characters or be presented as the supplementary stereotype-enforcing woke point, then they’re just accessories to your movie.
So, yeah. I agree with you. I get sometimes is fine because some things are just fanfiction, you can warp the characters as much as you like, but you can’t deny the MCU has a major problem with this.

According to the CISA info about identifying critical infrastructure essential workers under the education section:
Workers who support the education of pre-school, K-12, college, university, career and technical education, and adult education students, including professors, teachers, teacher aides, special education and special needs teachers, ESOL teachers, para-educators, apprenticeship supervisors, and specialists.
• Workers who provide services necessary to support educators and students, including but not limited to, administrators, administrative staff, IT specialists, media specialists, librarians, guidance counselors, school psychologists and other mental health professions, school nurses and other health professionals, and school safety personnel.
• Workers who support the transportation and operational needs of schools, including bus drivers, crossing guards, cafeteria workers, cleaning and maintenance workers, bus depot and maintenance workers, and those that deliver food and supplies to school facilities.
• Workers who support the administration of school systems including, school superintendents and their management and operational staff.
• Educators and operational staff facilitating and supporting distance learning.
CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices:
On December 20, 2020, ACIP recommended that in Phase 1b, vaccine should be offered to persons aged ≥75 years and frontline essential workers (non–health care workers), and that in Phase 1c, persons aged 65–74 years, persons aged 16–64 years with high-risk medical conditions, and essential workers not recommended for vaccination in Phase 1b should be offered vaccine.**
Phase 1b
...
ACIP has classified the following non–health care essential workers as frontline workers: first responders (e.g., firefighters and police officers), corrections officers, food and agricultural workers, U.S. Postal Service workers, manufacturing workers, grocery store workers, public transit workers, and those who work in the education sector (teachers and support staff members) as well as child care workers.
...
Populations included in Phase 1c are either at an increased risk for severe COVID-19 compared with the general population or support ongoing critical infrastructure operations. In addition, certain essential worker groups have high proportions of some racial and ethnic minority groups who have experienced disproportionate COVID-19 incidence, morbidity, and mortality.
Virginia Department of Health:
Definition of Other Essential Workers
In Phase 1b, frontline essential workers were included. Vaccination will be allocated to additional essential workers in Phase 1c. These workers are in sectors essential to the functioning of society and/or are at higher risk of exposure to SARS-CoV-2.
Other Essential Workers include:
• Energy
• Water, wastewater, and waste removal workers (includes recycling removal workers)
• Housing Construction
• Food Service
• Transportation and Logistics
• Institutions of Higher Education Faculty/Staff
• Finance • Information Technology & Communication
• Media
• Legal Services
• Public Safety (engineers)
• Other Public Health Workers
The states of (and or institutions in) New York, Arkansas, Arizona, Connecticut, Nevada, and Massachusetts (from what I can tell although not all are necessarily vaccinating or able to provide vaccines yet), include graduate assistant in the group of who is considered higher ed faculty or staff eligible to be vaccinated along with professors.
Nothing I’m seeing would, to me, limit graduate/teaching assistants from being eligible for the vaccine.

I saw you mention your D. Gray-man OC, was curious about them
hiya stranger! my OC is based on the idea: what if Krory and Eliade had a child and he’s a half demon/half exorcist
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Kay Krory Age: 3 (biologically, but he looks like a 12 year old) Gender: Male Species: Half Demon Birthday: July 22nd (Leo) Birthplace: Brașov, Romania General appearance: At 5'5'' Kay is quite tall (and will grow even taller). He's slender, well-proportioned and possesses and innate grace. He has a handsome, symmetrical face and stone white skin. His hair is a rich, chocolate brown color, though it may darken with age. The tips of his ears are slightly pointed, giving him an elfin appearance. Kay's most striking features are his eyes, which are reddish-pink, and his sharp canine teeth. General information: General Marian Cross came across Kay and Eliade on one of his many, many sidequests. Cross, being the only general who wouldn't shoot first and ask questions later, wasn't shocked or appalled by the half demon child. He instead smirked, happy to have found something interesting for a change. He was the one in charge of Kay's training before he was sent to the Order (And there had been a time, at first, when Kay thought Marian was his dad). No one ever confirmed that, but Kay felt lied to nonetheless, and was hesitant to meet the other (human) exorcists, even though he wants to. Cross treated him with kindness and accepted him just the way he is. In return, his love for the general is endless and borders on worship. He'd do anything to make Cross laugh (like saying the F word or roasting people in a mean way). He wishes for Eliade to marry him: Quote: ''How could my mother turn away from such a man?'' sigh ^^ Kay came to the Order to meet his real human father, and to fight against the akuma and the millenium earl. He had the choice not to, but decided he couldn't run and hide, and look the other way, when the bad things were destroying the world. General personality: Sweet, courageous and protective. Kay sides with the exorcists against the evil forces and would do anything to save the ones he cares about. He is impulsive, says things without thinking and definitely underestimates the enemy (and the human exorcists), thinking he is stronger than everybody else. Kay loves being the center of attention. He knows he's powerful, special, good-looking and a real aristocrat (a fact he will gleefully throw in your face) ''I'm rich, you know...'' Due to his young age Kay simply doesn't understand everything. He's intelligent, but to those who don't know his true age, he appears to be immature and naïve. He still doesn't know how to read and feels self-conscious about it. Kay needs to be the center of attention. He is sassy and takes no disrespect from anyone, standing up for himself and others. He's playful as well, often bored by meetings and anything 'serious' due to a short attention span. If you give him love, he will love you in return! If not...well, then you're against him..In the end, he just wants to be loved and accepted (just like Eliade). He has a tendency to become extremely jealous when his favorite people ignore him in favor of others. He wants Krory to like him so bad! He's aware he's not human and ultimately, thinks and behaves differently. Kay fears this will turn the others against him and Eliade, because he understands it's human nature to fear the unknown, and that without innocence, people are very weak. They don't want to be at his mercy, but he is at theirs as well (being weak to innocence) Fears: Clowns (shouldn't have watched the movie IT), Mimes, Spiders (srsly, he is so scared), The doctor, The dentist, School, Innocence, The millenium earl, Krory not loving him, Krory dying, dying, the dark, being trapped in a cave (and covered in spiders), cave spiders (he could go on, I had to stop him) Dislikes: Weakness, Rules (he does what he wants), Showers (rain: great. Puddles: HELL YEAH. A river: NOW WE'RE TALKING. he's literally a water-bending exorcist but showers are of the devil and he hates them. Losing (he isn't used to losing), Liars, food he considers gross (list too long) Sleep, it is for the weak. Likes: Eliade, Marian, Krory, Kanda. (He worships Kanda for being cool, calm, and having a sword.) Spongebob Squarepants (to everyone's dismay), Fighting ( equals winning), the rain, swimming, animals, hugs, robots, amusement parks, fun fairs, playing golf, computers, glitter pens, fluffy blankets, sushi, candy, chocolate, cereal, waffles..(list so long the narrator got tired and they had to hire a new one) Ultimate goals: owning a pet. He has his heart set on a wolf or a snow leopard. Becoming an astronaut and being the first to meet aliens (He believes there are other worlds than this one and wants to see them with Eliade, knowing they will outlive their human friends.) Fun Facts: Kay is half Irish and never learned to speak Romanian. Kay is colorblind and gravitates to bold, bright, in your face colors (he has a glittery, hot pink backpack and no one can say anything). He liked to dress up, wore skirts and painted his nails when he was younger (Cross was ashamed of walking around with his student like that but NEVER made him feel bad in any way) It was just to play and look like Eliade^^ He was never raised in any religion, but found out about that when moving to the Black Order. He wonders if the other gods are real and believes his power comes from Neptune, god of the sea, and that maybe if the Christian God made humans, Neptune made him. He once made a sacrifice by chucking Marian's wine overboard. Strengths: Greater physical strength (with or without innocence), Longevity (when reaching young adulthood, he won't age anymore, won't die from old age) Quick (on par with Kanda, not Lenalee), Immune to akuma virus, fast healing Weaknesses: Impulsive, Overconfident: underestimates enemies and team members alike. Innocence (getting hurt by crossfire is a danger), Commands great power, but due to his age and inexperience he cannot think ahead and cannot stay activated for long. Unable to comprehend everything, very naïve. Innocence: Nereid (water faerie) Parasitic type, inherited from his father. This leads Komui and Inspector Levellier to believe that children of Parasitic type innocence users have a greater chance of being accommodators themselves, although Kay is the only confirmed case. Basically, his special power is the manipulation of water. He make it rain, freeze anything solid, make waves bend to his will, throw ice shards, summon a blizzard, you name it. Like many other exorcists his innocence takes the shape of wings, although they are shimmery and translucent, fae-like. The wings allow him to fly, not drown in his own tsunami and to move fast underwater. When transformed, he does not need air, but he can only keep that up for so long. His ace up his sleeve is the ability to manipulate the water in one's blood(be it people or akuma) and move them like puppets, make them unable to move, or freeze/make their blood boil from within. this takes a massive amount of energy and serves as a last resort. he is not skilled enough to do this to multiple people, or akuma higher than lvl 3.

Why is online teaching important?
The Internet has extensively modified how we speak with each other in addition to how we get right of entry to, proportion and facilitate statistics. The trouble is now no longer one in all the way to use generation to educate, however one wherein instructors well known the manner the sector is already growing, and recognize the importance of on-line literacy and the position that collaboration and on-line engagement performs in pupil getting to know and their destiny place of business environment.Software and generation adjustments very rapidly, and it may be tough to preserve up with those developments. It is vital consequently to recognition on knowledge powerful pedagogical techniques for on-line coaching as opposed to the generation itself.
Tumblr media
Key blessings of teaching online
Increased flexibility of time:
Learning and coaching can arise at instances which can be greater handy and effective for each college students and instructors. Students can paintings at their personal tempo inside a given framework and the web getting to know and coaching engagement procedure may be damaged into smaller greater common quantities of time, with an possibility for mirrored image in among.
Increased flexibility of location
Learning and coaching can take vicinity in any location (home, office, at the same time as commuting, espresso shop) and may encompass college students and instructors from numerous geographical locations
Context
Online schooling offers getting to know a brand new relevance to cutting-edge society and expert and enterprise exercise
Information sharing
Online schooling affords possibilities to get right of entry to and proportion statistics greater without difficulty and with ease. english teacher  and college students are capable of be part of on-line groups of exercise primarily based totally on their place of hobby as opposed to their geographic location.
Online sources
Online schooling affords get right of entry to to a more intensity and breadth of sources and statistics
Diverse and enriching revel in
Online schooling can decorate the pupil getting to know revel in through offering possibilities for cross-disciplinary, cross-cultural and/or cross-campus collaborations. This getting to know revel in can arise at a local, countrywide or global degree, and may be enriched through extended interplay and engagement, peer feedback, and institution paintings talents
Access, equity & disability
Online transport affords a mechanism for same possibility among college students and instructors dwelling with a disability, or who've accessibility problems that limition their cappotential to wait a face-to-face magnificence
Digital statistics literacy
Online getting to know develops virtual literacy talents which can be an increasing number of required in cutting-edge society and place of business environments
Administration
Online schooling can streamline a few administrative factors of coaching.
Key restrictions, obstacles or considerations
Access to generation
In a few times college students and instructors can be constrained of their ordinary get right of entry to to dependable or suitable generation. Several human beings can be sharing a laptop or cellular tool inside one household, or may also depend on the usage of computer systems on campus or in a public vicinity (eg public library, Internet cafe, etc). Students or instructors can also simplest have constrained get right of entry to to required software
Access to the Internet
Not all college students and instructors have ordinary or dependable get right of entry to to the Internet. In many instances Internet get right of entry to can be constrained to dial-up speed, or there can be a capped month-to-month utilization on their Internet that could limition their cappotential to get right of entry to or have interaction with statistics
Tumblr media
Ability to apply generation
Some technology and equipment require schooling. In a few times, technical schooling won't be with ease to be had to college students or instructors.
Isolation
Teachers without peer assist for his or her on-line initiatives, it may be a lonely and setting apart revel in
Information overload
In many times, the quantity of statistics, ‘the way to’ guides, assist and sources furnished on-line can have a propensity to emerge as overwhelming and puzzling if now no longer nicely managed. It may be tough for college kids and instructors to parent which can be applicable or vital.
What is first-class on-line getting to know?
Does your on-line route attain the equal degree or higher with an equal face-to-face route? There are two quantitative essential overall performance indicators:
Completion prices are as a minimum as desirable if now no longer higher for the web route.
Grades and measures of getting to know are as a minimum as desirable if now no longer higher for the web route.
Tumblr media
On a qualitative degree, getting to know in your on-line route will result in new, special and greater applicable effects. You want to re-suppose the manner you educate while you pass on-line – now no longer simply shifting your face-to-face coaching over to an internet version, however re-designing the coaching to healthy the necessities of on-line beginners.Teaching nicely on-line has among the equal necessities as coaching nicely face-to-face: for instance, clean getting to know effects, exams that check for the preferred getting to know effects and differentiate among special degrees of achievement, etc. However, there also are special necessities, due to the fact the context wherein beginners (and also you as an teacher) are running can be special.
Flexibility.
Online getting to know permits us to supply content material or statistics in approaches that result in higher getting to know than thru a one hour lecture route.
Different wishes of on-line college students.
There is a great deal of studies to reveal that on-line college students want to experience that the teacher is ‘present’ on-line, i.e. interacting with college students in dialogue forums, directing them to latest applicable articles or events, and responding directly to questions (see, Richardson and Swan, 2003).
How do you need to educate on-line?
This query surely asks you to don't forget your simple coaching philosophy. What is my position as an teacher?
Objectivist view.
Knowledge is finite and defined. I am an professional withinside the difficulty rely who is aware of greater than the college students, and for that reason my process is to make sure that I switch as successfully as feasible that statistics or understanding to the pupil?
Learning as individual development.
Focus is on growing beginners talents and the cappotential to query, examine and practice statistics or understanding. Do I see myself greater as a manual or facilitator of getting to know for college kids?
Combine each approaches.
You can layout on-line guides to educate in any of those approaches, however shifting your magnificence on-line offers you an possibility to reconsider your coaching, possibly with the intention to address a number of the constraints of school room coaching, and to resume your method to coaching. If you're considering going on-line, take the possibility earlier than you begin coaching to consider how you’d surely want to be coaching, and whether or not this could be accommodated in an internet environment. It’s now no longer a selection you need to make straight away though. The vital factor is to be open to doing matters differently.
Warning!
If you simply positioned your lecture notes up at the web, or document your 50 minute lectures for downloading, you then definately are nearly sure to have decrease pupil final touch prices and poorer grades than on your face-to-face magnificence.

HERE'S WHAT I JUST REALIZED ABOUT PRODUCTIVITY
Ditto for PayPal. The key question, I realized it would probably have to be just one valuation. The founders all learned to do every job in the company. Instead he can ask What would make the painting more interesting to people? I only thought of when I sat down to write them.1 It does not, for example. With Socrates, Plato, and particularly Aristotle, this tradition turned a corner.
Among them was Frederick's of Hollywood, which gave us valuable experience dealing with heavy loads on our servers. Few were sufficiently correct that people have forgotten who discovered what they discovered.2 It means these ideas are invisible to most people your age, others that will appeal to most people because it only recently became feasible. Economist J.3 2, because that also seems to be to start with good people, to make something customers want. It's often mistakenly believed that medieval universities were mostly seminaries. Technical tweaks may also help them to grasp what's special about your technology.
It was impressive even to ask the questions they asked were new to them, or cut them off.4 Will I ever read it?5 There is room for a new search engine, when there were already about 10, and they did it. Popular magazines made the period between the spread of literacy and the arrival of TV the golden age of the essay. It's not for the discovery that most previous philosophy was a waste of time?6 Those hours after the phone stops ringing are by far the best for getting work done. If you're curious about something, trust your instincts. Meaning everyone within this world was expected to seem more or less the same.
When they appeared it seemed as if search was a mature market, dominated by big players who'd spent millions to build their brands: Yahoo, Lycos, Excite, Infoseek, Altavista, Inktomi. Instead of trying to discover them because they're useful.7 Whatever you make will have to be disciplined about not letting your hypotheses harden into anything more. In the humanities you can either avoid drawing any definite conclusions e. Those whose jobs require them to judge art, like curators, mostly resort to euphemisms like significant or important or getting dangerously close realized. At this stage, all most investors expect is a brief description of what you plan to do and how you're going to replace email.8 I answered twenty, I could see at the time, a lot of valuable advice about business, and also did all the legal work of getting us set up as a company. When people sit down to watch a show, they want to live in the suburbs.
If you go to see Silicon Valley, what you'll see are buildings.9 Design by committee is a synonym for bad design. Will I ever read it?10 Customers loved us. And they each have.11 That may seem a frivolous reason to choose one language over another. Restaurants with great food seem to prosper no matter what you do. Like most startups, we changed our plan on the fly.
When you're just typing expressions into the toplevel, you want to invest in them.12 Writing was one of the founders we funded asked me why we started Y Combinator is neither selfish nor virtuous. If you tell the truth you don't have to remember anything, and that's likely to be done with levers and cams and gears are now done with loops and trees and closures.13 The only place to look was in the tradition of skateboards or bicycles rather than medical devices. They've applied for a lot of investors hated the idea, but the overall experience is much better than the soul-crushing suburban sprawl. If a nonprofit or government organization had started a project to index the web, Google at year 1 is the limit of what they'd have produced. Among them were Gordon Moore and Robert Noyce, who went on to found Intel, and Eugene Kleiner, who founded the VC firm Kleiner Perkins. Aristotle's goal was to find one angel to act as the lead investor.
Partly because, as components of oligopolies themselves, the corporations knew they could safely pass the cost on to their customers, because their competitors would have to as well.14 So it is with design.15 The real problem is that you look smug. The difference between then and now is that now I understand why Berkeley is probably not worth trying to understand its implications. It would have been better off; not only wouldn't these guys have broken anything, they'd have gotten a lot more done. It would be a curious state of affairs if you could get to the same spot. So if you're developing technology for money, you're probably not going to use TCP/IP just because everyone else does. In the old days, you could create a situation indistinguishable from you being that manufacturer, at least working on problems of minor importance.
That will tend to produce results that annoy people: there's no use in telling people things they already believe, and people answering it often aren't clear in their own mind how much is deliberate.16 Curiously enough, what got Segway into this problem was that customers didn't want the product. At the time it seemed the future.17 There's nothing more valuable than the advice of someone whose judgement you trust. It didn't shake itself free till a couple decades ago, geography was destiny for cities.18 Arguably it's an interesting failed experiment. The American way is to make money by creating wealth, you're always going to be fighting a losing battle against increasing variation in productivity.19 So there could be other ways to attract them, but they were only a little more out of their sales channels. The result was that I wrote it. Not any more.
Notes
I remember are famous flops like the intrusive ads popular on Delicious, but explain that's what they campaign for. But you're not allowed to ask, what you call the market. These two regions were the case. It will seem more interesting than random marks would be very promising, because the proportion of the Web was closely tied to the Pall Mall Gazette.
I'm not saying it's impossible to write your dissertation in the time 1992 the entire West Coast that still requires jackets: The Duty of Genius, Penguin, 1991, p. As Secretary of Labor Statistics, the big winners are all about hitting outliers, are better college candidates. Bad math is merely an upper bound on a weekend and sit alone and think.
Gary and I don't know of one investor who for some students to get elected with a company. That way most reach the stage where they're sufficiently convincing well before Demo Day. I was not just the local builders built everything in exactly the opposite: when we were quite sore from VCs attempting to probe our nonexistent database orifice.
And it would not know his name. It's conceivable that a skilled vine-dresser was worth about 125 to 150 drachmae.
So 80 years sounds to me like someone adding a few that are only doing angel deals to generate everything else in the next round is high, so it may have been seen mentioning the site was about bands.
This phenomenon may account for a long thread are rarely seen, when we created pets. This point is that the highest returns, it's implicit that this was hard to avoid using it, whether you have to be spread out geographically.
So where do we draw the line that philosophy is nonsense. You also have to resort to raising money. Most of the reasons angels like to invest at a public company CEOs were J.
Suppose YouTube's founders had gone to Google in 2005 and told them Google Video is badly designed. I replace the url with that of whatever they copied. Even as late as Newton's time it takes forever.
Digg is notorious for its lack of results achieved by alchemy and saying its value was as much as people in any case, because they are to be a quiet contentment.
An investor who invested earlier had been trained that anything hung on a hard technical problem. One sign of a handful of lame investors first, and b not allow them to tell them everything. Algorithms that use it are called naive Bayesian. Xxvii.
You're investing your own morale, you need a higher growth rate to impress are not mutually exclusive. This essay was written before Firefox. Google's site.
Founders also worry that taking time to come up with elaborate rationalizations. Words we use for good and bad technological progress is accelerating, so they made more that year from stock options, of course. The two 10 minuteses have 3 weeks between them.
A more accurate or at least once for that reason. This is one of a handful of consulting firms that rent out big pools of foreign programmers they bring in on H1-B visas.
Confucius claimed proudly that he transformed the field they describe. There is archaeological evidence for large settlements earlier, but one by one they die and their hands.
If you wanted to go to work with founders create a great idea as something you need to be actively curious.
The facts about Apple's early history are from an angel-round board, consisting of two founders and one of the biggest discoveries in any case, because you couldn't do the opposite: when we got to the World Bank, Doing Business in 2006, http://doingbusiness. Acquisitions fall into in the room, and the super-angels hate to match.
Is what we need to go to grad school you always see when restrictive laws are removed. It would be unfortunate.
People were more dependent on banks for capital for expansion.
What they forget is that the web and enables a new Lisp dialect called Arc that is not so much control, and the exercise of stock the VCs I encountered when we were working on what you have to be about 200 to send a million dollars out of the canonical could you build for them, if you get stock as if you'd invested at a 3 million cap, but they seem like a month might to an adult. But Goldin and Margo think market forces in the 1960s, leaving less room for startups that are or feel weak. Sometimes a competitor will deliberately affect more interest than they expected and they hope will be the fact by someone who doesn't understand what you're working on your thesis. Even in Confucius's time it filters down to you.

“Don’t be stupid, be a smarty, come and join the Nazi Party” is an intentionally obnoxious line from the hilarious “Springtime for Hitler” in Mel Brook’s The Producers. Not hilarious is the reality that doctors in Nazi Germany were “smarties” in Brook’s sardonic sense, as they joined the Nazi SS in a far higher proportion than the German general population. Also not funny is that U.S. doctors and healthcare professionals—from their “aiding torture” (description used in the CIA Inspector General’s Report) at Guantánamo Bay, Abu Ghraib, and elsewhere to the more recent drugging of detained child migrants—have served U.S. authoritarian policies.
In the Journal of Medical Ethics in 2012, Alessandra Colaianni reports “More than 7% of all German physicians became members of the Nazi SS during World War II, compared with less than 1% of the general population. . . . By 1945, half of all German physicians had joined the Nazi party, 6% before Adolf Hitler gained power.” Colaianni points out, “Physicians joined the Nazi party and the killing operations not at gunpoint, not by force, but of their own volition.”
Colaianni offers several explanations for doctors’ penchant for authoritarianism—reasons that continue to exist today. Two of her explanations are doctors’ socialization to hierarchy and their exceptional career ambitiousness. “Medical culture is,” she concludes “in many ways, a rigid hierarchy. . . . Those at the lower end of the hierarchy are used to doing what their superiors ask of them, often without understanding exactly why. . . . Questioning superiors is often uncomfortable, for fear both of negative consequences (retaliation, losing the superior’s respect) and of being wrong.” She also points out, “Becoming a doctor requires no small amount of ambition. . . .The stereotypical pre-medical student [is] ruthlessly competitive, willing to do anything to get ahead.”“
Authoritarian”is defined by the American Heritage Dictionary as “characterized by or favoring absolute obedience to authority.” Authoritarians in power demand unquestioning obedience from those with lower rank, and authoritarian subordinates comply with all demands of authorities.
I have a special interest in authoritarianism among psychiatrists and psychologists. In their schooling and training (and often beyond that), they live for many years in a world where one complies with the demands of all authorities, and so their patients who challenge authority and resist illegitimate authority appear to be “abnormal” and “mentally ill.”
In my training to become a psychologist, I discovered that students, trainees, and subordinate mental health professionals who challenged authorities routinely got labeled as having “authority issues,” which stigmatizes them in terms of career advancement. Both the selection and socialization of mental health professionals breed out most anti-authoritarians, and the handful of anti-authoritarians who manage to slither through the academic hoops to obtain their degrees have all, from my experience, paid a career price for challenging illegitimate authority. And that punishment has intimidated other mental health professionals from taking an anti-authoritarian path.
Corroborating my personal experience of the retribution heaped upon those rare anti-authoritarian psychiatrists, the journal Ethical Human Psychology and Psychiatry (in 2017) devoted an issue to dissident psychiatrists Thomas Szasz (1920-2012) and his protégé, psychiatrist Ron Leifer (1932-2017).
Perhaps the most famous anti-authoritarian psychiatrist in U.S. history is Thomas Szasz. His The Myth of Mental Illness (1961) brought the wrathof the entire psychiatric establishment against him. Szasz continues today to be widely misunderstood. “He did not deny that people suffer mentally and emotionally,” Leifer pointed out, “He was not even denying mental illnesses exist. He acknowledged that they exist, but . . . not as diseases in the same sense that diabetes or pneumonia are diseases.” Szasz argued that “mental illness” is a metaphor for emotional and behavioral problems in living. Szasz has been widely accused of being anti-psychiatry, but what he opposed was coercive psychiatry. Szasz was a fierce opponent of involuntary psychiatric treatment, believing psychiatry and psychotherapy should only be utilized when there is informed choice and consent.
What was establishment psychiatry’s reaction to Szasz? Psychologist Chuck Ruby reports, “Starting immediately on his open revolt, Szasz’s colleagues ridiculed him, and they considered him a traitor to the profession of psychiatry.” Ruby, the Executive Director of the International Society for Ethical Psychology and Psychiatry, notes, “There were unsuccessful attempts by New York state officials to remove him as a professor at SUNY Upstate Medical University at Syracuse, and his superiors at the university attempted to goad him into quitting.” Szasz was a full professor with tenure; but the chairman of the Department of Psychiatry, David Robinson, according to Leifer, “tried to drive Szasz into insubordination so he could fire him.” Szasz ultimately had to hire a lawyer to defend and protect his tenured appointment.
Ron Leifer, lacking tenure, was far more vulnerable to a career “hit.” Leifer reported that he was “excommunicated” from academic psychiatry in 1966, “fired [by Robinson] in retaliation for publishing a book that was interpreted to be criticism of psychiatry.” Leifer recounted, “I applied at other departments of psychiatry . . . but was rejected because of my association with Szasz. So much for the free expression of ideas in academic psychiatry!”
Then there is the case of Loren Mosher (1933–2004), the psychiatrist perhaps most respected by ex-patients who have become activists fighting for human rights. In 1968, Mosher became the National Institute of Mental Health’s Chief of the Center for Schizophrenia Research. In 1971, he launched an alternative approach for people diagnosed with schizophrenia, opening the first Soteria House in Santa Clara, California. Soteria House was an egalitarian and non-coercive psychosocial milieu employing nonprofessional caregivers. The results showed that people do far better with the Soteria approach than with standard psychiatric treatment, and that people can in fact recover with little or no use of antipsychotic drugs. Mosher’s success embarrassed establishment psychiatry and displeased the pharmaceutical industry. Not surprisingly, the National Institute of Mental Health choked off Soteria House funding, and Mosher was fired from NIMH in 1980.
Dissident psychiatrists are a rare breed, and those whom I have known tell me that the attempted hit on Szasz and the successful hits on Leifer and Mosher were as predictable as any hit by La Cosa Nostra (“our thing”)—as the psychiatry establishment is also not exactly tolerant of any challenges to “their thing.”
Anti-authoritarian patients should be especially concerned with psychiatrists and psychologists—even more so than with other doctors. While an authoritarian cardiothoracic surgeon may be an abusive jerk for a nursing staff, that surgeon can still effectively perform a necessary artery bypass for an anti-authoritarian patient. However, authoritarian psychiatrists and psychologists will always do damage to their anti-authoritarian patients.
Psychiatrists and psychologists are often unaware of the magnitude of their obedience, and so the anti-authoritarianism of their patients can create enormous anxiety and even shame for them with regard to their own excessive compliance. This anxiety and shame can fuel their psycho-pathologizing of any noncompliance that creates significant tension. Such tension includes an anti-authoritarian patient’s incensed reaction to illegitimate authority.
Anti-authoritarian helpers—far more commonly found in peer support—understand angry reactions to illegitimate authority, empathize with the pain fueling those reactions, and genuinely care about that pain. Having one’s behavior understood and pain cared about opens one up to dialogue as to how best to deal with one’s pain. Because anti-authoritarian mental health professionals are rare, angry anti-authoritarian patients will likely be “treated” by an authority who creates even more pain, which results in more self-destructiveness and violence.
It is certainly no accident that anti-authoritarian psychiatrists and psychologists are rare. Mainstream psychiatry and psychology meet the needs of the ruling power structure by pathologizing anger and depoliticizing malaise so as to maintain the status quo. In contrast, anti-authoritarians model and validate resisting illegitimate authority, and so anti-authoritarian professionals—be they teachers, clergy, psychiatrists, or psychologists—are not viewed kindly by the ruling power structure.

Ableist education
Cue: Face Palm.
Oh Pauline, you’ve done it again. And again. And again….
One Nation Senator and one-time fish and chip shop owner, Pauline Hansen has stunned disability advocates with her call to remove children with autism from mainstream classroom. The comments were made during a Federal Government debate on school funding legislation. Autism Australia chief executive Nicole Rogerson, whose 21-year-old son Jack has autism, said she felt sick when she heard Senator Hanson's "repulsive, bigoted and hurtful" comments and argued they took "the discussion about inclusive education back about 50 years" (ABC, 2017).
The notion of segregating children with autism from the mainstream environment is not only fundamentally ableist, but downright discriminatory. Rutherford’s stance that ‘education is an apprenticeship in humanity’ (2016. P.135) profoundly proposes that it is the diversity of our classrooms which is our biggest strength. For many students, the classroom may be one of the first times they have learnt alongside and together with anyone with individual learning needs; and this experience is of itself an invaluable education. Sadly, Hansen’s comments reaffirm entrenched ideological forces that promote the notion of ‘the other’, the students that sit beyond the boundaries of societies narrow construction of normal. The notion of removing students because of their learning needs supports Lalvani and Broderick (2015) concerns about the implicit idealogy of ‘separate, but equal.’ King’s (1991) theory of dysconsciousness, was initially applied to race, however one can see that applications of this idea are particularly relevant in discussions around inclusivity in education. Dysconsciousness is ‘an uncritical habit of mind (including perceptions, attitudes, assumptions, and beliefs that justify inequality and exploitation by accepting the existing order of things as a given’ (King, 1991. p.135).
This narrow-minded perspective also serves to highlight the key differences between special education and social justice education, as presented by Villeas (2012). The former is typically informed by biologically determinist theories that connect failures at school with deficiencies in the students mind and body. Whereas the latter is grounded in a multicultural educational perspective, where ‘failure’ at school is because of biased socio-political systems that structure and reproduce inequality. These implications support the evidence that students with a disability perform much worse when they are put away in segregated settings and denied the benefits of a mainstream face-to-face education (People With Disabilities ACT campaign manager Craig Wallace.) The Monash University research found that between 2009 and 2015, the inclusion of autistic students in mainstream classes dropped from 18.8 per cent to just 3.3 per cent. During this period, the proportion of students with autism in special schools increased from 37 to 52 per cent. The research, which was published in the International Journal of Inclusive Education and draws on Australian Bureau of Statistics data, found students with autism were being segregated at much higher rates than students with other disabilities (The Age).
As an inclusive teacher, I understand that striking a balance between in class support in a mainstream environment and targeted, relevant withdrawal teaching consistent with individual evidence-based learning plan, is best practice. I share Slee’s perspective that viewing the general and special education as parallel systems not only reaffirms the ideology of ‘separate but equal,’ it is inconsistent with education in a democracy.

The advantages of pursuing studies with B. Sc specialization
After the 12th-grade results are out, there will be a rush of students applying for a B.Sc. Parents and students alike value this degree since B.Sc. graduates are more likely to obtain employment and earn higher pay. Numerous technical and scientific occupations are accessible with this degree. As a result, this degree continues to be the most common choice following the 12th grade. The cut-off percentages for B. Sc. are high, but despite its popularity and high expectations, studying B. Physical Development of 11-12-Year-Old Girls Involved in Swimming and Diving Physical-Physical Development of 11-12-Year-Old Girls Involved in Swimming and Diving Physical Introduction The study of morphological and functional indicators of athletes of various specializations has long been one of the important areas of sports science. Many well-known scientists studied the physique of athletes [1,2]. The study of morphological and functional indicators helps to solve the main problems of modern sports, namely: - selection and determination of sports suitability in various sports [2-5] determination of growth rates and short-term prospects for individual age periods [6] orientation of residents of various regions in the choice of sports specialization, etc. In recent years, a lot of material has been accumulated on the dynamics of the physical and biological development of athletes and the relationship with the growth rate of sports achievements has been shown [6,7]. However, a comparison of physique and physical development of girls involved in swimming and diving was not previously conducted. The goal was to determine the physique and physical development rate of girls, swimmers and jumpers in the water for 11-12 years. Research Objectives i. To study the features of the physical development of girls 11-12 years old, engaged in swimming and diving. ii. Compare the body mass composition of girls 11-12 years old, engaged in swimming and diving. iii. To identify the main differences in the physique of girls 11-12 years old, engaged in swimming and diving. Research methods and organization The study of the physical development and physique of girls aged 11-12 years was carried out by the method of anthropometry. The results are processed by methods of mathematical statistics. The average indices were calculated - X, standard deviations - σ, and the significance of differences in the average indices by Student t-test. The study was conducted based on the Moscow School of Education in 2016 - 17 years. The study involved girls of 11-12 years old, engaged in swimming and diving in the amount of 18 people in each age group. The Results of the study A comparative analysis of the main indicators of physical development (Table 1) showed that the swimmers are 11-12 years old in length over their peers in the water. At 11 years of age, the difference is 6.4 cm, and already at 12 years of age - 17.0 cm. A comparison of the annual increments in body length from 11- 12 years allowed to establish higher values for representatives of sports swimming (13.8cm), compared with divers in water (3.3cm) (Table 1). Comparison of body mass indicators of girls 11-12 years old, engaged in swimming and diving, shows that at 11 years of age, swimmers reliably surpass jumpers in water by 3.8kg, and at 12 years old the difference is more significant and equal to 13.9kg Accordingly, the annual increments also change, which are 11.6kg for swimmers and only 1.5kg for jumpers in the water. In terms of girth of the chest, swimmers also surpass jumpers in the water. So, at 11 years old the difference is 4.2cm, and at 12 years old 12.2cm. These differences are statistically significant and are due to the specifics of the sport. For swimmers, the size of the chest affects the vital capacity indicator (VC), which is closely related to the athletic performance in swimming. The annual growth from 11-12 years for young swimmers is 11.6cm, and for jumpers in the water only 1.5cm. According to Brock’s index, swimmers also outperform jumpers in the water. So, at 11 years old, this indicator for girls-swimmers is 10.3, while for jumpers in the water 7.8. By the age of 12, the Broca index increases in subjects of both specializations and is 12.6 for swimming and 9.5 for representatives of diving (Table 1). This reflects the specifics of swimming as a sport: the higher the Brock index, the better the hydrodynamic qualities of the swimmer. For divers in the water, this indicator is not significant. Higher annual growths of the studied indicators of physical development may indicate an earlier entry of swimmers into the puberty period of development. Assessment of body proportions was carried out by calculating the ratio of body weight, chest circumference, shoulder width, arm and leg length to body length in %. According to the proportions of the body of the girl, the swimmers noticeably differ from the jumpers into the water. So, the ratio of weight to body length in girls-swimmers increases from 11-12 years more significantly than in jumpers in the water. Also, high growths are observed in swimmers according to indicators characterizing the ratio of chest circumference to body length. The ratio of shoulder width to body length in 11-year-old swimmers is significantly higher than that of jumpers in the water. However, by age 12, the differences become statistically unreliable. A study of the body proportions of girls aged 11-12 years suggests that swimmers have longer limbs compared to divers in the water. The ratio of arm length to body length at the age of 11 years is 45.5% for them, and for jumpers in the water - 43.3%. At 12 years old, respectively, 45.1 & 43.8%. The same trend persists in relation to leg length to body length (Table 2). An analysis of the body mass components of the studied groups showed that water jumpers are superior to swimmers in muscle tissue already at the age of 12, although at 11 years old, these indicators were lower. However, the differences between them are not significant. A comparison of bone mass also indicates a heavier skeleton of jumpers in the water. At the same time, the differences in swimmers and jumpers in water in terms of bone mass are 3.1 at 11 years old, and at 3.3% at 12 years, and the significance of the differences reaches significant values. The same is confirmed by the data of active body weight, which is significantly higher among jumpers in the water in the studied groups (Table 3). As for the fat component, in swimmers it is more pronounced than among jumpers in the water. So, at 11 years old the difference is 12.1%, at 12 years old - 12.6%. This is due to the need for swimmers to stay in the water for a long-time during training, stimulates the body to form protection against hypothermia, and increases body buoyancy. Conclusion Thus, the study allowed us to identify differences in the physical development of girls-swimmers and jumpers in the water from 11 years of age. These differences, in our opinion, are associated both with sports selection and with the influence of sports specialization. And by the age of 12, the difference in most indicators becomes more pronounced. It was revealed that girls’ swimmers significantly surpass their peers in the water in terms of length and body weight, chest circumference, and Brock’s index. Characteristic for swimmers is a more pronounced increase in the annual growth of the studied indicators from 11-12 years, which is probably due to their earlier entry into puberty. This is confirmed by the established differences in the proportions of the body of swimmers and jumpers into the water. The body mass composition of the studied groups of athletes characterizes the divers in the water as athletically folded, as evidenced by higher rates of active body weight (bone + muscle component) compared to swimmers, and swimmers surpass them in fat mass. The revealed differences between girls specializing in swimming and diving indicate the presence of structural features of the body of athletes, which should be considered in the process of sports selection. A look at your special education offerings
Improving special education is a difficult task. Although many top cbse schools in kolkata strive to eliminate the achievement gap and enhance outcomes for students with special needs and those who struggle, school and district strategies are not always aligned to achieve this goal.
However, there is reason to be optimistic. There are best practises that can assist English medium school in kolkata of all sizes and types achieve remarkable increases in achievement and inclusion, as well as extend services for kids who study in cbse board school in south kolkata, when executed successfully with a systems-thinking approach. Based on significant study by the What Works Clearinghouse, the National Reading Panel, John Hattie's Visible Learning, other major research studies, and our own hands-on experience with hundreds of school districts, BDMI has developed a few best practises for enhancing special education.
Surprisingly, the cost of this strategy is comparable to, if not cheaper than, present efforts. One thing to keep in mind: these recommended practises are appropriate for most students who have mild to moderate disabilities or none at all. Others will require a different strategy.
1.    Specialise in student outcomes, not inputs:
In too many top cbse schools in kolkata, if last year’s efforts didn’t work also as desired, the response is to feature more staff, more professionals, more co-teaching, and more hours of service. These changes seldom help students and always cost more. Over the past decade, English medium school in kolkata constantly increased the number of special educators and professionals, and yet achievement levels have barely budged.
If the present approach isn’t achieving great outcomes, current practices must be reviewed and modified. The cbse board school in south kolkata that have successfully raised achievement for college kids with special needs and other students who struggle are the districts that keep the main target on results.
 2.             Effective general education instruction is vital
Higher performance of general education students correlates to higher performance of scholars with abilities, students who struggle spend most of their day within the general education classroom; therefore, core instruction provided by the classroom teacher must meet most of their needs. In some top cbse schools in kolkata, a culture has emerged where education staff take the lead in serving students who lack in abilities. In many faculties, grade school children who struggle to read are pulled out of the core reading block to be taught by an education teacher or professionals.
3.             Ensure all students can read
In many English medium school in kolkata, up to half the referrals to education are, at their root, thanks to reading difficulties. Referral rates jump in third through sixth grades when reading problems make it difficult to find out math, science, and social studies. An awesome majority of scholars who haven't mastered reading by the top of third grade will still struggle throughout highschool and beyond. These students tend to possess increased rates of behavioral problems in later grades and are less likely to graduate from highschool or to enroll in college.
In order to boost achievement for all students who struggle, schools have to faithfully implement best practices for teaching and make sure that students with mild to moderate abilities are taking advantage of these best practices.
4.             Provide extra instructional time a day for college kids who struggle
Students who have difficulty achieving grade-level standards often need longer for instruction so as to catch up and continue with their peers. At both the elementary and secondary levels, this extra time is often wont to pre-teach materials, reteach the day’s lesson, address missing foundational skills, and proper misunderstandings.
Struggling learners may receive additional support from a teaching assistant, education teacher, co-teacher, etc. while staying within the same classroom as their peers for an equivalent duration. Struggling students, for instance, could also be assigned to a “replacement” class, a lower-level general education class that covers less content with less rigor. Extra “help time” shouldn't be confused with extra instructional time. It's common for college kids with special needs to have a resource room period or a support period where an education teacher provides unplanned help or test prep across multiple subjects, grades, and courses. This is often not an equivalent as a daily dedicated extra period focused explicitly on math skills, for instance.
As standards have risen and therefore the complexity of the content has increased, staff having a deep understanding and mastery of what they teach becomes even more important. An educator who has engaged in an extensive study and training during a particular subject is more likely to possess a wider repertoire of the way to show the fabric. However, in most districts, extra instruction is provided either by professionals, or by education teachers, who have expertise in but often are generalists without specialized expertise in teaching subjects like math, English, and reading.
6. Allow special educators to play to their strengths
cbse board school in south kolkata that have made strides in improving services for struggling students have focused on ensuring that teachers are ready to play to their strengths. For instance, some education teachers may have expertise in specific content areas, while others could also be very efficient and skilled in assessing and managing the study process.
Some education teachers are particularly efficient and effective in managing the study process. These teachers should specialise in case management responsibilities and thereby allow other education teachers longer to serve students.
Making these shifts in roles enables teachers to specialise in applying their particular strengths to profit students. Specialization of roles also simplifies professional development for education teachers; teachers can develop deeper skills in one area instead of having to master many various skills and specialties.
7. Expand the reach and impact of social, emotional, and behavioral supports
Addressing students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs is critical, and lots of schools have developed a growing need for these services by adding counselors, social workers, but still feel more is required . The key's to expand the reach and impact of existing staff, expand staffing by shifting resources, and partner with others to supply free or low-cost services.
Some schools have managed to double the quantity of student services delivered by existing staff by streamlining meetings and paperwork. But albeit all non-student work were streamlined, many Schools still would be understaffed. Fortunately, many schools can improve and expand social, emotional, and behavioral support within their existing budget by shifting to having fewer lower-skilled professionals but more staff with the highly specialized skills required, like certified behaviorists.
8. Provide high-quality in-district programs for college kids with more severe needs
In the past, many mid-sized and smaller districts decided against providing in-house education programs; these districts felt they lacked sufficient numbers of scholars at any given grade level to justify the value of such services. This needn’t be the case. If a neighborhood has a minimum of three students with similar needs within an equivalent age range, it's going to be less expensive to determine an in-house program than to put the scholars in an out-of-district program. Of course, the savings resulting from decreased tuition payments and transportation costs must be invested in providing enhanced in-district services.
The key to providing effective and cost-effective programs is to rent staff with the proper skills and training, to regulate staffing levels throughout the year as enrollment shifts, and to supply dedicated leadership for these programs.
9. Skills staff spend their time and supply guidance on the effective use of your time
To implement best practices at-scale and during a cost-effective manner, districts must have an in-depth understanding of how staff, including special educators, related services providers, and RTI staff, are currently serving students. Then, the district must work collaboratively to determine expectations regarding the service delivery model and to line guidelines on the quantity of your time to be spent with students.
Given the vast range of tasks that staff perform, it's challenging for Schools to develop an in-depth understanding of how staff spend their time. When schools utilize schedule-sharing technology to realize a deep understanding of current practices, both staff and administrators are often surprised at what proportion time is spent in meetings.  Finally, school staff must assist principals and other education staff to create thoughtful schedules in accordance with best practices. Too often, the master building schedule forces teachers to tug students from core instruction in reading or math, prevents grouping of scholars with like needs, or demands attendance at too many meetings.
Scheduling is both an art and a science, and effective scheduling is vital to making sure that student needs are best met. There's no reason to believe every teacher or principal is an expert scheduler; albeit they're , their schedule is impacted by dozens of other people’s schedules, so efficient and effective schedules can't be inbuilt a vacuum. Coordinated scheduling is important to make sure that point is getting used most effectively.
Implementing these best practices isn't easy or quick, but it's well worth the effort. While implementing these best practices can have a big positive impact, to mention that implementation is straightforward would be misleading. It takes time and diligence to effect large-scale shifts in commission delivery, staffing, scheduling, and roles and responsibilities. It takes time, much communication, and attentiveness to foster buy-in and ensure fidelity of implementation. It requires participation from leaders across all functions of the district also as dialogue with key stakeholders like parents. Clear goals, careful planning, and much communication can help to pave the way.
Taking an in depth check out current practices and taking a systems-thinking approach to implementing best practices can make a big difference in student outcomes. It's diligence, and a time-consuming process, but well worth the effort to enhance the lives of scholars with special needs and students who struggle.
