Just read the short story 'The Sea and Little Fishes' by Terry Pratchett and. It's about Granny Weatherwax getting annoyed and therefore being nice. Like, actually polite, caring, etc. And everyone just freaks out! Literal panic! Which is hilarious, but also totally understandable.

She wears a pink dress. PINK. With a lacy collar! But what really gets me is that when Nanny Ogg comments on it, she says "You dont think it would suit me?" Like, what????? Granny never cares about what people think of her!

Anyway, I love it very much in a completely normal way. 😊

mandarinfish are native to the pacific, from the ryuku islands down to south australia

they grow up to 3 inches long on average!

these fish do not actually have scales! they secrete mucus from their skin, which keeps them clean

mandarinfish are very sky and often avoid other fish

the name of this fish comes from the vibrant patterns, which resemble the robes of an imperial chinese officer!

they are picky eaters an eat from a small range of food, most notably protozoans and worms :)

False cleanerfish!

These fish mimic the cleaner wrasse, down to appearance and even behaviour, enticing younger, less experienced cleaner wrasse "customers" to come closer with a distinct dance. When close enough, the false cleanerfish bites into the unsuspecting fish to feed on its scales, flesh and fins, and then hastily retreats away out of harm's way: older fish will usually chase it!

Week 5 @daycarefriendpickup magma doodles!

This week had collabs using photos and was a blast to join, one of my favourite weeks so far and it was such fun experimenting with adding characters to real scenes.
