I absolutely love the Y/N crowd, they can write the most incredible stuff I've ever seen written, but it's when they turn around and just steal art for their fics that drives me insane.

Pinterest is all stolen art.

Did you ask the artist? Did you even try and look at who it was? Did you try and give them credit? No? Then don't fucking use it. The absolute disrespect is insane.

Most of the time, thankfully, the watermark is there. But when it's not because the artist deactivated or when it's clearly scrubbed clean? Don't use it. Manga panels, sure, go for it. But that's someone's livelihood. That's something someone might have PAID to have been drawn for them.

Go type in your favorite blorbo right now and then sort by images on Tumblr. You're gonna see so much stolen art. And not a single callout for it.
