was talking to a friend this time last year about disordered eating and weight loss goals & going shopping together for some new clothes. Saw her a cpl times the past month and she looks amazing. Flat stomach, thin face, ribs and hips. Everything fits her perfectly. She followed through with what I wanted for myself while I drank to oblivion for pretty much 12 months and just gained 20 pounds.

Have got to get at least as thin as her

#kind of jealous kind of pissed off kind of love the motivation #just gotta not drink for 3-6 months. If I could manage 6 months - year even without restricting I'd be able to get back to my set point #which is slim #the weight will be grossly distributed tho. Will take a year or so to lose the liver swelling.Most of my fat is viscseral rather than #adipose :/ I think lipolysis on adipose happens faster than liver cells #so when I lose weight I will be skinny fat for a while #unless I lose loads #but even then I will justlook bloated for a year or so #maybe if I recomp /gain muscle I can cover it up?#but won't be able to g et a low bmi if building abs to cover gut swelling
