WAI Arc, there are 3 shared braincells amongst the NRC boys that realize either sneaking in disguised as a girl... or plain trying to sneak in through a window like a stalker is stupid at best that they'd put together a care-package for Miss Yuu that's both a housewarming present for staying at the new school and a blant 'please come back we miss you' that the her friends will absolutely want her too open IN the common lounge.

The amount of teasing she will be subjected to from opening it in front of everyone.

"A package from Yuus boyfriends~!" One of the girls sang out as she pranced in carrying one of the two boxes she was helping her bring in.

"Marina, they're not my boyfriends." Yuu said, but the damage had already been done. All the girls in the lounges interest had been peaked.

"Come on, let's open them!" Marina cheered,with everyone agreeing. Yuu sighed. Peer pressure wins it seems. She put the packages on the coffee table and cut open the tape with her dorm key.

On the top of the package was postcard stating it was a care package from everyone at NRC.

Yuu pulled out a wooden box. She opened and inside was ..."Mushrooms?" One of the girls said in confusion.

"And a recipe for them." Yuu looked at the note card with it. "This can only be from Jade."

"Maybe you can hand that one off to Tina."

Yuu rifled through the box again and pulled a stuffed red hedgehog with a heart belly. Her friends audibly "Awwed"

"From Riddle." Yuu read the tag. "He does love hedgehogs"

Yuu and friends continued to rifle through the box. They found a box of Treys cookies (Which they all immediately started to eat). Bottles of skincare products tailored for her by Vil. Jewelry from Kalim. 

One of her friends pulled out a small gargoyle bust from the other box and looked at the tag. “’From Malleus...which one is that...?Wait that’s your horny boy!”

Everyone laughed and Yuu rolled her eyes. “Hornton. I call him Hornton.”

“You’re a better person than me because I would have called him Horny.”

Another girl joined in and pretending to swoon into the other ones arms.and saying in a high pitched voice. “Oh Prince Horny, seduce me with your knowledge of gothic architecture.”

Yuu couldn’t help but laugh at that one.

As they continued to go through the gifts, even resident mean girl Nyla got curious and joined in. She picked up a card from the top of the pile and looked. “A voucher for a free drink at the Mostro Lounge from some guy named Azul. Wow what a big spender.” She rolled her eyes.

“Don’t be so judgmental, maybe he couldn’t afford anything.”

“...Azul owns the lounge.” Yuu said quietly.

Nyla grimaced. “Cheapskate.”

Continuing with this nonsense, I'm just thinking of who else would be on the infiltration team.

Riddle with the right wig and outfit could pass for a girl like Lilia and Epel, but I don't think he'd be down for the plan. He wants nothing to do with this. Vil could absolutely pull it off, but he's too famous. They are going to recognize him immediately and the fangirls will mob him. Even if he wasn't recognized, Vils too pretty, he's going to be the most popular bitch at White Ash by the time he's done. He's too powerful as is.

Kalim would be down, but it's a matter of whether or not Jamil will let him. Come on, he afford a good wig, let him go Jamil! Either Sebek is going to stay behind with Malleus or take it upon himself to back up Lilia. The latter is the funny option. "Why is that new green haired girl always yelling so much? Who the hell even is Malleus? Is that like her ex or something? Talk about desperate..."

Silver is often referred to as pretty and looking like a sleeping princess, that is canon. So he could probably pull off the girl act. Extra shenanigans if he befriends my girl Phillipa, and is completely unaware that the guy she is talking about is him.

"Yeah I really like him but he doesn't seem to know I exist. Everytime I try to talk to him it's like everything goes over his head."

"Honestly Phillipa you can do so much better. You need someone who can give you the attention you deserve."

I have no reason for this, but I want Floyd in on this. I feel like he'd have fun. He's going to be someone's crazy bestie by the end. If Jade tags along he's going to be friends with all the cottagecore girlies and they're going take him shopping to help him find all the cute mushroom stuff.

We of course cannot forget Ace and Deuce. Despite the fact that Deuce doesn't really know know how to talk to girls, I think that's only in a romantic context. He was raised by a single mom and the only other relative we know of is his grandma. Deuce may not know how to flirt, but he is probably most equipped to live with women. He knows what things are. He knows about periods, he doesn't blink if someones bra is laying around their dorm. He doesn't care. Ace on the other hand...not so much. His home is the opposite of Deuce. He is uncomfortable at all times if he goes to White Ash.

Epel always hated being confused for a girl but he's got to take one for the team to keep miss Yuu from White Ash

He's going to complain the whole time but he'll do it for the homies.

To my knowledge, Lilia doesn't get mistaken for a girl in game. But people who don't know twst or are new to it often mistake him for a girl. So he is also on the infiltration team. Except it goes a little too well. A group of White Ash girls really click with them and invite Epel and Lilia to everything. Including their Friday night slumber party. These aren't even Yuus friends. They've girlbossed too close to the sun.

With all the Miss Yuu at White Ash shenanigans, I’ve realized something horrible if we throw Papa Crewel au into the mix. Crewel is technically a Dilf, and now Yuu is going hear all the girls talk about it.

Like yeah there was mlm guys at Night Raven who had a thing for Crewel but she didn’t really hear about it often, and Crewel was their professor long before he was Yuus adoptive/surrogate father. It just doesn’t come up as often. But now Crewel acts like any other parent at White Ash. He was with Yuu when she got a tour of campus. He’s there for conferences. Yuu has pictures of them. And you know Crewel is going to be dressed hella nice the whole time. As someone who was a horny teenage girl once, they notice. They’re going to talk about it so much. Yuu is going to crave death.

“Yuu, Yuu. Respectfully-”

“Marina I swear to god-”

“He’s hot! Do you want lie? Because I refuse.”

This is how Yuu goes back to NRC.

I'm just imagining this coupled with the Headmistress Rosehearts au. Where Mrs. Rosehearts finds out was adopted by Crewel by seeing her on the cover of his mothers magazine Divine. Which is basically the twst equivalent to being on the cover of Vouge.

If been a few months since Nyla last saw Yuu and her ilk. She hadn't paid that weirdo much mind since, and honestly good riddence. It isn't until Nylas roommate and friend storms in like a mad woman.

"You'll never believe this!" and shoves the magazine in her face. Yuus face is staring back at her. A custom designed outfit with furs draped over her, that weasel of hers draped over her shoulders, and there in big letters was the cover story. "The new heiress the Crewel family fortune."

A shrill scream can be heard across the bay on the Isle of sages. As Vil flips through his copy, he can't help but smirk. "Looks like someone found out~"

I can see Ruggie joining the White Ash situation, only because he heard about their cooking classes ending around that time. Yuu is a priority, but he will be damn to let those left overs go to waste.

Ruggie showing up empty handed but in the end he leaves with massive amounts of food because a thick southern accent girl heard his stomach rumble and gave him all her extra left overs on the condition she gets feedback on her cooking since she’s going to open a restaurant one day and needs all the feedback she can get.

That's so cute! Ruggie will happily oblige her. Maybe show her some of what his grandma taught him. This girl just found herself her new taste tester.

If she ever found out Ruggie is secretly and NRC boy, she's still going to send snack care packages for him to test. Besties.

Sebek, who tagged along with Lilia on the WAI misadventure. Even though he has to pretend he has no relation NRC he’s incapable of shutting up about Malleus.

Some poor White Ash girl that somehow got stuck hanging out with him: So is this Malleus guy your boyfriend or something?

Sebek: What? No, of course not.

WAI girl: Are you in love with him or something? Why are you so obsessed with him?

Sebek: uh... *rattles off about how powerful he is and some fae bullshit*

WAI girl: So what I'm getting is that you follow this guy around like some obedient puppy because you're insecure about being half fae and crave the approval of full ones?

Sebek: I mean I wouldn’t phrase it like that but...

Sebek then proceeds to get some tough love from his new friend.

hello can i have some more nyla mean girl bullshittery hcs? I've been binging chinese dramas and disney original movies, and one thing they have in common is that there's always one mean girl in those movies

Yes! ok, ngl, Nyla is already an oc I made I just hadn't posted about her. (It's in the drafts, all this mean girls stuff is the kick in the pants i needed to finish it. ) But I literally made her for that exact purpose of being the obligatory Disney channel mean girl. White Ash was a little too chummy we needed a problem child, thus Nyla Drake.

Right off the bat about Nyla, she is twisted from Queen Narissa from Enchanted. So if you remember anything about Narissa, she was a mish mash of a lot of classic Disney villain's. So the reason Nyla is so snobby and full of herself, is because she knows she has the talent and power to back it up. She is good at wide variety of magic and she loves to brag about it.

If you've read the og post about White Ash, there is mention that a girl bullied Juno and then promptly got the shit smacked out of her by Junos friend Phillipa. That was Nyla. So she hates that friend group. She doesn't like Juno and Phillipa and anyone that they're friends with. This includes Miss Yuu.

After the fight in first year, Nyla knows if she outright bullies someone again, she will get the boot. But she's very mean and no healthy way of coping with her issues, so she needs to take it out on other people. The local magicless girl? Target acquired. It's all very petty stuff that can written off.

"Come on Yuu, this spell is childs play. Oh I'm sorry I forgot you can't do magic."

"Aw did those Night Raven boys forget about you already?"

"You're wearing that? No no, nothing wrong with it. But it's certainly an interesting choice, isn't it? I mean I wouldn't wear that, but I guess taste is subjective."

Maybe a well placed trip that no one saw her do. Things like that.

In typical mean girl fashion, Nyla tends to view others as competition a lot. Yuu may not be able to do magic, but she makes friends wherever she goes. Wins people over with minimal effort. Plus she has friends from Night Raven who are rich, famous, and powerful. It pisses Nyla off to no end.

All the White Ash angst stuff got me thinking about a Miss Yuu who's just... very mellow. The first month in WAI she's acclimated very well, gets along fine with the girls and adapts to the new environment. "Did you hear about the new girl?" "Oh yes, she's a sweetheart! A real good listener too!" Everything seems fine and dandy, until one of the girls in Yuu's inner circle realize something. For all the problems that Miss Yuu has been helping them with, for every time they've been venting to her...

Miss Yuu has never told anything about herself. She's always got a smile on her face, but you can see in those eyes just how hollow they seem. Like looking into a deep well of nothing. Suddenly, Mission "Let's Help Yuu Acclimate" is finished, it's now Mission "Let's Make Yuu Feel Okay." It starts slow and steady, being a little more helpful towards Miss Yuu and saying things like "It's okay to open up, your feelings are valid."

Despite that, Miss Yuu's happy facade never seems to fade. Until one day, she lays in bed, blankly looking up at the ceiling with tears streaming down her face. All the trauma from overblots, the fear of probably never finding a way back home, it all snaps. Yuu barely responds to any of the girls, but they're determined to take care of Yuu.

For once, Miss Yuu is going to be seeing a school therapist instead of being one.

Believe or not I wrote something more or less like this months ago, though Yuu in that series was more angry than mellow. But the idea that the White Ash gang want Yuu to feel better still stands.

Headmage Cristalería knows Yuu struggled a lot at NRC, maybe not about the Overblots but definitely about everything else. She set everything that Yuu knew she had the resources to speak with a professional in in her own time.

Lily, Yuus new roommate, heard her silently sobbing in the night. Without another word she sat next her and comforted her friend. she understood on some level. She wanted her friend to know she was okay.

Clara who has a terrible habit of overworking herself, being friends with Lilia who loves fun and shenanigans and will not stand for it. He will sneak out of NRC when there's a concert in the area, appear in Claras office and go, "Bitch, get dressed, there's a band I love playing at this dive bar and I need you for free drinks. Let gooo!" Lilia is one of the few people that can pull Clara out of her work cave and her comfort zone, and she still has a good time, and that's why they're friends.
