Can you do a Paul Lahote X reader
Where it’s based off in New Moon
Bella and their sibling Reader go visit the pack after Bella found out about shifters (Thanks ti Paul shifting from anger).
And since Bella already told her sibling about the Cullens being Vampires, obviously she would tell them about Jacob and the rez being shifters.
And it fast forwards to Bella and Reader to officially meet the pack. When the two meets the pack Reader makes eye contact with Paul Lahote which causes Paul to imprint.
P.s. im pretty sure the pack can tell when someone imprints.

Bella Swan had reached her breaking point. For weeks now, Jacob Black had been ignoring her, leaving her with a heartache that seemed to grow with each passing day. Desperate for answers, Bella decided it was time to confront him, even if it meant dragging her sister (Y/N) along with her.
The two sisters made their way to the Quileute reservation, where Jacob and his pack resided. As they arrived, Bella couldn't help but notice Paul Lahote and a few other boys standing outside. Determined, she approached them, her eyes scanning the group in search of Jacob.
"Hey," Bella called out, her voice laced with frustration. "Where's Jacob?"
Paul smirked, his eyes narrowing. "Why do you care? He's clearly moved on."
Bella's heart sank at Paul's words, but she refused to back down. "I deserve an explanation. We were friends, and he's been avoiding me for no reason."
The other boys exchanged glances, refusing to meet Bella's gaze. It was clear they were hiding something, but they weren't willing to share the truth.
(Y/N) had been waiting patiently in the car, but a sudden unease washed over her. Trusting her instincts, she stepped out and made her way towards Bella, unaware of the events that were about to unfold.
Paul's rude comment about Jacob pushed Bella over the edge. Without thinking, she slapped him across the face, the sound echoing through the quiet reservation.
Paul's body trembled, his expression contorting in pain. In an instant, he transformed into a massive wolf, his fur bristling with anger. Panic surged through Bella's veins, but she couldn't tear her eyes away from the creature before her.
(Y/N) sprinted towards them, her heart pounding in her chest. She couldn't let her sister face this danger alone. Just as she reached them, Jacob burst onto the scene, his own transformation complete.
"Bella, move!" Jacob's voice was urgent, filled with concern for her safety. He lunged at Paul, a fierce growl erupting from his throat.
(Y/N) found herself locking eyes with Paul, their gaze holding for a brief moment. And in that instant, everything changed. Paul's anger evaporated, replaced by a look of wonder and awe.
He imprinted on her.
Paul saw their future together, a life filled with love and happiness. He saw them dating, getting married, and even raising a child together. Overwhelmed by the intensity of his newfound emotions, Paul turned and disappeared into the depths of the surrounding woods, still in his wolf form.
As the dust settled, Jacob's eyes softened, his focus shifting from Paul to Bella. "Are you okay?" he asked, concern etched into his voice.
Bella nodded, speechless, her eyes filled with a mix of confusion and relief. But it was (Y/N) who held the weight of the revelation, her mind swirling with the implications of what had just occurred.
Jacob, his eyes filled with remorse and determination, took a deep breath before speaking. "I owe you an explanation, Bella. And (Y/N), I'm sorry you got dragged into this mess. But if you're willing to listen, there's a gathering tonight at the beach, we’re having barn fire. You'll hear the truth there."
Bella glanced at her sister, who nodded in agreement, her curiosity piqued. They both knew that this was their chance to finally uncover the secrets that had been shrouding Jacob and his pack.
As evening fell, Bella and (Y/N) made their way to the barn, their hearts pounding with anticipation. The sound of crackling fire and laughter filled the air, as the Quileute tribe and the pack celebrated their ancestral traditions.
Jacob approached them, his eyes sincere. "Thank you for coming. I promise, I'll explain everything."
The sisters found a spot near the fire, surrounded by the members of the pack and the Quileute tribe. Jacob stood at the center, his voice carrying through the crowd as he recounted the legends of their people.
He spoke of the Quileute tribe's ancient connection to the wolf spirit, and how some members of the tribe possessed the ability to transform into powerful, enormous wolves. He revealed the long-standing feud between his pack and the Cullens, the "cold ones" as they were known, who were vampires.
As Jacob spoke, Bella and (Y/N) listened intently, their eyes widening with each revelation. They were captivated by the tales of their battles against the Cullens, how they protected their land and loved ones from the vampire threat.
Paul, who had been nearby, approached (Y/N) cautiously after Jacob finished his story. "Can we talk?" he asked, his voice laced with a mix of hope and uncertainty.
(Y/N) hesitated for a moment, unsure of what to expect. But something in Paul's eyes told her that he genuinely wanted to connect with her, to explain the strange imprinting bond that had formed between them.
She nodded, and the two of them stepped away from the gathering, finding a quiet spot where they could talk undisturbed.
Paul took a deep breath, his eyes searching (Y/N)'s face. "I never expected this to happen," he began. "Imprinting is a powerful force, one that we can't control. It's like an instant, unbreakable bond that forms between two people."
(Y/N) listened, her heart pounding with a mix of confusion and curiosity. She had heard of imprinting before, but experiencing it firsthand was an entirely different matter.
Paul continued, his voice filled with a mixture of excitement and vulnerability. "When I looked into your eyes, I saw our future together. I saw us dating, getting married, and even having a child. It scared me at first, but now, I can't deny the pull I feel towards you."
(Y/N)'s mind raced, trying to process the enormity of what Paul was saying. She had only just met him, and yet, this supernatural bond had formed between them. She couldn't deny the connection she felt, the strange familiarity that seemed to draw her towards him.
"I don't know what this means for us," Paul admitted, his expression earnest. "But I want to figure it out, if you're willing."
(Y/N) took a moment to gather her thoughts, her gaze meeting Paul's. "I don't understand it fully either," she confessed. "But I'm willing to explore this connection, to see where it leads."
A smile tugged at the corners of Paul's lips, relief washing over his features. "Thank you," he whispered, his voice filled with gratitude.
As they rejoined the gathering, Bella and (Y/N) felt a sense of newfound understanding and acceptance. The truth had been revealed, and their lives would never be the same again. They were embarking on a journey into a world of supernatural beings, where love, loyalty, and destiny intertwined in ways they could never have imagined.

Not Letting You Go Easy - Paul Lahote x Fem!Reader
Tumblr media
IM BACKKKKKKK!!! Wow I just checked my last fic and it's been TWO years. Does anyone even remember me? 🥹 I'm back on my twilight bs, this one is my longest ever! Let me know what you think! - 3.2K Words ❤️
*Second Person POV*
The sun poured on your face as you soaked in all the warmth it allowed. You missed the sun, watching the palm trees sway peacefully as the ocean tide rolls in. The goosebumps that arise on your skin as a strong breeze passes, the warmth blanketing back over them.
You keep your eyes shut as your mouth curls up in a smirk, listening faintly to your mom try and convince your sister to stay in Jacksonville. She could offer up the moon and all the stars...Bella would still choose Edward, every time. It's true that you were weary of the vampire, after she flew like a bat out of hell half way across the world to Italy to save him. But could you blame her?
If it wasn't for your sister stumbling her way into the supernatural world, it's possible you could have never met Paul. A blush crept up your cheeks as you crack a full smile, thinking back to the day you met the hot head.
~
There was absolutely zero hesitation when you followed behind Bella in the truck to go to Jacob's. You had been worried for weeks about your sister, who had been spiraling ever since she was ghosted a second time by someone she trusted. Not only did you care about your her, but Jacob too. He had been around your family for years, and this behavior...especially towards Bella...was concerning. So when she frantically barged in your room asking you to go with, you were out of the house in minutes.
You had taken off in a sprint to try and keep up with your sisters manic running towards the group of shirtless men in Jacob's backyard. You heard rumors of the so called "cult" that had formed in the recent weeks. Jacob's haircut and tattoo had confirmed that part. But seeing the others approach through his window, you knew this was going to be a bad idea. You barely had time to catch your breath before her hand came in contact with one of their faces. You let a gasp slip as you made it in time to yank her back by the elbow.
What had gotten into her!?
Not able to process why she would resort to slapping him in the first place, the man, who looked like a carbon copy of the other ones standing around, began to shake violently. The others were urging you both to get back while attempting to calm him down. Never in your life had you witnessed such immense anger. In seconds his shakes became tremors. It was as if he ripped apart, and in his place stood a massive grey wolf. Mirroring the emotions of the man before, the animal was growling, snarling at your sister with its teeth bared.
Your heart was beating out of your chest. You felt as if you were dreaming, blinking rapidly to make sure this was real. Not standing around to question the animal who could very well kill you, Bella grabbed your hand and you both booked it towards the house. The outburst must have woken Jacob, who was running towards the scene. Bellas blood curdling scream was telling him to go back, though he kept charging forward.
You both fell hands first onto the grass as Jacob launched over you both, shreds of clothes flying as yet another wolf emerged.
Now it was you who was shaking. The only thing that prevented you from having a panic attack was realizing that all the other men were calm, as if this happened all the time. You swallowed your fear as you accepted the hand of one of the younger men, who led you two back to the truck by the order of the oldest one.
As you walked into the cozy secluded home, your mind was running a million miles a minute. They were werewolves....as if after learning vampires existed wasnt a shock enough already.
The oldest one, fiancé, Emily, you had learned, helped ease some of the headache. Besides the scar she wore upon her face that made your stomach drop when you first saw her, she was the epitome of kindness. You could see when she was greeted by Sam that their love was far more deep rooted than the mark she wore. Only knowing her for an hour, you felt happy for the girl.
You vaguely registered Jacob returning, finally looking away from the couple when you heard an unfamiliar voice apologize to Bella. As he then turned your way, you both locked eyes. An electric current jolted through your body, through your veins as you held his stare. You felt a fuzzy warm feeling race its way all the way down to your toes. The feeling lasted what felt like forever, until Jacob's "no fucking way...." pulled you back to earth. It's as if you had been some other place. A place of immense happiness and love. You knew you looked as bright as a tomato when you realized all eyes were on the two of you, mortified they caught you staring.
You did a quick scan of the room, noticing they were paying more attention to the man rather than you, who, was still staring.
When you craned your neck to look at Bella behind you, you found relief in that she looked just as confused.
The man was slapped on the back by Embry, which snapped him out of his trance. He quietly introduced himself as Paul. You blushed hard when you quickly said your name back. As if to break the tension in the room, Jacob asked you both to go for a walk.
Before you left, you had sworn you heard Paul growl.
"Not now. She's been through too much today already." Sam lowly said to him. You furrowed your brows as you trailed behind your sister out of the house.
After a walk on the beach and many questions answered, you were able to take a deep breath. The world was getting scary for you, but Jacob seemed to ease your fears, promising he would always protect you both.
Before he dropped you both off at your house, he had mentioned going to a pack bonfire the following night. You couldn't help but get excited at the prospect of seeing Paul again. You both hadn't even spoke other than introductions, but there was some type of spark in your core when you both met.
Attempting to shove it away, you reminded yourself it was nothing but a crush.
~
You sat on a log by the fire, rubbing your hands together in front of it. Everyone was up gathering their food, but you were focused on the warmth as it was more than chilly outside. Nerves bubbled in you as Paul approached, asking to sit next to you. Your cheeks heated as he sat, only inches away.
"I just wanted to apologize about yesterday," he spoke, his voice gruff as he looked into the fire. "You could have gotten hurt and I let my anger get the best of me. I promise I'm not like that all the time, and I don't want you to be afraid of me."
Your heart melted at how softly he spoke. "It's really alright. My sister acts out of impulse, if you couldn't tell." This got him to laugh lightly. You laughed too, until a strong breeze made you break out into a shiver.
Paul immediately noticed, grabbing a blanket from the pile beside him. "Here," he said as he wrapped one around you. His warmth radiated off you as he had gotten closer to do so. Not even realizing what you were saying you spoke, "I bet your girlfriend never gets cold with you around." To your embarrassment but surprise he cracked a big smile. "I bet she would, if I had one." It was your turn to smile. "What about you?" You shook your head no as Paul let out a small breath that almost sounded like relief.
Before either of you could say something more, everyone gathered around the fire. The legends of the tribe had you captivated. So much history that you were never aware of, right under your nose. You could feel Paul glance at you every so often, gauging your reaction to everything that was said.
When the fire died down and Jacob's dad came to a stopping point, everyone quietly mingled until deciding to call it a night. You had talked to Paul the entire time, getting to know the basics. You had a lot more in common than you thought. The more you learned about him, the more you liked him. A lot. He followed you to Bella's truck, shoving his hands in his pockets.
"I had a really good time tonight" you spoke softly, now inches away from his face. You were so close you could feel his breath.
"I did too. I hope this won't be the last time I see you?" he questioned.
You glanced past him to see Bella and Jacob making their way up the hill.
"With everything going on, everything that's happening...I have a feeling we won't be going away anytime soon."
Paul smiled.
This is the part where he'll kiss me, you think. Your heart beats fast in anticipation.
But Paul just stands there. Staring. He stood there so long that you cleared your throat awkwardly.
"I'll see you around Paul." You tried to hide the disappointment on your face as you climbed into the truck and shut the door. He had let you, still standing there for a moment before turning around to walk back to the house.
Tears welled up in your eyes. How foolish were you, to think that a guy like Paul Lahote would just sweep you off your feet? Sure, a kiss might be moving fast for the first night, but he didn't even give you his number. You analyzed everything you had said to each other. Nothing was even romantic, so why on earth would you think he liked you back? Pathetic.
Bella said goodbye to Jacob and got in the truck. One thing you loved most about your sister was that she knew you better than anyone else. And if there was one thing you hated, it was when people asked if you were upset. One look in your direction and she didn't say a word, starting the truck and driving off. She knew when you were ready to talk, you would.
*Paul's POV*
I turned around, watching the truck drive away, getting smaller and smaller in the distance. I was frozen in place.
What is wrong with me?
"Everything go okay?" Sam approached, clearly sensing my distress.
"I'm never like this with women, Sam. I should have kissed her, but I didn't. I stood there, right in front of her with my mouth open like a fucking fish. I-I've never felt this way-" I rambled on.
"Dude it's alright" Sam interrupted, "Did you tell her that she's your imprint?"
I sighed. "I didn't even get that far. I don't, I don't want her to feel forced to like me like that right away. I want to treat it like a normal relationship....but I think I went ahead and screwed it up anyways." I huffed.
Sam placed his hand on my shoulder. "Deep breathes. You didn't screw anything up, you just met her. You can tell her about the imprinting when you're comfortable....as far as the kiss, well, it's never too late." Sam held up keys to his vehicle, putting them in my hand. "Only if you need them." He slapped me on the shoulder, winking, as he walked back to where Emily was.
I watched him sneak up behind her, she giggled as he peppered kisses on the back of her neck. I knew what he was doing. And it was working, as I made my way towards his car.
*Back to Second Person POV*
You sniffled, taking a deep breath. You were done crying over this man. This man you had literally just met. So what if he didn't like you? There is a million other people out there. Why did you care so much?
A knock on the door interrupted your thoughts. Charlie was gone over night on a hunting trip and Bella was fast asleep.
Another knock. It was almost damn near midnight. As you slowly approached the door, bat in hand, you looked through the peep hole.
It was Paul.
You flung open the door, ready to ask him what the hell him problem was, when he lunged forward. Grabbing you by the face, he kissed you feverishly. Your heart pounded in your chest as you melted into the kiss, tongues dancing together in perfect harmony. One hand held you by the hair as the other grabbed you by the waist, pulling you impossibly closer. When you both needed to breathe you pulled away, Paul's hand held tightly so you couldn't go too far. He leaned his forehead against yours, panting.
"I am so sorry I didn't do this when you left. You, you make me nervous. It's a feeling I've never really had before. When you left I- I didn't want to let you go that easy. I'm sorry." He said.
You leaned in to kiss him once, slowly, softly. "I've been waiting for you to do that," you smiled. "There's a lot more where that came from...if you'll have me." he said, his hand sliding down to interlock with yours, bringing back up to place a gentle kiss on the top.
"I couldn't imagine anything better." you grinned.
*Paul's POV*
Y/N guided me to the couch, asking to stay awhile. We held each other until the sun came up, just talking. It was as if everything right there had changed for me. She would be my number one priority, to have and protect. I vowed to myself that I would do anything she asked, that I will love her no matter the cost. Whatever makes her happy.
I had to leave before Charlie got home, but not without a heated make out session at the door. It took everything in me to pull away from her, both of us lingering. Despite her not letting go either, I could see the bags under her eyes forming.
"Get some sleep baby, text me when you wake up okay?" She nodded, and after a good 20 minutes of more kissing, I left.
I understood why Sam was always mopey without Emily around. As I drove away I could feel my heart ache like something was missing. This was a whole new feeling, and for the first time I thanked whatever spirits gave me her.
My imprint.
I bit my lip as I remembered I still had to tell her. I'm worried about how she'll take it, but there was something heavier on my mind.
Victoria.
Part Two Anyone? :)

Chapter 10
"Do you want to stay over tonight?" Jacob suddenly asked as the pair made their way to his truck. "It's already so late and I don't wanna make the drive back to Forks right now."
"Uh, sure, that sounds great," she said, trying to contain her excitement. A surge of happiness took over her as she witnessed Jake trying. He was trying to keep them together, at least that's what it looked like to her. "I'll just let dad know."
"Yeah, sure."
After she had settled on the center of the seat, Jacob helped his father into the truck, stepping out to say goodbye to his friends.
"I'll let you know that there won't be any funny business under my roof, (Y/N)," Billy smiled teasingly. "Though I am glad that Jacob is seemingly trying to turn over a new leaf this new year."
"I promise we'll do nothing but sleep, Billy," she chuckled. "And I also hope this is a new start for Jake and me. That everything that happened stays in the past and we can just give it our all in this relationship."
"If it is meant to be, (Y/N), the universe will find a way," he said as mystically as he always spoke. "You deserve happiness, my child."
"People keep saying that," she responded, her eyes growing far more interested in the skin of her fingers. "Does no one think that Jake can make me happy?"
"That's not what I'm saying, (Y/N)," he smiled, his hand falling on top of the one she was picking. "All I am saying is that if the love and happiness that you deserve is with Jacob, then the universe will allow it."
"And if not?"
"Then, your paths will always align."
"Then let's hope that what's written on the stars is in our favor." And as she said that she didn't know if she was wishing that to convince him or to convince herself.
The three of them rode back to the Black residence in a comfortable silence. The sounds of the woods and the whistling of the wind filled their quiet. She wondered what they said. If they whispered words of encouragement or if they taunted her downfall. She wanted to believe it was the former, because the latter would wreck her.
"Well, you two. I trust that you will behave yourselves since you're under my roof," Billy told them, eyeing the teenagers suspiciously. "And don't start getting used to these sleepovers. This is only because it's already two in the morning and we are all tired."
"Dad," Jacob grumbled. "Just go to bed already."
"Ooh, never thought I'd be shooed away in my own home," the man chuckled. "But I will leave you two. Not because you told me so, but because I am tired. Good night, kids."
"Night, dad."
"Good night, Billy."
Billy rolled away to his bedroom, turning in for the night. He left the couple standing in the living room, a heavy and tense air blowing between them. They had yet to acknowledge everything that had happened between them, much less finally putting it to rest.
"Uh, I'll get you some clothes and you can shower first if you want," Jacob mumbled as he walked into his room before coming out with a folded t-shirt and some sweatpants. "Might be a bit big on you, but it's better than nothing. There're extra towels under the sink."
"Sure," she smiled. "Thanks."
There was still remnant awkwardness between them as they tried to waltz around unspoken words. She locked herself in the bathroom, finally allowing herself to breathe. Fresh start is what she told herself. Over and over again she told herself that they were having a fresh start. As she showered and cleaned away Paul's touch and the thought of him, she had to believe it.
Jacob was who she had always wanted. The boy she had grown up with, the one she had never forgotten. Still, her mind wondered what would have happened if Paul had been the one she had met first. If he had been the boy that was in her mind for the almost sixteen years she had been alive. Maybe she would have been standing in his bathroom instead of Jake's. Maybe she would have been wearing his oversized t-shirt.
"Hey," Jacob called softly from the living room as she opened the bathroom door. "Come here."
(Y/N) walked down the hallway to where he was, a smile stretching on her face as she was met with what Jake had done while she showered.
He had pushed aside the wooden coffee table that lived between the sofas and placed in its stead plush blankets and pillows, a pair of hot chocolate mugs in front of the fireplace. His long, wet hair was plaited back, and he had changed into pajamas. And he was waiting for her.
"What's all this?" (Y/N) smiled.
"I think it's about time we put things to rest already, (Y/N)," he said, patting the pace in front of him. "I don't like fighting with you."
"I don't like it either," she sighed contentedly as she sank into the warmth of his body, his arms wrapping around her. "I like things when they're like this. When we're together and happy."
"I know, and I want it to be like this all the time. But it can't be when I hear you're running around with Paul," he reminded her. His tone was soft, but his words were as snipping as a snake's bite. "I just can't stand the guy and it's embarrassing when it happens in front of the town."
"Jake, I..."
"Don't worry, baby, that's all in the past. As long as you promise not to see him again, (Y/N). I don't want you to fall into his trap."
(Y/N) couldn't remain quiet for long. She knew it would only work to anger him. But how could she promise something she didn't want to do? Something that her gut told her was wrong. "Of course," she lied. "I promise. Paul is a thing from the past."
"That's what I like to hear," he smiled before he turned her head to kiss her. "We need to focus more on us. Focus on our relationship."
"I would love that," she beamed. "I want this to work, Jake. I want us to work."
"Then let's," he smirked.
Jake attached his mouth to her neck, nipping at a spot that took her breath away. His hand held her head back, gripping her jaw. He took in her scent, the warmth of her skin, the sounds from her mouth. All as he imagined...
"Stop, Jake," she said, her voice treading between a moan and a chuckle. "Your dad is literally down the hall."
"He's a heavy sleeper," he chuckled against her skin. "He'll never know."
"No, Jake." She separated from him; a playful grin splayed on her mouth as she turned to face him. "Not here. Not now."
"Ugh, fine," he groaned, falling on his back. "Then, I guess we'll just sleep."
"Yes," she mused, crawling over his body and planting a soft kiss on his lips. "But together."
Jacob wrapped his arms around her and chuckled, positioning both of them comfortably on a blanket and draping another over them. Her body curled into his, his arms wrapped around her waist as he spooned her.
"We'll have to talk about taking things to the next level," he said against her ear, his breath tickling her skin. "I think it might cement everything between us."
"And I think you need to take a breather, Jacob," she chuckled. "We just got to a good place. Let's take things as they go."
"Ugh, fine," he muttered jokingly. "Then, let's just go to sleep."
"Alright, Jake. Good night."
"Night, (Y/N)."
If every night after was like this one, maybe it was the universe's way of telling her that Jake was the one. Laying there, wrapped in his arms, she could let herself believe that the tides were changing. That at the end of the day, Jacob would choose her. Maybe, just maybe.
***
"I can't believe she went home with him," Paul groaned, punching a nearby tree. The way the bark splintered helped ease his anger for a second, but the burning pain inside his chest remained. "I don't know what else I can do to make her understand what a shitty guy he is."
"You know there is," Jared teased. "You could always tell her how you feel and why."
Paul's stoic stare was clear even in the darkness of the night. He knew Jared was right. The more he pursued her without telling her the reason why, the harder it would be to explain his behavior. "You know I can't, dude," he grumbled. "I don't wanna put her in the middle of all of this bull."
"It's not that bad, man," the boy offered. "Look at me and Kim. She knows and nothing has happened to her."
"Yeah, she also liked you before you were a shapeshifting freak," he joked. "And look at Emily. She's forever scarred because didn't have a grasp on what was happening."
"Come on, you know that was an exception, Paul. What happened to her was a very unfortunate accident. But an accident, nonetheless. There's really no reason for you to be running from (Y/N)."
"Look how much shit happened to Bella in so little time, Jared. And it all started when she found out the truth about the Cullens," Paul said. "I don't know what I would do if I made (Y/N) go through any of that because of what I am."
"So you're gonna continue brooding and make our lives miserable? Just tell her, man. Maybe she'll fall in love with you and turn that frown upside down."
Paul picked up a stick and threw it at Jared's head, laughing as the other boy tried to duck but failed to; the piece of wood bouncing off his forehead. "You'll have to put up with me for a lot longer then," he laughed, swallowing the sadness that threatened to overtake him. "I just don't think I have it in me to do that to her. She deserves to be safe and happy."
"Even if it's with Jacob?"
"Unfortunately, that decision is hers to make," he sighed. "I just wish she didn't have to get hurt in the process."
Jared remained quiet for a second. He stared as his pack brother paced before him, his mind too quiet aside for the sporadic image of (Y/N). But even if he didn't say it, he could feel Paul's sadness. He could feel the tug in his chest that called him to go to her. He had felt it too. Every time Kim had to go to a family dinner or visit family out of state, he felt like someone had taken his heart off his chest and sent it away.
But (Y/N) was so close. All he had to do was have one tough conversation and he could soften the grasp of the claws that covered his heart. "What are you so afraid of, Paul?" Jared finally said. "I know you say you don't want to hurt her and all that, but there's something else. Isn't there?"
Paul stared at his friend, wondering if he was that transparent. "I've never been a, uh, a relationship guy. Haven't had the best role models," he confessed. "I guess I think that if I let myself get close to her, I won't be able to handle when she inevitably goes. Because at the end of the day, everyone leaves."
"Not everyone, Paul. We're still here."
"Because you have to be," he shrugged. "If you had the chance to go, you would take it. And don't try denying it."
"Come on, man. You're my friend. More than that, you're my brother," Jared reassured. "But, sure, if I had the chance to leave the rez one day, I would take it. But that doesn't mean I would leave my friends behind. Much less, family."
"Jared, we wouldn't have even spoken to each other had it not been because of the shift. I'm not that delusional to think otherwise."
"Regardless of how or why it happened, life brought us together, Paul. And whether you like it or not, you're my brother now," the boy smiled, draping his arm over Paul's shoulders. "Now, you need to let that girl prove that she would stick by you as well. And it starts by having that difficult conversation you're so scared to have. She's desperate for a reason, dude. All you have to do is tell her."
"She's going to think I'm crazy, J. That I'm making up stories to get her away from Jake," Paul whined. "Why would she believe that there are shapeshifting wolves roaming around the reservation protecting humans from threats? And what if she goes to her sister with the story? Then Bella will know about vampires and shapeshifters, and it'll just add more shit on top of the mess we're dealing with."
"How about you stop overthinking yourself into the ground and finally grow some balls?" Jared teased. "Don't think of what might happen and live in the moment. I know last year's Paul would've had the courage to ask her out. Jacob or no Jacob."
"I technically already asked her out once, and it ended up with me, by myself, in the diner," he reminded his friend, red flooding his cheeks as he recalled the embarrassing moment. "This is not just about inviting the prettiest girl in school to the prom. This is about telling someone that everything they had believed is not real. It's telling her that it doesn't matter what she might have wanted, that something out in the universe decided that we are bonded for life. It's telling a girl like her that she's stuck with a guy like me."
"Man, I can't keep trying to convince you that you are a good guy," Jared sighed. "I'm not saying you're the gods' gift to mankind. Certainly not the you from a year ago. But you're not that guy anymore. You're not even the same guy from six months ago. So, it's time to pick yourself up and do what you have to do. Stop moping about this and do something."
***
(Y/N) woke up with warm arms wrapped around her and a pang in her chest she didn't understand. She was supposed to feel happy. She was supposed to wake up that New Year's Day with an overwhelming amount of joy and the sense that things were finally on the right path. Instead, there was an aching void in her heart that was trying to eat at her insides.
It was the same void that had started festering since that fateful night at the bonfire. The one that seemed to calm whenever the fluke was around. The one that called out his name and she had let go on deaf ears.
That pang filled her with guilt. As she lay in Jacob's arms, she felt guilty that her head was thinking of another guy. And it was a guy she barely knew. A boy that she had no business thinking about, much less dreaming about.
But she couldn't help it. She couldn't forget the softness of his hands against her skin, the brightness of his smile as he looked at her, the glimmer in his eyes when he listened to her. She couldn't get him out of her head.
And as if by divine intervention, the very constant thought appeared in Jacob's window. He knocked softly, motioning for her to go outside. (Y/N) couldn't believe he was there, much less that Jacob had yet to wake up. But what was harder to fathom was the fact that she was tiptoeing to the front door dragging a blanket with her.
"What are you doing here, Paul?" (Y/N) said as she closed the door behind her, wrapping the fabric tighter around her body. "If Jacob sees you here, he'll kill you."
"I thought I was supposed to be playing nice with him," he grinned teasingly. "What if I was here to extend a truce?"
"It wouldn't have mattered because he made me promise him that I wouldn't see you again," she whispered. "So, imagine what he will do if he sees you here right now."
"And did you?"
"What? Did I what?"
"Did you promise him, (Y/N)?" Paul asked sadly. "Is this your way of telling me that you're cutting ties with me?"
"No, of course not," she quickly replied. "I mean, I did promise him. But I never intended to keep it. I would just find a way to keep you two separate."
"So, what? I'd just be your dirty little secret?" he replied, anger clear in his tone. "Yeah, no, thanks. I'd rather take my chances with other friendships."
"What did you want me to say, Paul? Did you want me to tell my jealous boyfriend that I wanted to maintain a friendship with the one guy he seems to despise more than anything?" (Y/N) spoke through gritted teeth. "Would you have wanted me to tell Jake that I wanted to spend time with a guy he was close to dragging into the middle of town and beating the living daylights out of him? Sure, that would have ended great for me."
"Why would you wanna be with a guy like that, (Y/N)? If you're that afraid of his reaction over something as small as a friendship, what do you think will happen if something bigger happens?"
"He only reacts that way with you, and I don't get why," she sighed. "And I wanna be with him because I... because... because I..."
"Why, (Y/N)? Tell me!"
"Because I love him, Paul," she cried, shame cracking her voice. "I've been waiting for this chance for the better part of my life. I've been in love with him for as long as I've known what it was. And he wants me back, Paul. He wants me. And I'm not giving up at the first sign of hardship. So, if you really want to be my friend then you're gonna have to live with that."
"What if I don't?" Paul grumbled, his voice low and hurt. He got closer to her. So close she could feel how warm his body was, even through the blanket. "What if I can't stand around and watch as he mistreats you? Someone that loves you would never treat you like that."
"Don't make this harder than it already is, Paul," she whispered, warm tears falling down her cheeks. "For some reason I want you in my life. But I won't screw up what I just started with Jacob for a friend."
"I just don't wanna see you like this," he said, wiping away the tears with the pad of his thumbs. "You deserve to be happy, but not when it has rules and regulations like this. You should be allowed to still be yourself when you're in a relationship."
"Paul..."
"Listen, (Y/N)," he sighed. "I can't tell you what to do, nor would I want to. But I can't just watch in the sidelines as he treats you like shit when you deserve someone that will worship the ground you walk on."
"What are you saying, Paul?" (Y/N) croaked. "Are you saying you won't be my friend if I stay with Jacob?"
"(Y/N), I'm saying that I won't keep quiet if he keeps mistreating you."
"He doesn't," she said, but she knew it wasn't convincing. She didn't even believe it herself. "He just... he's just passionate, I guess."
"Then can you promise me something?" Paul sighed, his eyes glossing with tears. "If he ever –and I mean ever—gets physical with you, even as much as lifts his hand at you, you will tell me. The second it happens, you call me."
"I don't think it'll come to that," she forced a smile. "He would never put his hands on me."
"Just, please, (Y/N). Promise me and don't lie to me."
"Alright," she said, looking straight into the brown of his eyes. "I promise, Paul."
"I'll make sure you're always safe," he promised. His hand had not fallen from her face, his thumb caressing over her cheekbone. "No one is going to hurt you, (Y/N)."
(Y/N) had no idea why, but she believed every word he said. So, she promised. And, unlike with Jacob, she intended to keep it.

Hello LU fans! I'm back with another LU update analysis! :D
Are you ready cause there's so much to unpack I'm gonna be here a while. Like last time I'm gonna put a timer on lmao, see how long this takes me.
As always grab your popcorn and drink of choice, cause we need hydration in this life.
all art belongs to @linkeduniverse and Jojo, and if I pull panels from any other pages I'll let you know where it's from! :D
Obviously spoilers for Dawn 8 :D
And a note, I've not played TP or WW, you'll see why thats important later.
Let us begin, shall we!
Tumblr media
Man, Poor wild, he's probably beating himself up like there's no tomorrow right now. He looks HORIFIED.
Probably because in technicality, he failed.
I love how he's holding his sword here too. Kinda acting as a shield to the conversation.
Tumblr media
Same expression as wild. He also looks horrified. Infact the resemblance between these two in uncanny.
Tumblr media
Man time really is the dad isnt he. Unimpressed dad look at 12'oclock. Jokes aside he doesn't look angry about it. He looks like he now gathering information from those who finished the fight. As we know once he left with Twilight he was the only other one to not make it back to the fight.
Tumblr media
Thats a fair sentence, thinking about it, I think the only other game where Iron Knuckles appear is in one of Hyrule's games? I'm surprised he's not mentioned anything about it.
Most of the others do have armoured enemies though. So while the others dont have direct experience I assume they have the basics.
All but, Sky and Wars None of them fight armoured enemies like that in their games.
Tumblr media
I assume because he's defeated this thing like it was a guardian (Stasis and then wailing on it cause that's what i would do lmao) He assumed it was defeated when it exploded into pieces. Like guardians are prone to do. tbh he was probably gonna go back to look for loot at some point.
Tumblr media
You tell them Wind. The small hero, underestimated by everyone BUT Time. Was correct thank you.
Justice for the windy boy.
Tumblr media
God Wild really is beating himself up about this. I love the fact that we see four's reaction to this statement. As to be honest. Over the last few nights, Four and Wild have had plenty of bonding moments. These guys are gonna become best friends.
Tumblr media
And now we get Time.
Tumblr media
The way he's looking over these panels. That look. He know's he's the leader of this group but something that Time isn't used to is making Permanent mistakes.
He has the Ocarina of Time, and when he was back in Termina every time something went wrong he could just play the song of Time and restart the three-day cycle with no trouble at all.
Time, as a person. Isnt technically used to failing.
Tumblr media
This panel is stunning. It's what I assume is going on inside his head. It's so pretty. It's so detailed it's just oh man easily one of my favourite panels.
Tumblr media
now you know i had to talk about panels with my beloved blorbo in.
first off he's so pretty. Jojo has really outdone herself with just how amazing these updates have looked. The lighting the shading its all just so incredible.
The first half of this panel with Sky's face. He, He is beating himself up about the injury. He had nothing to do with it but he cares so much about the rest of the group he feels bad. He kinda looks like he's thinking about it. Like he can see it. Like time did but we dont see inside Sky's head.
Makes me think about what exactly he saw.
And Twilight's face, he looks so sad. His little pout. Poor wolf boy, which we can now call you properly as the rest of them know now.
Tumblr media
And to be honest I'm glad he's standing his ground. Mr, My injury isn't that bad before falling over. the stubborn ranch hand strikes again.
Tumblr media
The parallels from this frame and the one from later have been mentioned elsewhere but I'm just gonna post the frame here as it's turned up. Run you coward lizard. Run.
Tumblr media
Captain link is back. Poor warriors, he's still showing signs of being stressed. He's one of the only one's who hasn't been able to rest over the downtime that they've had. He's been busy being in charge of the group while Time was out.
I can only assume it's only a matter of time before this comes back to get him. Maybe he is next on the chopping block? (Pun kinda intended) Something could happen and he messes up and gets hurt of causes someone to get hurt.
oh and also
THE SCARF
THE SCARF THE SCARF
IT HAS RETURNED ALL HAIL THE BLUE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT BLANKET WARRIORS NEEDED YOU.
Tumblr media
None of us did, Hyrule.
Tumblr media
The boys ever, I'm glad they are talking about this like this. And that it's legend who's starting to throw ideas out there like this. As the one who's got the most experience in the group, it makes sense that he would be the one to start offering ideas as to Why not just how.
Tumblr media
Because you pissed it off Sky. Because half of you pissed it off. In fact I do believe he had a bunch of panels in Shifting Shadows pt2 where you indeed pissed it off.
The entire reason it started running from you and Twilight had to track it was because of FI's reaction to his sword.
Wait... that explains the guilt. It is actually potentially Sky's fault. Or if he's anything like I think he is. He remembers that fight with the shadow and knows.
He knows.
Also, with clenched fist Sky is ready for a fight. Next time the shadow turns up I assume he's gonna go after it when it's inevitablebly goes after Twilight/Wild. Maybe he'll jump in after being told not too because the Master sword appears to be the only thing as of right now that can fight the red stuff that comes off the shadows sword.
Tumblr media
did you hear Warriors shiver? I did.
Tumblr media
And you'd know all about that wouldn't you Four. :D
Also
Mandatory Sky appreciation picture
Tumblr media
Him's my beloved blorbo. He's wonderful. Such a lil guy. Bestest bean. My beloved. /pl
Anyway moving on
Tumblr media
Oh yeah, the amount of power that the items list contains We've seen the arsenal that they have between them (in the December art).
We saw what just Time could do.
Now add the rest of them and the enemies dont stand a chance. They've just gotta figure out how to either avoid the weapons of each other or work as a team with the arsenal in hand to fight better.
Like imagine if Twilight used his gale boomerang to send Wild into the air.
(Writer brain go brr, gonna write that down)
It's basically Revalis Gale.
Tumblr media
This man is so damn dramatic I love him
Tumblr media
And here's the parallel frame
the shadow running towards Warriors vs running away from Twilight.
You know thinking about it... Shadow didn't shapeshift until Twilight did. The push towards Warriors was when shadow thought they were on level footing.
But when Twilight went after Dink, he was the one who had to flee because he lost his advantage.
Tumblr media
ANGRY SKY ANGRY SKY ANGRY SKY
The man is pissed that Shadow hurt Twilight. He is so damn mad and I think that he is saying what he would assume Fi would. (With more emotion because well, Fi)
Also that last frame.
TIME AND SKY ANGST ON THE HORIZON?
Tumblr media
time is looking towards the master sword. And he looks angry. This will absolutely have gone unnoticed by the others because if they saw he was angry it was probably just because of the conversation topic.
god I love the dynamic here and I'm excited to see if it goes anywhere
Tumblr media
Him's I love his simple way of agreeing its wonderful.
I approve to wind let's go blow some stuff up!
Tumblr media
Hyrule shows the group why he is called the traveller. The man just wants to go on his adventures let him go!
Tumblr media
Sky is so proud of himself
Tumblr media
this face says 'Look guys I didn't give it to the weird toilet hand! :D'
I love this man a healthy amount.
One last thing before I go
I love this update as a whole, seeing the group gear up and getting to see the layers of the armour and straps and fastenings being put on while they are having this discussion is amazing.
Tumblr media
I'd give you a collection of pictures but Tumblr is being rude and I can't post more than 30. So you can have these as all four panels show what I'm talking about.
Twilight adjusting his gauntlets warriors adjusting his scarf.
Hyrule attaching his shield to his back and putting his sword strap on.
God, I love this update so much. It was amazing and I very much enjoyed it. Let me know what you think! :D
Thank you as ever for reading my rambles i appreciate you :D
Have a wonderful day and dont forget to hydrate! See you next time!

WHEN SHE LOVED ME
❁—SYNOPSIS: suguru geto was never the same after that fateful day at the foothills of mt. mushiroyama. but he was not by any means damned. how could he be knowing that he was so loved and adored by the one he lovingly called his little flickering light?
a/n: help i have five drafts on this page. three of them are 18+ and are practically finished but i’m too scared to post them :<
Tumblr media
it had been exactly two decades since suguru geto first learned that he was different. he was seven at the time, and his parents had snuck out of their humble rural abode at around four in the morning to tend to the fields while their young son serenely slept in the adjacent room, happily drooling away on his childhood pillow, his little head filled with anything but worry. no one could have ever anticipated the sinister things that would transpire that uneventful morning.
it all happened so quickly. the senior mr. geto had just finished watering the last row of beets when a shrill cry pierced through the silent twilight and mrs. geto, the one that preceded you, sprinted towards the house like her life depended on it in a bid to reach her son and put him out of harm’s way. countless thoughts raced in her head: had a thief broken into their home, or perhaps some wild forest wolf?
none of those, apparently.
it came as a peculiarity to the couple to find their son bawling his eyes out, cowering under the protection of the futon’s blanket at an invisible phantom, a mere shadow on the wall of his bedroom. they dismissed it as a nightmare and consoled the then seven-year-old suguru. “it was just a nightmare, suguru,” his mother smoothed her hand down his back, soothing him. “it can’t hurt you.”
unbeknownst to them at the time, that was no nightmare, but an earthly curse born from ghastly human emotions. that was how suguru had been unwillingly dragged into this godforsaken trade. now, twenty years later, and with a family of his own, suguru no longer feared those phantoms on the wall — he loathed them, despised them with every fiber of his being though he was master to countless curses. but there was still one thing that struck fear into his heart like the foreboding doom that came from the heron-like sound of countless heavenly spears raining from the skies during the archaic battles of old he used to read about in jujutsu tech’s library.
nightmares.
he wakes up with a start and the comforter pools at his hips, his eyes darting around the room as if they were in search of something, his breath coming out in pants. it was just a nightmare, suguru, he thinks to himself, echoing his late mother’s words, as he tries in vain to banish the grotesque haunts of his youth from his head, it can’t hurt you.
he helplessly glances at your side of the bed — empty and cold, of course — you were out on a week long mission with your students and weren’t due to come home for another day or so. he pulls at the strands of his tousled hair, frustrated, and before he knows it, a few tears haphazardly slip from his bottom eyelids as he reminisces about his past failures. in his sadness, he does not hear the door to the bedroom open, creaking quietly as he is wracked by another round of painful sobs.
“papa?” startled, he looks up, instinctively wiping away the damp droplets from his face. his eyes soften at the sight. there she was, the petite jailer that held his heart ransom, standing behind the door, her trusty companion, the stuffed rabbit he helped you sew for her, tucked under her arm. she looks at him with sad eyes, hesitant to come in. “you okay?” she asks worriedly.
suguru lets out a tearful chuckle. this wasn’t how it was supposed to be. he should be the one calming her, banishing her nightmares away not the other way around.
“y-yes,” he tries to collect himself to make his way over to her but his daughter beats him to it. akari meets him halfway as he was about to stand up from the king-sized bed, throwing herself against his waist, her arms coming up to hug him as if by doing so she could rid her papa of all his troubles and worries. “oh, little love,” he sniffles at his little girl’s altruism, gathering her into his arms to sit her on his lap. “what’s wrong?”
she averts her gaze momentarily, her dark eyes warily scanning the room. at the tender age of five, she could already pick up residuals (much to suguru’s dismay). when she does not notice anything of note, she mutters out a single word: “nightmare.”
“you had a nightmare?” suguru asks, his hands finding hers, his fingers interlacing with her little ones.
akari shakes her head adamantly. “n-no,” she reiterates, insistent that her papa has misunderstood her. “papa…did you have a nightmare?” she waits for his reply with bated breath.
suguru contemplates on what to say for a long while, his hands absentmindedly playing with her smaller ones, his head bowed, almost in apology. at this age, in his young daughter’s eyes, he was her hero, one similar to those in her storybooks. he was supposed to be the archetypal knight that slayed dragons and laid waste to monster lairs, the prince that would sooner scale the highest towers, racing to the rescue of the princess who had fallen into a death-like sleep. if she was afraid or sad, it was his duty to make her less so. it was his responsibility as a father to take on an image of unrelenting courage. but he fears his own armor had gathered rust over the years, his claymore had dulled in countless battles that left so much ruin in its wake and his noble steed had long since been retired to the stables. he was no knight, nor was he a prince that his daughter could rely on. he was just plain old suguru.
but for akari, that was enough.
“…please don’t cry,” akari mumbles sadly, her tiny hands gently rest on his cold cheeks. she really is your daughter, suguru muses almost in awe at how much the two of you were alike in the way you both are able to keep him from falling apart completely. suguru leans into her touch, pressing their foreheads together, a special thing that only father and daughter could share together. “i’m here, papa.” even at your loneliest.
“…me too, little love.”

No but actually make me a WWDITS (union) writer because the relationship and social aspects of humans VS vampires is so fucking interesting.
Like, I know the meme of the Baron choose drama over violence in his confrontation with Guillermo, but the side conversation between the two, "vampire to vampire", immediately reads as a different level of intimacy and familiarity that the baron had not shown to Guillermo prior. The respect between the two, the frankness the Baron gives Guillermo, they are portrayed as equals. Perhaps not friends, but equals.
The relationship between familiar and vampire is also displayed in a new context. Nadja, as soon as she found out that Guillermo was turned, immediately began to correct Guillermo's behavior and teach him what little she could ("You can't treat your master like that. That connection is sacred. If he gets killed, you get killed. You treat him with respect."). Being a familiar is not only serving your master, but building that connection with your eventual sire. Its the time where the master is supposed to be preparing their familiar for the complex and nuanced life of vampirism, easing the transition for not only the new fledging but also the risk the sire is taking. To have another vampire, one who has not groomed and taken care of the familiar, turn them is a clear violation of the expectations of the master role. Nandor, by the social contracts of vampirism, was the one to "train" and "prepare" Guillermo for his introduction to the un-living. Derik took that connection and ruined it. No wonder he was so fucking pissed.
I think it lends itself well to the reality that vampires and humans are not equals. Humans live short lives and have a limited world experience, but they are dangerous and clever. Vampires have the gift of endless possibilities and power unlike any others, but they are reliant on the humans for food and must navigate a world that actively works against their nature. Of course they see humanity as "the others", ones who can't ever possibly understand what it means to be a vampire. Of course they are going to be incredibly cautious when allowing one into their world. The running gag of familiars never actually being turned makes a lot more sense when you put in the perspective that vampires are incredibly protective of themselves and those of their inner circle. It also explains why they are so willing to disregard or kill their familiars. They can't understand what it means to be a vampire. They will die anyways. Who cares?
The Staten Island Vampires stand out so distinctly because they choose to integrate themselves into human society earnestly, eager to explore and learn about their neighbors. Not in a malicious manner, such as a wolf in sheep's clothing, but as a genuine "Hey, I'm here. I want to experience this. I want to be apart of this."
Very rarely in vampire media, in my opinion, does it show the vampires attempting to live their lives interwoven with humanity like WWDITS does. Even Twilight, the most modern adaptation of a vampiric story, has the Cullen's act alien and disinterested in the world around them. But the Staten Island Vampires are involved! Laszlo hangs out with Sean with no intentions of feeding from him, Nandor goes to the gym and movies and actively seeks new friendships, Nadja connects with her roots and visits Little Antipaxos! They are people living in a world of other people, and the world feels so full because of that.
I love monsters and mythology and folklore and terrible little creatures so goddamn much

You didn’t know how far Jungkook’s abilities stretched, but you figured that with the way he was rushing forward, leaving you behind just a bit, you could tell he was excited like any other wolf would be. It was cute to see him act the way he does. He was protective of you, something you enjoyed. But he was also someone who knew how to have fun, he reminded you of Taehyung. Which was why they got along so well.
“Jungkook! I'm going!” You called behind him, rushing up the hill he had already climbed. “I'm trying to keep up.”
You gasped quietly when the boy was in front of you, blocking your path. “I told you I could've carried you!” He told you, grabbing your hand and pulling you along. “We're here anyways.”
You both had finally reached the top of the hill, taking in a deep breath as you took in the soft grass and wildflowers that were growing. You could see the small park over the trees and bushes, but the hill was far enough away to be secluded from everyone.
“How was your family?” You asked, turning to find Jungkook with a calming look on his face–eyes closed.
“Lots of crying—hugs.” He smiled. “I'm so excited about this. I haven't been able to shift in years.” He told you. “My parents told me to do it quickly now that I have time. This is where packs come to have more room to do that.” He explained, looking around the small meadow.
You hummed in understandment, giving him a smile. “Well? What are you waiting for?” You threw yourself into him, giggling as you thought about what kind of shift Jungkook would do.
“Thank you, Tokki.” He whispered into your neck.
He took a step back from you, giving himself space. Taking in a deep breath, he closed his eyes for a moment before things quickly changed. You yelped, falling backwards as Jungkook turned into a wolf the size of a horse with one single motion. Looking at him, you were in fact right in saying he looked like the wolves from Twilight.
He was black all over, matching the color of his hair. He looked like his fur was warm, thick with how it seemed to blow in the wind. He easily towered over you, as any horse size animal would. You crossed your legs on the floor, sitting up as you beamed at him.
“Oh my god.” You gushed. “You're huge!” You laughed, quickly coming to a stand when he started walking in your direction.
He grew closer to you, nuzzling his head into your forehead causing you to grab onto him to fear of falling over.
“Look at you! You're so beautiful!” You placed both hands on either side of his neck, petting him as though he was your own dog. “Ah!” You gasped, quickly latching onto his neck as he tried to push you over.
Howling was heard in the distance, causing the both of you to turn in its direction. Jungkook had placed his large leg in front of you, shielding you from whoever was coming. However when you saw another giant wolf barrling your way, you clenched tightly onto Jungkook not wanting to be trampled.
But the other wolf had stopped just before, sniffing at one another like any normal animal. Jungkook stepped away from you, happily trotting and nipping at the two dogs. You smiled, understanding that they must have been family or a friend who had come to play with him.
“Go.” You told him when he turned to look at you. “I'll still be waiting here.” You explained to him.
You watched him nod, bouncing up and down as the three wolves ran off to play together. You watched from the hill, not noticing people coming up behind you.
“Hello, dear.” You turned when they spoke to you, giving them a smile.
The woman looked like she was human, but then again a lot of creatures must have in their world. The man however had a fox tail and ears, much like how Soobin did. Looking closer at them though, you were able to spot the similarities between them and Jungkook. You knew immediately who they were.
“Hi.” You bowed to the two older people. “You must be Jungkook's parents.” You said, giving them a smile.
“How could you tell?” The man smiled, his fox ears flickering.
“You look just like him.” You laughed.
“Yes, we get that a lot.” His father laughed.
You watched as they gave you soft smiles, bowing their heads in respect to you. You looked at them wide eyed, about to rush forward to make them stand until they rose themselves.
“He told us what you did.” He spoke up, giving you a soft smile.
You sighed through your nose understanding what it was they were talking about. “I'm sure anyone with a heart would have done the same.” You told them.
“Yes, but none of them would've caught Kookie's attention.” Jungkook’s mother spoke up. “Thank you for bringing my son back. For bringing all of them back.” She told you.
It was the same with all of them. Their parents would thank you for doing something so great. You could only imagine what would have happened if any of the other nurses had managed to take the boys out. Would they have made it as far as you? What made you different from the rest?
You were more than happy to say that you wouldn’t change anything. But now it was stuck in your head if they had thought about any of the nurses the way they had you. Maybe it was insecurity. Or maybe it was that had you gotten caught, you had no idea what would have happened.
But you were finally at this point in the story, meeting all the boy’s families and having them ask you if you wanted to stay with them forever. You didn’t want to think about the what if’s–especially not if they were in the past.
“Of course.” You smiled at Jungkook’s parents.
“Ah!” You suddenly gasped, falling forward as something crashed into you.
“Jungkook, be careful with the poor girl.” His mother scolded him, swatting at his large head.
She turned to give you a smile. “We'll leave you.”
You gave them another bow, laughing as Jungkook continued to poke at your back for your attention. “Hey, what's gotten into you?” You giggled, turning to look at Jungkook.
You looked around for a moment, trying to find the other wolf that had come to play with Jungkook. In your distraction you hadn’t noticed that the man himself had turned back into a human, wrapping his arms around you from behind.
Your eyes suddenly went wide as you felt all of his skin on you. Turning around to make sure you weren’t making it up, your eyes went wide and you quickly turned back around to avoid looking at him.
“Oh!” You gasped.
“What's wrong?” Jungkook asked.
“You're naked.” You said.
“That happens!” He smiled enthusiastically, leaning over you to come face to face with you. “Tokki, I'm happy you’re here.” Jungkook spoke softly, dropping his forehead to touch yours. “And so is my wolf.” He added with a grin.
“I'm glad that you are.” You whispered, moving to place a hand on his cheek. “It's all I wanted for all of you.”
“I love you.” He whispered against your lips.
No more what ifs would pass through your head. You knew where it was you wanted to be and it had to do with the boys. Whether they wanted to be here or in your world, you were going to follow them. You didn’t know about their past with other people who might have wanted to help them, but you were here in their present. That was all that mattered to you.
You leaned in to give him a kiss, feeling his lips against yours. “I love you too.” You softly spoke. “Both of you.” You laughed, watching as his eyes beamed.

Don’t eat that.
Three words. 11 letters. Don’t; do not. Eat; the act of consuming, tasting, or chewing. That; what in the name of Ordonia are you holding—?
If Twilight was human, he’d consider beating his head against a wall. He’s stuck as a wolf, though, so he settles for head-butting a tree.
Okay? Time asks, watching.
No, he says, petulant.
Wild, for his part, is happily munching his way through another mysterious mushroom. If he doesn’t get food poisoning he’s going to get actually poisoned from something toxic.
Somehow, Twilight doesn’t think the Goddess will accept he’s a gremlin as the cause of death for her hero.
No, instead the rancher has the dubious honor of watching any and everything go into the cub’s mouth. The kid is a blank slate; a little too blank. The world is an amazing discovery to him and muscle memory seems to be the only thing left.
Cub, no! Time interrupts Twilight’s thoughts. He looks up to find Wild contemplating—is that another rock?
No, no, no! Twilight abandons his tree to jump at the cub, knocking the rock back into the underbrush.
Wild howls, batting at him. Snack! Tasty?
No! Don’t eat that! Not food!
Snack?
No!
The cub gives him a sly look. Only testing.
He’s not and he knows it. Good with kids Twilight might be, but that’s when he’s Hylian and can hold a full conversation with the person in question. Time isn’t much help, through no fault of his own. He may have appeared to Twilight as a golden wolf, but it’s clear he’s not used to a canine form like Twilight is. His body language is rusty for communication and he’s pretty sure Time tripped over his own paws at least twice.
Still, this is a side of Time the rancher is happy to get to know. Sword skills may have helped on his journey, but this experience is deepening their bond.
No! Once again, Time’s bark has Twilight jerking back to the situation at hand.
Wild pauses, berry halfway to his lips.
With a sigh, Twilight trots over to sniff the berry. Yes, okay, he says with an exaggerated nod to get the point across.
Wild pops it in his mouth, followed by three others. Juice smears his lips and his teeth are purple when he grins. Here! Share! He tosses a berry to Twilight, who catches it out of the air with a snap.
Time’s berry bounces off his nose and he has to hold back a snicker. The stink eye he gets in return says his mentor knows he’s laughing anyway.
~
Pup. Here, now. Time’s bark is all serious and Twilight wakes groggily.
Standing, he yawns and stretches his front paws, claws digging into the dirt.
Pup!
Time’s not really saying pup; it’s more little-pack-protect-young, but the rancher’s wolf-minded brain easily translates it for his Hylian half.
Coming, coming. With another yawn, Twilight ambles to the outskirts of the clearing where Time was keeping an eye on the cub.
Help. The whine needs no translation and Twilight is instantly wide awake.
Wild is curled on the ground, half under a bush, and whimpering.
Cub? Hurt? Twilight steps forward and nudges him, nose wrinkling at the sour smell around him.
Wild only moans, pressing his forehead to the ground. His cheeks are flushed red and he’s sweating.
What? What? Twilight turns back to Time for an explanation, but the other wolf is as lost as he is. How can they help a Hylian without hands?
Twilight tries again, Hurt? Sick? Why are they locked to this pantomime of language? He can’t help if he doesn’t know what’s wrong!
The cub doesn’t answer, just jerks away to be sick. His lips are stained nearly black, matched by the dark color of his vomit.
Time whines steadily, crawling on his belly to Wild and looking to Twilight for help. He nudges the hero again and his hands unclench, something rolling free.
It’s smashed, but Twilight recognizes the sharp, sour smell. Poison berries.
He runs through every curse he can think of and makes some up for good measure. How is he supposed to care for a sick Hylian like this?
Sick, bad, do not eat.
Hurt? Time’s attention is sharpening at Twilight’s words.
Hurt, he confirms. Danger.
The two wolves turn to look at their cub. Wild whimpers and curls in a tighter ball, clutching his stomach. They have no fairies or potions, or any way to provide first aid. The most the wolves can do is keep him company. And pray.
It takes two full days of sickness and misery for Wild’s body to stop rebelling. Partway through Time helps Twilight bully the cub onto his feet and lead him to a stream for water.
His whimpers cut, but it’s better than him becoming dehydrated on top of it. Nothing will stay down, but hopefully, it means the last of the poison is expelled as well.
Time’s wears his paw pads raw pacing and Twilight can barely keep his eyes open. He appoints himself on watch most hours, even though he can do little while Wild sweats and pants. By the time the color fades from the cub’s cheeks, everyone is exhausted.
Hungry.
It takes a long, dull moment for Twilight to focus on Wild and translate body language into words. He gives another yip, repeating it. Hungry!
Stay! No hunt! Time’s snarl has Wild cowering back into his shallow cave-den
Twilight shoots his mentor a tired look before crawling in next to him. Safe, peace, food yes.
Time seems unconvinced until Twilight gestures with his head. He will stay with the cub and Time can find him food. Safe food.
It takes a while for him to return and when he does he’s covered in dirt. However, he’s gripping a large radish by the stalk. It may not be the best food for a sensitive stomach, but it doesn’t need to be cooked.
Wild snatches the vegetable, then begrudgingly washes it in the stream when Time snarls warningly. The first few bites stay down and some of the clamminess fades from his skin.
Twilight wiggles into the cave first, flopping on his belly so Wild can cuddle into his fur. Time joins on the other side, sandwiching him.
“S-sorry,” Wild whispers. Then again, sorry, with a duck of his head and low whine.
Oh, Cub. Scared, worried, keep you safe.
On the other side, Time thrums, packmate, safe, love.
Finally settling, Wild rumbles back his own love, love, pack before drifting into quiet sleep.

A Smell So Sweet
It’s been a while, but here I am, back once more, wizard anon! This one has been sitting in my docs half finished for like, a month, and I am finally here to deliver some Twilight content for y'all. And perhaps the other things I’ve written shall see the light of day sometime soon…
Anyway, on with the show!
Content: gender neutral reader, Twilight and his enhanced nose, and his scent kink, eating out/giving head, facefucking, facials. Word count: 942
—-
You pull your hand out of your underwear frantically, standing back from the tree you were leant against. Shit, you completely forgot about Twilight’s patrol tonight.
You hear his boots crunching against the leaves and twigs of the forest underbrush, heading straight towards you, and you curse the wolf form for giving him heightened sense of smell. There’s no way he doesn’t know what you came out here to do. When he calls out your name, voice dropped an octave lower than usual, your fate is sealed.
“I could’ve helped you back at camp, y’know.” He leans up against the tree you originally rested your back on to take care of your… business.
“And wake everyone up? No thanks. I can take care of this just fine.”
You begin to back away from Twilight, if only to lessen the smell and thus make it less awkward for him, but he stalks after you. It feels like you’re being hunted, the way he keeps his eyes trained on your body. You’d be lying if you said it wasn’t incredibly hot. That he… sniffed you out, compelled to be close to you simply by smelling your own need.
“Would you enjoy if I helped you take care of it?”
Goddess, yes you would. If he had waited any longer before interrupting, you are sure he would’ve heard his name out of your mouth as you touched yourself.
You’re about to say so when you trip over a tree root and go tumbling backwards. Twilight tries to catch you, but instead ends up on top of you, almost pinning you down. If you weren’t one half stunned and the other half horny your brain would likely believe it was on purpose. As it stands, all you can think about is the weight of his bulk pushing your legs apart around his hips.
“You smell so fucking good…” He leans down and begins peppering kisses along your neck and collarbone - you’re only in your loose underlayers, since it’s the middle of the night. Twilight could get to any of you with ease, and the hands crawling across your stomach and chest confirm it. Your hands go to the hem of your trousers, trying to push them out of the way.
“C'mon then, show me a good time.”
He shifts away from you just enough to allow you to discard your trousers, lower half now bare and at the mercy of the elements - and Twilight’s mouth, as he immediately shuffles down and begins biting and kissing your thighs. You breathe heavily through the sensations, thighs sensitive and ticklish. Then strong hands push your legs to bracket his face and he moves closer to your need.
“You’re irresistible. I could smell you all the way back at camp - goddess, I needed to get my mouth on you.” He leans down and drags his tongue up the length of you. You can’t help but cry out, warmth of his mouth and texture of his tongue shocking pleasure through your system. He keeps his lips moving, shifting to your most sensitive part and taking it into his mouth. Then he sucks, looking back up at you with open pleading eyes.
“Fucking hell, rancher… you really are desperate for it.” He moans against you, and you moan in turn at the vibrations. His hands push you further against his face, back and forth, and through the haze of the pleasure you figure out what he wants you to do.
You buck up. He takes it, tongue pushing out of his mouth to catch more of you, his face the picture of bliss.
Within no time, you’re properly fucking his face, chasing your pleasure against him as he laps you up willingly. Neither of you are quiet - both too preoccupied to worry about if anyone hears, Twilight moaning against you with every buck and swirl of his tongue, yourself too caught up in the feeling to even know what sounds are coming out of your mouth.
Your hands come down to weave into his hair as you get closer to your peak, controlling his movement and really pushing yourself into his mouth. He welcomes the force easily, letting you move his head any way you wish.
When you orgasm, you cover the bottom half of Twilight’s face in your spend. Catching your breath, you try to apologise - but the words die in your throat as you take in his expression.
Pure, unmistakable happiness and satisfaction.
He sits back on his knees, dazedly wiping his mouth with the back of his hand, staring down at you. Then, he finally seems to get his wits about him - his face flushes three shades darker, and he fumbles around himself for your discarded clothes.
“Sorry, I, er– I don’t fully know what came over me. I just– you smelled so good. Sorry if I came on too strong—” You rise to your knees and grab his chin. Your hand found your trousers half way through his rambling, and you pull the bottom of one of the legs up to his face.
“This looks good on you.” You say, slowly and gently wiping his face. “Don’t apologise. I was into it.” You finish up with a kiss - still slightly tasting yourself on his lips. He just stares back. Even as you pull your trousers back on, beckoning him to stand and head back to camp with you, he kneels there with a dumb blank look on his face.
Suddenly realising he’s about to be left behind, he scrambles to his feet after you, following you with a half pleading,
“Does that mean we can do this again?” ---------------------------- jkdflsjkfhjdsflsd, THAT’S SUM GOOD SHIT RIGHT THERE. GOOD SHIT I TELL YA

Friends In All Shapes
"Hi!"
Twilight/Wolfie's head popped up as soon as someone spoke, seemingly right next to his face. He looked up and stared in confusion at the one who had spoken, expecting to see a small child.
Instead, a dog stood over him, curly tail wagging happily.
"Hi!" She said again, dropping into a play bow. "Who are you? You're a weird looking friend, but that's ok! I'm Winnie, are you staying long?"
Twilight blinked, still groggy from waking up so quickly. This dog, Winnie, spoke fast. Not at all like the dogs he was used to meeting on the road during his travels.
"Um, hello." He said uncertainly.
"Hi!" Winnie said again, hopping up and then flopping down on the ground, as if she had so much energy that she had to add steps to everything the did. "What's your name?"
She was persistent. He'd give her that. "Twi- Wolfie. I'm Wolfie."
"Oooh! That's a good name!" Winnie cheered, wagging her tail more and tilting her curly head curiously. "What kinda friend are you? I'm a golden-doodle, but Dodge says I have some Hylian Shepherd in me. He's kinda cranky."
Twilight blinked slowly, drawing himself into a sitting position and trying to process all the information she was throwing at him. "I'm...I'm not sure I know what what means." He said, tilting his head. What kind of friend was he? Did she mean dog breed? What in Hylia's name is a golden-doodle? Wild's time sure had some strange creatures.
"He's a wolf, you moron." A deeper voice said from the entrance of the stable, and both wolf and dog turned to look at the jet black dog lounging just inside the archway. He, unlike Winnie, had short hair and a keen eye. This must be the 'Dodge' Winnie had mentioned. He was, in fact, very grumpy, it seemed.
"A Wolf?" Winnie looked confused. "Nooo, those are the bitey ones with the mean faces. His face isn't mean, and he has people! He's a friend!"
Twilight tuned out the two dogs' conversation from there. It was too early for animal shenanigans, in his opinion. Speaking of people, he saw the group just inside the stable, all asleep save for Time, who seemed to be reading something. Upon closer inspection, Twilight could see the subtle grin on the old man's face as he watched the wolf and dogs from the corner of his eye.
'That bastard', Twilight thought. He was tempted to plot some kind of childish response to this betrayal and was soon provided that opportunity.
"Who's that guy?" Winnie asked, head suddenly popping into Twilight's face. "Is he your person?"
Twilight was about to deny it, he didn't belong to anyone, but a fiendish thought passed through his mind.
"Yeah." He said, tail wagging in excitement. "Why don't you go say hi? He loves dogs, and cuddles."
Winnie froze, body tense as a bowstring, then shot off into the stable on a mission to say hello to her new friend's person.
Twilight puffed up in pride when he saw Time get tackled by the excited dog, and preened at the laughter he heard afterward. 'That's what you get,' he thought to himself, secretly taking delight in his predecessors' happiness.
Dodge watched from his spot, a twinkle of mischief in his eyes.
"You're sneaky, I like that." The older dog said, stretching and standing up slowly. "Winnie has a few things to learn. She's still a pup, but maybe she's onto something with this friend nonsense." If a dog ever reminded Twilight of Time, it would be Dodge. The older dog carried himself in an upright posture, wise eyes now sparking with life and a need for trouble.
"Why don't we go say hello to that person of yours?" The elder dog said with deceptive calmness, and Twilight swore he saw Dodge wink. He bared his teeth in a wolfy smile, and the two took off towards Time, much like Winnie had.
That was a fondly remembered day in everyone's memory after that. Waking up to Time on the ground laughing with Wolfie and two other dogs on top of him was something the younger heroes weren't keen to forget.
He liked Wild's Era, he decided. Especially the friends he had made while he was there.

LEGOLAS!!!
Tumblr media
SFW
How you met: You were wandering the forests of Mirkwood, attracted by the legends of elven magic surrounding the place. Your footsteps were featherlight, softer than the wind caressing the leaves under the twilight moon. You didn’t really think you would meet any elves but you were enjoying nature. Suddenly you realised you were being watched. You found yellow eyes staring at you. A grey wolf padded out of the darkness. You knelt before it, beckoning closer, strangely calmed by its presence. The wolf allowed you to ruffle its fur before jerking its head up when a masculine voice called out, “Humans aren’t meant to be here.” You turned to see Legolas, standing behind you. His weapons were still sheathed so you took it as a good sign. “It's beautiful here, isn't it? The legends hardly do it justice,” you spoke smilingly. Legolas turned his gaze toward the canopy above, his eyes alight with a spark of reverence. "Indeed, the magic of Mirkwood is as boundless as the stars in the night sky. Few mortals dare to tread these ancient paths," he replied. You nodded in agreement, feeling a sense of kinship with the elf prince. You asked if you could visit the woods again, and Legolas agreed with some reluctance. He said the forest had deemed you worthy, and it would not be his place to deny you access. You returned the next night, after exchanging a few curt words with him. He wasn’t there that night, but he appeared the night after that. Like a mistrustful cat, he warmed up to you over time, and eventually fell for you.
Legolas appreciates your love of animals and nature. He grew up in forests, surrounded by wild animals and he likes how you aren’t scared of them.
Horror stories rarely faze Legolas but he likes how animated you get while telling them and listening to them. He would try to collect ghost stories from everyone in the fellowship to come and tell you. Gimli would have some good ones.
Legolas would love your sense of humor. He often enjoys some verbal repartee with his companions and he would like someone who can give as good as they get. He revels in every witty comeback or sarcastic remark you make. He even finds it amusing when you cuss out people who annoy you when they aren’t looking.
Legolas, like most elves, is a rampant bisexual and he would love your androgyny. Elves are androgynous creatures themselves so you would fit right in.
After you both fall in love, Legolas would be completely devoted to you since elves bond for life. His family would be against it given the fact that you are mortal and he is royalty but he is not the type of man to dismiss his feelings in fear of heartbreak.
When you both are among friends he likes to quietly listen alongside you with his enhanced hearing. He’ll whisper comments about the tea and gossip being spilt into your ear making you giggle. The group looks oddly at you both.
Legolas enjoys practicing his archery while you are nearby learning how to dual wield light-weight swords. He would see you practicing and ask to spar with you. You both would teach each other a few tips and tricks unique to your individual fighting styles.
Everyone in the fellowship is lowkey scared by the two of you considering how light on the feet you both are. You both have accidentally snuck up on all the hobbits and Gimli, giving them mini heart attacks.
Legolas would love it when you sing. When you think you are alone and are humming, he would quietly come and sit beside you to listen, careful not to alert you to his presence.
N/SFW
Being an enjoyer of nature, Legolas likes to partake in walking and swimming with you. When you both approach a river to swim in he respectfully watches you shed your layers of clothing. He admires your curves and the light shining on your body. He joins you in being naked, already semi-hard and enjoys bathing with you. He hugs you from behind, letting his hands wander from your stomach to your breasts, tweaking your nipples.
Legolas is quick to catch onto your people pleasing personality. He reminds you many times to not force yourself to do something for him unless you want to. You can reassure him by giving him head randomly, he’s always clean, don't worry ;)
When he goes down on you his hands go up your thighs as he slowly kisses the inner flesh. Legolas makes intense eye contact with you as he gets closer to your throbbing pussy hole. Tantalisingly he licks and sucks on your folds. He likes making you lose your cool and let out a slew of curses, so he takes his time to work you up.
It always starts with warm cuddles and spooning on a bedroll after the fellowship sleeps. Legolas loves being the big spoon, holding you close to him protectively, but the longer your hips push into his groin, the more heated he gets. He starts dry humping his hard cock against you, breathing heavily.
Legolas likes to keep his pace slow and steady, eventually catching speed. He almost loses control, and doesn't stop till he cums inside of you. He would always finish inside of you, just the thought of a creampie brings him closer to the edge.
He likes nipple play, flicking your breast and sucking on them while you straddle him and ride his cock. Also, when you lick his nipples while stroking his cock he gets so turned on. He never understood why, but he always felt comfortable sexually expressing himself in front of you.
If Legolas gets too close too soon, he likes to get edged. It's his little punishment for not being patient with you and losing control. He would moan and groan as you touch him, and would only allow himself to cum when  he thinks you're close too.
He moans words in Sindarin, and looks at you smiling observing your confused expression before leaning in for a kiss as he's thrusting in missionary position.
He would carry your naked form up in his arms bridal style and take you with him on the secluded balcony to watch the stars with him, while he holds you close to him.
Legolas likes to play with your fingers, entangling his with yours after sex. Laying there just staring into your deep brown eyes, realizing how much he loves you.
your night owls,

If you write for fem black readers can I request Carlisle with a werewolf wife, since wolves are mostly always shirtless sometimes he has to remind her to wear a shirt bc she’s so used to being shirtless that it’s become a bad habit for her? Sometimes she’ll try to warm him up when they’re laying in bed tg by going to bed without a shirt and just some shorts on?
❝warm bodies❞
Tumblr media
✭ pairing : carlilse cullen x reader
✭ fandom : twilight
✭ summary : sometimes (y/n) forgets to wear a shirt, it’s a real bad habit of hers that even her husband Carlisle has to remind her almost every day to put one on but it’s a habit that can’t be helped, after all her body runs too damn hot

The moon hung low in the inky sky, casting eerie shadows through the dense forest. In the heart of the woods, (Y/N) moved stealthily, her senses heightened as she prowled through the night. She wasn't alone, surrounded by her pack, led by the enigmatic Alpha, Sam Uley. As a shapeshifter, (Y/N) had embraced her identity, shifting between her human and wolf forms with ease.
For years, she had belonged to Sam's pack, and they had become her family, her sanctuary. Her life was filled with the howls of her fellow wolves, the thrill of the hunt, and the camaraderie that came with being part of a pack. Yet, destiny had something else in store for her.
One fateful day, while on a routine patrol, (Y/N) had an encounter that would change her life forever. As she ventured deeper into the woods, her senses suddenly overloaded with an intoxicating scent – a scent she had never experienced before. It was like nothing else, drawing her in, and she followed it, her heart pounding with anticipation.
There, standing in a small clearing, was Carlisle Cullen. He was a man of unearthly beauty, his skin as pale as alabaster and his eyes a striking golden hue. The realization struck her like a lightning bolt – he was a vampire. But instead of fear, she felt an overwhelming sense of calm and belonging.
Their eyes met, and in that moment, time seemed to stand still. (Y/N) had heard of imprints, the unbreakable bonds that formed between shifters and their destined mates. She had never believed in such tales, but now she was living one. Carlisle was her imprint, and she was his.
Their connection deepened as they spent more time together, learning about each other's worlds, and falling in love against all odds. However, (Y/N) knew that leaving Sam's pack would not be easy. She had grown close to her fellow wolves, and her departure would surely leave a void.
But destiny had a way of guiding her path. Over the years, she gradually distanced herself from the pack, her bond with Carlisle growing stronger. She began to feel a new sense of purpose, one that extended beyond the boundaries of her old life.
(Y/N) found herself drawn to the Olympic clan, a coven of vampires who were unlike any others she had encountered. Edward, Alice, Emmett, Rosalie, and Jasper welcomed her with open arms, seeing her as a mother figure, a source of guidance and protection. In her, they found the maternal love they had longed for.
As the years passed, (Y/N) and Carlisle's love deepened, and they decided to take the ultimate step – to get married. It was a ceremony unlike any other, uniting a shapeshifter and a vampire in eternal love.
The day she left Sam's pack was bittersweet, but she knew she was following her heart, forging a new path with the family she had chosen. She embraced her role as a mother figure to the Olympic clan, guiding them with wisdom and love.
As she stood by Carlisle's side, their hands intertwined, (Y/N) knew that her life had taken a remarkable turn. She had gone from being a member of a wolf pack to becoming the matriarch of a vampire coven. Her journey was just beginning, and she was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead with the love of her life and her newfound family by her side.
Several years had passed since (Y/N) had left Sam's pack and embraced her new life as a member of the Olympic clan. Time had been kind to her, and her bond with Carlisle had only deepened with each passing day. Yet, some things remained unchanged.
One of those things was (Y/N)'s unique trait as a shifter – her body ran hot. It was a characteristic shared by most of Sam's pack, a constant reminder of their supernatural nature. This meant that (Y/N) had a tendency to walk around shirtless, often sporting a sports bra, especially in the scorching summer months.
It was a habit she had picked up during her time with the pack, and it had become second nature to her. To her, it was simply a way to stay cool in the heat, and she never thought twice about it. However, it did raise a few eyebrows among the Cullens, who were accustomed to a more modest way of dressing.
Carlisle, in particular, found himself constantly reminding (Y/N) to put on a shirt before she left the house. It had become a playful ritual between them, one that never failed to make him smile.
"(Y/N), darling, please remember to put on a shirt," Carlisle would say with a gentle smile as he kissed her goodbye in the morning.
She would roll her eyes, grinning mischievously. "You worry too much, Carlisle. It's not like I'm going to walk into town like this."
But sometimes, she did. (Y/N) was known for her fearless spirit and her love of the outdoors. She would often go on long hikes or runs through the dense forests surrounding their home, and occasionally, she'd forget to change into more conventional attire.
One sunny afternoon, as (Y/N) was about to head out for a run, Carlisle caught her at the door wearing only a sports bra and shorts. He raised an amused eyebrow, a fond smile playing on his lips.
"(Y/N), you promised," he teased, though there was a hint of concern in his eyes.
She chuckled and walked over to him, planting a soft kiss on his lips. "I know, I know. I'll put on a shirt when I get back, I promise."
Carlisle couldn't help but shake his head, both exasperated and enchanted by the fiery spirit of his mate. "Just be careful, my love."
As she bounded into the woods, (Y/N) couldn't help but feel grateful for the life she had found with Carlisle and the Cullens. They were her family now, and she cherished every moment with them. She knew that her unique habits might raise a few eyebrows, but she had no intention of changing who she was. After all, it was just one more way her bond with Carlisle remained as sizzling as ever.
1. The Morning Ritual :
Every morning, like clockwork, Carlisle would gently remind (Y/N) to put on a shirt before she left for her day. It had become their little routine, a loving and teasing exchange that began their day on a warm note.
2. The Hike :
One sunny weekend, (Y/N) decided to go on a hike with Rosalie and Emmett. As they set out on the trail, Carlisle couldn't help but shake his head and laugh, reminding her one more time to put on a shirt. She reluctantly agreed but ended up tying her shirt around her waist after the first mile.
3. The Family Gathering :
During a family gathering at their home, (Y/N) casually strolled into the living room in just a sports bra and shorts, prompting a chorus of raised eyebrows from the Cullens. Carlisle cleared his throat and whispered a reminder to her, causing her to blush and quickly fetch a shirt.
4. The Run to Town :
One day, (Y/N) decided to run into town for some supplies. Carlisle, noticing her attire, leaned in and reminded her with a playful smirk. She laughed and assured him she'd grab a shirt from the car, though she didn't see the point in town.
5. The Surprise Visit :
Alice had a tendency to surprise (Y/N) with impromptu visits. One such day, she burst into the house, only to find (Y/N) relaxing on the couch in her usual sports bra and shorts. Carlisle and Alice exchanged a knowing look, and Carlisle discreetly nudged his wife to put on a shirt.
6. The Midnight Craving :
Late one night, (Y/N) had an insatiable craving for ice cream. In her haste to get a bowl from the kitchen, she forgot to put on a shirt. As she scooped the ice cream, Carlisle entered the kitchen, chuckling softly, and gently reminded her. She blushed but shrugged it off, savoring her late-night treat.
7. The Family Football Game :
The Cullens decided to have a family football game in their backyard. (Y/N) was an enthusiastic participant, but her choice of attire, or lack thereof, raised a few eyebrows. Carlisle took her aside with a grin and whispered his familiar reminder. She laughed and grabbed a jersey this time, joining the game with even more energy.
And the One Time She Remembered To Wear One Herself :
It was a beautiful, sunny day, and (Y/N) decided to spend some quiet time in the garden. As she got up from her chair to tend to the flowers, she suddenly stopped in her tracks, realizing she was still wearing her shirt. With a triumphant grin, she slipped into her favorite gardening shirt and sunglasses, surprising Carlisle when she walked back into the house fully clothed. He beamed at her, impressed by her newfound initiative, and they shared a loving, shirt-wearing moment.
The night was calm, the moonlight spilling through the curtains and casting a gentle glow in the room. (Y/N) and Carlisle lay intertwined on their bed, cocooned in a sea of blankets. It was a rare moment of serenity for the couple, a precious oasis of peace in their immortal lives.
Carlisle, being a vampire, had long lost the capacity to feel cold or warmth in the way humans did. Yet, he cherished the sensation of (Y/N)'s warm skin against his own. Her body radiated heat, a constant reminder of her shifter nature, and he found himself drawn to it like a moth to a flame.
As they lay there, (Y/N) shifted closer to Carlisle, nuzzling her face against his chest. His cool skin provided a stark contrast to her warmth, and she relished the feeling of his arms around her. Even though he didn't feel cold, Carlisle embraced her with a gentle, protective hold, savoring the intimate connection they shared.
Her fingers traced soothing patterns on his skin, and he closed his eyes, reveling in the tranquility of the moment. They didn't need words to communicate; their closeness spoke volumes. It was a testament to their deep love and understanding of each other, a love that transcended the boundaries of their supernatural existences.
Carlisle pressed a soft kiss to (Y/N)'s forehead, his lips brushing against her skin. "You're my source of warmth, my love," he whispered, his voice a soft melody in the quiet room.
(Y/N) smiled against his chest, her heart swelling with affection. "And you're my eternal light in the darkness," she replied, her words a testament to the enduring bond they shared.
In the stillness of the night, they continued to cuddle, finding solace and contentment in the simple act of being together. For (Y/N) and Carlisle, their love was a beacon, a guiding star that illuminated the path of their immortal existence, and in each other's arms, they found their sanctuary.

The cat’s out of the bag chapter 3
Surprise, I finished it! It’s a pi day miracle lol. Yet more adventures of Wind as a cat.
https://archiveofourown.org/works/52017334/chapters/137983660
Chapter 2 | Next (coming soon)
————————————————————
The last bits of light were gone from the sky, revealing stars speckled all across the dark expanse it had become. The moon had risen as well, a thin claw of white partially obscured by the branches of the forest, and Twilight glanced at it once, before looking back at the heroes who were gathered around him.
“So...”
Warriors’ voice seemed loud in the quiet that had fallen over the group, and the captain crossed his arms, giving Twilight an intense look that felt like it burned straight through him.
“Wind touched an item of yours he shouldn’t have, it turned him into a cat, and the only sure-fire way to fix him is with the Master Sword. Am I correct?” he asked in a surprisingly level voice, and Twilight nodded.
“Yes.”
“Hm.”
Warriors raised an eyebrow, but nodded and didn’t push for any further information, to Twilight’s surprise.
...and relief.
He’d just finished his explanation of how Wind had become a feline, and Warriors had seemed... extremely skeptical of the tale. It was true Twilight had tiptoed around the fact that he was Wolfie, and the item that had turned Wind was what he used to do it, but he hadn’t lied at all in his story.
...sidestepped the truth a little, but hadn’t lied.
Time had given Twilight several looks during his explanation of events, as had Wild, but neither of them interjected, and nobody else who knew about Wolfie had said anything either.
And maybe it would have been better just to explain everything, since Warriors and Hyrule were the only two heroes beside Sky who weren’t aware of his wolf-form. But truth be told, Twilight just wasn’t in the mood to face the whole ‘by the way I’m Wolfie’ conversation. He’d already had to explain it all to Wind today, the others could wait a bit longer.
Though, with the faces Warriors was making... it probably wouldn’t be long before he figured it out.
If he hadn’t already.
“So it’s a magic item then,” Hyrule said thoughtfully, then frowned a little. “One that isn’t easy to control... I thought you didn’t like magic, Rancher?”
Twilight shrugged. “I have a few artifacts. That one is just...” He hesitated. “...tricky.”
“That’s one word for it,” Legend snorted under his breath.
“Is the Master Sword really the only way to restore him?” Warriors asked again, and Twilight nodded.
“The only one available to us. Another source of strong, pure light magic might be able to fix him, like the light spirits in my Hyrule, but I’m certain these aren’t my lands. The sword is our best bet.”
“Well that’s unfortunate with Sky missing,” Four frowned. He looked at Wind, and the thoughtfulness in his eyes quickly turned soft. “...Is he asleep already?”
Twilight paused at Four’s hushed question, and looked down at the ball of fluff curled up on his lap, little breathy noises coming from within. Wind’s tail was tucked over his nose, leaving only the top of his face visible, and his eyes were closed, the tension his body had been holding all afternoon finally relaxed.
“I think so,” Twilight whispered back, and Time sighed from next to him.
“Good. He needs the rest. He was barely standing,” he said softly, and Twilight nodded, resisting the urge to cuddle Wind up to his chest.
He would never admit it while the sailor was awake, but he was cute, soft creamy fur with faint windy swirls of a darker pattern on his feet, face, and tail, and big blue-green eyes with a little pink nose. He wasn’t even a completely full-grown cat yet, which only made him more adorable, but Twilight was sure he’d get a bite on the hand if he voiced it.
But... he really was cute.
And exhausted because of you, his brain hissed, and the guilt constricted in Twilight’s middle again. You should have warned him sooner about touching the crystal.
“Poor kid. He’s totally exhausted, huh?” Legend asked, and Twilight checked back into the discussion, nodding.
“The transformation wore him out. It’s a lot of magic all at once, and he wasn’t expecting it at all,” Twilight said quietly, running a gentle hand over Wind’s fur.
“But he’ll be okay, right?” Wild asked, fiddling with his tunic as he looked at the sailor, and Twilight nodded.
“Yeah. The first time is always the worst.”
Warriors narrowed his eyes at that, and Hyrule had a suspicious look on his face as he glanced between Wind and Twilight. Twilight swallowed, and averted his gaze from the two, trying not to fidget.
Okay, maybe I should just come out with it already, this is a bit ridiculous.
Twilight couldn’t quite get his mouth to open, though.
He shifted a little awkwardly on his seat, and Wind suddenly raised his head with a soft mrrp?, looking around sleepily. Everyone immediately quieted down, and they all looked at Wind, who barely seemed awake.
“Sorry Wind, it’s okay. You can go back to sleep,” the rancher whispered, and Wind flicked an ear, then closed his eyes, tucking his paws back underneath him. He let out a breathy little sigh as he curled back up, and was asleep within moments.
Twilight heard a soft click, and looked over to see Wild taking a picture on his slate, a grin on his face.
“It’s for posterity,” he defended when Twilight raised an eyebrow. “You wouldn’t want future generations to miss out on this cuteness, would you Twi? Or his sister? She’ll be so sad if she hears that this happened and she didn’t get to see.”
Twilight waved a hand in defeat. “I take no responsibility for this if Wind asks.”
“He might not appreciate pictures,” Time mentioned with an eyebrow raised similar to Twilight’s, but Wild just took another picture.
“If it happened to me he would be taking pictures too. I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it,” he said cheerily.
Twilight shrugged. He knew Wind had at least one picture of Wild his protégé wouldn’t want getting out. This was just evening the score.
“So... what are we going to do about Sky?” Four asked, trying to get back on track, and Warriors hummed.
“Going out and looking for him now wouldn’t be very productive, it’s too dark,” he said with a look up at the sky. “My suggestion would be that we leave someone up to watch for Sky, do an occasional loop around camp, maybe call now and then. If he hasn’t come around by tomorrow, we can look for him in earnest.”
He glanced at Twilight, and Twilight met his gaze with a level look.
“That sounds fine,” Time said before either of them could say anything, and placed a hand on Twilight’s shoulder. “But now we should all get some rest, you especially rancher.”
Twilight turned towards his ancestor with a confused look. “I’m fine old man, that red potion did the trick.”
“Those don’t fix blood loss though,” Hyrule pointed out helpfully. “At least not all the way. And you still look pale.”
“Our Traveler is correct. Get some sleep, Rancher,” Time said firmly, and gave his shoulder a squeeze. “You’ll be able to help Wind better if you’re well rested.”
Twilight hesitated, then let out a sigh. “Fine.”
He had wanted to stay up for at least one shift of keeping an eye out for Sky, but it didn’t look like that was going to happen. Not with everyone watching me like I’m going to suddenly collapse.
Though to be fair, he did still feel a tad dizzy.
Twilight slouched more against the log he was sitting against, unwilling to further disturb Wind from his peaceful slumber by properly lying down, and closed his eyes, beyond tired from the day’s events.
He just hoped they would find Sky quickly.
(...)
Wind stretched himself out with a big yawn, extending his toes and claws into the sunshine, and raising his back up in the air.
He shook himself once he’d finished, and watched the rest of the heroes finish packing up camp. Wind had slept straight through the night and woken up early, but had been sorely disappointed to discover that Sky hadn’t joined them in the middle of the night.
Waking up and remembering he was a cat also wasn’t so fun, but at least he was starting to get used to it.
A spot on his head itched, and Wind huffed, sitting down and attempting to scratch at it with one of his paws. He didn’t have any luck though, merely bonking it once and nearly falling over, and Wind growled in frustration. Oh come on!
“Try your back leg.”
Wind lowered his front paw, and looked over at Wild, who had obviously been watching him.
“Your back leg,” Wild repeated, and pointed to one. “Raise it up and tilt your head, you’ll be able to reach any itches on your head or neck.”
That sounds fake, but okay, Wind thought, then tried to do what Wild said. To his surprise, his foot went right where he wanted it to, and he was able to relieve the itching with barely a thought. Well whaddya know?
Wind gave Wild a grateful look, and the cook shot him a grin.
“No problem, Sailor. I’ve spent enough time around Wolfie and stable dogs to know a few of their tricks,” he said, and Legend snorted from nearby, standing up as he strapped his sword on.
“You’re wild enough without needing to take tips from dogs and wolves, Champ.”
“Hey now, the stable dogs are very civilized,” Wild said, and earned a flick on the ear from Twilight as he walked by. “Hey!”
Wind let out a little mewl of laughter at Wild’s offended look, and Twilight kneeled down next to him, extending an arm. Wind blinked at him, then realized Twilight must want him to climb up and sit on his shoulder again while they walked.
“I know, I would rather walk if it were me too,” Twilight apologized when Wind let out a grumpy little huff. “But we need to figure out what happened to Sky, and we’ll make better ground if I carry you.”
Wind lashed his tail and stood up, walking around in a little circle and concentrating on where he placed every paw. He managed to make it all the way around Twilight without falling over, and gave him a hopeful look.
“See? I’ll be fine!” Wind meowed pointedly, blinking up at Twilight.
Twilight sighed. “Sailor...”
“I think he could walk with us for at least a little while,” Four piped up from nearby, looking down at Wind. “He seems a lot stronger than he did yesterday.”
“Yeah, and he can always just hitch a ride if he gets tired,” Wild added, and Twilight looked between him and Four, then back at Wind.
“You’re sure you can handle walking?” he asked seriously, and Wind nodded, his tail sticking up. Twilight studied him a moment, then sighed, giving him a nod. “...Then I’m okay with it. As long as you let us know the minute you need a break, and let someone carry you.”
Wind scrunched his face up at the addition, but meowed in agreement, willing to put up with it so long as he got to walk by himself.
He felt plenty rested from sleeping, and had practiced walking around a bit while everyone else had woken up and packed up their things. Wind felt much more confident in his paws, even if he was still tripping regularly, and he was eager to walk around more.
Besides, I bet we’ll find Sky really quickly and I won’t even need to walk that long.
“So which way should we go?”
Wind looked up at who’d spoken, Four gesturing to the woods around them. Everyone was packed and ready to go, and they stood ready to begin walking.
...As soon as they figured out where to go.
“...huh. Good question,” Twilight said, looking around the trees as well. “What’s the mostly likely direction for Sky to have ended up in?”
“Well, if we came out over there, and you guys came out over there, then it stands to reason that Sky probably came out in a different direction,” Wild said, studying the woods and pointing in a seemingly random direction. The birch trees he was gesturing to made the forest seem strangely bright, and Wind had to squint a little. “So we should try over here.”
“Why there specifically?” Warriors asked.
Wild shrugged. “The ground slopes up, it’ll probably lead to a good vantage point if nothing else. If Sky isn’t there, we might be able to at least see where he actually is.”
“But what if Sky came out the other direction?” Hyrule asked. “Then we’ll be going away from each other.”
“That might be a risk we have to take,” Time said thoughtfully.
“We might waste a lot of time though,” Warriors cut in, “Sky might need our help, and if he really did come out a different direction...”
They all began to argue about where to go, and Wind rolled his eyes and stopped listening, looking around a minute, then trotting towards a rock nearby that was covered in moss. It smelled pretty interesting, much more interesting then a discussion he couldn’t contribute to, and Wind gave it a curious sniff as he walked around to the other side, out of view of the arguing Links.
The moss looked soft too, and Wind raised a paw, pressing against it and letting out a little purr when he realized he’d been right. It was really soft!
Wind nuzzled up to it, rubbing his face along the moss, then pulled back when a bug nearly crawled on his nose. He sniffed at it, poking it with a paw, then flattened his ears and backed away as a smell hit him, thick and unpleasant. That must be one of those stink bugs Hyrule was talking about.
Wind shook his head in disgust and sniffed around some more, trying to get the bad smell out of his nose by smelling other things. He wandered into the woods a little, smelling pine needles and sunshine, and sat down on a small stone, curling his tail around him as he took in the forest.
As annoying as being stuck as a cat was, it really was kinda cool how heightened his senses were. He could smell all sorts of things about the woods, flowers and animals, and faint traces of the ocean somewhere. He could smell the other heroes from behind him too, each with their own unique scents. Wind could even hear them talking if he swiveled his ears around, though not the exact words.
He could tell they were still arguing though.
Wind shook his head in exasperation, and stood up again, trotting a little deeper into the woods. If they were going to just stand around and argue, he’d look around for Sky himself. He could smell things so well right now, he’d be one of the most likely to find him, right?
Easy-peasy.
A chirp interrupted his thoughts, and Wind looked over to see a little white bird land on a log nearby.
It chirped and hopped along the wood, and Wind couldn’t help staring at it, his tail twitching. Something about it was almost mesmerizing, drawing his focus, and he crept a bit closer, staying low to the ground so the bird wouldn’t see him. It chirped on, oblivious to his presence, and Wind hid behind a stump, poking his head out and watching the bird.
I wonder what would happen if I pounced on it? he thought as it chirped again, then blinked. ...I wonder where that thought came from.
Wind watched the bird again, pecking at the wood below it and trying to get some bugs to eat. His tail gave a big twitch, and Wind began to creep out from the cover of the stump, zeroing in on the bird.
I’ll just jump on it to see if I can, he thought to himself, sneaking closer. Aryll would kill me if she knew I hurt a bird, so I’ll just pounce on it and let it go—
“Wind!”
The bird squawked and flew away, and Wind felt a hand scoop him up by the scruff, startling a mrreow out of him.
“Don’t wander off!” Twilight’s voice scolded, and turned Wind around so he could look at his face. Wind let out a cross hiss at him. “Oh don’t give me that, you’ve been gone ten minutes, we thought you’d gotten lost or something!”
Just because I’m a cat doesn’t mean I suddenly can’t handle myself! Wind thought with an growl, and he and Twilight glared at each other a minute before Twilight sighed, and set him down.
Wind sat down and crossly licked his shoulder, ears flat with annoyance.
“Look, Wind... you’re vulnerable at the moment,” Twilight said, his face creased. “I know it might not feel that way to you, but the truth of it is you are. You’re not used to this form, and you can’t easily defend yourself. You need to be careful.”
“I was being careful!” Wind meowed back, wishing he could actually speak his mind. “I was listening and smelling for danger! And I was looking for Sky! Unlike you all who were just arguing!”
Twilight sighed. “I don’t have any idea what you said, Sailor, I’m sorry. But we figured out where we’re going, so come on back so we can get a move on.”
Wind let out a muttered growl of agreement, and walked along at Twilight’s heels when he turned back towards the others, Wind’s ears still flat.
Great. We’d finally started to get past treating me as a useless kid, and now we’re back to square one! Being a cat doesn’t not make me a hero!
Wind kicked at some pine needles, and tripped, just barely catching himself. Twilight gave him a look, but Wind ignored it, righting himself and looking grumpily at the paws he kept stumbling over.
Sky... please be somewhere close by.
I miss being me.

Agility Courses
This is based off a small prompt I found on @kenvamp 's page! Here!
Thought it was a really fun prompt, and decided to do it myself! Enjoy!!
---------------------------
"No."
"Twilight! Come on, this will literally be the best way to get enough rupees for all of us to sleep at the inn tonight!" Wind practically whined. As if the other didn't know full well that Twilight was stubborn enough to sleep in freezing cold rain just to keep a little bit of his pride.
And maybe a bit of his sanity cause dealing with all of the chain’s antics can really put it to the test.
And while the Rancher won’t admit that he’s probably a bit to prideful for his own good, the rest of the group knows how much he despises acting like a true dog (or wolf) when he is in the other form. So Wind asking Twilight to compete in a dog agility course as Wolfie was frankly an insult to the Rancher.
“It’s literally 1,500 rupees! 1,500! That could easily give us an entire week! And fill up Wild’s slate with all the provisions we need and more!”
Twilight did have to hand it to Wind. 1,500 rupees really was a lot, but usually Wild had a lot more. However, the other had to spend the rest of his rupee’s on red potions since he ran out of whatever he needed to make them. They also had no way to replenish the rupee shortage unless they stayed around town and completed odd jobs here and there, or end up in Wild’s Hyrule so he could sell off all the ores he somehow keeps finding.
He really needed to talk about his cubs hoarding tendencies.
“No Wind, frankly it’s just insulting that you would even ask me that!” Twilight snapped, his eyes narrowing on the younger who put his hands on his hips as if it would make him seem more intimidating. No matter that Twilight stood at least a foot taller over the kid.
“Come on! It would be so easy to win! You are so much smarter than all the other dogs, and I even checked to make sure Wolfie could participate and he can!” Wind said excitedly, “Wolves are entirely allowed, well Wolf dog because technically full wolves aren’t allowed”
Well there goes that question. Still, he refused. He wouldn’t do something as demeaning as a dog competition.
“I said no Wind, and that’s final!” he said, his voice leaving know room for argument. Which of course caused the younger to practically groan dramatically.
“If we end up sleeping outside tonight, I am blaming you!” The sailor then declared, before going to storm off when he was suddenly stopped by Wild. Wind running face first into him and Wild quickly put his hands on the pirates shoulders to help steady him.
“There’s a dog agility thing, Twilight you should join as Wol-”
“If you continue that sentence Wild, I will shut you up” Twilight hissed, causing Wild to freeze. “Seriously! I am not doing some dog thing!”
Wild gave an annoyed look to Twilight, as though it was this time Twilight was being the dumb kid. Even though it was usually Wild on the end of those stares. Which the kid definitely deserved due to the crazy shenanigans he has found himself in.
Twilight only crossed his arms at Wild’s stare. “Don’t look at me like that! I don’t think it’s that bad for me to say no! It’s not even gonna-”
Cue the sound of thunderclap in the distance, and Wild’s knowing look that caused Twilight to glare even more harshly than before. It did always annoy him that Wild was eerily good at predicting the weather. But he was the survivalist of the group for a reason.
“I talked with some of the people there though, it really would be an easy win. I even made to sure get a map so we know the course pretty well, plus I already signed us up”
“What! You-” Twilight growled, standing up straighter as he approached Wild who seemed entirely amused at the Rancher’s reaction. “You signed us up? Without my permission? What makes you so confident that I would even do this!”
Wild just still had that really annoying smirk on his face, confidence in his eyes. “I wasn’t going to originally. But when some fancy lady said that my mutt couldn’t win against her purebred, I put Wolfie down immediately because screw her”
That made him pause. Someone called him a mutt? What? He couldn’t help the little growl that escaped him, the wolf inside him practically twisting in offense. “What kinda dog did she have?”
“Pretty sure it was some sort of poodle”
“This lady thinks her poodle could win against a wolf?” Twilight hissed. “Oh we are going to prove that lady so wrong! Come on Wild, Wind, we are leaving now!”
He pointedly ignored Wind and Wild’s laughter, and Wild’s hands signing to Wind that he told Wind not to worry, and that he’d get Twilight to join. Whatever. He didn’t care that Wild basically played him like a fiddle, because if there was one thing that Twilight hated more than being called a dog. It’s being called a mutt. He would prove that lady wrong, and win that competition better than that stupid poodle of hers.
————————
Twilight was beginning to regret this. Already he could tell how severely out of place he was amongst all these various breeds of dogs. Especially considering he’s much bigger than all of the other creatures here, and while Wild was one of the shortest in the chain. It didn’t help that he was basically half the other Hylian’s height.
When they had arrived, he could instantly spot who Wild was talking about. The lady one of the most ugliest looking outfits that Twilight had ever seen and it took everything he had to not curl his snout up in his disgust. No. He had to focus on acting like a proper wolf and frankly he should have a lot more experience in this since he practically raised Wild.
Then again, Wild didn’t even know the difference between a wolf and a Hylian for the longest time so he may not be a good candidate in knowing how well he can act. Plus, no one was really casting suspicious looks his way. The only ones that were, Twilight was sure they were looking at him because they didn’t know if he was a wolf dog like Wild and Wind said he was.
Either way, he did not like the lady. To the point where he almost felt bad for her poodle since it’s fur was entirely dyed pink, and not even a pretty pink.
Probably one of the most obnoxious pinks he has ever seen in his life. Standing beside her seemed to be a younger man, maybe around Wild’s age. He’s probably the one that actually trained the dog and most likely the one to guide him through the course.
In fact, that was Twilight’s biggest worry. Cause he refused to do this stupid competition without being sure that he would win but Wild promised he already studied the course layout and said they are one of the last to go so Twilight can study the other dogs. Much to his annoyance. The fact that he has to study actual dogs to win this thing.
“Twilight your growling” he heard Wind whisper, lightly nudging the Rancher’s side. Breaking him out of his thoughts, to which he sees that Wind was right. He needed to calm down if he didn’t want to drag anymore unwanted attention to themselves.
Wild was off getting them snacks since Wind loudly declared how hungry he was, and Twilight mentally agreed with him. There was about 7 other dogs to perform before them so they had plenty of time to eat. Especially since they all agreed that it would be Wild leading him through it. The two of them were instinctively bonded in a way that none of the other chain was, even with Wolfie’s instincts getting in the way.
The others didn’t really understand that when Twilight was Wolfie, he did follow his more animalistic instincts more than his human thought. Wild was the only one who could properly understand him in this form, so if Wolfie ever need to make an appearance, Wild was the one in charge of taking ‘care’ of him.
It didn’t take long for Wild to come back with a few bags of what seemed to be popcorn…with caramel on it? Twilight tilted his head as the sweet smell entered his nostrils and practically made him drool with excitement. His tail slightly wagged as Wild handed one bag over to Wind and set the third one on the ground. “Only needed 5 rupees for three bags, so I had enough” Wild signed.
Wind did express his worry for not having enough Rupee’s to get anything, but thankfully Wild did seem to have at least some stuff left over. “Told you, I just don’t have enough for all of us to be in an Inn”
Twilight quickly stuffed his mouth with the popcorn, the sweet taste flooding his sense as he heard Wind snickering behind him. “I think Wolfie likes it” he teased, but Twilight only gave an annoyed ear flick in response.
“Don’t eat to fast Wolfie” he then heard, the champions hoarse voice familiar but uncommon to hear. “Don’t want you getting sick”
Twilight only gave a whine in response but he did slow down his eating. Wild was right after all.
“I wish we could’ve at least brought the rest of the group here, I really think they would’ve enjoyed watching this” Wind then chimed in, seeming to let out a disappointed sigh.
Wild only rolled his eyes, throwing in another piece of popcorn in his mouth before signing “You know Twi would kill us if we did, he’s already embarrassed enough. Now keep working on that story you promised him, we need to explain how we got so many rupee’s once we win”
Wind only grumbled at that, as the three of them watched the course go. Of course, the poodle was sectioned right before them. The dog walking with an aura of smugness that really shouldn’t be possible for a creature like that. Then again it might be his own annoyance for the little thing, which definitely didn’t deserve his ire.
“Now announcing Princess Rosa and her trainer Doron! This purebred poodle has been the champion for the last three games now, and quite a champion she is! Let’s see her grace in action, so judges whenever you are ready!” the announcer shouted, causing Twilight’s ears to perk up. While he was studying the rest of the dogs, it took only two competitors for him to realize just what the course entailed. It really shouldn’t be too difficult to perform. His only issue would be his size so he’s not as maneuverable as some of the smaller dog breeds. However, he is confident that he can figure it out on the fly.
He was a hero after all. How difficult could a dog course be?
Yet, while watching Rosa, she went through the agility course with ease. A creature with limited intelligence did this course with a certain sort of grace that Twilight didn’t think he could live up too. Shit. How is that a dog moving with an ease that Twilight couldn't even begin to do. He knew he took a lot of practice from actual wolves, when it came to learning his new body alongside Wild who was raised by a small pack.
But maybe he should also take lessons from show dogs and agility dogs, who move with such confidence in their strides. Working with the smoothness alongside the orders of their pack, but with such confidence to stand out on their own. Wolves taught you to blend in. It seems this poodle knew how to take the space given to you, and own it.
Though it was still a poodle, and he refused to let it win.
He pointedly ignored Wild's knowing look however, but he knew the other was studying Rosa's movements just as much as Twilight was.
She finished with almost perfect scores and Twilight was pretty sure she even beat her previous score. How was he going to even win that? He's not even sure if he can jump through the hoops that quickly or slide through those weave poles as easily as Rosa did. However, he knew he would try his best.
"Now! We have a new dangerous duo this competition! Introducing Wild, and his wolf-dog Wolfie!" the announcer then shouted after Rosa was done. Twilight immediately stood up, a certain form of determination in his step as he knew he would be trying his best to still win against a dog.
Him and Wild easily fell into step together as they walked to the center of the course. Twilight's eyes scanning the course and mentally going through it. Wild kneeled next to Twilight, having the wolf stare at him in the eyes. Before Wild's eyes closed and head butted him. Twilight's ears going back as he leaned into the touch.
They didn't really need to do this, but for them they swore it helped with their bond and getting on the same wave length. Helping them become one mind, one heart, one spirit before separating and doing what they needed to. Usually it happened before they hunted together and while they would enjoy being able to do it before a fight, they simply don't always have time. However, they don't do it just because and usually there has to be certain situations that really need them to really focus together.
It seems as though this was a moment, as ridiculous as it was.
Twilight then found himself sneezing, causing Wild to snort and roll his eyes in amusement as he pulled away. Flashing the wolf a large smile and a thumbs up and Twilight's ears only flicked in response. He still had to seem somewhat normal after all.
Twilight easily slipped into position, right next to Wild's size as the two of them easily fell into stride. Now simply waiting for the bell to ring, and the two of them would be off.
--------------------
"We're back!" Wind shouted to the small little campsite that Time and Warriors seemed to have thrown together. Twilight and Wild were following right behind, both of them having amused looks on their faces as Wind excitedly went to show Time their winnings. Much to Time's surprise.
"How in Hylia's name did you guys get this much rupees?" Time said, narrowing his eyes at the three of them. Though Wind was the one most likely to have sticky fingers, it was clear there was way to much for even a pickpocket to get.
"Don't question it Time" Twilight then stepped in, giving off an aura of innocence cause frankly he was still way too embarrassed to admit where those winnings came from. "Let's just go get that Inn, Wars and the others can pick up the camp"
Time only narrowed his eyes at the other, before giving a tired sigh. Which was understandable, having to deal with the chain's shenanigans all the time. "I'll get it from you guys eventually, but I am really too tired to care and I want a bed"
The three of them only smiled at each other.

What would the yandere links feel about the reader being able to turn into a cat and having some known traits of one like instinctly snuggle I nto things even in human form and basically be like twilight turning into a wolf situation but instead of a wolf it's a cat with the fur the same color as their hair and same eye color.
Tumblr media
Even more cute maybe reader turns into a small cat
Tumblr media
“Does anyone know who this cat is?” Warrior picked up the small creature who had roamed into their campsite and cradled them gently in his arms. His eyes were full of delight as he held the small animal; it was surprising to see a cat just roaming around Hyrule as they were domestic creatures. He scratched the top of your head and you were delighted at both the attention and the scritches he provided. Sure the gloves he wore were a little rough and you would have preferred he take them off, but in your current condition all you could do was meow and that wasn't conducive to a proper conversation.
“It’s not mine.” Legend called as he happily stood up and made his way to Warrior to pay tribute to the cat. He liked Wolfie well enough but nothing beat a cat! Warrior watched Legend approach and turned away from him. Hiding you away so that Legend had to keep walking in circles to get a good look. Once closer Legend could see that your eyes reminded him of someone in the group who said they were going on a quick walk.
“What’s a cat?” Wild asked, standing up from the cooking fire so he could get a better look.
“It’s like a dog but smaller and more mischievous.” Sky chimed in. The skyloftian had never been around many cats but he knew of them and had already decided he didn't mind their company, even if he had never been around them before. “They have claws and can scratch if you're not careful and they purr when they're happy.”
Taking that as his cue Wild stood up and joined the group piling around the cat. Warrior stood still as the young man approached so he could get a proper look. Legend kicked the soldier lightly in the shin, a little upset that he'd let Wild pet the cat and not him. You for your part were so happy to be receiving so much attention. Sure it was a little strange having been immediately spotted and picked up but it wasn't too bad.
“I bumped into a healer once who had a pet cat. They were really sweet! She called it a calico. Really cute thing. It made a lot of loud rumbling sounds when I pet it.” Hyrule stayed on the outskirts of the group and watched with wide eyes at the new guest. He wondered if the cat would be following them around for a while or if they were just here for the fish Wild was grilling over the fire.
“That's what purring is.” Sky chimed in.
“You're just here to steal our fish aren't you.” Wind was by the fire helping watch the fish cook so they didn't burn. Wild didn't need the help but Wind argued he knew fish better than anyone because he grew up on an island and no one could argue. His face was set in a scowl and he had that squinty eye look that the whole group found adorable but could never say so. He stared at you conspiratorially and you let out a little murph and moved around in Warriors arms. Trying to stand was a little difficult but with feline grace and precision you landed on your feet and walked over to the sailor.
“Yeah I knew it.” He crossed his arms and stared down at you. Legend walked over to the fire and sat down close to it so he could stay by your side. All those times he didn't seem to click well with Wolfie finally made sense, he was a cat person. Wild slowly walked over to the fire as well and stayed down next to it, his eyes were wide and you could tell he'd never seen a cat before in his life. He looked both excited and pleased with this new discovery.
“If they want the fish, let them have some of mine.” Time offered. It was such a sweet gesture but you didn't need it, your portion was already on the grill cooked to perfection on the grill. You stared at it intently hoping someone would get the message and hand it over, and as such you weren't even aware of the pair of boots sneaking up on you from behind. Twilight didn’t say anything, he just picked you up with two arms underneath your front paws and held you there. Your legs dangled in the air and snickers and laughs kicked up from the group. Mischievous indeed, you had the look of trouble in your eyes and Twilight could tell who's look that was.
“Where did y/n go?” Twilight asked quietly. Not that he needed to be loud; the only sounds in the group was the fire as the small chatter of conversation had died once you trotted your way in. He stared at your eyes as you yawned and stuck your tongue out a bit. He set you back on the ground and you walked back over to the fish cooking and stared at them with wide eyes. Wild looked at you for a moment before it all clicked on him. The group had known about Twilight being Wolfie for a while and even Legend had hinted at his own animal form a few too many times and now, the cat was out of the bag.

movie night
scott x stiles x reader smut
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: having a movie night with your childhood friends of whom you have harbored feelings for could only ever end up the same way. them absoloutely worshipping you.
Warnings: unprotected sex (wrap it b4 you tap it) breeding kink (kinda), p in v, fingering, friends to lovers.
A/n this isn’t proofread and it’s the first thing I’ve written in months, this is also the first time I’m writing for teen wolf! This doesn’t really have a set time in the series of where it’d be, probably around like? Season 2? Idk
the warmth of the mcall house had been a breath of fresh air to the three friends, as they all had came crashing through the door stilies rambling on about anything and everything as you three had planted yourselves onto the grey couch.
leaning forward to grab the remote and flick on the tv, both scott, and stiles had begun to argue abut what movie you were going to watch. stilies’ answer was of course star wars, for quote on quote “obvious reasons” whilst scott had wanted to watch edward scisorhands.
chuckling at your childhood friends behaviour you had decided to press play on twilight, a wicked grin had spread across your face as the expressions on both your friends had dropped immediately.
stiles had locked eyes on the remote, before making eye contact with yours. an exasperated “oh shit” had left your mouth before stilies’ lanky body had begun to topple over scotts kneeing him in the crotch by accident.
“sorry dude!” stiles exclaimed snickering lightly
“dude!” shouted scott lifting his hands in the air, before pushing stiles onto the ground in exasperation.
“scott! what the hell” stiles muttered laying beow his best friend, attempting to stand up again the faded grey fabric of his shirt had rode up, showing his pale v line.
you halted your movements you had always had a slight thing for your best friend but you had always felt rejected because of his thing for lydia. scott had ofc purse reassured you that stiles does feels the same.
the warm smile on his face when he had reassured you had sent butterflies into your stomach. in retrospect it had seemingly been ovbious from the start, you hhad a thing for them both.
from how nervous youd get lying on them, to how jealous youd feel if one had gotten a date, with a pretty girl like allison.
you never thought that either had felt the same about you until you were lying underneath them, chuckles ecaping from them as they highfived with eachother. the remote lying discarded.
a shiver had seethed up your spine, as heat rushed to your face at the realisation, standing up rather quickly, your face pale and eyes blown wideat the relvelatio you had quickly exclaimed
“i need to pee!” before scampering off to the bathroom, both boys had looked to eachother concerned glances shooting towards the bathroom as the sound of the sink running had muffled any indication of whatever was appening with you.
“is she okay dude?” stiles pondered, eyebrows screwn together. his eyes looking at scott expecdantly.
“ehy are you asking me?” scott spoke, a clueless expression on his face, stiles had rolled his eyes at his best friend. pinching the bridge of hi nose before back handing scott and exclaiming
“dude! warewolf, remember? listen in.”
“ew, dude! no, what if ses actually peeing?” scott whispered into stiles’ ear raising his eyebrows.
“dude. really? shes not. just listen.”
“alright! fine fine” scott muttered before shaking his head and straining his ear to hear you in the bathroom.
the cool white tiles of scott mcalls bathroom hadfelt very different now you were sitting on the porcelain seat sobbing over the fact that youre going to ruin not one but two lifelong friendships.
and you knew you couldnt keep it a secret much longer. as soon as you walk out of this bathroom you promised yourself youd come clean.
“cmon y/n pull yourself together and get back out there.”  you spoke wiping your stray tears away with your hands and splashing water on your face
with every tug of a new emotion on scotts face stiles had been bounching on his heels and leaning in, intently, they had been standing directly outside of the bathroom door for as long as youd been in there.
“so, whats she doing?” stiles whispered
“id tell you if you stopped talking.”
“fine” stiles muttered dijectively
“She’s…upset. At herself.” Scott mutters eyebrows pulling together in concern as he strains his ears past the sputtering of a sink.
Your sobs faintly fill his ears as his mouth falls into a frown, stiles had been intently watching his best friend chewing on his already taught nails.
“She’s crying.” Scott recalls turning to stiles in awkward concern,
“She’s worried that we don’t love her like she loves us…” Scott mutters looking up towards his best friend, concern and a sense of desire pools in his chocolate brown eyes.
“what should we do?” Stiles asks, a familiar feeling begins to brew in both the boys, as they move themselves back to the couch.
“We need to remind her how much we love her” Scott instigates, whispering something into stiles’ ears as a warm blush flourishes on his cheeks.
The click of the bathroom door opens and out steps you, wiping your cheeks with the sleeves of your sweater you clear your throat and sit leisurely on the arm of the couch.
the guily faces of your bestfriends had looked at you with pity as you wiped your eyes again with the palm of your hands.
“how much of that did you hear?” you questioned not sparing them a glance.
with a whip of their heads in your direction stiles’ eyes had immediatley blown wide astounded with the fact you had accused him of ears dropping opening his mouth to protest he spoke
“how much of that did we hear? none- nope! nadaaaa” he spoke dragging out the a and bouncing on the balls of his feet “and quite frankly im offended youd even think that!”
the only thing to cut off his ramblings was your sharp glare you sent his way suceeding in shtting the loveable spaz up.
“all of it. we-we heard all of it.” scott but in embarrassment creeping up his neck as he scratched the back of his tanned neck.
only when you turned your attention to their statures did you realise how embarressed and bashful both boys were did you finally make up the courage to say “well what are you gonna do about it then..”
at your suggestion both boys had turned their attention to eachother as if communicating telepathically they spoke at the same time with a quiet and simple but still impactful
“This.”
as they approched your smirking figure scott had taken his place behing your body before delicately moving your h/l h/c hair. placing feather light kisses on the skin of your neck, nipping and pulling, and sucking on the soft flesh, pulling soft moans from your mouth.
a dark look had presented itself in stiles’ eyes as moans slipped from you, the lanky boy had cupped your jaw with is big hands tilting your plump lips delicately to his own he begun to move his lips feverishly.
slipping his wet toungue through the devide of your mouth fighting for dominance with the pale boy, only for a harsh bite on the dip of your neck to destract you from what you were doing with stiles, when the soothing feeling of scotts cool toungue ran itself over the previously mentioned affliction.
getting up from the leg of the couch you had begun to shred yourself of your baggy starwars tshirt thst had definetly belonged to stiles to reveal a dark red lace bra cupping your chest delicately.
boy were you glad you chose this bra, by the beguiled look that adorned stiles’ face at the sight of your bra had a blush lingering on your cheeks as the dent in the boys’ pants had grown a lot bigger as they had thrown their shirts off in desperation, stiles lanky limbs flailing everywhere
scott had also shed his jeans and boxers with ease leaving both you and stiles the only ones with shorts on and gaping at his length you had known he was big from kira, and allison, but seeing his length in person was beguiling.
the sound of stiles’ belt buckle struggling to come undone had filled the room, a forgotten movie playing in the background, as you had brought yourself over to stand infront of tiles, before lowering your hand to his bucke and undoing it with ease before placing a kiss on his lips
as the black haired alpha had come up behind you pacing a kiss on your shoulders before fiddling with the clasp of your bra and pulling it down your shoulders gently.
before dropping it all together, as stiles moves his hand to cup your boobs gently, squeezing lightly, and rolling your nipple in his gargantuan hands with light pressure before kissing the top of your right boob, and moving lower, and lower, placing wet kissing on every inch of your skin he coukd reach rolling your head back with pleasure. arousal swimming in your lower stomach, as wetness begins to pool in your panties, meanwhile scotts calloused hands wrap around your throat tightly as he squeezes.
cutting off your moans, as stiles latches his mouth onto your erect nipple sucking with force moans threaten to spill from your mouth only when they do does scott tut tut tut you placing a kiss on your lips and squeezing your thrpat and whispering in your ear
“if you continue to be this loud youre gonna get us caught, and we dont want that do we sweetness.” before biting and tugging your ear lobe gently.
stiles had been sucking dark red marks on your boobs and running his tongue over them lightly.
“stiles switch cmon” scott says as he detaches his lips from your neck moving himself infront of you, pulling your sweatpants down legs as they pool at your feet.
your laced panties slick to your pussy soaked with your juices as scott slinks his hand into your panties running his hand up your slit with his middle finger, he inserts a finger into your pussy, as he slowly begins to pump leisurely,
stiles had shed himself of his boxers whilst scott had begun fingering you, stiles had planted himself in scotts previous position, running his hands over your body with need, as he places sloppy kisses on your shoulders
“god you are gorgeous, you are like the most beautiful girl ive ever seen” he cries slapping the band of your panties as scotts fingers are still pumping into you, the familliar feeling begins to bubble in your stomach
almost boiling over when stiles runs his hands over your breasts, and squeezing on your neck enough to stifle your moans, and halt your breathing for a moment, only subsiding when scott halts his movements pulling his hand out of you, licking your juices off of his fingers and shoving a finger in stiles’ mouth
only for the lanky boy to suck off your juices his eyes rolling to the back of his head, scott had moved his position around enough to place a kiss on stiles’ lips before ushering you both to the matress that laid on the floor of the lounge room.
Your back pressing gently onto Scott’s sheets the smell of him fills your nose as you lay there stiles plants himself over you a wild smile dances across his pale mole dotted face as he slowly began to insert himself into you.
Feeling your walls stretch with his length he stays still for a moment brown eyes scanning your face in concerned filled anticipation.
Before slowly beginning to rock himself back and forth, soft moans escape from your lips as he moves inside of you groans escape from him as a proud smile covers his face.
Stiles leans down placing a delicate kiss on your lips, the sounds of Scott viciously masterbating the sound of skin slapping from stiles’ thrusts sweat begins to build on you both as you reach over for Scott pulling him into a kiss and taking his cock into your hands as you continue to pump his member as stiles hits that spot sending a wave of pleasure over you.
As you moan into your kiss with Scott, the building feeling of your quickly approaching orgasm begins to grow as stiles begins to squeeze your breasts sending you over the edge as Scott detached from your lips coming up for air.
And watching as your face morphs with pleasure, moans coming from both you and stiles, as he finally releases, his cum filling you. As he stays inside of you, your belly bulging with his seed, as he slowly pulls out rolling beside you and Scott.
Laying on Scott’s tan chest as stiles cuddles up beside you covering you all with a sheet before darkness begins to overtake you you mutter softly
“I love you boys” stiles could’ve missed it if he wasn’t practically oogiling you and your beauty both Scott and stiles had turned their attention to eachother.
A smile taking over Scott’s face before he mutters
“I could get use to this”
