I think it's funny how long Yuri has managed to stay relevant in the fandom despite how quick she was offed. Like people talk about how Canto 5 has stuck long after it's ending but Canto 1 was just something special man its probably the greatest tone setter I've ever been hit with in a piece of media(aside from berserk chapter 1) no grand ending, no Mili song as the sinner fought their biggest demon, no cool final boss. Just some weak ahh apple that instantly got power crept not even a canto later, a skill check meant to fail, a final goodbye the sinners malding and then bye bye! Onto canto 2!

objectively hilarious that vivinos's youtube channel is basically build on yuri horror/angst content (its basically almost always two girls killing or dying in the most fucked up ways possible) but the first time a video centered on guys is made (cherry bitch club) its literally just fanservice. yeah flip those conventions LOL

me when a ship gets super popular all of a sudden but i see them as a very extremely specific flavor of queerplatonic and i have to deal with people gushing about how romantic their plot is everywhere all the time:
