it's so frustrating living with misophonia especially when the person that is causing the sound you hate, is aware you don't like hearing it and still do it. :) for me, i immensely dislike tv volume higher than usual range when no one is watching the tv. just turn it off it's not that hard lmaooo

#mel 废话时刻 #i have made efforts to communicate civilly and politely but i either get shouted at or they make a childish retort #so now if said person has tv set to their own channel i either camp in my room w/ mp3 or just suffer #the only time they would turn it down is if someone needs it down bc studying or whatever like ?#they always watch news and some ancient ass misogynistic movies so i've developed a strong negative sense of feeling towards these stuff #idrc abt the news actually i am doing very bad i don't need more bad vibes #oh and like our walls are not soundproof so i can still hear it from very far #or like maybe it's not playing but i still hear the sounds subconsciously with feelings of fear and anxiety #sooo i have a very short temper since they also say things that aggravate me #idk maybe you respect me first and i wouldn't be so rude #说我没尊重你但你也没尊重我用你脑去想吧 #also rlly hate when the sound effects just go drastically loud like omg stfu this is not a movie.#i slept at 8 bc es event last day today i sleep at 6 #which is the usual timing last time i slept at 4 #it's so hard to actually wake up now since i have no obligations too #plus i keep feeling a sense of dread so i just continue lying down #i am trying to be disciplined and have a normal sleep cycle #i wish the pay for working on weekends and holidays were better like um hiiii wdym everyone else enjoys their rest days while i'm suffering #am i a joke to u
