Changing the ending
Recently, Clockwork started treating dimensional events like a TV show. He could be time itself but he wasn't going to take care of all the dimensions; considering the number of times they destroyed themselves it really didn't make sense.
Danny accompanied him, it was quite funny, and there was a dimension that he liked to observe, Clockwork called him "How to die a thousand times" but the halfa only called it "Detective Comics" or "DC" for short. Everything about it reminded him of a comic if he was being honest.
It was a messy dimension, it had been reset so many times it was worrying and had several alternate line screens that ended very badly. Danny winced at the DC Zombies screen combining with another, that dimension worked in weird ways.
Both he and Clocky prepared for the season finale, a reveal about a hero named "Batman", when he saw Clockwork throw his popcorn at Alfred's death. His mentor was devastated, he used to avoid using his future vision to not "spoil" the ending, but it was obvious that Alfred was his favorite character.
When all of it ended horribly for the original dimension, Danny and Clockwork looked at each other. That ending was very unsatisfying, so they decided to...change it. They had some time to waste after all.
They disguised themselves as a couple of normal civilians, went back to the start of the problems, and started changing all the bad endings they could find (without interfering with some things, even if Danny wanted to save Jason, Red Hood had to happen).
Spoiler alert: Those heroes die a lot, and apparently they're determined to die!

THE SHERIFF AND GUY OF GISBORNE
uh. try to stay with me for a second. so incest motifs are a huge part of medieval lit. you see it in arthuriana cycles, you see it in romances, it's a whole thing.
Incest and the Medieval Imagination, Elizabeth Archibald
so robin hood. both adaptions and the text itself, tend to get interesting with guy of gisborne. and I will say that while I found the media being discussed in this text absolutely fucking insufferable to watch, the discussion on it was delicious, impeccable, show stopping
Mouvance, Greenwood, and Gender in The Adventures of Robin Hood and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Brian J Levy and Lesley Coote
and with regards to discussions on the origin text (which I love and adore forever)
Horseplay: Robin Hood, Guy of Gisborne, and the Neg(oti)ation of the Bestial, Stuart Kane
we're. getting to the point, I promise. guy of gisborne and the sheriff in my own "adaption" are not cousins, but brothers in law (fucked up brothers in law are my thing over on my other blog. brutus and cassius? I'm there. caligula and lepidus? all over that, baby!) because I'm aiming for an adjacent transgression.
on the topic of adjacent transgressions and guy's comment in this comic about cannibalism: there's an overlap in various genres of literature, predominantly in branches of horror and tragedy: between cannibalism and incest. (additionally! a lot of texts will take on christian subtexts and allusions, so there's a bonus homoerotic cannibalism discussion happening wrt communion that I'll get into in the future) it's about. chomping. the teeth, you know.
Managing Monsters, Marina Warner
Statius and Virgil: The Thebaid and the Reinterpretation of the Aeneid, Randall T. Ganiban
there's a 100% chance I will revise the sheriff's design at some point, but I wanted to draw the flowers exploding out of the spine so bad
AND FINALLY, the neck focus on guy is half due to his fate in his origin tale (beheaded) and half my own invention: I girl-with-a-green-ribboned him. a little narrative necromancy, if you will.

I’m backk! since 🌿 was taken can I be 🫧 anon or if that ones taken then 🪸 anon? (whichever is available… if those are taken then just pick a random emoji for me v_v)
ANYWAYSS!! imagine marathoning a show with idia n’ getting dicked down in a prone bone position<3 ahsbandjjs I def think idia can’t handle eye contact during intimate moments, he just gets so flustered & so he resorts to positions that don’t require him looking at you directly but can still make you feel good<3
AAAAAA 🫧 ANON!!!!!! Your brain is so galaxy,,, omg getting dicked down in prone bone while watching a show........ that position is so perfect for Idia. Neither of you have to look at the other, so it works well if you're also shy or awkward. Idia is much more confident when no one's watching him or when he's wearing a mask, so prone bone allows him to say and do all of the things he may not be able to if you were looking him directly in the eyes. >_< imagine you're burying your face into one of his many plushies while he's just fucking you silly and you're holding onto it for dear life because this is the third creampie and you feel so full and your head is so empty and Idia just won't stop moving his hips.
At that point, it's a struggle to focus on the show, so Idia will have to run some trivia by you afterwards to make sure you're ready for the next season. <3 and if you don't get all of the questions right, you'll just have to sit in his lap and cockwarm him while the both of you watch it once more. And this time you should pay attention!

So I heard that recently, the creator of The Backyardigans, Janice Burgess, passed away.
I loved that show and it's characters ever since I was little, still do to this day, it was creative and fun, I still love watching my favorite episodes and listening to my favorite songs.
I made a couple of doodles of the characters at least last year, so I'll try to find them (I don't remember where they are ): )
I hope she knew how her show impacted so many of us, even beyond the USA, and I hope she's resting easy.

Obsessed with the fact that while Hoody does wield a gun at a point in the series, his actual main weapons are a fuckin’ lead pipe and his fists. He may operate behind the scenes through most of the series but the second he doesn’t have Masky/Tim to fight for him, he’s not hesitating to beat the shit out of someone.
He full on WACKS Alex with no hesitation and drops him like a stone in Entry 67. He beats the shit out of Alex in the tunnel in Entry 76. He throws some punches at Tim during their fight in Entry 83.
Hoody seems so cold and calculating for most of his TTA Videos and appearances, but put him in any situation where he’s forced to make split decisions and he does not take long to choose violence.

The fact that Brett ACCIDENTALLY got into Reagan’s mind but then saw her 12 year old self all pitiful and then decided to be her prom date and basically raised her spirits, AND THEN AT THE END OF THE EPISODE, Reagan said that she remembered him being with her all those years ago and she said she was happy at that AND THAT was how he “made it up” to her OUGGHHHHHHH THEIR DYNAMIC MAKES ME FERAL.
