mhm, mhm, we're thinkin about byan's inferiority complex tonight. you know, the one they overcompensate for through self-obsession and looking at what most would consider to be good or normal behaviour as boring and beneath them? the one that makes them embrace being a Problem because at least they're good at that while also having them basically give up on trying to do well in school? yeah, that inferiority complex.

#just invalidated kid things #never good enough never smart enough never talented enough never normal enough #they genuinely don't believe they're capable of accomplishing anything the average person would consider worthwhile #you start to believe that sort of thing if you get told it enough as a kid #then you throw all the times they were given up on or abandoned on top of it and it just feels like proof #and of course the fact that they do struggle so much in school doesn't help at all #too stupid too angry too uncontrollable too loud too violent to be given a chance #I'm rambling I'm a little tipsy but Trust Me when I say I think about this so gd much #hhhhh I need to write like a full in depth headcanon post about it at some point lemme add it to the list #━━ ˟ ⊰ ✰ OOC ⋮ DON’T @ ME.
