Reminder @ myself!!!! Your fitbit/step tracker only has information that you give it!!!! You still get steps when you're not wearing it!!! And just because you didn't log the cals doesn't mean you didn't eat them. Your apps only have the information that you give them. Your body knows the truth.

winter break plan
so currently i am on winter break as of 12/19/23 and I go back to school 1/8/2024 that leaves me 19 days. I want to lose 15lbs in these 19 days which will make me around 165lbs/74kg. So the plan for that is
eat under 864cals a day
20 hour fast everyday
a gallon of water
45 mins of pilates
walk around a lot
I just have to do those 5 things every day and I can have a miniscule glowup by the time winter break ends. I really wanna achieve this cause it'll motivate me and I'll finally be outta the overweight bmi range.

Foods that scare my while restricting!
Butter- like how can something so small have so many bloody calories, literally it’s so useless, anything with butter and I’m running for the hills
Croissants/pastries- Literally not worth it it’s just carbs and butter, ultimate red flag 
Pasta- this one is 50/50, it’s sooo good but you literally can’t have more than a handful or it’s 300+ Cals from no where
Starbucks & Hot chocolates- unless it’s black coffee or low cal lattes get it away! I don’t understand how you can fit 500cals in a drink and it doesn’t even fill me!
Cakes/Donuts/Cookies- This one is self explanatory, high in sugar and too addictive and I have no self control so it’s a no from me
Sugar- why have sugar when there is 0 cal sweetener..
Bread- Bread as a whole isn’t bad but it’s the quantity, I’d rather go for wraps as they just have less Cals but if I do have bread it’s 1 slice onlyy
Sodas&Juices- Sorry but I’m not wasting 120cals on juice when Diet Coke exists..
There’s 10 million other things but that’s it for now
