Self-rejection: Give up the habit of constantly criticizing and rejecting yourself. Accept yourself, recognize the reality of your situation and give yourself compassion on your path to working on yourself.
Negative self-talk: Stop engaging in negative self-talk and replace it with positive affirmations and supportive thoughts. You are teaching your mind to believe the things you are saying about yourself, wether jokingly or not.
Criticizing others: Let go of the habit of constantly criticizing and judging others. Focus on understanding and empathizing with them. You should be too focused on your own life to focus on ways and reasons to judge others for the life they choose to live.
Being a people pleaser: Stop seeking approval and trying to please others at the expense of your own well-being. Prioritize your own needs and happiness.
Fear of failure: Give up the fear of failure and embrace it as an opportunity for growth and learning. View failures as stepping stones towards success. Because they are. Failures say less about you than the actions you took after you failed at something.
Procrastination: Stop putting off tasks and projects. Break them down into smaller, manageable steps and take action. Develop discipline to tackle your responsibilities.
Holding onto grudges: Learn to let go. Holding onto grudges only weighs you down and prevents personal growth. Practice forgiveness and focus on the present and the future you want.

What you focus on, you attract more of!
Instead focus on opportunities and the blessings you already have
It's annoying how everyone's always complaining about inflation or groceries...
But we still live in the arguably the greatest country in the world! We have so much opportunity. We can make money sitting at home! What we make in a week is someone's yearly salary in another country! People fight to be here. We can easily build wealth with the right steps. We have working toliets and access to clean water!
Focus on the blessings, to attract more blessings.
(It's okay to vent but don't indulge yourself in that everyday because it puts you in a negative vibration of constant misery)

SELF TALK. Replacing the NEGATIVE things we say to ourselves with POSITIVE words 🦄💜✨✨
When we say bad things about ourselves, our minds and bodies pay attention and start believing those things. It's like a cycle. When we keep telling ourselves we're not good enough or can't do things, our minds start thinking it's true. These bad thoughts can make us act in ways that match what we believe, like avoiding things because we think we'll fail. Over time, our brain gets used to these thoughts and they become a regular part of how we see ourselves.
But if we say good things to ourselves, it can be really helpful. When we're kind in how we talk to ourselves, it can make us feel better and stronger. It's like giving ourselves a little boost of confidence. When we're positive, we can handle problems better and feel less stressed. When we believe good things about ourselves, we might do better in different situations. So it's important to notice how we talk to ourselves and try to say nice things, even if we don't always feel that way.
Negative: "I always mess things up." Positive: "I sometimes make mistakes, but I also learn from them."
