camp counselor hanji…we are so back 😼 from day one you’ve got his full attention w lingering glances and “accidental” touches that get bolder and bolder the more time you spend together. you dont even have to tease him for long before he’s completely wrapped around your finger, bc poor hannie’s never been flirted w this much in his life and he doesn’t know how to handle it, esp when he’s supposed to be the shining example of purity. he’s like a lovesick puppy immediately, going from the charismatic leader teaching and entertaining the students, to a dumb, stuttering mess around you. but the way he gets so awkward around you, watching you w the most unfairly innocent eyes and the most obvious blush spreading across his face, makes him even more charming to you

getting him alone while everyone else is busy w camp activities and pushing him into the lakehouse ❤️‍🔥 the added risk of someone going looking for you only to find the priest’s son falling apart in the palm of your hand just turns him on more, and the guilt he feels for that is palpable. he thinks he might cum the instant you wrap your hands around him bc he’s wanted this so bad since the first day and he feels his whole body go hot w shame when you make him admit to touching himself to the thought of you every night. and taunting him for being such a hypocrite is the icing on the cake…degrading him for being so filthy in such a holy place and telling him he’s much better fit to be your personal toy than preaching abt religion <3

Valentines with Him! Part 1: Zayne

his is officially my first L&D post! I've been SUPER obsessed with this game, its such an addictive game which is not good for my wallet😪

Anyways, I know this Valentines post is super late but as long as its February its still Valentines to me :3 but I hope you all enjoy reading it regardless😊

“Uh..Zayne? Whats all this?” I asked the Doctor who was currently setting the dining table (in my home) with different types of breakfast food, he took a glance at me and smiled briefly before walking over to me and ruffled my hair like it wasn't already messy beforehand.

“Good Morning, how was your sleep?” He asked slowly leading me to the dining table and eventually pulling the chair out for me to sit down; to which I did sit down on thanking him.

“It was alright…” I said my eyes following him as he sits down, ok…his acting kinda weird…

“Well, what are you waiting for? Lets eat” He said urging for me to start eating first; I took a bite of the pancakes he made that was decorated with blueberries and strawberries, instantly my eyes lit up; it was delicious…I close my eyes in content and forgot about his unusual behavior mot until we were finished eating did I ask him as he offered to wash the dishes.

“Zayne? Do you not have work?” I asked leaning back on the chair as I looked at him curiously; he looked at me briefly and walked over to me then to my surprise he knelt down on a knee and his calloused hands wrapped around my soft ones, okay now I was even more confused and I think my expression was showing that I was confused.

Before I could speak he spoke first; “Did you forget what day it is today?” He asked and I thought for a moment as he took his phone out from his pocket and showed me his phone screen….

February 14…….

I gasped as the thought came to me when I saw the date…..TODAY WAS VALENTINES DAY.

I immediately felt guilt wash over me as I forgot about the plans we planned out last week; “I-shit…Zayne I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to forget; I mean wanderers-no…I…ugh..” I choked through my words as griped his hands tighter.

“Silly Girl….” I heard him say and I looked up at him as I was looking down in shame and saw him giving me a gentle smile as I felt him take one hand out of mines and he started stoking my hair.

“I do not mind you forgetting as I know you've got Wanderers and missions to think of” He said as I lean my head into his hand that was stoking my hair more, “Thanks for understanding Zayne…but I still feel bad so…” I pondered for a bit as I wanted to repay him with something.

I mean what type of Girlfriend would I be if I couldn't pay my Boyfriend with something? I mean he already cooked me breakfast and offered to wash the dishes……

After coming up with nothing I sighed and just decided to ask him instead; “Do you want us to do anything particular today?” I asked hoping to get an answer, he seemed to be in thought for a bit until he spoke again in that same calm tone of his.

“Could I…have you all to myself today?” He asked; “Huh…?” I let out a sudden yelp as he suddenly carried me off of my chair and bridal carried me to my couch and he put me down gently on the soft cushion. “Zayne…wha..” I looked at me confused out of my mind as he climbed onto of me….

“I want you…all to myself today, no wanderer business and no hunter business” He said in a firm tone as he hovered over me, I giggled sightly at his behavior and smiled smugly up at him.

“Doctor Zayne…I didn't know you'd be so clingy today~” I said holding his chin and bringing his face closer to mines, we stared at each other for a few moments as we closed the gap between us; his lips circling around mines. I could taste a hint of chocolate that was present in his pancakes earlier, the kiss was sweet yet passionate…

After this gentle, sweet kiss our lips separated from each other but by looking in his eyes I could see he had wanted more, and I was proven correct when he had kissed me yet again; however this time with more passion and love.

I sneaked my arms around his neck as we both kissed more and more and more and more until we both needed oxygen…

“Ah..Zayne-hah….” I huffed out his name as I tried to catch my breathe; I looked at him and his face had red hue as he tried to catch his breathe as well.

“Zayne….” I blushed but smiled as well, I watched him pull out a small box out of his pocket; he presented it in front of me and opened it; for the box to reveal a…flower necklace?

“Zayne whats..whats this? I mean I know it's some type of flower but…you get what I mean” I said sheepishly groaning at myself as I heard him chuckle.

He then got up from his position above me and sat down properly on the couch, so I also did as I followed his moves quietly, “Turn around, I wanna put it on you” He said so I obeyed and turned around for him; I felt his hand gently move my hair away from my neck and he gently locked the necklace around my neck. With my back still turned to him he started to speak again but in a tone I wasn't familiar with.

“The flower is a Jasmine which symbolizes….” He stopped speaking for a moment and I felt him move around from behind me and felt his hot breathe fanning on the back of my neck, I stiffened and felt my face getting red.

He continued to speak again in a hushed tone; “….Love, purity, beauty and sensuality” He finished and I flinched sightly as I felt his warm lips on the back of my neck.

He the turned me around and cradled my face gently in his hand as the other one was wrapped around my waist, “Thank you…Zayne..I think the necklace is beautiful” I said kissing his hand that was caressing my face. “But I'm sorry I…I don't have anything to give you..i..ugh I'm so stupid for that” I said frowning at the fact that he went out of his way to buy me a special and meaningful gift while I've got nothing for him.

He sighed and the hand caressing my face held my other hand and he buried his face on my chest seemingly listening to my heartbeat.

I started stoking his soft black hair as he sighs and started rubbing my waist with his other hand; “I don't need for you to buy me a gift so that I could feel your love” He said and I stopped my stoking and looked down at him but he had closed his eyes as he spoke more.

“Your presence and safety is more then enough for me…..” He finished and he held my waist tighter; for once I didn't really know what to say as Zayne normally doesn't act like this yet what I do know is that the words his saying are truly genuine and was full of love.

“Zayne…i..thank you for always being here with me” I said wrapping both of my arms around him, I felt him smile against my skin which made me smile as well.

“Your most welcome. My Jasmine.”

We never got to see the aftermath of The Man City Hug™️, but there’s a direct parallel between that locker room scene and Sam’s dad in the locker room in Season 3. So, either the team showed up for Jamie somehow after the whole confrontation with Jamie’s dad, OR the team didn’t show up at all and it was Jamie’s idea to get the team to clean up Sam’s restaurant. Or maybe it was someone else’s idea, but Jamie is the one to say, “What does this situation need?” so I’m inferring that he’s the one who came up with it. And I’m also a sucker for Sam and Jamie’s friendship, so there’s that.

In the mess of Season 2, it’s not likely that anyone actually did anything to comfort Jamie (apart from Roy ofc), but I’ll always have a soft spot for the found family trope. Idk if you’ve answered this before but would love to know what you think happened

ugh my head is still stuck at how much it sucks that we never got any man city follow up 🙃 (well, clearly the writers see Mom City as the follow-up. But to me Mom City opens up more threads than it concludes so 😪 too little too late. sigh.).

But I LOVE the idea that Jamie was the one to reach out to the boys after finding out about Sam's restaurant to be like, 'hey lads what are we doing about this?' :) i truly think that was a full team effort idea but i love thinking about Jamie instigating that conversation!! To me Sam and Jamie best friendism is soooo real and incredibly beloved. <3

I think in terms of Man City it's not that the team didn't want to step in a help Jamie, but that they were truly caught off guard and shocked and genuinely didn't know how to respond, because none of the rest of them have been in that kind of situation before. I definitely think Jamie would've dreaded going in for their next training, and then there would be sinking feeling when he walks into the dressing room and it goes uncomfortably silent as they all look up at him, where he's thinking that all his dread was justified. But really it's just a brief awkward moment before Isaac and Colin crack a goofy joke they definitely rehearsed beforehand (and it's kind of a weak one all in all but everyone is sure to laugh extra hard and play off of it until the laughing grows into something easier and more genuine and the tension laps off Jamie's shoulders in waves and he's at ease again with :) ) (Roy catches Isaac's eye as they all head out to the pitch and nods approvingly)

Like, I guess basically I'm not sure there would be a direct conversation about what happened with anyone apart from Roy and Keeley, because I don't think the other boys are particularly equipped to broach that topic in a way that would actually be good and helpful for Jamie moving forward. And anyway I expect Jamie prefers they don't linger on it and don't treat him like he's glass, which all the boys pick up on, so really the best way to be there for him is just to continue being his friends and not treating him any differently. But they also don't ignore it by any means, or shy away from it if Jamie ever does bring it up. They're just letting him take the lead with it to do what's best for him. I also do think he and Sam eventually have a deeper conversation about it, and Dani definitely invites Jamie to visit his entire family in Mexico that summer, to which Jamie is like "you know that just because I have shit dad doesn't mean you have to give me a pity invite me to join your family over break, right?" and Dani is just like, "I would ALL of my amigos to meet my family, Jamie Tartt. I invited Gladys my next door neighbour too, you're not special" (but Jamie is definitely special) ❤️💙

SOOOOO...i have some ideas with the bbys as OCs...if you've read Torrential (Knox x reader), this was part of an idea i had for my own fantasy book some day. Malos is also one of the characters in this idea that i have but i'm v intimidated by thinking about the ups and downs of a fantasy book, so we'll see how long it takes for that to come out.

as for requesting for the bat babies, it's always surprised me that people want to read more about them in the sense of x reader fics and i get a little nervous because this is technically an acotar blog and they aren't acotar characters, so i'm not sure how people would receive them haha. Torrential was amazing tho so much fun to write

i have like 300 reqs in my inbox 😭 and it makes me so sad that i can't bust out 3 fics a week like i used to 😭 there are def some dad az ones in there tho...

as for what's coming next...i'm not 100% sure. I started the next part of the vampire!az series and i was debating making a poll to see if hockey az fics should be made into an actual story like Midnight Muse, but i also don't want to put that kind of pressure on myself.

ugh there's literally so many good ideas that you've all shared with me in my inbox and i'd really just quit my job and write them if i could 😪 hopefully i'll be able to be a full time writer tho that would be sick

Thank you for saying Aldo is not good looking at all. Seriously, everyone fawning over his looks (El Cuartel and Luigi) had me thinking we, as the audience, were being bamboozled. The actor didn’t look so bad in other soaps, I think it’s just that he looked much older than Fernando and Lety? Also, I hated his voice lmao and if we include all the red flags of his character, no wonder many of us didn’t like him 😂 he completely robbed Lety of her character development, I will die on this hill. Michel displayed problematic behaviors, but at least didn’t play a huge role on the story until the very end. If Betty’s big proposal to save Ecomoda had been all about Michel’s project, I would’ve been so mad (I know this is simply not possible in ysblf because it’s about fashion and he is a chef whereas in lfmb it’s a production company, so they couldn’t go for the same idea as in the original version, so the door was wide open to come up with something that involved Aldo 😪).

Circa 2006, Vale and Camil were 31 and 33. Soler was 40\41. not very old. but weird that they cast him as the secondary love interest. im certain his casting was bc he reached a certain demographic (older women that like him). bc it certainly wasn't for the youth (women and girls 25 and younger were only in love with fernando\camil).

Aldo's styling is Committed Beach Bum to highlight his flowy, easy, not stressful lifestyle. (the beach jewelry too, ugh). If you notice Michel was not styled that way in Cartagena. He wears light colors, whites and blues (to highlight his frenchy white man blue eyes), his shirts are big and not tucked tightly or at all, he doesn't wear suits or ties. He's easy going, relaxed. (the complete opposite of Armando). Aldo looks like someone who's constantly telling himself to relax. There is something so forced about Aldo's entire character, fm the way the he's written, styled and acted.

It's like Soler himself didn't know what he was doing there, so he just acted like he would if he were a villain in a normal telenovela. There's a huge disconnect. Also, Soler isn't very attractive unless he has facial hair. (see Apuesta Por Un Amor, where he's decent looking.) (he's not my type, feel a need to stress that). (in both Ysblf and Lfmb, everyone fawns over Michel\Aldo and im like 'what am i supposed to be fawning over? men that need to moisturize more???)

I responded to an old ask here about Michel and what happens if he doesn't arrive at Ecomoda to trigger the events of BxA's reconciliation.

But Ocampo and Televisa were like 'well what if we don't let Letty heal and dont give her a make over and Aldo stays forever?'

Congratulations, now you have two protagonists that are stunted and a second love interest who looks like a villain out of a lifetime movie.

Letty was absolutely robbed of her character development when they decided Aldo was more important. Including Fernando.

I had to do some quick refreshing on Aldo and I came across the Fernando and Aldo fight outside of Conceptos.(must be noted that Aldo throws the first punch BTW). I completely forgot they had a physical fight. And after watching it I realized it was the Fernando\Tomas fight redone.

Because Fernando says something like 'he's just using you. he came here and followed you down here bc he wanted to use you for his business'. which is similar to things he says not only about nicolas but also daniel (idr what daniel's name is in lfmb). Anyway he digs himself into a hole and Aldo's like 'yes, bc i want to do business with her'. But he also throws in Fernando's face that he can say\yell out that he's in love with Letty and Fernando can't (And he doesn't). Which again, as we know in Ysblf, Cartagena Arc and after it, Armando doesn't care anymore about his appearance and all he wants is to be with Betty and love her openly.

And then moments before Fernando appears, Aldo tells Letty that he loves her and Letty says 'no, no it's not possible I'm ugly'. Which....I mean do I have to go into it? Do I really need to? She didn't get to heal. She still puts herself down. And now you have some guy she doesn't know saying he's the only one that can love her. (This actually IS a red flag).

If Armando had gotten into a physical fight with Michel, it would show that he hadn't changed. If Armando was challenged to say he loved Betty out loud in some public setting and then didn't do it, it would show he hadn't changed. If Betty hadn't healed and learned to love and accept herself, she wouldn't have the confidence to stand up for herself or run Ecomoda.

Letty and Fernando were robbed of those moments, which is shame because they have decent actors. I would go so far as saying that Aldo\Soler was given protagonist level priority because of his name and fame.

Literally Michel's only job was to give Armando competition and give Betty incentive to leave Bogota. He does display some red flags that, imo, are supposed to contrast with who Betty is now and also contrast with Armando. Betty is much more independent by the end, she doesn't need another man in her life telling her what to do. She needs an equal partner to support her emotionally. It could have literally just been 'I'm opening a seafood restaurant in mexico city. I came to say hi and also, maybe date you?'. They could have kept it at that and let Letty fix Conceptos on her own. There were other ways to make Aldo stay longer without taking away from Letty.

Since Concepto's is a production company in Lfmb, to make a connection\reference to Ysblf, Letty's idea could have been about promoting a suffering mexican fashion company's clothes and suggest to said company that the only way to promote their line is to open their market to every woman and then Letty's puts the cuartel in this said commercial and watch the sales go up. This is not a clear idea but it's better than gastronomy fair because it would give Letty agency.

In conclusion, Aldo should have drowned in the ocean devoured by the Acapulco waves, never to be seen again. And Angelica Vale deserved to showcase her dramatic acting talents instead of....all of that.

Ugh I just keep thinking about Ace in the premiere and like... of course he figured it out so quickly!! At first I was like oof poor Ace must be confused he is getting so many mixed signals here 😪 but actually I don't think he was confused. Because Nancy is physically incapable of lying to him or turning him down or even STAYING AWAY FROM HIM. Like yeah she's been avoiding him but the SECOND they see each other again she can't even tell him to leave without immediately saying "or you could stay" like?!?!? Girl was trying so hard because she KNOWS being near Ace could literally kill him but her body just keeps betraying her!! It's impossible because their feelings are just everywhere and she can't keep him in the dark but she can't tell him so she tries to apologise "it was my fault" even though of course that won't make sense to him but also it DOES in some way because he KNOWS her he knows her body language and when she's lying and he KNOWS HER HANDWRITING and he's known, on some level, that she has feelings for him because she's been TELLING him despite her best efforts she just couldn't keep it from him and all he needed was the proof!!! Sorry this is incoherent but I am GOBBLING up their dynamic this season 🥰🥰🥰

Haha me too!! I'm really glad they didn't drag Ace learning about the curse out. Nancy is just giving him contradiction after contradiction. She says she misses him, he was never lacking, almost kisses him, then runs out saying she'll never have feelings for him. When you pair that with the barometer shattering, it's clear there's something else going on from the start.

Granted, it did take about two months for Ace to figure it out. Which is a VERY long time considering the entire show is like... 6 months lol. But, it's also very Ace to let Nancy be and respect what she wants. (While continuing to think over the situation on his end, wait it out until he has definite evidence.) I also suspect his own insecurities could have played into this. Even if the logical part of him says hey, this barometer shattering suggests there's something larger at play here, he is very self depreciating. If he doesn't think much of himself, maybe part of him can't help but think Nancy running out is confirmation that he isn't good enough for her. The bottle shattering and his name in her handwriting then becomes the additional proof he needed to know that it isn't just him or all in his head.
