I didn't have such expectations for Lies of P, and... I was SO FUCKING WRONG.

I'm near the end, and the game is a HUGE masterpiece. If only Baldur's Gate III didn't come out this year, Lies of P would be Game of the year, hands down.

I hope the end game is as good as the entire title.

I’m usually not one for rpgs but I bought Disco Elysium back in Febuary and played it for about an hour afterwards until I was overwhelmed; but today I thought I’d give it another shot and HOLY SHIT is it good.

I’m only about 3 hours in and I’m very, very slow (haven’t even properly searched the corpse yet) but I would fucking die for Kim Kitsuragi and the fact that one (as far as I know) can’t romance him in this game is a major tragedy.

I love the soundtrack, the artstyle makes my heart as an amateur oil painter scream out of joy, the world’s lore makes me want to read a seperate book about the fictional history of Elysium and dude the whole Soviet-ish atmosphere and writing style? I am obsessed.

This will probably take me years to finish with huge amounts of breaks in between because of overstimulation but, heck, I’ll be damned because I will finish this game even if it takes me a decade.

I didn't think Luis's death would make me cry so much. I felt bad for him in the OG, but in the Remake I just loved him and i really felt sad when he died.

I wish he could have escaped the island on that jet ski with Leon and Ashley :'(

Naturally, I found the Sword familiar and the Beryl Circlet after I beat Galamoth and finished the game the first time around, so they were basically useless. This is after my roommate and I went running around everywhere and looking shit up on the internet trying to almost-200% the map so we could get the best ending. (We got to about 196% before we gave up and just looked up a map to see what we were missing.)

I am glad we got the TRUE TRUE ending, not just for Alucard, but for Maria. Go make out with the hot half-vampire man offscreen, girl

RITO VILLAGE MAIN QUEST TOTK SPOILERSSS GRAAA LOOK AWAY

I cant stop thinking about climbing up the hebra sky island chain with Tulin and the music slowly swells and changes as you ascend on these floating ships and discover more and then at the top you reach through the clouds and all is quiet and peaceful . until you go into the eye of the blizzard and the music reaches a Peak as you see a giant fucking ship in the clpuds and then it says WIND TEMPLE and then you start To Cry a little because it’s so fucking Amazing and the world building and pacing and music is incredible

I love it when there are genuinely Magical moments when playing games……. 🥺
