Ok so this may seem random but I just binge watched bobs burger, all 10 seasons of it. And I had always heard it was like American Dad or family guy, hell when I googled "what to watch if you liked Bob's burgers" or looked for shows similar American Dad and family guy came up. Now I hated family guy and American Dad growing up, my dad watched it and I just never enjoyed it. But I watched a compilation on YouTube of Bob's burgers and it seemed decent so I decided to give it a shot and im glad I did. Unlike American Dad or family guy, two shows that have the goal to offend people, and who's humor heavily relies on steriotype or references, Bob's burgers doesn't feel dated, doesn't rely on steriotype, it bases it's humor on putting these likeable character that you love into different scenarios and having them reacting to the world around them. And unlike a lot of shows, like I said watched all 10 seasons and it never really got repetitive or boring or annoying I honestly enjoyed every episode, every episode felt new and fresh, even if the idea has been done before. Now there are several things I enjoy about Bob's burgers and I just kind of felt like talking about it so
First, they all, not only love eachother, but also actually like eachother. Now I feel like a lot of people don't quite get what I mean by that. I personally love my mom, I do not like her, I don't like the way she thinks or acts, I always say that If I had met her at school or at work or something and was not related to her I wouldn't like her. I've seen many siblings who love eachother, they'll defend eachother and take care of eachother but for the most part avoid eachother especially if they're at the same school, they don't go out of their way to talk or hang out with eachother. This family all seem to actually like eachother though.
Which leads me to my next point. The Belcher siblings are personally my favorite part of the show, I was actually confused when I first started seeing them all together, because most shows seem to have that sibling relationship of love but not like, and while that's fine and can be realistic, I don't very often see a show that shows a good healthy sibling relationship of siblings actually liking eachother which can also be realistic and is a good thing to teach kids. The Belcher siblings are great, they of course defend eachother and take care of eachother but they're also friends. They walk together in between classes, theyre all in the same friend group, they go out of their way to hang out with eachother and play togetherand have fun together, they eat lunch together and scheme together. Of course they also spend time by themselves and will hang out with their mutual friends without their siblings and have friends outside of the mutual friend group, and of course they get into arguments and disagree with eachother a lot, what siblings don't? But for the most part they get along very well. You won't see any of them embarrassed to be seen with their younger siblings in or out of school, even Tina, the teenager of the group who's going through a lot for the typical teen problems including being embarrassed often and caring a lot about what others in her grade think, will hang out with her little brother and sister, and take part in their mischief, and eat lunch with them and doesn't have a problem with it.
Tumblr media
The kids aren't the only one with a uniquely healthy relationship when it comes to these types of shows, we also have their parents, Bob and Linda. Bob isn't the steriotypicaltypical husband that's often portrayed in these types of shows, Bob isn't the husband that complains about how his wife is always nagging or jokes about how being married is awful. Linda isn't the steriotypicaltypical wife, Linda doesn't complain about how her husband can't take care of himself, or seem disgusted by her husband or seem exasperated by the kind of person her husband is. Strangely enough they seem to actually love eachother, and support and encourage eachother and care about eachother and enjoy spending time together and enjoy working together. They enjoy making small fun competitions with eachother and having fun and laughing together. They seem to bring out the best of eachother. And yes they aren't exactly in their honeymoon phase, and may not have that "spark" they first had when they first got together, and they're not exactly the pinnacle of romance, they are however a good representation of a happily married couple who genuinely love and like eachother and have been married for years. And of course they each have their flaws and they have their disagreements and arguments but who doesn't?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And the Belcher kids love and like their parents as well and enjoy being with them and involve them in their antics as well.
And they love and like their kids as well. And given each of the children it would be expected in a show like this for one or two of the children to be considered "disappointments" or "not as good as the favorite child" there's usually a kid who's clearly the favorite and one or more kids who's looked down upon by the parents and everyone else in shows like these, however Bob and Linda genuinely love and are very proud of each of their kids and they both have good relationships with all of their kids. Even in the episode where they spent the entire time showing just how much of a screw up gene was, Bob took gene aside and said that while gene could get distracted and could mess up at times that he was still very proud of him and loved him.
Tumblr media
Bob and Linda support their kids in everything they do, even in the episode where gene got interested in "table setting" and got into a competition and his parents didn't quite understand it or understood why someone would enjoy it they still helped and encouraged him and expressed how proud they were that he found something he enjoyed doing.
It's a very healthy family and it's enjoyable to watch.
Tumblr media
The show itself, although it has 10 seasons, doesn't ever get annoying or repetitive, every episode seems fresh, like I said binge watched the entire show and was actually pretty sad when I got the final episode and realized I was done and couldn't watch anymore, although the first season was great it got better over time, and personally I thought each season was better then the last.
I like that all the characters seem realistic, their was several episodes with the Belcher kids where I could imagine my younger self and my friends and brother doing similar things. And like I said the parents though loving also seemed like a realistic couple that have been married for years.
I also liked the consitancy. A lot of characters over time will become an exaggerated version of their former selves. For example a character like Patrick star or homer Simpson or Cosmo from fairly odd parents, who start off the show kind of dumb and clueless but not annoyingly so and are still enjoyable, over time will become so damn moronic that you wonder how they've managed to go this long without accidentally killing themselves and it becomes annoying and frustrating and they're no longer likeable.
None of the characters in this show have a character flaw that becomes so extreme they become unlikable, in fact all of the characters in the belcher family are likeable, and stay consistent, thats the point, you want to see them go through these things and want to see them win and come out on top because of how likeable they are. Louise is mischief, she's a prankster, but it's never to the point where she's unlikeable, she's still a good kid who usually doesn't go to far and when she does shes quick to see her mistake, apologize, and try to make it right, if anything a lot of times her pranks are to help defend other people or "bring justice" to people who have been wronged.
Tumblr media
She may be a bit extreme but she's still a good kid and you want to see her come out on top. Gene can be loud and extreme and not really get hints, but he wants to befriend people and wants to help people, even though he can be gullible and a bit clueless and as a result can easily get roped into stuff, he tries to help people and make things right when he sees things going south, he's a sweet kid.
Tumblr media
And Tina can be innapropriate, and can be selfish at times and not always see the big picture, but like gene and Louise when she sees that she's messed up she immediately tries to fix it and make things right, she has a stronger moral compass then either of her siblings and usually the voice of reason and helps people out whatever situation they're in, including her siblings who can often end up in some pretty bad situations, and is willing to take the fall for the sake of others.
Tumblr media
Bob can by cynical, and a bit extreme about things he cares about (work, turkeys, Thanksgiving in general) and when he gets extreme he won't think things all the way through he'll just react, but he means well, he cares about his family and will put aside his obsessions for his family and is willing to sacrifice those things for his family. Hell one of the things hes obsessed with is Thanksgiving, he will make sure everything goes PERFECTLY and will get very upset if they're not perfect and will go crazy trying to make it perfect, but the reason Thanksgiving is his favorite holiday and the reason he cares so much is because of his love for his family and because Thanksgiving to him is being with your family. And even he is willing to sacrifice his Thanksgiving to be there for his friend, teddy, who's alone and without his family.
Tumblr media
Linda can also be extreme and not think things all the way through but like bob, she means well, the times she gets extreme is typically when it involves her family and trying to do everything in her power to make them happy, and to do what she considers the morally right thing to do, even if it means going a little crazy and taking things a bit to far while doing so. I think a good example of this was when Louise got in trouble at school for causing problems, she was causing problems because a couple of kids were picking on a smaller kid and she was attempting to defend the kid, Linda thinks it's morally wrong to punish Louise for defending a kid and breaks Louis out of detention from the window (also breaking the school's AC in the process) to get her some ice cream all while having to avoid mr.frond, the school counselor who's around the same area. It's a good example of how it makes for a funny episode and flawed characters because of how extreme they can get but how they're motivation and reasonings makes them likeable and makes you root for them.
Anyway. I know this is kind of random it just kind of bothered me that I don't really see bobs burgers being talked about very often and I see it being compared to American Dad and family guy when, from what I've seen of the two shows, it's not really similar at all

So, a friend of mine basically forced me to watch at least one episode of Netflix Castlevania.
(Disc - I am new to tumblr and had a little problems with posting this thing correctly. Sorry for spam)
So I watched one. And then another. And another… When I finished it was 3 a.m., my eyes were burned out, my brain fried, and my soul forever forfeited, but whatever, who need it anyway.
I am new to the universe, and I know that I am something like 10 months late to the review party, so instead I decided to just share a bunch of thoughts of mine. [UPDATE – Because I am extremely heavy procrastinator and it took me almost two weeks to write this thing I am already at 50% of SoTN right now I’ve finished SoTN by now]
First of all – Castlevania looks like anime, but shares almost nothing common with it. It was a relief, to be honest, as I was a little afraid of show being just another shounen with specific set of clichés and similarities that might quite not bad (or even enjoyable), but I’ve seen them too many times before – better or worse executed – to watch without a mild nausea another Bleach/Naruto in a darker scenario.
I would never demand a fantasy world to be realistic. Like, who would do, fantasy world is supposed to be… fantasy, right? I am fine with lack of realism but I can’t say the same about lack of common sense, and there is a matter of logic that I personally find quite funny. When you are about to fight in close quarters with someone, with both of you lives on stake you’ll want to use every possible advantage. In general there are two kinds of battle armors – first one is focused on providing maximum protection (like typical medieval plate armor) and second one designed to grant freedom of movement especially critical in usually legwork-heavy duels. And here are our “battle” priests in gowns. Gowns, that manage to provide neither aforementioned advantage and downsides of both. Heh. It just bothers me too much, honestly.
I really love the flow of narration; the way that every character including antagonists has its own set of motives and reasons, even Carmilla has her own background that is convicting to justify her bitchery (Well, she has seen it before, right? And Dracula wasn’t even trying to hide his apathy, so why would she like to watch as dead man wages his hollow war)(Is it only me or Dracula shows typical signs of severe depression? Apathy, lack of strength to take any decision, not taking care of himself, loss of interest – even in his own war – well, to be honest he has a good reason to do so).
Animations. Ah, that one is unquestionably excellent, although you Powerhouse Animation guys could have make use of an additional 4-5 fps – from time to time I had a feeling that there is a cat sitting on my keyboard’s space bar, pausing and starting show over and over - it happened something like two or three times. If it comes to favorite scenes – for me, it would be first meeting and fight between Trevor and Alucard. The dialogue and music is so good at reflecting rising pressure and tension between those two – let put oneself in Trevor’s boots – just day before he was rather concerned about getting some food/drink and move on and now he is standing against something that he now considers to be last boss of his life, or perhaps not, he doesn’t even know how does Dracula looks like and he doesn’t seem to be openly aggressive, or perhaps yes, he is obviously vampire and he seems to doesn’t like Belmont name, on the other hand even lesser vampire might be not so easy foe and he is kinda out of practice, and Sypha doesn’t feel like helping out, at least for now… It is all just perfect, and the sound track alone is stuff of legends. (Season 2 OST on Spotify WHEN??”)
Second best would be first phase of Dracula fight – the way which they are team working fluently to not let eachother get killed pleases my inner maniac in best possible way, although the 1 vs 1 part is kinda downgrade - but still ok.
But there is one thing that really stands out in best possible way from things I’ve seen before and that’s utilization of facial expression and body language. Like seriously, this combined with really outstanding voice acting bring interactions between characters to another damned level. (Unfortunately, national translation and voice acting is so awful that I couldn’t bear myself to finish even first season). There are few thing I consider more important in creating credible character than combining overall expressiveness and voice acting, the ability to tell words without actually using any (Finding Ciri cinematic in Witcher 3 is perhaps best known to me example) - and Castlevania does it just soooo good.
Dracula generals. When they were shown for the first time I was like “oh boy he has summoned generals, (Generals! Master tactician, the artists of war!) the oldest, most cunning and powerful beasts from entire world, now things are going to get rough.” And how did it turned out? I can understand that Dracula tasked his forge masters with overseeing the war (Although his reasoning was kind of ok, good job Dracula for nominating for executives two people, that knew least about proceeding war) Did they were incompetent so much? Then how did they managed to get their titles, if they were just a bunch of endlessly whining mischief-makers? They were supposed to know how war looks like, and how to do one, but instead they did literally nothing for war effort! If you ask me, that is at least one risen eyebrow. Excluding Godbrand, the only member of council that did anything more than grate his teeth in silent anger, killed some civilians and got taken care of quite effortlessly. Also, Godbrand wasn’t made to be the sharpest knife in a closet, but he still was bright enough to ask himself “What will we do when we’ll win a war?” Also, he managed to notice that there were no real plan to follow... That is +1 to you Godbrand, I’ll miss you my vikingy boi. In the end, if they were meant to be just a background, they did get a little too much of screen time, and if they were not, they got faaaaaar from enough of it.
By the way – not sure if it’s only me but I personally think that Trevor might be keenest (or – at least – not dumbest) of protagonist trio. He might lack classic education, but he is careful watcher (he noticed fresh oil in torch and overall state of Alucard’s hideout), he correctly chosen and quite successfully executed strategy at Gresit square (isolate, divide and destroy) and quite steadfastly shrugged  off Alucard bickering (well, most of times). Also, his plan for battle with vampire generals was quite logical – avoid close quarter cause humans are in general more fragile than vampires, and Alucard as frontline. My inner maniac was most pleased.
As I said before, I really enjoy Castlevania’s overall character design but with an exception of bishop of Gresit. There is no reason for his work, I know that he is insane and reasoning usually does not apply to those like him but I feel like there is no reason in villainy (this entire talking about making a God’s own country – well, I don’t buy it), aside of being genuinely baaaaad, which kinda stands out in negative way in comparison to the rest of characters.
To highlight the issue, lets do some roleplaying here:
The night creatures are ravaging the land that you had sworn to protect in unholy war against humanity, killing women, men even your subordinates alike. The citizens are growing restless, and demand taking an action. How do you proceed?
a) Find the last descendant of family known for their prowess in fighting those beasts; but be wary – he doesn’t seem to like you very much after you branded him as heretic, exterminated his entire family and burned down his home (probably with some of aforementioned family still inside it). However, if you nicely ask for help, reverse the curse, apology for making mistake and return the estate it actually might work. (to be honest that could be quite interesting moral choice for Trevor, to help people of Wallachia and let bishop take all glory or decline the bishop proposition and screw people over in the process)
b) You can fight them, you are the Holy Church after all. You have access to unlimited supply of holy water, relics, you have enough money and authority to arm and train people’s militia properly. Your knowledge of those beasts might be as wide as Belmont family, but at least should be sufficient to minimalize the damage. Killing the Dracula, however, might be impossible for you.
c) You spent most of your time on biting, trashing, or looking for anyone to cast entire blame upon; it doesn’t matter who is that poor bastard as long as it is not you. In addition, you…
AAAAARGH I CAN’T CONTAIN MYSELF ANY LONGER! BROTHER, I DON’T FEEL LIKE I AM   WICKED ENOUGH! I REQUIRE TO SEE SOME SUFFERING OF INNOCENT TO FEAST UPON! WHAT DO YOU SAY, BROTHER? I CANT HEAR YOU OVER RAGE BOILING IN MY VEINS! WHAT, SPEAKERS? OF COURSE THEY WILL DO RAAAAAARRGARGAJGIOGJIHKBYIUOL
Oh well.
Well, looks like I am done here. By the way, sorry for my English, I am not a native speaker (If I’ve commited any spectacular crime against vocabulary/grammar let me know on priv).
Now I’m going back to rewatching show and torturing SoTN
No TL:DR, just read it if you want, it is not an entire book, you know.

The Lion King 2 Was Good: Change My Mind
SPOILERS AHEAD
Now, I know that no film is perfect. I’m saying that this sequel gets a lot of hate online, and I don’t understand why at all. Keep in mind that this movie was a direct to DVD release, meaning it had barely had a comparible budget to the original. It was made in 1998 and used traditional styles of animation. Considering these factors, it’s no wonder it cannot live up to the legendary masterpiece that it’s original film will be until the end of time. But I think the creators of this film did an amazing job, and I want to provide some reasons as to why.
The writing for this movie is often criticized as lazy and unoriginal. I think this complaint is more reflective of a genre difference than anything else. The Lion King was based on Hamlet, and the Lion King 2 was based on Romeo and Juliet. Both are Shakespearean tragedies, but the latter is far more focused on romance for obvious reasons. That means the overall pacing and writing for the second film is slightly different from its predecessor. For example, while the original had the intense Mufasa death scene earlier in the film, the death of Nuka in the second film was near the end. If viewers only wanted a remake of the Lion King script with different animation, they’d clearly be disappointed in this sequel.
The characters get criticized a lot, too. Kiara is often called a brat, but really she shares a similar arc with many other female characters from Disney. You know, the one where the girl disobeys her overprotective or controlling parent because she has a desire to be/achieve something more. The arcs that also occur in characters like Rapunzel, Merida, Ariel and Mulan. We don’t call any of these characters brats, do we? They did essentially the same exact thing as Kiara.
Timon and Pumbaa were there, and Rafiki too. They didn’t have as much of an impact as the central cast though, so let’s get to the rest of them.
Simba and Nala were hardly the same characters we saw in the first film, but there’s a good reason for it. Simba clearly has some issues from the beginning. He’s like a lion racist, on top of bejng extremely hypocritical and protective of his daughter. Clearly his traumatic experiences with Scar affected him very deeply. We even get a whole dream sequence about how he subconsciously sees Kovu as another Scar in the second film. Nala is more level headed as usual, but she still is understanding of what Simba is going through.
Kiara is the one who doesn’t hold back on criticizing her father for his prejudices. She even tells him straight up what he needs to accept: “You will NEVER BE MUFASA!”
Now, onto the Outlanders. Zira was an amazing character, and quite a revolutionary villain. She lived up to Scar’s evil legacy, and then some. She is so underrated and honestly I don’t get it. This is the mother gothel before mother gothel. “Mother Knows Best” and “My Lullaby” had the same manipulative energy and the only difference between these two villainous ladies is the details of their motivations.
Nuka... Oh Nuka. I want to give him a hug, because this poor boy needs it. Despite his obvious flaws in the eyes of his own mother, he was absolutely committed to his family, in a way that made his death scene so sad. His last words were: “I’m sorry mother. I tried.” He deserved to live and nobody can convince me otherwise!
Vitani, while being a minor character, is very well done. She is likable and her sibling dynamics with Nuka are fun to watch. She even has an arc as at the end of the film, she sides with Kovu and Kiara rather than her mother.
Now for the furry maker himself. Kovu is such a likable character, even without all the charm the animators and voice actor gave him. He clearly has a big heart and the relationship he has with Kiara feels very genuine and mutual between them both. They listen to eachother and work together perfectly. I don’t see why so many people think the relationship is forced...
The animation did leave a lot to be desired, but the music sure didn’t. The songs in this film do what they’re meant to do, and sound amazing.
In my opinion, I think the Lion Guard is comparable to a fanfiction. I’m sure it’s not that bad of a show, don’t get me wrong. I say this simply because of the way it shoved itself into the Lion King 2 canon, and added a bunch of lore that had never been established prior. It feels like it has to be an alternate universe if anything. With all the magic and marks and other friend animals, some that Simba even asks Timon for specifically when he’s hungry in the first movie. Not kidding, he asks for hippo meat. It just pushed itself into the story line and didn’t bother trying to keep the originality of the lore in place. But this is Disney we’re talking about.
It also bugs me that they felt the need to add Kion rather than using the already free spirited cub Kiara as the protagonist. Seriously. They changed her entire character to make this new cub seem different. Kiara says bluntly as a cub that she didn’t want to be queen in the second film, then in the Lion Guard, she is all stuck up about being the queen and brags about it? Makes zero sense. For those who say she learned to take on the responsibility, bullshit. She didn’t even accept her royal responsibilities as a young adult in the second film. Alternate universes have to be at play here. A character can’t have their personality go 180 that fast. That’s just bad writing.
Well, that’s my post defending the Lion King 2, because nobody else seems to want to talk about the positive sides of this film. Feel free to give your opinions, but there’s no guarantee I will immediately respond.

October 12th-October 18th, 2019 Creator Babble Archive
The archive for the Creator Babble chat that occurred from October 12th, 2019 to October 18th, 2019.  The chat focused on the following question:
Of your story’s characters, who is your favorite to write and why?  Also, who is your least favorite?
LadyLazuli (Phantomarine)
In Phantomarine (http://www.phantomarine.com/), my favorite AND least favorites to write for... are both of my villains My favorite to write for is the 'fun villain' - a character as quirky and dramatic as they are threatening. It's super satisfying to just get into their words and PLAY.(edited)
The other is the 'cold villain' - calculating and quiet and controlled. Dramatic fun villains are way more my thing, so writing one that's so restrained (combined with all the bad things I know she's done )... I genuinely dislike writing for her. She holds me back from having fun... AND she's a meanie
Deo101 (Millennium)
In millennium (https://millennium.spiderforest.com/) My favorite to write for is definitely Keith and Aaron... I know technically that's two characters but they practically count as one, so I'm gonna say them. I just really like writing their goofy interactions and their silly jokes, and the way they interact with eachother versus with everyone else.
I..... Don't have a least favorite to write honestly. If I had to pick one, I guess I would say the HARDEST person to write for is Kessiah, which I guess makes writing her scenes my least favorite? That's just because shes the newest character of the whole cast, though, so I don't know her as well. I still like writing her and I love the scenes shes in and shes super important, she's just harder so I dread some of her scenes because I don't quite know how to fit her in. (She was added kind of last minute, everyone else has been there years before I started!)
AntiBunny
In AntiBunny http://antibunny.net/ I've often said my favorite character to draw is Piago, but probably my favorite to write is Penelope, because of how organically she's grown over time. And she gives me a nice challenge to write because she always seeks non-violent solutions, and she doesn't live in the sort of world where that's always an option.
For least favorite, probably Malphas. He never shuts up, and that's tons of dialogue I have to work in. He's the kind of guy who uses ten words where one would do just fine. If he gets talking he can grind the pace to a halt. Juju I'd also say is difficult to write. Readers want another chapter with her, but honestly, her kind of grim humor really isn't my cup of tea anymore. I've grown as a person and she hasn't, so I'm not really sure what to do with her.
snuffysam
For Super Galaxy Knights Deluxe R: http://sgkdr.thecomicseries.com/comics/ Mizuki and Taci are definitely the most fun to write, especially when they're interacting with each other. Mizuki is the perfect roaster, and Taci is the perfect roast target, so I'm not sure I can pick a favorite between them. For least favorite... either Cahe or Gynu. Gynu has very little personality besides being loud and powerful. He serves as a counter to Suzigu's lazy/annoyed attitude I suppose, but on his own he doesn't really do much for me. Cahe is a bit more entertaining, and while he's not particularly complex I am glad that his kind, mostly innocent personality is a part of the comic. The real issue with Cahe is his powerset - it's basically impossible to work him back into the story as a fighter because of how his ability works.
HiddenElephant
For The Wide Ocean: http://thewideocean.thecomicseries.com/
Most fun to write: Zahrah. Unsurprisingly one of the main characters, the reason why she's fun to write is because it's surprisingly fun to see which poor decision she'll make next, or she's bonding / living with the people around her.
Least fun to write: Paea. A minor character who's hard to remember. I don't have an especially good grip on her character, and a lot of the time it feels like I'm writing her because the plot calls for a sharkfolk who fills the niche she fills; someone we know, who is a little bit of a jerk but not as much of a jerk as another character.
Steph (@grandpaseawitch)
In http://oldmanandtheseawitch.tumblr.com/ I only really have two main characters are the moment and one I only partially write for, as Ains belongs to his creator and I'm essentially using him on loan. So technically, it'd be Witchy. Truth be told, it's also Witchy because he's basically male-Yzma, he likes being mean and nasty, he's a dramatic, crafty fish-man with an eye for pretty things and absolutely zero ability to be introspective on his own feelings. But there's a strange, surprising depth and sympathy to him where he should otherwise be unsympathetic.
For non main characters, probably Hiro. He's such a goofy little fisherman and will invariably be doing something stupid in the background. I love him. I would die for him.
Least favorite... gosh. I try to make every character a character I would love writing for or could make a main story for, so that's honestly pretty hard. There's King [Redacted], who will not show up for a LONG time but his characterization is always slippery for me--unlike his son. Who is somewhere in the character page but also won't show up for a long time.
@LadyLazuli (Phantomarine) VILLAINS VILLAINS VILLAINS ARE THE BEST TO WRITE FOR
LadyLazuli (Phantomarine)
@Steph (@grandpaseawitch) THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT
HiddenElephant
Actually, I'd debate that, especially when they are irrevocably cruel, violent, self-serving and delusional.
keii4ii
Well, some people genuinely have a ton of fun writing characters like that. Whatever Floats Your Boat and To Each Their Own
kayotics
yeah I gotta agree with Keii, sometimes people just love writing villains. And sometimes those are the most fun? You don't have to write them winning, either
keii4ii
I love lawful good/ lawful neutral characters, good or bad, both as a creator and as a reader. But I'm fully aware that not everyone likes them, and that's okay!
LadyLazuli (Phantomarine)
True! I know Steph and I definitely lean more in the villain/antihero-centric direction, but depending on your story’s aim - and the kind of villain you’re writing - it can either be a chore or a delight. Writing stalwart, lawful-good heroes is a nightmare for me, in comparison. It’s just not something I’m strong at
keii4ii
(psst lawful good does not always a hero make. You can totally have lawful good losers :'D)
kayotics
i think most of my favorite characters to write are chaotic in nature, whether they're villain or hero, or even just a side character, so really there's all sorts of directions you can go
keii4ii
Yeah!
Steph (@grandpaseawitch)
Lawful-good is an alignment that sees very little action in my writing, haha. As an entity of chaos myself, it tends to leak into my characters.
But the worst of the worst, the True Villain, is absolutely a delight to write. I've written a few bad-end versions of Witchy like that in other universes and they were IMMENSELY fun.
LadyLazuli (Phantomarine)
A lawful good loser is actually a character I’m currently trying to write. He’s right on the edge of what I’m comfortable with. A layered kind of good. Good that means well, but suffers on the way to goodness. It’s a great exercise, and I’m starting to genuinely love him. A golden hero who always succeeds and does the right thing... may actually show up as a secondary villain someday, in comparison 🤫
Steph (@grandpaseawitch)
Oh! I may not have a LAwful Good character, but... there is one for a main character.
Which is Mister Ains. :3
So there is technically one in the comic.
He's a fun kind of LAwful Good because... he was originally the type of Order Is Very Important type of Lawful Good. A good heart, but sometimes might have put rules above people, and over the years, learned how to be the more "Good Is More Important Than Order" kind of lawful good. Which, to bring things back around to the topic, is why he's a very fun character to write, and probably the most fun of the characters on loan to me.
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
I would put "Good Is More Important Than Order" under Neutral Good, personally. (Assuming it doesn't go all the way to "good is more important because order is useless," which sounds like Chaotic Good.)
Lawful Good seems like a tough alignment to write -- maybe the toughest? Because it's unrealistic for there to be no unjust laws. If the character starts off earnestly believing all the laws are for a good purpose, that works, but eventually they're going to find a bad one and be forced to choose...
Deo101 (Millennium)
I've always thought of it more like "do good and dont break any laws"
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
But sometimes, the only good thing to do is breaking the law.
Extreme examples are things like "you're legally required to report on your neighbors if they question the government, and anyone who's reported mysteriously disappears in the night."
keii4ii
One way to go about it is they die trying to change the law the legal way (or the closest possible), e.g. getting killed while doing a peaceful protest
or a suicide protest that doesn't involve physically threatening/harming others (e.g. self incineration protests by Buddhist monks)
Nutty (Court of Roses)
the Player's Handbook for D&D: "Lawful Good creatures can be counted on to do the right thing as expected by society."(edited)
keii4ii
Also, lawful good doesn't have to mean "the MOST upper-est left-est corner possible in the alignment graph." You can be like, 90% lawful 88% good or something.
Nutty (Court of Roses)
"Neutral Good folk do the best they can to help others according to their needs. Chaotic Good creatures act as their conscious directs, with little regard to what others expect."
keii4ii
That too. Society =/= the government
at least, not in every case!
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
Yeah, "expectations of society" is a different standard from "laws of society." And it'll vary from subgroup to subgroup, so if the character sticks to "the expectations off my social circle that believes it's wrong to inform on our neighbors," it's easier to maintain.
Nutty (Court of Roses)
Yeah! i was double checking the book and saw that description, and for that very reason is why i brought it up
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
You'd still have to always associate with a group that shares your current values, so you'd have to deal with conflict by convincing people to come around to your point of view...that, or dumping them and finding a new friend group...
keii4ii
As someone who consistently tests lawful good, I genuinely don't get why this is any harder than any other alignment! Like... I'm not lawful good 100% of the time, but I'm still closest to that alignment than any other, overall!
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
I mean, I probably follow the local laws 90% of the time, but I wouldn't say that makes me Lawful so much as lucky!
keii4ii
Just because some evil-aligned villain has the occasional Pet The Dog moment, doesn't necessarily make them good or even neutral, yeah?
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
...no? But I'm not sure that's the same issue.
keii4ii
Say a lawful good character breaks a rule they consider to be fundamental to being lawful. It can happen. One key difference, for me, is how they deal with it afterward.
Deo101 (Millennium)
I like to think of it more as a tendancy than a hard set rule, too
Nutty (Court of Roses)
I myself consider Merlow Chaotic Good, but not because he's a wacky unpredictable guy, he just goes with the flow and what feels right to him.
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
So would the difference be that "lawful good" feels bad/guilty/distraught about having to break the rule, whereas "neutral good" doesn't feel attached to the rule, just satisfied that they did the right thing?
Nutty (Court of Roses)
that sounds about right
or at least, the LG one would be self conscious about it and worry about what others think
keii4ii
Maybe not even "what others think"
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
NG would probably worry about that to some extent too, just for practical reasons.
keii4ii
depending on the situation
Nutty (Court of Roses)
true
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
But "willing to break the law for the greater good, just beats themself up about it afterward" is a much easier character type to sustain than what I was thinking!
Nutty (Court of Roses)
yeah!
keii4ii
like, it could be more about... worry about what they believe others SHOULD think (this can be very relevant if there is a big rift in the society with regards to what's right -- maybe they're in the minority, and don't feel guilty about acting contrary to what the majority believes to be right)
(I really like parentheses in case you haven't noticed)
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
(lol me too)
Nutty (Court of Roses)
(whisper whisper)
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
So that goes back to the "LG character adheres to the rules of their particular subculture" idea.
keii4ii
That sounds about right
Though there could be exceptions -- like, what if that subculture is all about anarchism?
Erin Ptah (BICP | Leif & Thorn)
Chaotic Lawful!
And given the history of real-world attempts at anarchist communities, we know that one can only sustain itself about five minutes before self-destructing...
Nutty (Court of Roses)
loooool

Rise of the TMNT review
Alright, So since I’ve heard that it’ll be a while before the next episode of comes out, I think this is the time to properly write my honest thoughts on Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles aka. TMNT 2018. Keep in mind that even though I will try to be as honest and clear cut as possible, these are still my thoughts and I meant no harm by it. Please respect that and read with a grain of salt. Thank you! The blog will go as follow
- Animation & Art style
- Storyline & Humor
- Character & Relationships
- Conclusions
The review will be under the cut
Tumblr media
Animation & Art style
This. THIS. I personally think is one of the best thing about this new show, the animation is absolutely beautiful and fun.  With the use of bright colors and solid black shading, this art style have a comic kind of vibe to it. (Which is very appropriate, considering the show’s origin.) And while the character design did not sit right with me at first, It actually looks pretty great in motion.
What I like about the character design in particular is how different they are. You can tell right away who’s who right from the silhouettes, and that is absolutely key when it comes to character design because it sets the sense of individuality. Even though you might argue “Same silhouettes gives them the sense that the are a team.” and while I do agree to some level, I also think that this is not a bad thing either.
The best part though, is the animations. Specifically, the action sequences. I honestly didn’t expect this show to be that good but my jaw DROPPED when I saw the first action sequences. It’s so smooth and energetic just like how you expect an action cartoon to be. (Pause, yes I do realized that this is a comedy show, but it’s TMNT. obviously there will be fighting involved.) I mean, just look at the intro for example.  You can’t tell me that isn’t good quality animation, because it IS good and that is one thing I think most of us can agree on.
Tumblr media
Storyline & Humor
The story is definitely on a weaker side when comparing this to the previous shows, The one shot story can be a hit or miss to some (For example, For me personally the hit was Down with the sickness and the miss was Repo Mantis.) There isn’t much going on for plot as of now. BUT the show have already shown itself to have continuity, although not big. Plus, This is only the first few episodes of the first season. There are many other shows that starts to pick up on plot later in the season or after the first season.
The humor though, is a different story. I like the humor of this show, I find it entertaining without feeling like it was forced. I find the dialogues and timing to be one of the best when it comes to this topic and probably why Leo and Donnie are my favorite characters out of the cast, Leo’s one-liners never really felt out of place, It’s light-hearted the the humor comes from the aftermath such as the reaction he gets. Donnie’s on the other hand is some what darker and cruder, flat humor if you will. His ‘jokes’ are never really jokes but his dialogue are naturally funny without anyone really reacting to it. Sadly, While Raph and Mikey had some moments to shine, I didn’t find them as ‘funny’ per se.
Tumblr media
Characters & Relationships
For this section, I’ll talk about the main characters individually and how I feel about them THEN a summary of their relationships, Here we go.
Raph: The Leader of this new show, Or more so the automatic leader due to him being the eldest of the 4. Raph in this version doesn’t seem to have any anger issues and instead act like the strong leader figure for the rest of the team, He’s shown to be very kind and supportive. (And he loves small animals like c’mon.) All I could really say is I like this version of Raph as of now, I think he’s an overall good character.
Donnie: This is the character that I would go up and ask “What happened to you.” Because he isn’t the gentle being that deserved better like in the 2003 or 2012 version and instead, he’s basically insane and I mean that in the best way possible. His dialogues is one of the best in the cartoons that I’ve watch and his over the top vibe of “I will kill you with zero hesitation” is very entertaining and the timing is almost always perfect. He is the funniest (for me) for sure.
Leo: I will say it now, Leo is my favorite of out the whole cast. Not for the humor, but rather how complex his character actually is when you look into it. He isn’t just a comic relief, Leo had proved himself to be more intelligent than he had let on. He had shown multiple qualities of a natural leader AND a good ninja such as quick-thinking skills, motivational and fast reflexes, and he said that he doesn’t even train. He can be the leader, but he doesn’t want to as of now and I think that aspect of his character is very interesting.
Mikey: How I will describe Mikey is that he is like an innocent child with good heart, He’s the heart of the team for sure. While I do really love Mikey, I don’t have much to say about him because sadly, he didn’t stand out as much as say Donnie or Leo did. He seems to be more of a follow the crowd kinda guy and that’s hard for me to analyze.
April: I like this April, I like her head-strong personality and her pure energy almost shot through the screen. April can pull her own weight while still knowing how to work as a team, She isn’t too over baring but not too bland. I find her relationship with the turtles to be natural and I like that she doesn’t feel like she’s just there for the sake of existing. She’s definitely one of the best April out there, for me.
Splinter: Lets be honest here, does anyone expect this to be all positive? I’m sorry but he’s my least favorite out of the main cast. I simply don’t like how he is portrayed: child-like. I think he should atleast be more mature, HOWEVER, I will give it to him that he clearly have a close relationship with his son. You can say he’s a bad teacher, but he certainly isn’t a bad father.
How I would describe the relationship between the brothers is: 2012 TMNT is the sibling relationship you have and the 2018 TMNT is the sibling relationship you WANT to have. The brothers clearly care deeply about eachother in both version, sure. But the 2018 cast actually express it and I find that very admirable, You can clearly tell that while they’re different they really do love each other like a family.
Tumblr media
In conclusion
While I don’t enjoy this show as a drama/action show like I did with the 2012, I absolutely enjoy it as the comedy/action this show is clearly aiming for. There are some things that still bothers me like the current absence of deep plot, I genuinely liked the change and I admire the fact that the writers had the balls to write something different for us to enjoy instead of going the safe route. I think if anything we should support that, I really do. I love this show so far and if you don’t, That’s fine too! because all of us will enjoy different things but that doesn’t mean that we have to go hate on the creators because we don’t like it or say disrespectful things to people who doesn’t enjoy it because we liked it. So please, respect each other. That concludes my rise of the tmnt review, thanks for reading and peace out.

Ok so do any Prideshipping fans know Julia Michaels' "Issues"? Because I need an AMV for that like AIR (I'll do a fic to correspond to it even) And you know, until I started this post, I didn't really get WHY I liked that song for Prideshipping because it, on the surface, doesn't really sound like much of a Prideshipping song? And then I started TALKING about it and it became an analysis
(Warning: Image heavy under the cut)
I feel like, maybe, the first verse is closer to describing Atem, and the second is closer to describing Kaiba, atleast from a video perspective (as an entirety each lyric is pretty hit-or-miss in my totally honest opinion but there's something about the tone and the idea of a lack of judging because they're sort of in the same boat that makes me feel very Prideshippy, I feel like that's one thing that's less overtly stated but shown fairly often, no matter how much they might bicker or jab at eachother- but ofcourse realizing that Kaiba jabs at everyone is part of it- there always felt to me like there was a level of understanding between them that they didn't really have with other people, maybe it's dueling, maybe it's the drive to win, maybe it's feeling alone and out of place, maybe it's all of this or none of it or some of it and some other things, but I just feel like any "judgement" between them would be boiled down to the most eye-rollingly petty things in the universe "You played THAT card? lol ok" "Still don't know why you hang around with the dork patrol but ok if you want to lower your standards go ahead" that kind of crap, but at the end of the day, when it comes to anything even remotely serious, even if they aren't actually on the same page about something, they understand the other's motivation well enough to go "Ok, this isn't how I would handle it and I'd like to show you my perspective, but I'm not going to hold your way of doing things against you"
Neither of them are perfect and in fact they both have some pretty deep-seeded crap that would probably make it difficult to develop any real relationship with someone who's out of the emotional loop, it'd be impossible- certainly- for either of them to be with someone who's a judgemental or righteous person, wich, despite Kaiba's quickness to criticize and Atem's increasingly high moral standard (I say "increasingly high" because there was, ofcourse, a time, when he was easily as ruthless as Kaiba in his own way- season zero- and remember that even in Duel Monsters he was much more willing early on to let the moral scales tip out of balance for the sake of his personal loved ones, mostly Yugi) I don't think either of them are actually as judgemental as they are defensive, in particular because they both seem much quicker to let their criticisms slide or let them go completely when it involves someone they have a connection to (all of Kaiba's crabbiness about relationships holding people down fly out the window when it comes to Mokuba, and as much as Atem tries to take the moral highground, I very honestly believe that if Yugi ever came to him like "I killed a dude" his bigger concern would be hiding the body vs his partner facing any real consequences, for example) and in particular they seem to let alot of their typical judgements go when it comes to eachother, only ever snipping or snapping here or there but never seeming to hold any longterm grudges or judgements, something that others definitely don't subscribe to
But I've rambled on long enough about this and I just want to propose to you guys:
(bold = applicable)
I'm jealous, I'm overzealous
Tumblr media
When I'm down I get real down
Tumblr media
(this is something we actually see multiple instances of, Atem has a tendency to get held down very easily by his thoughts, be they actual sadness/depression/upset like after he lost Yugi, or just a more quiet melancholy like when he went on the date with Tea`, he doesn't come out of his head very easily)
When I get high I don't come down
Tumblr media
I get angry, baby believe me
Tumblr media
I could love you just like that, and I could leave you just as fast
Tumblr media
(Not seriously, but it'd be very fitting for a video)
But you don't judge me, 'cause if you did baby I would judge you too No you don't judge me, 'cause if you did baby I would judge you too
'Cause I've got issues But you've got 'em too So give 'em all to me And I'll give mine to you Bask in the glory Of all our problems 'Cause we got the kind of love It takes to solve 'em Yeah, I got issues And one of them is how bad I need you
Tumblr media
(I couldn't find a picture from this episode of Kaiba, but he was the one who ultimately reinspired Atem to win the duel, he gave Atem a very much needed push)
You do shit on purpose
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Couldn't find a good anime image but it's essentially the same idea here; Kaiba is a classic example of self-sabotage, there's no actual reason for him to be so callous when he and Atem are on the same side, and even if he was using Atem as he said, telling him that was actually counter-productive, Atem would have been much more pliable if he was under the impression that Kaiba was going along with things as a "freind", by telling Atem "I'm using you, we aren't freinds, I'M USING YOU!" he's exposing his strategy and opening himself up for the opportunity to let Atem do the same thing to him- not to mention giving unnecessary ammo to their opponents, someone as smart, strategical, cunning, and honestly manipulative, as Kaiba should know that- he DOES know that, so why tell Atem if he isn't self-sabotaging? Maybe not trying to sabotage the duel, but certainly trying to sabotage a relationship that he's afraid is developing too affectionately, his goal in the beginning of this duel was to hurt Atem, even if it meant risking losing the duel, because it was- in his mind- alot more dangerous to let Atem get too close than it was to lose, this is really classic behavior for Kaiba, we see it often in the series that whenever /anyone/ starts to get close- Atem, Joey, Yugi, the only real exception is Mokuba- he's quick to do something to piss the other person off- or atleast try to, insult them, go overkill in a duel, scream at them, etc, he does this LONG after they stop being a "threat", there's no reason for it other than to sheild himself)
You get mad and you break things
Tumblr media
(This was pretty fucking extra even for Kaiba, and we've seen him destroy property out of irritation/anger/believing it to be inferior/what have you)
Feel bad, try to fix things
Tumblr media
("I don't like owing people things" = "You helped me even though I was a real jackass so now I'm going out of my way to help you too even though I don't *have* to")
But you're perfect, poorly wired circuit
Tumblr media
Got hands like an ocean, push you out pull you back in
Tumblr media
(He's got nice hands ok?)
'Cause you don't judge me 'Cause if you did, baby, I would judge you too No, you don't judge me 'Cause you see it from same point of view 'Cause I got issues But you got 'em too So give 'em all to me And I'll give mine to you Bask in the glory Of all our problems 'Cause we got the kind of love It takes to solve 'em Yeah, I got issues And one of them is how bad I need you
Tumblr media
(He made a freaking holographic replica for god’s sake)
And so on and so forth
Anyway, this started as "I really want someone to make a video for this song" and became "Some Prideshipping thoughts that I wanted to express" and sorry?

What about Daigo and Wakiya? I feel like those two have had the most character development.
Tumblr media
Aw man, gonna have to get around to Wakiya a little bit later because you are absolutely right first Anon, Dyna and Wakiya are both crazy complicated. Just Dyna alone is going to make this post long as hell, ahaha.
Dyna
Tumblr media
[Yeah, I know I spell his name wrong. It’s just the way EVERYONE initially thought it was supposed to be spelled, before the official descriptions came out. I just kept spelling it that first way like a stubborn bitch, though. I think I’m the only one who still does this.]
I love Dyna! I love how he looked and even acted so, so much like an Obvious Bad Guy when he first showed up, and then…he wasn’t. At all. He was a sweet kid trying to make his sick little brother proud of him. Dyna is one of the nicest kids in the show, but he cracks and makes really bad decisions under pressure.
Honestly, I think a lot of his initial ruthless, underhanded, “whatever it takes to win” mindset really was based around just trying to keep his brother happy. Souta looks up to Dyna so much. Dyna didn’t want to disappoint him by losing. He was trying to be the perfect, “cool” role model who always wins.
At first, Dyna seemed to have been a firm believer in the logic of “it doesn’t matter if it’s bad if you’re doing it for a good enough reason.” [with his “good enough reason” here being to “appear strong and cool and inspiring” for his little bro]. That belief changed, though. When the guilt built up. He did eventually realize that the “cool guy who always wins” is not cool at all if he had to manipulate someone or outright cheat in order to get that win. More precisely, Dyna realized that if Souta ever found out about all the nasty things Dyna had been doing to win, Souta would be ashamed of him, not proud of him. And Dyna was only doing those bad things out of desperation to keep up that cool, strong image for Souta, so if doing what he did would actually BREAK that image INSTEAD of uphold it, there was no reason to do it at all and it was suddenly just shitty for no reason. [Did that make sense? That was an awfully run-on sentence just now :/ I think Dyna always knew the bad things he did were bad, but he did them anyway for Souta, and then stopped when he understood that Souta would not want him to behave that way.]
So yeah, Dyna eventually understood that his “whatever it takes to win” mindset was deeply flawed, because winning in a dishonorable way just wasn’t worth it [in his case]. It had the potential to produce the exact OPPOSITE of the effect he wanted. You can’t be a good role model with shit morals like that. Losing gracefully and trying again later is more respectable than winning by cheating. Souta would be more proud of him for that.
Also at first, Dyna tried to distance himself from the bad things he did, likely as a way to try to keep himself from feeling guilt over them. Like he was just trying to forget he did it. As the biggest example of that, he tried his damndest to just outright avoid Valt after their first major battle, which Dyna had tried to win with underhanded tactics. Valt had to literally tenaciously chase him all around school just to get the guy to eventually give up and socialize with him.
But when Dyna finally let go of that “do whatever it takes, even if it’s shitty” thing, he could then also let go of trying to avoid the guilt from doing something bad. So that guilt hit him HARD, probably as hard as it did because there was a lot of it pent-up. After the cheating thing in his battle with Yugo, his self-esteem totally crashed and he nearly gave up beyblading altogether, thinking he wasn’t good enough for his Deathscyther. Dyna was convinced he was such an awful person that even his beyblade should be ashamed of him. He couldn’t stand it.
So he tried to make it right. He swallowed all of his pride, and trekked all the way up that mountain to solemnly, sincerely apologize to Yugo in person. He practically groveled. Like “I did a horrible, terrible thing and god I really don’t even deserve to be forgiven for it do I, but I am so sorry. I’m bowing out of the tournament, and you’re taking my place. It’s the least I can do. I’m so sorry.” He tried so hard to fix his fuckup in the best way he could. And damn, it hurt me when Yugo did, in fact, refuse to forgive him for it. Dyna was hating himself so much over this, wondering if he even deserved forgiveness at all over the incident [and honestly cheating the way he did was…pretty minor. It’s not like he broke all of the guy’s fingers so he couldn’t hold his launcher or anything. Dyna just…flashed a light in his face], so this irrational asshole actually NOT forgiving him [over inane, outdated “warrior code” bullshit, too] must have really stung hard.
But when Dyna doesn’t feel like he has to be an aloof hardass…he’s also a really damn good friend. He tends to play the mediator when teammates [Boss and Wakiya…] start bickering too hard, and he also paid pretty constant attention to Shuu when Shuu really needed it. Because Shuu was there for Dyna when he needed it. Shuu tried to help him when he was in the middle of a huge struggle, so Dyna tried to repay Shuu for that when he saw that Shuu was obviously in the middle of some shit. They’re just…there for eachother. They’re both generally pretty quiet, but they talk to eachother. Mutual moral support. Sometimes the person who is best suited to get you through hell has been there themself.
Also we didn’t see AS much of Dyna in s2, but he’s a really good team leader?? He whipped his damn team into shape fast, but without being super harsh about it so they don’t all hate him, haha. Constructive criticism and “Get up off yo lazy asses and come run around the block with me” did the trick. His team loves and respects him. Dyna’s team, which I absolutely cannot for the life of me remember the name of, is a damn good team.
And I’m so proud of him for being SO GOOD at beyblading now, playing completely fair? He’s so smart, he’s a fantastic tactician. Did you see that crazy shit he pulled on Black Eye in the Snake Pit? That was so creative. And he deserved to fucking win against Joshua that one time dammit, not to lose on a technicality. He’s doing so good. I don’t get why he just…wasn’t AROUND for such a big chunk of the latter part of the season though, considering the sorry state Shuu was in at the time. Because when Dyna DID show back up, the first thing he did was AGGRESSIVELY try to get through to Shuu and snap him out of the murderous stupor he was in. It didn’t WORK because Dyna didn’t really know exactly what was going on at this point so there’s no way he could’ve known the right thing to say there, but HE TRIED SO HARD, MAN. Just…where WAS he earlier, though. Did the writing team just forget about him for a few [several] months.
Dyna has absolutely had some of the most satisfying character development so far, though [and so has Wakiya]. Also he’s got that whole “creepy scary goth guy with a soft spot for cute animals” thing going on. Unquestionable 10/10.

what about the boys with a really childish s/o?
Tumblr media
And time for my next ask! This was fun, but it also got super long and in-depth since I gave everyone a completely unique scenario! I hope you all enjoy the effort! What’s nice about a childish S/O is that they can be really energetic, silly, curious, emotional in general, but I think children are also surprisingly empathic and, of course, very blunt about the feelings they have. In the rigid adult world, all of those traits are beautiful to have! Don’t give up on your inner child, no matter what people try and tell you!~
Shuichi Saihara:- Shuichi doesn’t mind your childish disposition at all. Your energetic makes him feel happier and more at ease, and despite some complaints here and there, he’s always ready to follow your whims. Meanwhile, his calm nature manages to balance you out too when you start to feel too hyper or anxious.- However, sometimes, this socially awkward boy gets a bit overwhelmed by your antics. Mostly when you have a sudden emotional reaction to something and he can’t handle the situation. - Or when you suddenly jump at him for a hug and he freaks out at the body contact. He’s not the type to respond well to things he can’t expect, even though he’d love to be less jumpy.- One day, Saihara was thinking about this and feeling quite bad about it - something you immediately catch. You ask him what’s wrong, and even when he denies anything being wrong, you don’t let up.- As Saihara tells you about his worries, you deny them and tell him that it’s all okay. You don’t expect him to be any less jumpy, after all, that’s just part of the Saihara you’ve decided to love.- But you would so love for Saihara to go eat ice cream with you as an apology for being so worried about that kind of thing. He laughs and takes you to your favorite ice cream café.Kaito Momota:- Kaito loves being with someone like you! He’s not the kind of person that cares much about acting grown-up, and instead swears by doing what you love and following your dreams, after all.- You are like a physical manifestation of that mindset - you just are who you are, and that’s okay! As someone who’s been dissuaded from just being who he is many times in his life, he would never judge your behaviour.- Of course, that doesn’t apply to all people, however.- Sometimes, people give you an odd glare. Kaito always notices, but even though you can tell he’s getting mad at it, he just chooses to ignore it.- This time, it was something he couldn’t ignore, however.- Someone actually goes up to you and tells you that you should be ashamed of being like you are and that you should just start being an adult already.- Kaito snaps and grabs that person by the shirt.- “Just shut up and get out of my partner’s sight, right now.”- He lets them go and the person flees away in panic. You tell him that were worried that he would get in trouble for that, but Kaito just picks you up, ruffles your hair and tells you that he would not care if something happened to him, but that he always has to stand up for you or he’d fail as your boyfriend.- You tell him that you appreciate the thought, but that you also don’t want him to burn himself out from taking your responsibilty or get himself in trouble because that’d make you more upset than anything else.- He reluctantly accepts your words and promises that he’ll take better care of himself, too.Ryoma Hoshi:- You and Ryoma are a perfect example of opposites attracting! Ryoma is a very small and young-looking, but serious person, and you’re very carefree and childish despite looking a tad more mature than him. It creates a hilarious, but also surprisingly functional dynamic.- It’s very easy to tell that you rely on eachother’s company a lot - you’re both like two inseperable halves of a whole.- But, especially with someone as free of worry as you, he is worried with burdening you with his issues or dragging you into something unpleasant due to his past.- You’re always assuming him just being a bit gloomy as always, so he can hide his worries well for a long time.- However, you’re slowly starting to notice something else. Ryoma not going out much with you. Ryoma not talking about his feelings with you anymore.- At one point, you suddenly decide you’ve had enough. You were getting very pouty and upset with Ryoma from one moment to the other. You demand to know why he is closing himself off from you so much again.- Ryoma says that he’s not convinced the relationship is going to work out when he needs to be worried about him burdening you.- You agree with him and tell him that it’s absolutely right, but because he has no reason to do so! You might be a bit childish, but especially then you also want to take responsibility for the relationship you’re in.- Honestly, Ryoma is very glad to hear that. You continue by saying that him getting paranoid about something like that instead of just enjoying your company is just making things worse for the two of you, not better.- He apologizes deeply and makes up for it by teaching you how to play some tennis on a public courtyard. Many people are watching and admiring his skills from afar… and nothing unpleasant happened at all.Rantaro Amami:- Rantaro is a cool, brotherly type in the first place, so he just loves taking care of you! You remind him of the times where he’s still had his siblings and took care of them in any way he could, except romantically this time.- However, he’s also quite protective of you - he always keeps an eye on you no matter what you do or where you go, almost as if he’d not want you to be seperated with him ever. - Actually, that’s probably exactly it.- He just doesn’t want to lose anyone this close to him ever again, and he has reason to worry especially with you being this childish…- So, considering Rantaro has always been ready to do anything with you so far, you ask him if you can both go to the park together.- As the two of you arrive there, you tell him to go sit on this one bench… and not move an inch away from it or look around!- You can tell he becomes incredibly worried at that plea. Exposed!- But you probably should also give an explanation - that you’ve realized how worried he is for you and that you just want to show him that even though you’re childish, you can still take care of yourself, too.- Rantaro is still incredibly hesitant, but he also doesn’t want to distrust you.- So you end up going far away to a patch of meadows.- There, you can see a ton of beautiful flowers growing. You decide to pick some from him as a reward for holding out like that.- You also remember hearing something about Hanakotoba - the Japanese flower language - and try to recall some flowers that’d fit.- In the end, you carefully pick some pink roses - a symbol of trust and confidence as well as love - and make a bouquet out of them. - When you return, he looks at you and your gift with such relief and happiness. It seems like you were finally able to have him take a first step towards being less worried!Gonta Gokuhara:- As someone who’s also a bit naive and socially unaware, you and Gonta are two birds of a feather. Together, you figure out the world around you!- Of course, the two of you understand eachother just perfectly. But both of you still have a bit of trouble with meeting society’s expectations.- On the one hand, you yourself don’t really wanna worry about that too much.- On the other hand, it’d be good if you could at least go along a little bit in a pinch, and you know it’s a very personal problem for Gonta. - So, the two of you are training together to be the perfect duo of the gentleman and his beloved!- However, you are eachother’s best judges? Worst judges? Anyway, whatever you’d call it, you just love eachother too much and don’t know enough to really give constructive advice to eachother.- But the two of you just never notice that, so it happens that you’re commonly inappropriate in some manners, not noticing it until it’s too late.- Gonta seems really sad about it whenever it happens, but you tell him to keep his chin up and just learn from the experience!- To not make him worry about all the societal expectations as much anymore, this time, you just propose that you go to the forest with him at night and watch and talk to the bugs. - He immediately cheers up upon hearing your offer, and the two of you have a beautiful night!Kokichi Ouma:- In terms of how well this relationship works, well… Let’s just say it works fiendishly well for the two of you.- You two are both people that embrace their childish side, but hide a lot of intelligence behind it. What do you two use these traits for? Of course, you prank others with passion!- No one is safe from you, and you’ve become quite infamous for your exploits. But everyone knows it’s all in good fun, so no one can get mad.- Aside from pranking others, the two of you are always ready to go along with the silliest of whims. You are rebels that don’t care about what anyone else says, you just go for what seems to be the most fun at any time!- Being with Kokichi never gets boring for you or him… but sometimes, you wonder if he’s just playing with your heart, too, if this love is all just a cruel prank from his end.- Kokichi can tell that you are having your doubts, and he plans a very elaborate response to it. After all, the best way to show someone that you really love them is with the cheesiest prank he has come up with yet.- So, one day, as you take a walk back home, you drop into a small pitfall.- After screaming in confusion, you take a look around just to see Kokichi partially below you, half-naked, only a large pink ribbon covering his vital parts, with a heart-shaped box of pralines and a pink sign with heart and kiss decorations saying “Nishishishi! Look at how you’ve fallen for me!~”- You don’t even think about it being sarcasm or not, you die of laughter and embarassment from the hilarity of the situation - just as Kokichi planned.- Then you tell him that he should put on his clothes again and get out of here with you. But Kokichi tells you that he’s left his clothes outside and there’s no way to get out until help arrives.- So this is how he coerced you into making out with him in a pitfall, just for a while.Korekiyo Shinguji:- Despite Korekiyo being the very thoughtful and studious type, completely unlike you, he loves your childish passion and curiosity for everything.- A favorite thing to do for the two of you is him telling or reading stories to you before you go to bed together - but you’re so eager on hearing more, and always beg for yet another story, so he’s took it as a challenge to find and tell the most relatively boring and unremarkable stories.- Which ends up being a total failure still. He can make everything really interesting and entertaining, it’s like his talent is a curse in this situation.- Your relationship is very happy and fulfilled, not despite, but due to your differences. But sometimes, people ask you if you find Korekiyo to be a bit unsettling, especially since you act so childlike. - Maybe you were a bit creeped by him at first, but he’s really just someone that’s really passionate for what he loves - and for who he loves. - Someone with your nature is easily able to look past things that are stereotypically considered creepy or unsettling and love someone for who they truly are. - Deep down, Korekiyo really appreciates this as well - he’s always been accused of being a creep or acting in taboo ways.- But you just don’t care about someone’s mere exterior. It’s the inside that counts - and to you, no one is more beautiful in there than Korekiyo.Keebo:- Of course you and Keebo get along very well, too. I mean, what child doesn’t want their awesome mecha (boy)friend? Even in your age, those feelings didn’t go away, and with Keebo, they became an unique reality.- Keebo loves showing off his Ultimate Robot functions to you. He’s very proud of himself, his creation and his status, after all, and you’re always so amazed, he just can’t help it!- But sometimes, there are also situations where he can get a bit pouty at you. Even though you love him so much, sometimes he feels like he’s treated more as a human-sized toy rather than your boyfriend.- You always tell him that you just can’t help playing with him so much because you love him this much, and that it’s really nothing personal.- Still, of course Keebo rightfully expects to not just be there for your own amusement. So to balance it all out a little, you take Keebo to this huge mecha convention that is happening very close nearby.- Both of you absolutely love it - you’re both massive nerds for this, after all!- Keebo gains even more inspiration for what enhancements to get for his body, but you jokingly tell him that he starts to make himself into a toy for himself. He goes speechless and flustered at that statement, not knowing how to refute it.- So you just say that of course it doesn’t mean Keebo is just a toy, but that not just you, but also Keebo himself is super excited for the things he can do! Isn’t it perfect that way?- Keebo laughs in agreement. He just can’t be mad at you, even if you seem or sound a bit unintentionally robophobic at times.

PSA//Rant¿
I want to start this off with a disclaimer of sorts... first of all, I AM a fan of BTS (an ARMY in some form or another we'll touch on that later) I love them so so much, they aren't my bias group but I do truly adore them and their music. Secondly, I don't mean this in a way to attack anyone or start things, if you have something to say to me you are more than welcome I don't mind people asking me about how I feel or if something isn't clear then like really feel free to ask me to explain it again and I'll try to make it make more sense! I think that's it so I'll just get into it: Recently I've thought about this a lot and I wasn't sure how to really express it but I just wanted to put my voice and thoughts out there because the more I think about it the more strongly I feel. Basically I'm really tired of how negative the term ARMY has become[1], and also the way some fans (the reason for the negative attention) treat other fandoms or eachother, etc.[2] like personally I really don't think BTS deserves that.[3] So here's my reasoning and feelings behind it, 1. ARMY which stands for (I looked this up so I'm not 100% sure if it's completely correct so feel free to correct me) "Adorable Representative M.C. for Youth" which honestly I can't explain much from that but they also went on to say (this is quoted from hellokpop) "ARMY is military in English, the body armor and military are always together, so it means that the fans will always be together with the Bangtan Boys’.". This name was picked as a way to show strength and show that the fans are genuinely a huge part of what makes BTS who they are. They wish to always be with the fans and that the fans will always be by their side. The way I see it, ARMYs can be and in many ways are truly amazing. The things they, you guys, have done for BTS is incredible and I think they deserve every award they receive because BTS in general is amazing. You guys, the fans, are a big force in the kpop world, and in some ways I admire that! You guys do everything you can for them and for them to win and I think that's great! I'm all for endlessly supporting those you love!! That being said everything in some cases is anything, and that anything isn't always good, I know that, and I know that's why there's some bed representation, but not the whole fan base is like that. That's what I'm trying to say because blaming the entire fan base or not wanting to call yourself an ARMY, generalizing thousands, millions of people that support them and love them more than anything, making them look bad just because of those select few, I don't like that. I don't think the term ARMY is bad, or is/should be tainted. I DO think that there are people that love BTS but express it in a way that doesn't help anything [a] and I DO think that there are people that are just, simply put, terrible people [b]. That being said I'll move onto the next part... 2. I'm sure everyone can think of at least one instance where an 'ARMY' has responded negatively or just ridiculously to someone or something. I can think of plenty and it really upsets me because I think the fandom and the boys deserve better than that. [a] an example for this that I can think of would be that of those who start arguments or get overly upset if BTS doesn't win an award, those that start fandom wars, among others of course. I'm saying this because, yes, I understand we all want our favs to win, I get it!!!! Of course when your favorite group is nominated you'd want them to take home every trophy but there are far better ways to handle it then wanting to argue and fight with the winning groups fandom!! It's over said but I really think everyone needs to remember that all these idols, they're FRIENDS!! Every group deserves the awards they get, if your fav doesn't win its alright to be upset but instead of fighting and reacting negatively towards it be happy for the other group and try even harder next time!! BTS has achieved so much, they won't be upset to lose one award to another, equally as deserving and talented group!! And they definitely wouldn't want their fans, people they love beyond so many things, treating other fandoms and other groups, their friends, like some people do!!! [b] for this group of people I'm going to try and keep it short, these are those people that think sending death threats, claiming other things "are taking attention away" from BTS (I'm using the case of Ladiescode when it was the birthday of rise I believe and yoo his mixtape had dropped), is ok. Just those who are overall utterly terrible people. There isn't much I can say besides that how I see it is that they aren't even really fans. I'm sorry to say that but I'm also not because that is not something I agree with at all, it just really disgusts me. 3. So here's the overall reason for this point, the real thing I've thought about a l o t. The more I see BTS and their performances, interviews, award shows, especially award shows, that's where these opinions and emotions come from. BTS just like every other idol group were boys who trained insanely hard with no promise of debut, endless evaluations and practice to be able to show off their talents. At this point they've achieved their wildest dreams if not more so, and that's all because of their talent and fans!!! The fans are such a big part!! Without you guys BTS would have never achieved what they have and that makes you guys amazing!! With that said those fans that do bring on that negative reputation really break my heart. When they receive awards the amount of pure happiness that shows on their faces, I think it's beautiful, it's beautiful that even now after everything that they've achieved they still get so emotional with practically every award. I think they deserve more than a fan base that receives so much negative attention just because of a small portion of 'fans'. I don't think that's what they ever wanted for the people they care so much about and I don't think that's what fans want either. BTS are a group of guys that genuinely love and appreciate everything they've been given. When you watch them accept awards and you see them cry and the way they accept those awards, all of it is raw and possesses every ounce of emotion they have. I think they still don't really believe they're as big as they are and so when they get those awards they're genuinely shocked. I'm not saying by any means that BTS are the only genuine idols but they are some of the most genuine people I've seen. I see many ranges of fans from casual to obsessed (and I'm not dissing honestly love them with all your heart no hate here!!) and those fans are really beautiful, I see you guys and I see just how much you love every single one of them and it makes me happy to know that each member and the group have people that care so much. But there are those people that abuse that fact of 'love' and misuse it. I can't speak for BTS but I imagine they wanted their 'Army' to be one that respects and supports, a good representation for youth. A good influence. A fan base for people to look up to and say "wow I want to be like them" a fan base where people can be themselves, somewhere that no one is ashamed to carry the name. I didn't mean any of this to trash anyone, I am in some sense an ARMY, I do consider myself one because I do love BTS, I love them all so much and their music like I am not ashamed to say that because I do support them and wish them the very best. They aren't my bias group though so that's why I say somewhat since I'm not necessarily like hardcore but I am extremely MultiFandom. Anyways though, this is just how I feel, if you have anything to say I mean feel free I know others might disagree but this is my 100% honest feeling towards it. Also in all honestly things like this can go towards so many groups that I'm gonna say certain aspects can be taken generally and not even just with BTS and ARMYs. Please support BTS (as well as all groups!!), show them so much love! As people I think they're really amazing and everything they've done in the last couple years is incredible, be happy for them! Be proud of yourselves because you've done that for them!! I've seen many posts about subjects similar and wanted to say my own thing on the topic since its been something so relevant to my life recently. I think 2017 should be a year to show the positive side of ARMY, show them and others what ARMY was meant to be, what it stands for... and show them just how much we support our boys (again, this goes to all groups too!!! I encourage all of you to just be genuine and positive and try to make the group you love have a good year and show them what they mean to their fans!). Whether it be through events, concerts, just messaging at their social media, may seem cliche but just show them you love them. And to those others that don't respond so positively to things, all I can really say is try to be more understanding and just be supportive without the crazy... I've said I think a lot but I'll say it one last time, I think everyone has good intentions somewhere, not everyone will express it in a way that every person will agree with but i have a feeling that overall we all have a similar goal, and that's to buy every one of our favorite idols albums or songs, to go to concerts and support them and give them as long of a career as we possible can. Not everyone or everything will be perfect but instead of fighting against each other why not work together? We all want the same thing, so why not fight for it together? Fans are amazing people, you guys make idols, groups, people, etc. who they are, without you they'd never be able to achieve what they have, and trust me, a happy fandom is a happy group, so give everything you've got into loving them instead of spending that time hating on someone else for loving their group just as much as you love yours :)

Shiro Sides: Chapter Two
Shiro came back home and returned to “The sitting room.”
“Why do you call it that? Want to add a ™ while we’re at it?” Lance asked sitting on the arm rest, Shiro raised an eyebrow as one by one his...sides appeared before him.
Pidge his logical side, dressed in a suit and large glasses that they always pushedback on their nose with short croped hair.
Hunk his morality, he wore a blazer jacket that made him look snug and soft his hands always raised and covered in fingerless gloves. Shiro did have a craze back then.
And then there was Lance his creativity, he wore a garrison uniform but had a tassel on the side of his arm that made him look like a prince, or a character from Utena.
“Why even have a sitting room, your a Captain now shouldn’t we have a better living space?” Lance gestured and Shiro sighed, they had this conversation before.
Truthfully, he didn’t want to move, he hated change.
“Its fine- plus the house is already payed for.” It was left to him in his parents will another reason why he didn’t feel like moving.
Honestly he wondered why Lance was even here? he raley had to get creative and most of the ideas Lance had were mostly ridiculous. Like moving, and that was just one example…
“Alright but why the sitting room? Why not te kitchen- it at least has chairs!” Lance almost fell off he arm rest and instantly Shiro felt embarrassed
“Well it’s starting to become a regular occurance isn’t it? It’s like a therapeutic group thing with fictional people.”
“Don’t tell your subordinates that. How about you go for a real therapist.” Lance asked and that was another dumb idea. Shiro? Therapy as if.
“Look I don’t see the point of this anyway,” He tossed his coat onto the couch and had half a mind to collapse into it.
“Honestly I feel fine and relaxed and happy for once.”
“Are you sure about that?”
Shiro along with everyone else screamed “What the what!”
Lance fell off the arm rest for real.
Hunk yelped and Pidge moved away from the spot near the staircase into the hallway to avoid their new arrival.
A teenager dressed in a crop jacket with jaggard black hair and fingerless gloves, he was sprawled on the staircase looking pretty grumpy.
“Who the heck are you? Are there more of you waiting to pop out.”
The kid shrugged “Keith, also I was late to the party and thought now was a good time to pop up. With how relaxed you were feeling.” He smirked sprawling further on the staircase.
Shiro had no idea why but he felt a curl of irritation not at the apparition before him but more that he should know this kid, that he felt familiarity from him.
“Ugh, Keith.” Lance voice dripped with irritation “Why did you show up, didn’t you hear? Shiro’s fine, now buzz off.”
Keith crossed his arms “He’s lying, otherwise I wouldn’t be here.” Shiro could only watch unsure why the two were fighting.
“Wait- you didn’t tell me why you were here.” Keith blinked “oh um, I’m your anxiety.” He squared up waiting for the inevitable, Shiro finding him annoying and wanting him to leave, if only he could he wasn’t the villain here he was a part of him.
“Wait my anxiety? So you’re the reason why I survived! With that I would’ve died.” Keith blinked looking...off footed “Um you’re welcome?”
“I don’t mind!” Shiro said finally looking more at ease, he was more wary of the unknown than what he thought Keith originally was.
“Wait- you’re not...upset that I’m here?”
“Of course not? Why would anyone be upset with a fire alarm? Sure it was only a burnt piece of toast but a fire could happen, being anxious all the time is fine, it's easy to talk through it.” Pidge nodded glancing at Keith.
“Sure logic can ease anxiety and feelings- I don’t see the point of them- they are valid if you feel something then it’s real in that moment and easy to calm down.” Hunk gave his input “Like crying!”
“Huh?”
“Crying ever notice after a good cry you feel better after?” Lance could only glance back and forth “Are you guys kidding me? Crying is a bad thing you’re not supposed to cry to the point where it’s normal and aren’t we forgetting this is Keith here! A bad side.” Keith scowled “I didn’t ask to be like this.”
“Lance.” Shiro scolded.
Lance gaped “Wha- but this is Keith we’re talking about here! He is literally your anxiety and causes you distress.” Shiro had had enough “Lance, Keith is the reason why I’m even alive today.”
“Yeah but he’s stressing you out- and stress kills! Look even your hair is turning white!”
“I’m fine! There's nothing wrong with me or Keith! He’s done his partas have Pidge and Hunk but what have you done? You talk big but I din’t see what you bring to the table what reason do I need to be creative?”
The others stared and Lance looked distraught.
“I- you, “ his face closed off and he took a breath “You know what? Fine, talk about your issues with eachother or better yet don’t just bottle it up like you always do Shiro.” His eyes were watering but Shiro was still angry enough to not only care but relish in the fact.
“See how you do without me.”
Lance disapeared and that was when Shiro felt distressed, he realised lance was a part of his pride and with him gone- no it shoukd be fine everything was going to be fine.”
Everything was NOT fine.
Shiro was a mess, really. His hair wasnt combined he had bags under his eyes and he had a speech today and usually he could think of inspirational speeches on the spot but now?
His minds a blank. Thank god he write it down but it sounded flat- cheap.
Even the young cadets looked unsure.
He had so many meetings he snapped more he had no patience and everything was just goig sideways.
Until…
“Take a day of captain, you’ve been working too hard.” Iverson said and Shiro had to gape.
Workig too-
He barely got anything done today?
So he stirmed home and thats where they all were.
His sides
“What happened!?”
Pidge sheugged “Lack of sleep? Protein maybe you are working too hard.”
“Either way people are disapointed in us.”
“Not now keith-”
“Arent we forgetting something important?”
“Like what?”
“Wheres Lance?”
“Does it matter?”
“What? Of course it matters Lance’s whole core personality is being an actor and Shiro you have always been a mess Lance was able to hide that!”
“No- I’m nlt always a mess-”
“Not always but close enough, Lance quote was always fake it till you make it!”
“We dont need him!”
“Oh yeah? How did that motivational speech go, Takashi?”
“...”
“Or the stratergy meetings? Your usually good at those, but not today you had no input, your mind was a complete blank.” Pidge crossed their arms “Lance is your creativity and Keith is your instincts, Hunk is your morales and I’m logic. We are all an important piece.”
“...and we made Lance feel like he wasnt wanted.”
“We have to being him back!”
“How?”
“We’ll fogure it out while you think of a good apology for Lance.”
One moment there were in his living room, the next?
He was in a white space.
“Um are you sure this is right?”
“I think I missed the turning sonewhere.”
“No this is Lance’s room.”
“Room?” Shiro asked against the splitting migraine from all the white.
Until they heard a sound like paper theough a shredder and turned to see.
A boy surrounded by a clutter of junk, like a room slowly being chipped away by reality.
The boy held a console over a bin and almost destroyed it until Pidge yelped “Dont you dare!”
He turned startled and the kthers froze to see-
“Lance!?”
“Dont look at ne I’m hideous!” He yelped covering his face, he didnt look that bad, his hair was a mess, he wore an oversized cardigan and had the most chic glasses on his face.
He looked confortable.
He paused paused “Oh yeah it doesnt matter anymore.” He turned tossing a poster into a bin, and Shiro realised he saw what it looked like it was his pokemon poster he begged his mom for- why did he care about it again?
Then Lance took the trophy Shiro won at karate ad Shiro felt indignation he worked hard for that-
It fell in the trash and Shiro forget why he cared.
Wait.
Lance picked else up and Shiro stomped forward grabbing his arm “Stop it!” Lance looked stuned his glasses falling down his nose.
“Lance? What are you doing?” Hunk asked calmly and Lance scoffed.
“Whats it look like? i’m taking my dumb shit and I’m leaving your perfect life no need to hold you back right?.”
“Lance we didnt say that-”
“But you were thinking it!”
Lance smiled “Shiro I’m a part of you- being too hard on me is saying you are too hard on yourself I think…” Lance held out his arms.
“We both need to give each other a break.” Shiro relaxed and easily fell into the embrace.
“I cant help but think… you look like someone I know.”
“Well Maybe were all inspirations of someone you know?”
Shiro leaned back “No, I mean…” he stared at Lance his glasses tettering on his nose and his soft grown hair.
“You remind me of Adam, I never treated him right either- I pushed him away and made him feel like he wasnt important when thats not true!” Lance blinked looking touched that Shiro compared him to his fiance- ex fiancé.
That was going to hurt like a bitch.
“And not just you, Pidge you remind me of my best friend Matt, he always told me when I was wrong and helped me figure things out and Keith reminds me of my younger self, Lance I dont think Keiths better than you I just find myself relying on him more.”
