Duality by Set It Off

I got two parts in this MEP, and they happened to be right next to each other! The theme is the 'evil twin' trope, so obviously I had to use my two best boys: Zak Monday, and Albedo.

So after seeing other people's take at redeeming Albedo, I'd figure I'd do one too.

A little after AF S3 E2, Ben runs into Albedo and eventually tells Albedo that he screwed the omnitrix up, Azmuth won't fix it, and could Albedo fix it. Albedo has no omnitrix and is extremely wary of Ben. Ben suggests they make a deal over chili fries and smoothies. Albedo realizes that he hates Azmuth more than than Ben and that Ben may not make it to adulthood if someone doesn't make sure the omnitrix works properly. They make an agreement that Albedo will sneak to Ben's house and work on the omnitrix and Ben won't question where Albedo gets the parts or take him back to prison. Ben also suggests offhand that if he can change Albedo's mind of Ben being worthy of the watch then Albedo will go back to prison willingly and if he can't then he will give up the omnitrix.

Hex's Mansion For Infinite Magic Users AU

Remember back in November I got an ask about my feelings on a possible team up with Charmcaster, Darkstar, and Albedo would go? And then I did fanart for it? (If you don’t want to be spoiled for another character to join them don’t click the fanart, cause I talk more about the AU there too.)  I started writing a story for the AU!  https://archiveofourown.org/works/48118096 - A Sorceress Meets A Mutant I talk in the author’s notes about things, but it took me a bit to debate whether to post them as individual stories as opposed to all in the same fic. But we’re going with individual stories for the AU since it would take forever to be posted if I wanted to wait till I was done with all I want to do with this. (The introductions were actually halting this, but Albedo’s is getting there. I don’t have him with the duo yet, but he’s gonna be soon.)  I already started writing a bunch for the AU since November and finally got around to posting a thing for it. I do have a good chunk of it already drafted, just need to rewrite it to make it the best it can be lol.
