#this is what I do with half a bachelor's degree in english

Could you do a snippet for yandere platonic Batfam where reader accidentally gets hurt and is able to hide it for a few days until someone (May be Dick?) finds it and asks / gets upset about it? Love your writing!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Hi there!!!
First of all: Thank you sweetie!
It's been a while since I've written, mostly because of the university, I'm about to graduate and I'm crazy because I'm approaching my final exams (I even have to defend my research work to be able to get my bachelor's degree)!
But, I got to thinking a bit about what you have written above… and even more so because I myself am a little bit crashed after my last film shoot for my final year of my degree. And can I just say that being in a bad way and having to hide it is terrible.
So… here goes!
(I'm sorry if I sound a bit comical in this writing, but I think the best way to get over something is to laugh at yourself a bit so you don't think about the pain too much; I hope you enjoy it anyway.)
Disclaimer: I don't know if you've noticed, but English is not my native/mother tongue. Occasionally, when I think too much, I write them in my language and then translate it in a trusted translator. So, if there's a grammatical problem or a strange term, it's the translator's fault.
Tumblr media
Let's face it… having a large family is terribly exhausting.
It's never quiet enough, everyone is in everyone else's business, you can't leave your favorite mermelade in the fridge for less than a day. Someone is always occupying the bathroom or using your favorite shampoo or watching something on TV at too much volume and someone is probably occupying your bed at nap time.
Did I mention about meddling too much in other people's business? Yes? Well… triple it.
Having multiple siblings was new.
Having multiple siblings, a father and a butler/grandfather isn't exactly bread and butter either.
It wouldn't be so bad to belong to a large and numerous one if it was your blood family and you had lived with them all your life. I mean, sometimes blood is too thick and you have no choice but to learn to love them or just be nice to each other.
Like I said, it wouldn't be so bad if they were really your family.
But the Waynes were not your family. Not distant relatives or anything like that.
You were just living your life, as quietly as possible… and poof!
New room, new butler/grandfather, pets beyond belief, 4 new male siblings and a father with serious emotional constipation issues. And, to add more salt to your wound…. all have serious abandonment issues and death-related trauma.
After several escape attempts, sleep strikes, hunger strikes and any other kind of protest that an anarchist could be proud of… you realized that it was simply impossible to get out of this without risking the path of death.
Which, to top it all off, was also unreliable because apparently your older brother Jason had revived as well as another of your siblings. So no, dying was also not a viable option to which one could resort in the worst case scenario.
What to do?
Well, not much. Trying not to die of suffocation of affection or finding a way to have privacy while going to the bathroom just seemed to be the best survival tools you could resort to.
What does that entail?
It implies that Tim was going to give you hours and hours of lectures on his latest discovery of a case, even if you don't understand half the things he's told you or mentioned at all.
Richard and Damian trying to teach you new tricks almost every second, taking you to the Zoo or not leaving you alone to go to the bathroom.
That Jason, oh holy cow he is the only one more relaxed, takes you with him on his motorcycle to eat ice cream and to the public library. Without being able to scape, because it seems that you have a kind of GPS inserted in the bone marrow.
(Sometimes you don't know if it's true or not, but sometimes you also felt pain between your bones, almost during the cold seasons, and you didn't want to burst your poor little head thinking of different viable possibilities knowing them. No scars, no remembering anythins about any surgery).
Have a grandfather who will not hesitate to make you cookies, your favorite foods whenever you want … without leaving you aside at any time.
Plus a terribly quiet father, who if he can will carry you for as long as you spend time together, won't let you near the secret basement and enjoys being in the same room with you.
Do you see any privacy in this?
No, because even at the bathroom door would be the pets trying to get in and see you for themselves while you want to do your business.
The worst of that? Titus always judge you when you close the curtains.
As I mentioned and it was clear: Having a large family implies little privacy… Having a large, obsessive family means NO privacy.
So, knowing that you have over 50 nanochips tracking in all your clothes, two security monitors embedded - God knows how - in your body (monitors that only tell you if you are in designated safe place), 20 high definition surveillance cameras in every room and a Great Dane chasing you like a chick …. How the heck do you fall down the stairs and hit your pelvic bone without anyone noticing?
No kidding, how?
And if you had to blame someone for your fall… you'd totally blame Damian for it.
It's not that the kid pushed you down the stairs, but over time he had tamed himself into various things and relaxed into looking his age. You know!!! He started acting like a normal teenager!
What do Damian's kids do at his age? Well, they leave things lying around and have messing around them when they can, of course they do!
You just wanted some yogurt with orange marmalade. Maybe some oatmeal cookies. Alfred had left it for you in the fridge when he noticed you'd been watching video tutorials on homemade marmalade for hours. Who were you to deny such a gesture of generosity?
I mean, Alfred was the one who allowed you to hide in the attic for hours on end so you could have some time to yourself.
And how did it end? You, slipping down the main stairs of the old Wayne mansion, down a nicely polished wooden staircase, rolling all the way down (which is no small flight of stairs, it should be noted) to the bottom of the first floor.
Now, lying on the ground is not so bad in itself. What is bad is not being able to feel your legs and still not being able to understand how you manage to tidy up your neural wiring so that your legs can still move on their own and go to the kitchen to rescue all the delicacies Alfred left you in time.
And it's a good thing you managed to do it… because within seconds Bart had rushed in to ransack the fridge and the fruit basket.
But that's not the point.
The important thing is that this time you managed, I insist a little on the feat of action, to climb up to your room and not notice how you couldn't really feel your legs.
You ate, you lay down… and to your bad or good luck, you couldn't get up …. and without anyone noticing there was an emergency and everyone went out to sort it out.
Weak limbs, limited movement and you don't want to mention the embarrassing actions you did in order to go to the toilet.
It's not like you hid it either, I mean, there was no one who could even notice because they weren't entirely available to watch you. Nor is it that you would have run away, otherwise they would have been at your side in less than a second.
The detail, as they insist, is that you had probably bruised your back badly and your body was now taxing you extra for your food craving.
I insist, you did not hide anything.
But still, when you're found completely itchy on the floor, ridiculously trying to run away in the direction of the bathroom… that's when everyone really goes crazy.
First, having to carry you and not dying of embarrassment when you notice that Bruce definitely doesn't give a damn about having to carry you to the bathroom and do almost everything for you.
Or having Dick and Jason carry you and fit you into some kind of weird medical scanner they have in the cave.
Or that Tim keeps track of your periods, types of meds you take and, for fuck's sake, knows how the fuck to inject something into your spine.
Or that Damian had the gall to look a little embarrassed when he heard that a pair of boxers lying outside the laundry basket was to blame for all this.
NO matter.
At the end of the day they heal you, pamper you, leave you alone when you need to take a nap and figure out a way to fix it without looking like complete maniacs who built some kind of internal plumbing that sucks up the dirty laundry and throws it straight into the washing machine.
Like the time they didn't look like maniacs by sanding all the edges of the tables and nightstands.
Or the time they bought a whole brand of sanitary towels when they realised that not all women use tampons.
Don't worry, they're looking out for you… even if they look like deranged Arkhan freaks in the process.

9 number things you might not know as a foreign speaker of Danish
This is a mishmash of both cultural things and linguistic things. The idea for this post appeared in my head at 3 am so bear with me. As for the lack of links, I am adding them in a reblog to try to avoid tumblr nerfing my post.
1) Quarters – how to measure time In Denmark, we love measuring time in quarters of an hour. We love it so much we don't care about specifying the kind of quarter, it's just kvarter (itk.). Generally, we tend to use kvarter mostly just when speaking about 15 or 45 minutes, but it does go further than that. So here's a quick guide on how to tell time other than just doing as you would in English:
15 minutes – et kvarter 30 minutes – en halv time 45 minutes – tre kvarter 75 minutes/1h 15m – en time og et kvarter · fem kvarter 90 minutes/1h 30m – halvanden time (see 2) 105 minutes/1h 45m – en time og tre kvarter
and so forth, if you care to. Using fem kvarter is uncommon but acceptable, but never go further than that using just quarters of an hour. I would say that once you pass 2 hrs, I most commonly hear people starting to just count hours and minutes as you would in English.
2) Halvanden – half second An archaic way of saying 'one and a half' that just stuck for some reason. This is the preferred way to say 'one and a half ' for most people. No, this is not a joke.
Halvanden, 'half second' means halfway between one and two. Until quite recently (we're talking less than a century) halvtredje (2.5), halvfjerde (3.5), etc. were also in common use, but they have disappeared so rapidly that most current speakers will have absolutely no idea what the hell you're talking about. However, the ghosts of this way of counting live on in the numbers halvtreds (50), halvfjerds (70), and halvfems (90). You can read more about that in my old post about Danish numbers (see reblogs).
3) Week 42 We use week numbers! Week 1 is the first week in the new year to contain a Thursday, as we count weeks as Monday through Sunday. You don't necessarily need to know what week it is all the time, but a lot of adults use weeks in place of specific dates. I am forever thankful to ugenr.dk (you just type in a date and it tells you what week it is in or vice versa).
Important weeks are:
Week 7/8 – winter break for kids in primary and secondary school (not to be confused with Christmas break). It varies depending on municipality whether it's week 7 or 8. Lots of people go skiing these weeks.
Week 26 through 31 – summer break is usually during these weeks. All students in primary and secondary school, as well as university students and students doing professional bachelor's degrees and the like have these weeks off from school.
Week 42 – arguably the most important week. All students mentioned above have this week off from school. It's autumn break and it's ALWAYS week 42 and JUST week 42. Originally, it was to allow students in rural areas help their parents harvest potatoes (a nickname for autumn break is kartoffelferien 'the potato break'), and we just kept it.
4) DD-MM-(YY)YY If you write dates as MM-DD people will think you're a lunatic. Don't, unless you're specifically talking about 9/11, colloquially referred to as just 9/11 (nine-eleven, as you would say it in English).
5) 00:00 Denmark, like a lot of other European countries, uses 24hr clocks. Obviously, analogue clocks and watches are common, and it's perfectly ok to say stuff like klokken fire om eftermiddagen 'four o'clock in the afternoon' or klokken otte om aftenen 'eight o'clock in the evening', but you are expected to just know that 21:00 is the same as 9 PM. You can also say klokken toogtyve 'twenty-two o'clock', and it's quite normal to ask for clarification of whether people are talking AM or PM by saying stuff like klokken elleve eller klokken treogtyve? 'eleven o'clock or twenty-three o'clock?'. You cannot use AM and PM when speaking or writing Danish. The day begins at midnight; 00:00.
Don't worry yourself too much over this. Everyone occasionally forgets that 19:00 is in fact 7 o'clock and not 9 o'clock.
6) Halv to – half one When you're measuring half hours in Danish, you're always measuring towards the next whole number. It's never half past, it's always half to. As such, half (past) one is halv to 'half two' in Danish.
7) Grades (years) This is an ultra quick rundown of the Danish school system. School is mandatory for 10 years and homeschooling is allowed. This covers primary and lower secondary school.
Most people start school the year they turn 6. My birthday is in April, so I was 6 when I stated school, my sister's birthday is in September, so she was 5.
The mandatory grades are as follows. The ages are all possibly ages of a child attending that grade (not accounting for starting school early or late):
Indskolingen, grades 0-3 0. klasse/børnehaveklasse - 5-7 yo 1. klasse – 6-8 yo 2. klasse – 7-9 yo 3. klasse – 8-10 yo
Mellemtrinnet, grades 4-6 4. klasse – 9-11 yo 5. klasse – 10-12 yo 6. klasse – 11-13 yo
Overbygningen/udskolingen, grades 7-9 7. klasse – 12-14 yo 8. klasse - 13-15 yo 9. klasse - 14-16 yo
Some may choose to do 10. klasse, if they feel like they need more schooling or maybe if they're attending an efterskole.
Once they've finished their mandatory schooling, a lot of Danes choose to attend upper secondary school. You can do it in 3 years (stx, hhx, htx, and eux) or 2 years (hf, 2-årigt studenterkursus). Special circumstances like being an elite level athlete or attending MGK (preparation for attending a music conservatoire) may lead to people spending 4 years in upper secondary. Hf often sees a lot of adult students.
Gymnasium/HF, the grades are said as [ordinal number, letter(s)] 1.g (15-17 yo)/1.hf 2.g (16-18 yo)/2.hf 3.g (17-19 yo)
8) Grades (performance)
Danish schools have a 7-grade system. It's called 7-trinskalaen, and each grade corresponds to an ECTS grade (in fact, it's specifically designed for compatibility, and a lot of people above the age of 30 miss the old scale). Generally, students don't get grades until 7th grade. The grades are:
12 – A 10 – B 7 – C 4 – D 02 – E 00 – Fx -3 – F
If you are not familiar with the ECTS system, E, Danish 02, is the lowest passing grade. The intention behind the 0's in 02 and 00 is to make it impossible for the students to "change" their grade by just adding 1 in front of the grade, but the 0's are in fact also said out loud.
9) Ordinal numbers
Ordinal numbers are written as a number followed by a full stop. You do not capitalise the first letter of any word following the full stop (see 7) even though MS Word will try to convince you it's the right thing to do.
You can read a lot more about numbers on the Danish numbers post (again, in a reblog), but the basics that might not be covered by formal learning materials are:
nulte zeroth. This literally only exists for 0. klasse and for numbers to the zeroth power. fyrretyvende/fyrrende* – fortieth halvtredsindstyvende/halvtredsende* – fiftieth tresindstyvende/tressende* – sixtieth halvfjerdsindstyvende/halvfjerdsende* – seventieth firsindstyvende/firsende* – eightieth halvfemsindstyvende/halvfemsende* – ninetieth
The forms marked with an asterisk are largely informal spoken language to the degree that they are even considered wrong by some. Generally, they are accepted as the standard forms among the younger generations, but be careful when talking to people above the age of ~45.

My Writing Journey
I'm still writing my NaNoWriMo Novel in late March, with April right around the corner. Almost 200,000 words now.
How did I get here?
I chose to be a writer when I was eleven. By the time I was eighteen, I had three incomplete novels, a thick packet of writing notes, and a long list of story ideas I wanted to write before I died. I also had a short attention span that I can blame on my ADHD and ASD, a declining love for reading due to required school reading, and competition with distractions like the internet/social media. I was able to devote a good deal of my spare time on my prize WIP, a unique fantasy titled The Keeper of Maralla. I didn't spend as much time writing as I should have. My writing confidence was low. After I earned my first bachelor's degree in Child Development, several amazing things happened. First, I worked briefly as a custodian (aka janitor or caretaker depending on what part of the world you're in) when I got the idea for my current primary WIP, The Blood Cleaners. At that time, I thought TBC would be an urban fantasy. A few years later, I realized the story worked best as a post-apocalyptic dystopia. I personally feel that you don’t find the stories; the stories find you. Such was the case with TBC. Then, in 2008, I won my first NaNoWriMo when I wrote the first draft of The Star House Club, an MG/YA urban fantasy. It meant the world to me when I finally had a complete novel in my hands, even if the writing was really bad. My next complete novel was finished in 2009, a Christian historical fiction novel called Miriam and Yosef. Then, from 2010 to 2011, I wrote my first really long novel, my sci-fi first contact story called Columbus Day. It was 170,000 words long! The best part was when I wrote my first complete second draft by rewriting Columbus Day. I saw how rewriting really can make things better, even if only a little better. It was also at this time that I earned my second bachelor's degree. I earned my post-baccalaureate degree in English. Then, things kind of shattered. I lost all of my confidence in my writing. I almost gave up completely. I also stopped reading. I've learned that the less you read, the worse your writing is. I went nearly a decade without reading and writing. There were some pluses that happened during that time, such as getting a technical writing job with my current employer. For the most part, I had little ambition and few goals. That was until early 2023, I experienced some epiphanies. I went through some religious/spiritual experiences that allowed me to realize I was meant to be a writer. I needed to get my ideas down on paper before I died or else the world would never know them. I opened up my old writing notes to get to work. I thought about which of my WIP's I would make my primary WIP. It was hard when I felt passionate about a half dozen of them, knowing I would regret failing to finish and publish either. I was hit hard with reality when insomnia hit me. I had been in denial about my need to read. Just as I had to get back to writing, I had to get back to reading. I wanted to say I had read enough and needed to spend time writing. When I discovered reading was the best medicine for insomnia, I realized what I needed to do for both my physical health and writing health. I read about 15 books in 2023. The more I read, the better my writing got. My best read was Scott Westerfeld’s Uglies, a book that reminded me of why I love the dystopia genre. By July, I made the decision to focus on The Blood Cleaners. I spent four months brainstorming and outlining. I began drafting in November for NaNoWriMo. I wrote 50,000 words in 30 days, but the story wasn't over. That brings me to where I am now. My manuscript is almost 200,000 words long. I hope to finish in the next few days. I can’t wait to rewrite and cut this thing. Writing is hard, but it's worth it. My journey isn't over, obviously. I can’t wait to see where this journey goes.

My stupid little Baldur's Gate 3 English Professor AU Headcanons
I mostly want an excuse to puzzle out people's qualifications and educational backgrounds for my silly little English Department AU
Astarion
Astarion has just always given me overwhelming "sensitive little gay child who had his spirit crushed by his wealthy conservative family" vibes. He has a pre-law Bachelor of English because that was the only socially acceptable way he could get a humanities degree. He had a breakdown in law school and switched to a history M.A. behind his father's back. After that, he sort of aimlessly collected upper-level degrees for a while because he didn't know how to do anything other than be a student. He eventually settled on a Ph.D. in comparative literature.
He mainly teaches upper-level courses (because he scares the freshmen away). His specialty is in British and European literature, and he sort of begrudges having to teach American lit (despite teaching at an American university). He's a tough grader, but he's technically the more accessible lit professor for non-English majors because he teaches with a historical/informational approach rather than a stylistic approach.
Gale
Gale went into college at age 18, thinking he was going to get a creative writing degree and become a famous fantasy author until one of his faculty advisors gently suggested he take a few technical writing courses, and he fell in love with rhetoric and the more analytical side of the English field. He worked as a student employee in his university's library, where he caught the eye of his supervisor, who helped him get into a Library Science program straight out of undergrad. That same supervisor became his mentoring professor, and then they got engaged suspiciously quickly after Gale got out of grad school. When that relationship fell apart, Gale couldn't really stay in the library field, so he went back to school and got a Ph.D. in rhetoric and technical communications.
He's the newest hire, so he's mostly stuck teaching the intro comps and the non-English department English classes (since writing, business writing, etc.) The only upper levels he teaches are grammar and style-focused. He's the only member of the faculty with a tech-writing background, so he is the most well-liked English professor among the STEM folks.
Shadowheart
I'm not really positive what Shadowheart would have done pre-grad school. She's the second most senior member of the department (behind Astarion), and I feel like she'd been in and out of a lot of toxic queer group living situations for most of her life. Her wife's a philosophy professor at a different university, and she ended up with a master's in poetry and a Ph.D. in contemporary literature because that university had a really good family scholarship program.
She handles the other half of the literature courses and upper-level creative writing courses. She's very big into the stylistic approach to teaching writing and literature, and she's known for assigning very strange, almost inscrutable readings (think starting with Sam Becket's Endgame and just getting weirder from there).
Karlach
Karlach actually doesn't have a Ph.D., and she's not interested in teaching college full-time. She's a middle school ELA teacher who took a position teaching intro courses so someone would help comp her master's degree. She hangs around teaching one or two classes a semester to have a little bit of extra money on the side.
She teaches intro comps and intro creative writing. She is a very warm and nurturing presence in the writing classroom, and she's incredibly beloved among students who've taken her classes.
Wyll
Wyll is a senior undergrad working on an English degree with a secondary certificate. He is captain of the fencing team and wants to be a high school teacher when he graduates. He's generally very much beloved by all of the English faculty, but especially Karlach.
He's probably going to end up with a teaching position at the same school as Karlach when he graduates, which would make teaching in middle school this AU's version of being in hell.
Lae'zel
Lae'zel's also a senior undergrad and a massive overachiever. She plays several sports, is double majoring in sports medicine and sports communication, minoring in English, and works part-time. She wants to be a sports journalist, but everyone around her is kind of quietly convinced that she's going to end up being one absolute bulldog of a street reporter.

Things Between Us | Cillian Murphy x OC
Chapter 4 : Visit the Performance
Tumblr media
Summary: Sansa, a 26-year-old graduate student, who unexpectedly encounters a twist of fate when she comes across an actor she never knew before!
A group of five people, who had just met moments ago, left the restaurant and proceeded straight to the apartment of strange the young woman.
“My apartment is not far away. Walk three blocks, and you’re there,” Sansa informed them.
“Okay.”
“May I ask? You seem very close to the owner of that shop,” Stephen inquired.
“Yes. My parents always took me to eat here when I was a child,” Sansa gestured to him to measure her height.
“Ever since your guys passed away, I haven’t been able to do much. I come back to this shop often, so each time I come, Mr. Louis is especially kind to me. Sounds like I have some special privileges like that.” She laughed, half-guilty.
Cillian was shocked by what he heard. He felt sad and wanted to express his condolences to her.
“We are sorry. About your parents,” he turned to express his condolences.
“Thank you. I can come to terms with it now.” The woman’s eyes softened, but her face still wore a smile.
“I heard you say, are you majoring in art?” Finn asked curiously.
“Actually, I studied for two master’s degrees. majoring in psychology, I just finished the course a month ago. And an art major that is about to be graduated.”
“Wow, you’re really great,” Finn praised.
“It’s worth studying hard like this,” Joe added.
“For me, it’s not that heavy. But it’s quite stressful. I think a master’s degree is a lot more relaxed than a bachelor’s degree.”
“Really?! And what did you study before?” Finn asked.
“Ah… don’t think I’m crazy,” the girl said amusedly. If they knew what she had studied, that might make them look at her differently.
“Oh, of course not,” they replied in unison.
“I’m studying for three bachelor’s degrees at the same time,” she revealed.
“Ha!” they shocked.
“First I studied architecture, second I studied history, and last I studied law,” Instantly, she observed the expressions on each person’s face. They all opened their eyes wide, their mouths agape, expressing complete surprise.
Cillian turned his head and looked at the woman for a moment. It’s true that she seems intelligent. But studying for three degrees, and I’m finishing two more. That made him quite surprised. With a beautiful woman who studies a lot like this.
“That’s a lot,” Cillian looked at her in surprise.
“Yes, it is very tiring and heavy. It took me five years to complete the entire course. And damn! I feel like I’m going to hell.” The girl cursed and complained at the end. She turned around and made a crumpled face, showing the four of them how terrible it was at that time.
“You’re really cool. I’ve never met anyone who studied as many classes at once and graduated as quickly as you. How did you do it?” Stephen praised.
“Ah… It’s quite complicated. I think I was lucky to make it through.”
“No, you’re very good,”
Sansa nodded in thanks in response to the compliment. She felt like they were looking at her like she was some kind of freak. The young woman was not at all surprised by their attitude. She just felt nervous about being watched. The reason why she chose to study so many things at once like that? The reason was that she wanted to avoid the pain of losing her parents altogether!
“We’re here. My apartment.”
The woman picked up the key card and opened the door, leading them inside her apartment, or you can call it a penthouse because the entire floor was just her room. Located in the heart of London in the most expensive area here.
The exterior looked simple and elegant in the old English style, undoubtedly expensive. But because the young woman wanted a room according to her imagination and it had to be in the heart of the city, paying over twenty million pounds was no problem for her at all.
Sansa decorated her apartment in loft style with an old English twist. Her room was over 3800 square meters and 20 meters high because it was connected to the roof of the apartment. It was like a small factory hall. The top was wide open with windows allowing light to shine throughout the room from both the top of the building and the side windows, making it look classic and elegant at the same time. The elevator was connected specifically to her room. Walking into the first zone, you would find the kitchen on the right-hand side, a kitchen, dining table, and cocktail bar in the hallway. On the left-hand side, in the same zone, was a dressing room and bathroom. Next to the kitchen was a large living area with English-style bookshelves on the walls, housing more than two thousand books collected by the young woman. It was like a small library. Sansa really liked to read, so she designed it that way.
Inside her apartment were figures, models, and toys from various famous movies, such as Star Wars ships and Narsil’s sword from The Lord of the Rings, including Harry’s Nimbus 2000 broom, arranged in a groove in the middle of the bookshelf. Hanging decorations paired with the TV made her living area outstanding and very eye-catching.
In front of the bookshelf, there was a large sofa on a brightly colored carpet in the style of the Victorian era. Next to the window was a music corner with a large, classic black piano prominently displayed, and four basses placed in front of the piano. On that wall hung a violin and a guitar, with pictures of various memories of her and her family decorating the area.
Next to the bathroom, there was a snooker table. Further into the deep corner, various artwork tables could be found. The girl's bedroom was raised to the second floor, a small room not very large, supported by three pillars. The area of those pillars would be decorated or hung with sports equipment that interested her, such as fencing sets, basketball hoops, and archery targets. As for the hall, the window corner area on the bedroom side, next to the stairs, was a storage area for artworks and a drawing area. The walls in that area were full of her artwork, making it a corner that would fascinate anyone who saw it.
“You may come in.”
“Oh, wow, wow, wow!” someone shouted.
“Your apartment is very beautiful and spacious,” Joe said.
“This is incredible. How did you find such a big and spacious room in this area? And damn, you must be a billionaire,” Stephen said while laughing.
“It’s actually quite rare and cost a lot of money. I had to do quite a lot of renovations. I have to buy the whole floor, break down some walls, and open up the top. I wanted it to be an open, comfortable hall like this.”
"That bookshelf is incredible. This is clearly a library. You must really like reading,” Cillian asked.
“You can call it crazy. I really love reading and researching,” she smiled back at him.
“Did you design it all yourself?” Stephen asked.
“Yes, I designed and supervised all the work myself. Well, I’m a designer, so that’s one more thing I can save on. And got what I wanted the most.”
“This is great,” they said in unison.
“What would you like? Wine? Drinking wine while viewing art will enhance your emotional enjoyment.”
“Alright. It’s wonderful.”
Sansa gestured towards the corner of the staircase where her work was displayed for them to see. It was filled with many of her artworks, but three pieces stood out, making it very interesting to walk and visit in that area.
“That’s three of my works. You guys can go ahead and take a look. I’ll bring the wine for you.”
Cillian and his screenwriter friend stopped in front of the drawings. It was full of beauty, and he could feel that the three pictures gave a completely different mood. It’s subtle and not boring, Cillian thought. Sansa has a very good artistic sense, which he admires.
“Here,” the woman handed each of them a glass of wine. Before stopping and standing between Cillian and Stephen.
“Your work is excellent. There is depth and different feelings in the three pictures,” Cillian praised her.
“You understood correctly. I painted these three pictures in different moods.”
She pointed to the first picture. “I painted this picture when I was feeling sad and nostalgic. On the anniversary of my parents’ passing.”
“This picture was drawn when I was feeling lonely and alone,” the woman told Cillian with a glance. He stared at her in response, as if trying to get into her thoughts.
“As for this picture, I drew it when I was the happiest. After I ate the best fish and chips in England.”
She laughed and told them in a funny way. Cillian and his friends laughed at her words.
“That would be really delicious fish and chips. Because the pictures you paint are really beautiful,” Fin said.
“Yes, that fish and chips. Make me powerful. It was so delicious that I had to draw a picture to express my happiness,” she replied cheerfully.
“Your work is really great. The professor or the people who saw it must have liked it.” Cillian continued to admire her without stopping.
“I hope so. Unfortunately, right now I can’t find a gallery showing them. They’re very rare.”
She replied to him like a hopeless person. Cillian thought about something.
“I think I can help you with this. I have friends who have good galleries. Some in London.”
He offered to help the young woman. I don’t know why he offered to help this strange woman as well. Maybe it was because he wanted to get to know this beautiful woman even more. She was too interesting to him to ignore.
“Really?!.... This is really good. Today I decided to go to Ms. Louis’ shop and meet you guys.” Sansa’s eyes widened and she jumped up and down with joy like a little child.
“Your work deserves to be seen. We are happy to help,” said Stephen. The young woman began to search for business cards. To hand to Cillian. It will be easier for her and him to communicate about the gallery.
“Here, my business card. If you find the gallery, you can call and inform me. I’ll contact you back to the gallery.”
She said, handing him a business card. Cillian took the business card. 'Sansa Elizabeth Arthur,' he muttered her name. He turned and smiled at the girl.
“I’ll contact you back.”
“Thank you very much.”
“But…you guys will stay. Let’s drink the entire bottle of wine first, shall we? Or will we go back?”
She asked the four big boys, while pointing to the large sofa area.
“This wine is very good. If you don’t mind, shall we talk while drinking wine?” Stephen, the eldest man in the group, replied.

i’ve always been curious to what majors the bau did… we all know spencer’s but what about the rest?
oh this is such a good idea
so yeah we know Spencer's are PhD in Maths, Chemistry, and Engineering then BAs in Psychology, Sociology, and Philosophy (which he presumably finished since he mentions doing it in s4)
as for the rest of them, here's what i think
Educated guesses based on canon:
Alex Blake she did a double major at Berkeley, and since her Ph.D. is (presumably, based on what she teaches) in forensic linguistics, it would make sense at least one of her majors was in English language and literature, for the other half, I could see her doing something like psychology/sociology because that relates to the PhD
Rossi he was in the Marine Corps in the Vietnam War (he was also in the mafia, my personal hc), and he said that he went to community college to study criminal justice but he wanted to do sports appreciation
Hotch he got his JD from GWU so to get into law school, he probably did his undergraduate degree in criminal justice or political science. possibly psychology, but my wildcard is he did history because he's a nerd (affectionate)
JJ went to University of Pittsburgh and then Georgetown in at least her senior year but maybe more. because she starts off as the liaison, i think she majored in communications and i think she transferred to DC originally because she considered going into politics
Tara since she worked in the FBI as a forensic psychologist, interviewing serial killers, before she worked in the BAU, it makes sense that her PhD would be in forensic psychology and her bachelor's would probably be in psychology or maybe a double with criminology
Emily like pretty much everyone else, she worked elsewhere in the FBI before the BAU. she also worked for Interpol. easy guesses are criminal justice, psychology, and possibly international relations. personally, i think political science which she agreed to so her mom would pay, and they're estranged because Emily then went and joined the FBI rather than becoming a politician or socialite
Noncollege (in real life, i actually don't think you can work in the FBI without having a degree but this rule doesn't apply here)
Penelope dropped out of Caltech. they have an excellent computer science course so she probably was enrolled for that
Luke went into the army
Matt was a police officer and then in the army
Total guesses
Kate Callahan She worked sex crimes before she started at the BAU (she's actually wrapping up a case in her first episode) so my total guess of her college major would be criminal justice, criminology or psychology
Elle Greenaway She was in the Seattle field office before the BAU and her specialty seems to be sex crimes so probably criminal justice, criminology or psychology previously in other departments of the FBI and Interpol at some point as well as lots of undercover work. i think criminal justice, criminology or psychology again because that fits with the line of work, but i also think international relations

I guess I can come clean now and say that based on your fics I assumed you are in a caregiving (caretaking?) field like nursing. But then your poetry had me assuming you were an English or Fine Arts major but I'm not sure what to assume based on that. People I know from those majors do anything now from lawyers to producing reality tv and awards ceremonies, lol
Well, you're half-right lol. I do have a bachelor's degree in English, but I've never been a nurse or anything like that, though when I was in high school i wanted to be an obstetrician. I actually don't have a job right now - due to ~life stuff~ I have been between jobs for a while now, but I do all the housework and cooking for myself and my partner, and I write a lot.

I know that you’re a sonic blog, but I feel like you’re a good person to talk to. I don’t really have anyone to talk to about this subject at home since I’d be the first.
I want to go to college, but I don’t know what to do. I’m a junior in high school. I’m considering going to college and I don’t know the first thing to look for. My family never went so I’d be the first. I don’t know the first thing to look for but I know that I like science and art and English subjects in school.
do you have any advice?
Hello, my dear!❤️✨
Listen, I'm more than happy to answer this question. Don't ever apologize for asking something as serious and life-changing as this. I'm very happy that you trust me enough to have this conversation.
I wan't you to know that it's never too late to start thinking about this. Thoughts concerning about furthering one's education come when they're ready... meaning that you shouldn't feel guilty if you're a junior and you're thinking about it now. You are now ready and fully invested in becoming the best version of you possible!
High School:
First thing's first: let's focus on the high school bit and what you can do now. Depending on the state that you're from, school district, and/or public school you're attending, there's almost always a program that helps students find colleges. When I lived in the State of Florida, my high school called it the "College & Career Program." Each program is different. Some help with finding a school to attend, others help you find certificates and jobs that don't need a degree. A college and career program will help you find scholarships, set up a FAFSA account, and help you build a portfolio. If your school has a college and career program, I highly recommend you reach out to them. These are people that WANT to help you. They WANT you to succeed. Those that work in this program will have a great understanding of what schools are in your state and help create a list.
Community College, College, and Universities... Oh My!:
Let's talk about the differences between attending a community college, a college, and a university.
A community college it typically a two year program that offers an Associate of the Arts (AA), an Associate of Sciences (AS), certificates, and sometimes a Bachelor's in specific programs. These are usually more than half the amount that it would be to attend a college or university. They are less than $10,000 USA dollars when the degree is earned. One can get an AA in English, or Fine Arts, or nursing, or even in Victorian poetry. A community college is roughly the size of a high school population with a teacher ration or 1:14. There is absolutely NO shame in attending a community college. You're still getting a degree and you're still having the college experience.
A college is a bit larger and focuses more on tech and liberal arts courses. One could easily get a certificate, an AA/AS, a Bachelors, and a Minor if you wanted. A college might be a bit picky with their courses and requirements for each degree. If there is a college that you're interested in, I recommend that you reach out to them.
A university is pretty large with thousands of students. When I was working on my Bachelor's, the smallest class size that I had was thirty students and my largest was three hundred and fifty. A university will offer AA/AS, a Bachelors, a Master's, and a PhD. Some universities might offer very, very specialized degrees. For example, the University of Connecticut offers a Bachelor of the Arts in the art of puppetry.
Know that each institution has a general phone number and email that can be used at your disposal. Each institution has advisors that would be more than happy to schedule an appointment with you to talk about their programs. All you have to do is reach out.
Undergrad Programs:
The glorious thing about attending a community college, college, or university are the programs for undergraduate students. Most of these institutions offer something called "TRiO." TRiO is a federal student services program that helps one survive college. (I've put a hyperlink above for you to view). Each TRiO program offers different services. Typically, a TRiO advisor will help you write a resume/cover letter (CV) for career opportunities, help you find tutoring on campus, help you find housing if needed, help you schedule courses, find clubs to attend, help you find scholarships, help you find pell grants (free money from the government that you don't need to pay back), health and wellness counseling, help you prepare for job interviews, find a food pantry, find a work-studies job on campus, and even chat with you to see how your day is going. TRiO is only offered for undergrad students.
It's a fantastic program that I highly recommend you check out. They are there to help YOU succeed.
What Degree Should I Pick?:
I'm going to tell you something very real and shocking. It is OKAY to change your degree and career path if you're not happy. If you're working through your courses and you're not happy with earning a degree in English, know that it's okay to switch it to science. The whole point of college is that you figure out who You are. You are allowed to try courses out and experiment with your identity. I can't tell you what to pick in terms of degree. What I can tell you is that you should definitely try some things out. If you like English, science, and art, then take classes geared towards English, science, and art.
Thinking about this now, you might do well with Humanities. This is my thought, you need to peruse this if it's not of an interest to you.
If you know who and what you want to be, then go for that degree. If you're still figuring that out, then go and explore. You're forced as a kid to to say what you want to be when you grown up, but you're never asked who you want to be. Attending a community college, college, or university can potentially help you become who you want to be.
More importantly, take you're time. If you need to take one class per semester, then do it! If you want to take four or five at a time, then do it. Move at your own comfortable pace. You don't need to graduate with those that are within your age range. What matters is the journey and finishing at your pace.
Please know that you're always welcome to talk to me about this stuff. I'm here. If you have a question, I'll answer it. You can do this! I have full faith in you. I hope that this answers your question.

Γεια σου! I’m a Romanian History student specialising in International Relations and I am about to enter the last year of my Bachelor’s Degree, meaning I will have to write a thesis in order to obtain a diploma. I also happen to be learning Greek. I have been fascinated by the history of 20th century Greece for a while now and have written almost every essay we were assigned on topics surrounding it, thus I have picked “Greece’s foreign policy in the 20th century” as the topic for my thesis. As for any other scholarly work, I will be in need of primary sources and I was wondering if there are any Greek digitalised archives which may contain relevant documents regarding Greece’s foreign affairs and so on? Thank you so much!
Γεια! Bună! :)
I don't know if I can come up with sources for exactly what you ask in specific but here's some stuff I found.
I would first recommend the captain obvious / sly way: Go to the page of the History of Modern Greece in Wikipedia. The page is very detailed and long and it links you to even more detailed main articles about all the historical events one by one. And there are all the references you can search more and the citations you can use there. I linked the English page - but do study the Greek equivalent simultaneously. Sometimes the English one leans towards British / French "inherent innocence" in regards to its involvement in Greek matters. So both together, with their links to extra pages and all the references can provide a generous amount of information that will be pretty safe.
Old publications released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They cover several of the years 1878 - 1921. Half are in Greek and half are in French though. Here's the link.
Here you will find the pdf of the standard senior high school book on modern and modern Greek history.
This is a pdf of the Topics on Modern Greek History, the schoolbook of the senior year in high school for those who plan to study humanities and social sciences in particular.
The link I am giving you below includes online catalogs from Greek libraries (National Library, Academy of Athens and Gennadius Library). It also has links to open access databases on Modern Greek studies. It's catalogs though, research guides. Not access to the books themselves.
One that might be useful is the Journal of Modern Greek Studies. It's the scientific journal dealing with Greek history and culture exclusively after the Byzantine era.
I would recommend the podcast of historian Giorgos Mavrogordatos - Διορθωτικά Μαθήματα Ιστορίας (Corrective History Lessons). It's very serious work, based on his books as well which he mentions so you can search for them and buy them for more info or in order to cite them. You will find his podcast everywhere, Apple, Spotify, and pod.gr . It has around 67 episodes I believe, the first nine discuss other incidents in Europe and the world which could be similar to Greece's situation and then all the rest are about Greece - mostly the events of 1922 but stretching before and after that, and then some episodes about the Greek monarchy. Of course the problem is that it is, well, a podcast, therefore you need to be acquainted with listening to Greek rather than reading it.
Tumblr media
A history website that has great quality and a lot of stuff is Η ΜΗΧΑΝΗ ΤΟΥ ΧΡΟΝΟΥ. It has also articles about world history and its own podcasts. It has a huge archive of articles on Greek history and particularly the modern one, and a lot of little known events, people's documentations and experiences of said historical events, which can give a touch of spice to your thesis. Check out its history menu in this screenshot:
Tumblr media
See, it covers the 20th century exhaustively. Of course, it's a website, so what you can do is that once you read something useful in this website, you then make a targeted search about it on the Internet to find the scientific sources and citations because they don't do it themselves often. But they are legit.
That's the best I could do. Inviting anyone knowing history professors' by name to give us links to their publications (cos I am bad with names and remembering sources and such) or if there is any digital archive database you know out there, help Anon out!!!
In the meantime, I still think the wikipedia can save a life when used carefully. And the podcast is good. In fact, if you search your pod app with Greek characters about "νεότερη Ελληνική ιστορία", it might give you several useful results.
BTW I was amazed to find out that we apparently do not have a Greek-based proper, modern, attractive, friendly to use website about Greek History (all of it), addressed to everyone interested and just being a good, extensive and easily accessible source of historiographical content. I have seen many other nations, even much smaller, having such and putting a lot of work in them (although to my recollection in some cases the contents are wild and not very scientific...). You'd expect Greece would have something similar (hopefully minus the unscientific part) about Greek history but nah. This is both sad and not surprising at all. I mean, η μηχανή του χρόνου is good but it's mostly Greek for Greeks. And other blogs that are very personal and subjective may lack in integrity. But an official modern state-supported website that could engage people from all over the world? Nah. I mean, the ministry itself suggests in the year of our Lord 2023 to use IE4 as a browser! Put THAT on your thesis Anon *laughs to hide the frustration*

you're white so i need you to be more tactful about the way you talk about privilege and being educated and whatever else you use as "gotchas" for people who don't like or agree with you. because the way you talk about privilege always makes it sound like it's something that has nothing to do you and it's incredibly weird. i think that's half of why your pretentiousness and negativity in particular is so grating to people. i'm not even someone who dislikes you but the way you talk about it leaves a bad taste in my mouth because you do still come from a place of privilege and your experience as a trans person doesn't cancel that out because you're still white in an english speaking country, with somewhere to live, access to gender affirming care and receiving an education.
im sorry but.. you literally don't know a single thing about me. i've never in my life said my whiteness isn't a point of privilege but the fact that you think you know me and how i feel and talk and understand privilege from a few 200-word posts i make on this website or in the tags of a post is very naive. im white. i also come from a second world country where i wasn't raised by my own parents for 10 years, juggled between other family, then came to england where i was thrown between places to live because middle class landlords kept throwing us out because we were too poor to afford to pay their rent. i was homeless for 2 years, living in a box with no electricity and no power. one of those time periods being the harshest winters in england. i got my first degree while homeless and starving myself because food is expensive. for 20 years i was physically and verbally abused at home by my brother including when i came back from university. it only stopped a couple of years back when he almost killed me and i had to call the police, who turned up 3 days late and didn't do anything. my 'gender affirming care' came 6 years late and wouldn't have come at all if i didn't call repeatedly. there are articles of other trans people killing themselves because the list is so long and the system is hacked into regularly to make sure our details are forgotten. it's that big of an issue that it's making headlines. by the way, the only reason i'm getting a university education is because the interview i gave for my bachelors degree was passionate, because during high school, all of my native english speaking teachers repeatedly put me down and put me in lower ranking classes because to them, being a foreign immigrant automatically meant that i was stupid and didn't understand the language the same way that their people do. it messed up my entire education for me. and my masters and my phd would have been IMPOSSIBLE if the law on student loans hadn't changed, because then i would have had no way to pay for it, which by the way is 90% of the reason i applied for those degrees in the first place, because im still poor and living in a council house, which is what the british council gives you when you're homeless and living on the streets -- a broken down home filled with mold and holes that you can't say no to because you need a place to live.
so uh yeah. im white and im currently receiving medical care and have a house that the council so GENEROUSLY decided to give us after letting us live on the streets for so long. but i'd really appreciate it if you all stopped pretended like 'you're white though' grants you the same amount of privilege that cishet middle class people have -- which, by the way, is always ALWAYS the kind of privilege that i refer to specifically when i do talk about it.
i think i've earned my right to be negative about my life on my own blog given the way that it's gone so far.

🔮 for the ask game? :) btw, i think it's really cool that you're doing both a phd in structural biology and a bachelor's in english! what led you to these two different fields, if i may ask?
Hi! Thanks for the ask :)
🔮 What’s your dream job?
I joke that I have plans A-F or G for my future, in case something doesn't work out. Plan A is to do research in a public institution :)))) I am trying my best to enjoy the ride of the PhD without getting too mentally involved so I don't get burnt out on my first year (so far so good). I would love to be able to get that position in Spain, because my family is here and I enjoy living here more than abroad, but I would consider moving somewhere in Europe too. Plan G is to become a cheese maker :D
Second question under the cut because it might get rambly?
In Spain, you have to commit to one major before entering uni, and it's quite hard to switch without having to start from the beginning. The concept of minors doesn't exist either. So I, along with many other Spanish students, struggled a lot before finally picking one degree to study. I knew I was probably going to get into biochem, but my priority list looked something like this: biochem, chem, modern languages, history, biotech, english studies, maths... you get the drill. So when I finished my biochem bachelor's and felt quite burnt out, I decided to take a year off from studying that topic*. And I thought, why not start another degree? In Spain there's a distance uni where the studying is mostly done independently and you can take exams in many European countries, so I decided to start English Studies there. It was a very good choice imo because later that year covid hit and I would've had nothing to do with the other half of my year while locked in at home.
I told myself that the moment it got too much I would just decrease my workload and continue at a slower pace, but throughout my master's I managed to keep up with the classes and pass all exams. I have only really really struggled this last semester, because I found the BA thesis quite hard. But it's handed in now :')
Why English? I actually would've liked somehting with a bigger focus on languages and literature rather than only english and having half the degree focus on linguistics, but there wasn't much choice in this uni. So I went with English :) I really like reading and I must say I have enjoyed reading most of the books we had to read for class! And I really like knowing more about literary theory and what to think about when I'm reading.
*Actually I did a 6 month internship in Berlin. But it wasn't studying so it doesn't count.

My dad said about my English Masters "this is what you've been working for for the past four and a half years" let me tell you that when I did my bachelors I couldn't wait to get out of there, I wasn't fighting the war to get this masters degree, i wanted OUT, but then I took the dumb decision to do the masters and now I'm unhappy with my choices

A Check-In
Now that I have finished going through the first half of Season 1 of Obey Me, I wanted to take the opportunity to say hello. That way, you didn't think I was some robot.
So, how are you guys doing? Are you enjoying what I've put out some far?
I am mere days away from starting my final class for my bachelor's degree in English, and I'm both excited and nervous for it. I'm also trying to get things situated in my first place, and I'm in line for a promotion at work.
I will be pausing this little Obey Me rewrite series for right now. I feel like 10 lessons in a 20-lesson season is a natural break. However, I will be continuing doing the chats (at least, up until Day 50, because that's when Belphie comes in). Also...
Requests are open! The link is below:
Questions/Requests
I can write the following:
one shots involving individual characters
those "how would different characters react to things" posts
fluff
smut (as long as it's consensual)
things about the brothers, the royals, Solomon, Simeon, and Luke
while I can also write about Thirteen, Raphael, and Mephistopheles, I am not as familiar with those characters as I am about the others, since I haven't even finished Season 3 yet.
Basically, anything's fair game unless I say otherwise. Once I'm at a point where I feel like resuming the main Obey Me rewrite series, I will close requests, and it's back to regularly scheduled programming.

feel free to ignore if this is too personal of course, but your post about bilingualism got me curious: what language(s) do you know (or kinda know)? what language did you do a degree in?
tragically i started french in 1st grade, got my bachelors in francophone lit/linguistics/translation (had maybe 3 profs who spoke any english), lived with several francophones, did customer service in french for like two and a half years, and do not speak any french <3

bro what the HELL you mean four majors at once?! what? how??
IT'S COMPLICATED 😭 actually, it's three and a half??
My first one is a major/minor program where I do Asian Studies with Chinese as my minor! I didn't really enjoy that much though and didn't know what to do with it but I didn't want to drop out either, so I just... Added more instead? So then I added a double major program to it where I am doing English Studies and German as a second/foreign language (not a teaching degree but I will get a license to teach German)
Thankfully I only have to write two bachelor's theses though, one for Asian Studies and in the other program I can choose. I'm actually writing the first bachelor thesis right now! It's. Hell.
It all is...... Very time consuming to do but I think it was a good decision to add more because Chinese was not going to get me anywhere (unless you work in economics which I very much don't want to do)

Reva, the Screaming Banshee who Enables and Encourages Slander (part 2)
Continued from part 1....
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now pay attention, my dear readers, because this part is gonna be brought up later on! We have already talked about the fact that I am also a victim of stalking and dogpiling in real life by my IRL friends WHILE I was going through all this shit, so it’s not hard to assume and confirm that I have PTSD when it comes to situations like this. One beautifully tragic morning I had to go to one of my English classes, because surprise surprise, I’m a college student… who is trying to NOT to go into fucking debt by failing. Apparently Reva couldn’t comprehend this,... perhaps didn’t consider bothering in the first place. That morning I had woken up from a nightmare/memory of my Stalker pulling the whole demanding my attention thing during my history class when I was going for my Culinary Degree. Now, waking up from that… and having another boy demand my attention while I was going to English class for my Bachelors for English… well… It’s easy to say that the ‘ol demon of unbridled rage possessed me for a hot minute there. Then he ran off to bash me in a server that I didn’t know about… which is reasonable. I was being a total bitch and I do regret it, but what was the reason for that little demand of my attention?
He thought that I didn’t like him (I did a little bit, but I loathe him now), and he was big upsetti spaghetti because I didn’t complete our little art project with the ship kids that @felicitythekittycat supposedly loathes (it’s not like that art takes literal weeks sometimes months to complete depending on how much detail I put in, if I have homework, if my stalker isn’t demanding my attention every half a second etc.).
It’s also not like I’m scared of being screamed at while I’m already emotionally fragile to the point that a feather could break me.
Truly, I should’ve just given him ALLLLLLLLLLLL my attention.
Also, it’s not like he and @felicitythekittycat literally showed off my mental breakdown later on in that same fucking server for everyone to gawk at and make fun of me… making me the village idiot/joke/pathetic cartoon villain…. Again…..
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And I’m the bad guy? Have we all agreed I’m the true villain here?
(Side note from an emotionally exhausted me: The reason why @felicitythekittycat was supposedly crying that time was because I was trying to guess what version of Nightmare!Sans got its own server AT 1AM, and I'm an insomniac who at the time was in college for my Culinary Degree. Another note that must be made is now I finally know why he called me "one of the most disgusting people he ever had the displeasure of meeting". I find it EXTREMELY odd and disturbing that he continues to act concerned and wonders if I hate him and "unnerved" when I pretend like nothing is wrong when that is often what he and the others do in that server from my perspective. So, when he and the others do it, it's totally normal. But when I do it, suddenly there is a problem that needs to be pushed. During this time he actively knew I had a stalker, BTW.)
Tumblr media
Oh, and also apparently, I’m not allowed to vent in my own server of a whole ass 6 people! Because it gets more people involved with a situation that they’re not a part of…. Now where have I heard that before? Hmmmmmmm, maybe we should scroll up this entire post and uh… see if we see something funny. Liiiiiiiiiiike hypocrisy!
This screenshot was about me making a display of taking down my art contest that I made for the server. It was a basic concept and looking back it may have been a bit TOO ADVANCED for the artists there at the time, but who’s to say. Several people, including @felicitythekittycat, were planning on “memeing” the contest, which was that they were gonna all submit the same picture just to be assholes to me. Now I was reasonably mad because one, I thought it was gonna be a fun little contest – it was basically this:
You have to draw a character that isn’t yours – it can be your friend’s, an anime’s, etc., thus basically it could be any character of your choice so long as it isn’t your OC – and you have to draw them in an outfit that is inspired by food. It could be inspired by the texture, the color, shape language, etc. So essentially you could make a piece of your best friend’s character in a suit that is inspired by Tiramisu if you wanted, specifically the colors it has, and thus give it to said friend as a gift.
Yeah, this was gonna be “memed” for…. What reason? I don’t know, other than the fact that I was the one that thought of it.
Here is the second reason why I was upset: There were PLENTY of other art contests similar to it without a single problem going on. My guess for the reason why Reva was so pissed was because he and his cocksucker posse were upset they couldn’t execute it and/or felt guilty for it. Maybe he thought it was funny too. However, a meme/joke is only funny if everyone is laughing,... and I wasn’t laughing.
You also see me being very submissive here… it’s because I didn’t want to get screamed at more. Plus, I was humiliated. It made me feel like it was a bad idea and that I was a bad person for even considering it. I still somewhat feel embarrassed by it. I do have reassurance that my ideas and emotions over this are valid, though it doesn’t do much to heal the damage that was done to my confidence. Again, showing the Emotional Manipulation and fear impacted my actions in this situation.
The concept isn’t even that strange, there is a Gacha Game called Food Fantasy with this very aesthetic! This concept is very much to HAVE FUN. Hell, League of Legends has an entire skinline with this concept. The point of not doing your own character was to encourage camaraderie and push the artists to get out of their comfort zone by drawing characters that they haven’t done very often. It takes a whole lot of horrific talent to turn something all about fun and camaraderie into something to humiliate a single individual. It is extremely disgusting.
So what do we have here all together?
An Emotionally Abusive and manipulative individual based on the following:
A person who likes to jump into screaming fits, threats of violence, personal insults, and refusing to hear anything other than his own voice, having and abusing a position of power, refusing to be accommodating to a person's trauma, invalidating said trauma, actively tried to get a person to relive that trauma for his personal gain, gets upset over his concept of “peace” being disrupted, does zero self-reflection and constantly imposes unequal rules via a “Rules for thee, but not for me” mentality, refuses to apologize and then actively hides when called out on his bullshit... This is who Reva is. This is how he has ALWAYS BEEN and likely will always be considering that he is hiding right now because "he moved on", a.k.a. refuses to take accountability and actively chose to not let me move on via giving me the answers I so desperately wanted and needed to move on.
But here is where we round out all of this. As I’ve shown before, the vents that he has done were in servers that I had no knowledge of. This is how they were able to talk about me behind my back. He even knew about @felicitythekittycat’s vents. They were in two servers that I didn’t know about and likely had far more people than my little server. I’m guessing that they had anywhere between 10-15 people minimum, could be below or above that line. Blatantly showing that it is because I’m not giving him all my attention and art. He views me as a punching bag and for that, I’m not allowed to complain about anything in his eyes. It’s considered “drama” until it actively affects him when no… this isn’t drama. These are actual problems and real crimes one can be punished for. He doesn’t care that felicitythekittycat pushed me into suicidal ideation and he condoned that behavior by joining in on it, and though his active inaction because here is the kicker… he knew exactly what she was doing and refused to look at any of my evidence until the last minute when he had lost my trust long ago. There was no turning back from that. Especially when he revealed my mental/emotional breakdown to people far outside my trusted circle. That was NOT his pain to share. Anyone in their right mind would be ashamed for doing that much.
Reva, if you’re reading this, which I truly do hope you are, the reason why I never went to you for anything is because I was dealing with so much shit and I was very much wary of men in my life for many, MANY reasons that you have ignored repeatedly and because you started off our “friendship” with an attack. You actively reinforced my fear and wariness towards men. I am not going to pet a dog that tried to kill me when I first met it. I’m also going to be scared of its species, because guess what? That’s what traumatic experiences can do to people, you dumb fuck.
So instead of screaming at me for never going to your immature, unreliable ass for anything… try looking in a mirror and ask yourself if maybe screaming at people when you first meet them is really a good idea and looks good on you. Oh and also, you’d never be a good CEO of Twitter. You’d make Elon Musk’s work look like a paradise. You can barely help run a server for dumbass little roleplays or handle cases of slander, you’d legit run that company to the ground and blame a random Starbucks barista for it. The shit I complained about were legitimate problems, NOT drama. Learn to read the fucking room instead of assuming everything is out to chop your baby chode off with a pair of rusty scissors.
If legitimate slander that is affecting my mental health is what you consider “drama”, then I’d HATE to see what you consider a crime…. Oh wait… I have… because I am the crime.
Me existing is an illegal act to you.
I wouldn’t be surprised if you were waiting with bated breath for me to off myself…. In that case you can keep waiting, motherfucker.
You said me and felicitythekittycat need to improve ourselves. Out of context, that is 100% a fair and understandable statement to make, but when it’s your mouth it came out of, I wonder just how blind you are to your own self-centered, narcissistic bullshit. IT IS OBVIOUSLY MORE THAN A ME AND HER PROBLEM. A TWO YEAR OLD COULD FIGURE THAT SHIT OUT.
I had a temper problem and kept on drawing boundaries. Felicitythekittycat had a habit for crossing them and slandering me behind my back, activities that you actively participated in and perpetuated ON IN TWO OF JESSIRONI'S SERVERS (turns out there are two servers and not just one). It’s like getting mad at a dog for biting your leg when you were the one who kicked it in the first place. You brought in FAR MORE people than I ever did in EVERY SINGLE FUCKING SITUATION THAT HAD ME RELATED TO OR IN IT. But I only had a whole 6 people whereas those secret servers had…. How many spectators? How many participants? You have a whole ass “Rules for thee but not for me” mentality here.
I legitimately hope you never confessed your feelings to that secret someone to spare them the absolute plight of your company. Even imagining you in a relationship makes me want to shit in my hands and clap in your general direction.
Okay I need to talk here straight up because I know that I’ve been losing my cool this entire post and I need to really just sit down and say this. When I was still on relatively… I suppose decent terms with Reva – (I don’t know nor do I believe if I was ever on good terms with him) – I was legitimately terrified of being screamed at and dogpiled virtually at literally any moment. In a way it was worse online because no matter how much evidence I had of felicitythekittycat‘s lies and proof of my innocence, he wouldn’t even look at it, nor would VishaRage or Poke – the owner of said RolePlay server – and I would be left unheard completely. I know that the question of why I have so much evidence and yet never used it to prove my innocence to those who are in power, well this is why. I was never heard. None of them wanted to give me the time of day unless I were the villain time and time again. Why? Well I shit you not… the delivery. I would be sarcastic like “Oh wow I’m such a horrible person” and then give my evidence. They wouldn’t even glance at it. Not even a quick skim of any of the screenshots. Why was I so sarcastic and sassy? I was tired of getting dogpiled and overwhelmed. I was tired of walking on eggshells all day every day with no break from it. So it’s no surprise that I gave up, especially in the last conversation I had with him. In our last conversation, he claimed he was trying to hear my side AFTER I pointed out that he never once tried to hear me out. I told him I didn’t believe him and blocked him. To be honest, I’d love to meet the bastard in real life just to see if he’d actually try to kill me. I’d tell him to just do it, fucking get it over with. There is one sole reason why I think all of this shit happened out of malicious intent and I’ll reveal it at the end of all of this.
I had taken a long break from writing this post not simply because of the holiday but because of the sheer amount of anxiety I get from looking at the screenshots that are about him and all his verbal abuse and threats towards my person. Mind you, I’m used to hearing screaming. I’m used to being bullied, but there is a breaking point and he and felicitythekittycat took full advantage of it and kept sprinting onwards. Killing me would’ve been a mercy.
