OH YEAH GOOD NEWS GUYS IT FINALLY RAINED
#it's been close to a month since we had rain#that is UNHEARD OF here during may/early june#the grass was dying#serious concerns were being voiced about crops#but IT HAS RAINED NOW#it might still be raining it's hard to hear it over my AC#I HOPE it is#these are the days my family is insanely grateful that our well is connected to an underground stream/river#my mom had a coworker who couldn't water her plants because they didn't have enough water to like take showers and water plants#and she has kids so that's not something you can really skip akjghlajdas#but it has RAINED NOW!#and it's supposed to rain more this week#it is very exciting#I did go out and dance in the rain yes#for context last year in may everything in our flowerbeds was underwater#this year the grass in the previously flooded area was dead and discolored
