Loki (asis! Loki in particular) would absolutely do the diet change with you. It wouldn't even be too hard for him - it's established that Loki is the cook of the family, so he just starts making meals that you can eat/that ups your vitamin intake. Loki's indulgence comes in the form of his sweet tooth (as we saw MANY times throughout the fic, lol) and that's not something you would have to give up entirely.

The only thing I can see him having some trouble giving up is wine. Don't get me wrong - he would never drink it in front of you. But you're more than aware that when he goes out to meet Jane, he's probably having a glass or two with his meal. But he's convinced you don't know, and you just let him think that.

Also, I feel like doing something as easy as adjusting eating habits for the benefit of your wife who is pregnant with your child would come naturally to Loki, but the fact that Thor failed so horribly at doing the diet with Jane would just spur Loki on even more. One more thing he can one up his brother in AND something that makes your life a little bit easier? Oh yeah, Loki is all in.
