So I was re-watching the season finale of the Owl House and I noticed something:
I really like this image a lot. This is right after the Abomaton shadow falls over Raine and Lilith. She looks terrified, but Raine?
Raine just looks pissed off.
I really like that. I mean, there are a lot of emotions that Raine could conceivably be feeling: fear, concern about their ex-girlfriend, realization that some part of the plan failed, but they just look angry. People have pointed out that Raine is a powerful coven head who is constantly underestimated, and I think this is another demonstration of that. And although I didn’t like that the next time we seen Raine after this, they’ve been beaten very badly by the Abomaton, it does mean that they put up a damn good fight against it.

God is a lot shorter than I thought he’d be. And wearing a nightcap.
The Collector’s eyes look similar to King’s, in that they both have yellow sclera. King’s irises are purple, whereas The Collector’s look more reddish-orange here. Their pupils are also not as dark as King’s. Maybe yellow sclera is just a thing for gods in this universe?
”Not angry,” says The Collector, before proceeding to send Philip flying into a wall at Mach 3, holy shit.
Once again, with emphasis this time, holy shit! He straight up turned this man-monster into goop!
So, uh… i guess that’s one problem dealt with, Now we just gotta figure out how to get this childish god not to turn every living being on the Isles into their plaything.

whaaa???
If I made reaction videos, you could all have seen me do some really funny noises right now.
I was kinda expecting The Collector to be a reality warper, I was just not expecting THIS!!! Oh, the draining spell is killing everyone? No problems, I’ll just MOVE THE MOON OUT OF THE WAY!!!!!
I’m sure that bit of Philip goop won’t come back to haunt us later.
As The Collector begins constructing their new playground and breaking apart the area around them, the kids are forced to flee toward the portal and the safety of the Human Realm where The Collector’s power doesn’t reach.
