Paris Haute Couture ss23 - Part Three
Miss Sohee
- I think there were some hidden gems in this collection
- had a very floral theme, and I love the focus on greens and purples - reminds me of poison
Tony Ward
- another collection that has received plenty of love, for good reason. I don’t think there was a piece I disliked
- They are both red-carpet looks, and would look amazing in a fantasy show, so naturally I love them
- the purple, gold and white is such a good combination, and I love the shade of green that was used
Marine Serre
- I’m a bit on the fence with this collection, but I think there were some nice pieces
- I enjoy the bright orange and thing it looks really good with the khaki tones in the dress of Look 39 (bottom centre photo)
Rami Kadi
- I think this collection was a bit hit and miss, but there were a few pieces I thought were effective
Georges Hobeika
- there were definitely some ‘horrors’ in this collection, but alongside, some really lovely and whimsical pieces
Vauthier
- this collection, alongside Elie Saab and Tony Ward, was one of my favourites.
- I’ve become a really huge fan of extravagant colours
- FUR. COATS. I just love how they look
Akin le Kal
- I think this was a pretty basic collection, but I appreciate how elegant they are
- the sweeping men’s coat trains were extremely fun
