You guys, there aren't even words to describe our wedding weekend. It's almost surreal to be able to call @redbeardroy my H U S B A N D now and not really mean my fiancé or boyfriend, even though most people assumed we were already married wherever we went. We had the most amazing day surrounded by our nearest and dearest and we couldn't have dreamed of anything better. I danced with flowers in my hair, we exchanged handwritten vows, and got to end our night under the stars. Now I have a new favorite day and it was one for the books. Left over mac and cheese and pies here we come! Have we seemed extra quiet this week? It's because it's our wedding week! We're heading to the Pocono mountains today to spend the week hanging out with our families on the lake while we get everything ready for Saturday! Even though we're currently fighting with the rainy forecast for our nuptials, Roy and I are still so excited to F I N A L L Y make it official and celebrate with our friends and family! We'll be switching over to our personal accounts for the week, but we'll be sure to share a photo or two! One of the things we loved at our wedding was doing a postcard guestbook. We picked out the national parks collection and the states to give a nod to our little travel-loving hearts. When we were reading through some of our messages after the wedding we were touched to find that our guests picked cards that they connected with because they had been there and connected with those places, so they got to share a piece of their special memories with us!
