Would Dorian Grey survive?
Dorian Gray leads a charmed life ...
The Picture of Dorian Gray is wondrously vague on technicalities, but the James Vane incident suggests to me that Dorian is protected from misadventure. Destruction visits all those around him, but leaves him... pristine.
Babyfaced youthful Dorian is exactly the kind of snack these vampires would love to sink their teeth into. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him, and they fight each other for the privilege. Dorian might seek out the Girlies, just to see what it's like. Perhaps he experiments with vampirism the same way he experiments with religion. His blood tastes like oil paint.
On the other hand Dorian doesn't like things that are unpleasant. And Dracula is very unpleasant, with his foul breath and dusty halls and obvious age. He keeps touching him with his horrible old man hands and Dorian doesn't like that, and Dorian doesn't do things he doesn't like. Dorian doesn't like death so he would never dream of going down into the crypt. Climbing walls? Like a lizard? Ew, no.
So it's a toss up between the fun new depravities and having to look at an old person.
There is no good reason for Dorian Gray to survive Castle Dracula... but he does anyway. While his picture back home grows pale and anemic, and the cruel mouth that Basil never painted gets sharper day by day...
