I found this cute cc free farm lodge at the exchange. It's made by saitouamy and can be downloaded here . I placed it on a waay to big lot in North Bend, so I'm not sure if I'll keep it in my save file but it's so adorable I'll just let it here til I need the space, it has such a nice scenery. You should check out the creators page at the exchange, it has some pretty cool other buildings.

I'm alive & still building, work has just been a pain.

This is my witch sim Cassiopeia's house built in Nilxis' Hylewood world. Be warned that it's a VERY cluttered house (!!) but mostly maxis match with nothing ridiculously high poly. Play tested and every furniture route work as intended. During gameplay, make sure to set the front door manually, otherwise service sims will just use the back door to drop newspapers and whatnot lol. This house is best for a single sim.

I tried to include all the custom patterns I've used. There's one (1) CAP pattern used in the kitchen walls that must be installed through the launcher unless you know how to properly convert it to package. I've placed this one separately in the folder for an easier find.

I recommend playing this house in Hylewood, it might look weird in other world's terrains!

I'm hoping this gift will please you, friends, as a lot of you asked for it. (It took me an eternity to track down all the CC used, but I finally did it on time ! Yeeeeah !!!)

Features : A fully furnished big vintagy family house on a 40x40 residential lot. Its first floor is mostly open except for the painting room. In the back of the house, you can find a big swimming pool for all the family and their friends to enjoy. There is three bedrooms upstairs and each one has its own bathroom, and every floor has its separated toilets.

EP needed : Supernatural, Ambitions, World Adventures, Generations, Showtime (for one candelabra, so it won't be a huge deal if you don't have it).

Please note that I've added invisible fences on the red lines showed above to block townies. They tend to enjoy the garden and swimming pool a little too much. :P

250 Followers Gift: Spooky Mansion

this is just my way to say thank you to all of you who are following me, liking my posts and sending me so nice messages! I already showed this house earlier (exactly here, here and here), but it was one of my wips that I hadn't have the energy to finish till now.

I built this as a home for my Grim Reaper, his beloved Bonehilda and their dog. You will find some of the stuff they collected in egypt when they were on vacation that i tried to fit in the style of the house (the household itself is not part of this upload). It comes as a package file, so just put it in your library. Should fit on any 40x40 or bigger lot. I did not use any third party CC, but there are some store objects in it, decrapified and non-decrapified as well. Should be mostly clutter, so you won't miss anything important if something doesn't show up correctly. But feel free to text me if you miss something special, I can look it up for you. I used plenty supernatural stuff in here, so I would recommend you have at least this pack installed. No t.o.u. but don't reupload on paysites or claim as your own. Would love to see it in your game, so if you use it I'd be happy if you tag me. Floor plan and more pics are below the cut. Have fun! 💜

If you prefer the second or third apartments, please enable “testingcheatsenabled true”, “RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings Off” and “buydebug on” after to remove the Hidden Room Markers and place it to the other room you will not be using. Don't forget to remove the NPC Door tag by holding CTRL + SHIFT and click on the door to select the "Unmake NPC Door" option.

This lot has been play-tested however I noticed that Sims tend to prioritize using nearby objects. For example, if you're on the first floor and select the elevator to go up, the Sim will opt for the nearest option, which is the stairs versus if you select the third floor, Sims will then choose the elevator.

A student dorm in front of Hamachi Gakuen for those who want to live closer to the school~ Because this was meant for my own gameplay, only 4 rooms are furnished equally but not decorated, so you can do it yourself to fit your gameplay best! The other rooms are hidden with a mark, to freely edit them you must use the RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings false cheat.
