Vintage Pride Shirts - Pride 2023

This year for pride I’m taking inspiration from the pride protests and figures of history. This set includes 18 unisex t-shirts all made from real designs from the 70s-90s.

CREDIT: These shirts were made using meshes from @its-adrienpastel, who graciously allows meshes to be included in recolors. The fem mesh uses their Talia T-Shirt, and the masc mesh uses their Repeat T-Shirt. You do not need to download these for my recolors to work, but you should definitely still check out their CC if you haven’t. 

Note: To honor the real history here, I am choosing not to translate any of the text into Simlish. This is rare for me, and I know a lot of people hate English text in the game, so just know that I almost never do anything in exclusively English like this.

MORE PRIDE FLAGS v2

Happy belated pride month everyone! I had intended to have this done during June, but ended up getting busy and having to delay it a bit. Better late than never!! I present: The biggest CC project I’ve done so far.

BGC, 3 .package versions

Merged, unmerged, and 500 swatch version. Note that the 500 swatch version has some issues and will not be maintained.

There’s also a file labeled REQUESTS, this is for flag requests I get in the future, and is an optional download.

500 swatches, including remakes and variations/alternatives.

I realize this is a LOT of flags. It’s a lot for me to even remember. Feel free to remove swatches you’re not going to use, the original will always remain up if you want any back!

DISCLAIMER: I will not be taking any flags/terms out. Some flags included are reclaimed, uncensored slurs that people genuinely, in good faith, are and identify as. These include D-ke [y], f-gg-t [a,o], F-mb-y [e,o], and Q---r [uee]. There are also some “controversial” flags/indentities, such as Bi Lesbian and similar terms. Pride Thigh High Socks

I finally decided to do some pride CC this year!! I started a bit late and had some technical issues so please forgive the late upload, but I’m pretty excited to finally post something for pride! This is the biggest CC project I’ve done thus far and I would love to do more in the years to come! this was mostly a warmup to see if I’ve learned enough to make more CC for the public and I’m very pleased with myself!

I made sure at the very least the first word of every flag is visible over the swatch bar! I have very poor memory so I figured it’d be useful.

I will note some flags [specifically the unlabeled flags] are a bit hard to see, I decided to leave them as is since I don’t feel comfortable altering the colors of the original flags, I’m sorry about that. There are also a few with very compressed symbols, I tried fixing it but I couldn’t figure it out. Hopefully it isn’t too bad :\

I have to give a gigantic shoutout to my partner @yeehaww-sims for not only the insane amount of resources they shared with me to be able to do this, but their incredible help and advice along the way! If it weren’t for them this wouldn’t have happened.

HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!

I'm only a little late, but better late than never!! Today I have for you: 16 recolours and an overlay, totaling to 17 pieces of cc!

I know some of these have been recoloured for pride before, but I've never been happy with some of them, so I did it myself!

This started out as a personal recolour series for myself and my partner, but I wanted to share it with everyone! Because of that, please note that certain flags/terms were chosen with my personal wants/preferences in mind first, and then others I thought others might want/are never included in any recolour.
