A collection of craftsman-style homes, ranging in size from a humble one-story bungalow allllll the way up to a modern craftsman McMansion. These shells are move-in ready with basic landscaping, floor plans, essential fixtures (kitchens and bathrooms), and unique features (fireplaces, built-ins, etc.) all awaiting customization based on your preferences. Lean into the historic finishes (there’s a lot of wood grain and wallpaper, folks!) or wipe the slate clean to make the space—and San Sequoia—truly your own. 

Lot details:

Small | 30x20 | 2 bed, 1 bath | a small bungalow, includes access to an unfinished basement to grow into for extra space

Medium | 30x20 | 3 bed, 2.5 bath | a two-story bungalow featuring a ground floor primary bedroom with an attached nursery 

Large | 30x20 | 4 bed, 2 bath | an efficient foursquare-style craftsman with a home office on the ground floor that could be converted to a 5th bedroom

Extra Large | 40x30 | 4 bed, 3 bath | an expansive craftsman home with ample living and entertaining spaces

Extra Extra Large | 50x40 | 7 bed, 5 bath | a modern craftsman-inspired mansion with more than enough space for just about anything

Seasons, Get Famous, and, of course, Growing Together are key for the craftsman style exteriors. I’ve used from all packs freely for wallpapers and flooring throughout but you’ll likely want to customize those anyway!

As a thank you for 100 patrons I'm giving away a few gifts! This is one of more to come. The unfurnished shell of Lou & Imogen's current townhouse in Lykaia. Even in the show most of the townhouse is unfurnished aside from the main areas I film in. There's a few dead areas all around the home. Particularly the massive and empty garage. Since their home is right by the water, the back is flat and they have zero yard area. Feel free to change up the house as you wish. Add a backyard, put it on a larger lot and add a pool. Have fun with it! This is how the townhome looks on the show:

I built this large family home for a friend and since I shared it to the gallery, I might as well share it here. It’s mostly unfurished (except for the kitchen and bathrooms). It has 8+ bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, an open plan living, a large basement with a hobby room, butler’s room and access to the underground crypt. There’s a small garden outside, as well as a treehouse and a pool. And a magic tree, because this home is intended for spellcasters, hence the touch of magic/quirky exterior.

[Build Shell Dump 1]

Three (of the dozens of) builds Xan started but drifted away from. The exteriors are all finished, interiors painted and floored, but they’re unfurnished and unlandscaped. A friend wanted them, so I’m sharing. In order:

The Old Colonial - Based on this graphic by @shatterstag. Thought it was cute, so it exists now. Could be anything.

Functional Debug - An accurate recreation of a City Living debug building; two buildings merged, with three and four floors respectively.

Bahay na Bato - Based on Filipino townhouses; two floors, multi-level.

Warden Hill

My husband asked me for a really big house with rooms for everything and I think I got it lol. Warden Hill has a Master suite, an In-law suite, plus 5 bedrooms with attached baths! And that's not even all of it. This was designed to be a move-in ready shell, but I went a little farther at his request, so some basics are already added. 

I blew through this build so fast, it feels like! I did use a floorplan though; they always seem to go much faster that way. Side note, anyone else have that problem where you upload something, then find a tiny error that you missed? So you take it down, fix it, put it back up... and then find another small error? Yeah that was definitely this guy; I had to reupload twice in 10 minutes, and I was so excited/sad to see that there'd been 14 downloads by then! It always feels good to know you guys enjoy my work ^.^
