his  scowl  deepens  —  the  exaggerated  look  of  disgust  taking  on  an  almost  humorous  tilt.  ❝  and  another  thing.  shikanoin?  seriously?  i'm  not  interested  in  some  stranger  playing  matchmaker,  but  the  least  you  could  do  is  be  reasonable.  ❞  pick  someone  he  hasn't  thought  about  killing  next  time.  (  although,  that  would  leave  them  awfully  strapped  for  options ...  )   ❝  i'm  not  INTERESTED  in  anyone  else at all.  ❞  he  hasn't  been  in  a very  long  time.  it's  a  bit  strange,  honestly  —  like  a  setting  adjusted  in  his  head.  he  can  still register  when  a  face  appeals  to  him,  but  he  has  absolutely  no  desire  to  act  on  it,  nor  any  real  interest  in  appreciating  it  further  than  a  cursory  acknowledgement.  is  that  normal?  ren  isn't  sure.  he's  never  actually  pursued  a  RELATIONSHIP  before.
