medio plato de tu comida y opcional :rellenar el resto con un poco de ensalada, sin ningún tipo de aderezo o aceite.
1 vaso de agua
Merienda 2
3 vasos de agua
algún chicle o menta
(en caso de emergencia o mucha hambre un puñado de fruta con pocas calorías)
Cena (opcional)
té o café con poco endulzante (de preferencia no le pongas)
Día 2:
Desayuno
Media taza de leche
1 vaso de agua

3 vasos de agua
algún chicle o menta
(no permitiremos ningún otro tipo de alimento extra)
Comida
comer solo la 4 parte de tu plato
1 vaso de agua entre cada bocado de comida
Merienda 2
te o café con poco endulzante (de preferencia sin el)
1 vaso de agua
( esta vez si dejaremos que en caso de emergencia o mucha hambre comas un puñado de fruta con pocas calorías)
Cena (opcional)
1 manzana o fruta con bajas calorías o 2 vasos mas de agua
Día 3
Desayuno
media taza de leche
1 cuchara de cereal sin azúcar
1 vaso de agua
Merienda 1
4 vasos o mas de agua
(en caso de emergencia o mucha hambre un puñado de fruta con pocas calorías)

Sáltala inventado una excusa o come solamente una 4 parte de tu plato
1-2 vasos de agua
Merienda 2
Agua mineral con sabor, te o café
(sin ningún tipo de alimento extra)

1 manzana o fruta con bajas calorías o 2 vasos mas de agua
Día 4 :
Desayuno
Podemos saltarlo ya que comimos muy poco ayer , solo tomar 1 vaso de agua o en caso de hambre también podemos añadir 1 vaso de leche
Merienda 1:
chicle o menta
3 o mas vasos de agua
Comida
solo si tiene hambre, puedes tomar la 4 parte de tu plato o comer ensalada sin aceite o algún tipo de aderezo
2-3 vasos de agua
Merienda 2:
un puñado de fruta con pocas calorías
té o café sin azúcar
3 o mas vasos agua
Cena (opcional)
puedes saltarla pero en caso de hambre puedes tomar té o café con poca azúcar
Dia 5:
Desayuno
como recompensa por comer muy bien el resto de la semana, un tazón de cereales o un pan con un vaso de leche

medio puñado de fruta con pocas calorías
