Don't you hate it when you can't sleep because you have been countless nights wondering about your future in a foreign place, hoping that one day someone will come to your aid without asking for anything in exchange, helping you find the answers you've been so desperately holding on to despite the hardships you've endured for months, having to fend off for yourself because no one else can even try to look out for you without being taken advantage of? I wanted to draw something related to my Yuu's hobby, clock making! She just enjoys clocks way to much...💖

Like any other hobby that you enjoy doing, she can spend hours making them without caring about the time, she loses sleep because of this bad habit. Grim's very done with the constant sounds of wood carving and the stray shavings of wood that get everywhere.

Ok ok ok,

Just hear me out..

Ahiru from Princess Tutu as Yuu!

And she helps deescalate overblotting when she dances ballet as Princess Tutu (like during their flashback to traumatic childhood moments)

I don't know if this would be like Sailor Moon/ Superman where no one but Grimm and the ghosts (and maaaaaybe Crowley?) know she and Tutu are one and the same.

Lilia totally knows and keeps saying vague things that confuddle Ahiru about whether or not her identity is discovered.

Jack maybe knows, or at least assumes they are related if not the same person.

Ace keeps saying things like "Man, you're such a klutz! You know who isn't a klutz? That pretty ballerina." While Deuce is all “She seems strong…I’d like to fight her!” please don’t

Maybe Idia, Ortho, Cater, and/or Rook would be the ones actively trying to find out her identity. Rook even dubs her "La Princesse des Cygnes."

All of the post-blotted dorm leaders + Jamil would look back on the calming dance with the mysterious princess fondly, even if some *Leona* won't admit it. Some might even developed a crush on the beautiful and gentle ballerina??

Malleus meets Ahiru as she is in her normal- klutzy - human form, and becomes fascinated by her without even knowing or being interested in the rumors of "La Princesse de Cygnes.”

Gym Class? Despite Coach Vargas's well-intentioned —though mostly overwhelming —support, Ahiru trips over her own feet, and cannot be trusted with a broom.

Alchemy Class? Professor Crewel makes Ahiru sit in a corner and do-not-move-a-muscle-for-the-seven's-sake so that no vials shatter and no potions that should't go together won't mix. Somehow, explosions still happen.

History Class? Professor Trein sees Ahiru as a well-behaved - well, as best as she can - student, but for some reason his cat finds reasons to pounce at her and scare her, disrupting the class.

If she still randomly turns into a duck:

Leona finds her duck version and -surprisingly- is quite sweet to the duckling (a more gentle and less sinister version of Scar teasing and playing with the mouse after the opening of The Lion King) before Ruggie interrupts him, and Duck-Ahiru scampers away in fright when Leona sarcastically tells the hyena he interrupted his lunchtime. Whoops.

Grimm doesn't actually attempt to eat Duck-Ahiru despite constant empty threats he'll do so whenever he and Ahiru argue. He actually comes zooming to her aid if he perceives the duckling to be in danger (much like Archimedes saving Wart/ Arthur when the latter was a fish in The Sword and the Stone.), though he quickly denies actually worrying about her and insists it'd be inconvenient if he lost his minion.

Prince Mytho Role:

Malleus, but actually interested in Ahiru from the start? Amused -and touched - that even though she seemed terrified of him at first, Ahiru actively makes an effort to get to know him till she's not even phased by his intimidating appearance and comfortably interacts with him.

Fakir Role:

Leona, in that he's rough and teasing to Ahiru, but is surprisingly gentle with Duck!Hiru, and maybe shows his hidden soft side to her. Big flustered tsundere when he one day puts two and two together and realizes why this cute and sweet little duck's scent is so similar to Ahiru's.

Just something I thought would be fun.

Okay question about Pops Leona AU since it was mentioned in the last thing. What DOES Leona tell Kenta about the ramshackle pair? Cause for some reason I imagine it going like

Leona: Listen. They are herbivores. The cat is annoying. The prefect has no magic. But if you're ever any immediate serious trouble you go to them first. They can handle anything.

Kenta joking: Even you pops?

Leona overblot flashbacking: Yes they have.

If we are going by like. The manga Yuu? oh absolutely, You go to that one, he knows how to use a sword! ( Kendo stick but still )

If we are going with the light novel, he hesitates to call them reliable BUT he will still suggest it since they're apparently tougher than they look. Weepy lil herbivore who can take on the world despite always in tears.

Game Yuu, I'm not sure. it could go either way!

But Leona does generally respect Yuu and will suggest that his son go to them if things get bad.

Grimm, meanwhile, is like. "Son if you wanna practice stalking and pouncing, do it on that thing. It's perfect for practice and if you give it tuna it'll generally take it without complaint.

She really loves her big brother. It is so nice to see. Even with how happy he is with her. 

This is wonderful to read. I love their sibling dialogue so much. They care for each other. It is really nice to see. I love it. I hope we get more of her.

I’ve seen somewhere that both Ortho and Grimm are based off of Cerberus, Hades dog, and I’m not sure if this is true, but if it is, then there should probably be a third character that’s based on him, since Cerberus has three heads but there are only two characters

Yuu and reader but

But reader is forgettable.

Imagine Reader who arrived in Twisted Wonderland with Yuu, they got along very well together and with Grim, but Yuu and Grim end up abandoning Reader, creating their group of friends that we all know. Reader tries to approach them, become friends with them, but without success.

And then Reader finds himself alone, and everyone acts as if he doesn't exist. So much so that Reader questions his existence and becomes very quiet.

The ghosts realize this and spend time with Reader, and Reader considers them his only true friends. I'm pretty sure Reader would have tried to kill himself to become a ghost and join the ghosts gang but would have failed.

Reader would have stopped going to class, some teachers (Trein and Crewel) would have noticed and talked to him about it.

Reader walks around campus at all hours without anyone noticing him (he would have already been dancing in class and singing loudly and out of tune and no one would have noticed).

In the end, Reader is left alone for so long, talking to no one except the ghosts, that he forgets his name (the ghosts call him "Little Ghost").

And at book 5, he meets Chenya. And this is how it happens :

“What do you do alone ?” Chenya asked.

"Wait... Are you talking to me ?" Reader asked sitting in a tree, looking left and right before looking at Chenya.

"Yeah ? There's no one else around." the cat remarked amusedly.

"Oh- sorry I'm not used to people seeing me !" Reader said with a smile on his face, excited that someone alive was talking to him.

"Huh ? Why ?" Chenya asked, frowning in confusion.

“Well, people still act like I’m not there, like I don’t exist.” Reader explained. “Exept ghosts, you’re the first to talk to me in months !”

“oh…” Chenya looked worried. “And what’s your name ?”

"Oh I'm-huh..." Reader said before frowning.

“Well, hello ‘huh’, I’m Chenya.” Chenya said trying to lighten the mood.

“Nah, nah.. I don’t remember my name.” Reader said sounding scared, his breathing quickening.

“huh ?”

"What's my name? What's my name? Who am I? I forgot? I forgot..."

"Hey, calm down, you'll remember.." Chenya tried to calmly reassure.

"No- no ! You're not supposed to notice me or talk to me ! Go with more important people, people who remember their names, who they are !" (Reader having an existential crisis <3)

In the end, Chenya manages to calm Reader down, and he calls him "Little Ghost" (like ghosts) until they find his name.

After that, Chenya will talk about that as his friends at the RSA (like Neige), and they would do all for create a new identity at Reader and after that they will take him with them at the RSA (The RSA director was the one that have the idea of the new identity).

Sam friends of the other side won't stop crying about "The child that have forget his name", making Sam confused (they never answer at his questions about him).

And Trein would be the one finding out that Reader have left three days later.

If nobody write that, I will write it myself.
