the idea of dazai sitting on chuuya's lap is so fucking funny to me.

like imagine this 5'11 lanky asshole seeing chuuya reading in a chair or something and deciding to go drape himself on top of him. like no one's comfortable in this situation. dazai has to bend his legs weirdly since the chair is too short, and his back would probably be hunched in a horrible position in order to be able to press his head into chuuya's chest. and then of course having this twig of a man on top of him when he was trying to read would be more than less ideal for chuuya himself, he's getting poked by all of dazai's sharp joints and being pushed way too far back against his chair and his book would've got crushed if he hadn't thrown it onto a nearby table just in time.

they both fucking know that dazai only tried this to try and annoy chuuya and they bicker about it for at least a good five minutes but at the same time, no one moves.

dazai doesn't get off after he's finished pissing his partner off and chuuya doesn't make an attempt to push him off. both of them are cramping up and no one is talking anymore and their backs hurt and god no this is still not comfortable. but they both still stay. maybe dazai even manages to get his head comfortably on chuuya's chest (unlikely) and maybe chuuya starts playing with a couple strands of dazai's hair. and maybe by some miracle (or maybe a curse) they manage to fall asleep like that, waking up in the morning even more sore and annoyed than before
