After touring, all he wants is to do is see her.

The softness of the blanket wrapped around her keeps her warm on the chilly Friday night. The rain falling outside taps softly on the window. The moon shines brightly in the charcoal sky, slipping through the window and softly illuminating the room. The soothing smell of lavender wafts through the small apartment as the candle sitting on the coffee table burns.

He gazes at her from the doorway. She sits on the couch, peacefully looking out the window. She hadn't even heard him come in. She seems to be lost in thought, staring out the window. He smiles, knowing she was only in the living area this close to midnight to see him when he came home. He almost hated to interrupt and lose sight of her focused look.

"Penny for your thoughts?" He spoke softly so as to not startle her.

She turns her gaze from the window to where the voice came from. How long had he stood there, staring?

"My thoughts cost more than that. I have rent to pay." She teases him, letting out a chuckle.

He laughs. He missed this. He missed her. It had been too long. His schedule barely gives him time to breathe, let alone be home. To be with her—the love of his life. The woman who is so patient with both him and his schedule.

She gets up, tugging the blanket closer to her body, and walks over to him. It's late. She thinks. She assesses the dark rings under his eyes and his wet hair and clothes from the pouring rain outside. She can tell he's trying to hide it but he's shivering slightly.

"Go take a warm shower. Are you hungry? I can make you something to eat while you're in the shower. Then we can get some rest." The words rush out of her mouth as she discards the blanket she had wrapped around her. She uses the discarded blanket to wipe the rain drops that littered his face.

He stares at her while she dotes over him. Cute. She's always worried about him. She has never complained, just taken the initiative and cared for him.

"Don't worry about that, I ate on the plane." She nods to acknowledge his words but seems to be in another world.

"You're still going to take a warm shower." Her voice is strong. There was no changing her mind.

"The rain is coming down hard enough to be considered a pressure wash. I have to be clean already." He jokes but the stern look she gives him as she rolls her eyes tells him all he needs to know. Don't try me.

He concedes, knowing she would not allow him to ignore her request. He makes his way through her room and to the attached bathroom. Running the shower at the warmest temperature, he peels off his wet clothing and steps under the tepid spray of water.

While he is showering, she is warming up some food she had kept in her refrigerator. She wasn't sure when he would be home so she had yet to make anything for either of them to eat, but she wouldn't be telling him that.

He saunters into the kitchen, having noticed she wasn't in the bedroom when he exited the shower, hair wet and sticking to his forehead. He didn't bother putting on a shirt, knowing he wouldn't sleep in one anyway. Standing next to the bar, he waits for her to turn around, confused as to what she was doing.

She knows he is there but pays him no mind, continuing to gather food for him despite his assurance from before. Turning towards him and placing the meal on the countertop, she encourages him to sit down by motioning to a stool tucked under the bar.

Taking a seat on the stool, he sends her a tired smile. He had been awake for most of the plane ride, having not quite been on a set sleep schedule. The love he has for her swells inside of him as he realizes just how much she cares—how she missed him as much as he had missed her.

She lays a kiss on his cheek before sitting next to him, leaning her head on his shoulder as she rests her eyes—or at least she thought she would rest her eyes, waiting for him to finish eating. It doesn't take long for him to notice that he breathing has evened out and her body is slumping against his own.

Finishing the last bit of food, he looks down at her, her features are soft and he could see her eyelids twitch as her eyes flick around them. She's gorgeous. He carefully moves his body to lift her into his arms, carrying her to the bedroom.

He gently maneuvers her body so he can pull back the sheets and tuck her underneath them. She stirs but does not seem to be awake. Once she is safely tucked in bed, he turns to make his way back out of the room to clean up the dish he left on her bar. He doesn't make it far as she reaches out to grab his hand before mumbling out a soft, "Don't leave again."

His face falls, knowing she was awake enough to catch his arm yet sleepy enough to believe he would leave her immediately after coming home. Home. He has always stayed over at her place, yet never called it home. No. She was home. Not her apartment—not without her.

He slips under the covers and pulls her against him, muted words attempt to come out of his lips, "I won't ever leave you." He can't say that though. He knows he will have to leave on another tour again—knows he will rarely get time to see you between schedules. He feels as if he doesn't deserve you but knows you would tell him otherwise. Sighing, he squeezes her closer and closes his eyes. He feels nothing but content as he holds his entire world in his arms and falls asleep.

you almost immediately regretted volunteering to participate in the staring contest. for one, you were on stage, which was something you hated by itself already, and you were also on stage, facing most likely thousands of people. yet another thing you strongly disliked. people.

yet you were feeling brave, and how often did someone get to participate in a staring contest against their bias from their favorite group?

so, here you were, standing two feet away from felix, doing your best not to blink. you tried to look everywhere but his eyes - his freckles, his hair, his nose, yet none of it seemed to be working, because your gaze would wander back. and every time it did, you got closer and closer to losing the challenge.

it also didn’t help that felix was slowly leaning in, to the point where you instinctively stepped back, only to be met with a hard as rock back. 

the fact that you were backed up didn’t stop his approach and his face was now inches away from your own. he casually placed his arms on either side of your head, trapping you in place. “what’s your name?” he asked casually, leaning in even closer, your noses brushing against each other. his gaze searched yours and you could feel the heat creeping up your neck.

“y/n.” you said, your voice cracking. you silently cursed it for failing you at the wrong time.

his lips were centimeters away now. and he began to lean in closer and you didn’t run away and-

blink. he grinned, removing his hands from both sides of your head. “i win.” he said smugly, taking several steps away from you. 

you continued to blink quickly, now feeling the wetness in your eyes roll down your cheek. felix reached up, wiping it away with his thumb. “we’ll see who wins next time.” he continued.

you know something bother me, Kalego says that only Balam and him are at rank 8. The professors must been at least at Rank 7 to be teachers.

And like Kalego says to Balam that only them are rank 8, it means that there are nobody at the same level. (but i'm sure that opera is rank 8 too, it's just that they're not a official teacher)

Rank 9 is Sullivan.

It means that all other teachers are rank 7, one rank higher that ameri.

I probably mean that there are a big gap between rank 9 and rank 7 :/

But and i'm sorry but i refuse to imagine that IFRIT is Rank 7 only. He's the security teacher, he's super powerful, he's the heir of a powerful power who exist from so long that even humans know Ifrit.

And Dantalion, we never see him fight but it's implied that he's powerful, he just used a dagger in the heartbreaker but let's be honest he's probably one of the most dangerous demons in the school.

It is ridiculous that a teacher is stronger than the literal security gaurd, and I'm sorry but dali has to be the strongest one between them like come on, he has OP vibes! And the difference between a teacher and a ruler of the underground is a level. I'm not sure who's overqualified/under qualified for whose job but it's just a bit ridiculous

But this system is explained to get harder to proceed in the higher level you get. It took azz to go up a level the same time it took iruma to go up 5 levels . So lord knows how long it'd take someone to go from 7 to 8

And like there must be sub-levels or something like that. Like you can't compare someone who just became a zayin (7) to someone who's about to become a chet (8) just because they're both on the level zayin (7). That's unfair.

And it's kinda odd that we don't see any demon outside of students try to change their level. Not even robin, who's a tad too enthusiastic about life to not try to change his level if possible, so maybe it isn't possible. Maybe the only way to change your level is through school, and after that that's it. Your level is set in stone.

And maybe that's why demon schools only allows you to graduate if you reach a certain level, because changing that level later on would be hard.

Or maybe you can re-enroll if you're that desperate to change your level, but who wants to be the only adult in a grade full of teens? To admit that they failed at what younger demons could?

Maybe demon level doesn't matter that much outside of school because they always change, for better or for worst. Maybe they're like grades or gpa, they only show your abilities when you were at school, not your current abilities.

So for someone to graduate as a tet (9) is a big deal, because it shows that one had great potential as a young demon, and their potential only grew as they grew older because, honestly, that's what's expected from them.

But for someone who graduated a vav (6), now that's a wild card. They either kept honing their skills after graduation, or they let go and only focused on the skills their job needed

Anyway, my point is if dali re-enrolled he'd graduate a tet (9) because he has OP vibes and he must be a tet or im losing my mind

In the second season of Touch, Jake and other people who have special gifts are referred to as members of the 36; throughout the episodes they are exploited for their capabilities and are hunted down by one who believes they hold too much power. The final episode features consideration of the Kabbalah and the mystical roots of the legend of the 36.

Lamedvavnik (Yiddish: למד־װאָװניק), is the Yiddish term for one of the 36 humble righteous ones or Tzadikim mentioned in kabbalah or Jewish mysticism. According to this teaching, at any given time there are at least 36 holy persons in the world who are Tzadikim. These holy people are hidden; i.e., nobody knows who they are. According to some versions of the story, they themselves may not know who they are.

For the sake of these 36 hidden saints, God preserves the world even if the rest of humanity has degenerated to the level of total barbarism. This is similar to the story of Sodom and Gomorrah in the Hebrew Bible, where God told Abraham that he would spare the city of Sodom if there was a quorum of at least 10 righteous men. Since nobody knows who the Lamedvavniks are, not even themselves, every Jew should act as if he or she might be one of them; i.e., lead a holy and humble life and pray for the sake of fellow human beings. It is also said that one of these 36 could potentially be the Jewish Messiah if the world is ready for them to reveal themselves. Otherwise, they live and die as an ordinary person. Yea I dont think ill personally play it either but if I do im sure I'd have fun with it.
