Nuggets de grão de bico e batata assada (?)

O nuggets está feio porque eu estava sem farinha de empanar, ficou branco véio e nem pensei em dar uma cor com açafrão.
Essa batata é porque ia fazer um pão que achei ter visto, mas na verdade não tinha (?) e saiu errado, obviamente. Então misturei batata na massa e transformei nisso pra não perder ingrediente. É basicamente batata cozida + farinha de aveia + temperos. Passei em um molhinho e assei!

Sobre o nuggets:
1• Hidratei 100g de grão de bico e processei com 50g de batata inglesa cozida + temperos: sal, páprica defumada, Chimichurri.
2• Moldei e passei em uma mistura de farinha de aveia + temperos. Deixei pegar consistência uns min. no congelador, empanei e assei na Airfryer.
Fim.
▷ Para hidratar o grão de bico você deixa de molho na água de um dia pro outro. Dizem que 2h tá bom, mas recomendo umas 6-8h pelo menos pra não ficar peidando.🕊️
▷Empanem com farinha de ROSCA, eu usei aveia em flocos finos e ficou branquelo feio.
▷Tempero a gosto, não economize! E a batata é OPCIONAL. Coloquei porque gosto, mas dá o ponto mesmo sem batata!!

Das duas refeições que fiz hoje, ambas incluíram esse biscoito de arroz aqui.
Ele é vegano e EU ACHEI ele mais crocante que o outro. Não sei explicar, mas fica a recomendação!

Quanto as minhas refeições, a primeira foi biscoito de arroz com guacamole no almoço/lanche e a segunda é biscoito de arroz com frango desfiado ao molho após academia.

This katsu was SO good and simple I gotta give you the recipe:
Ingredients:
Golden curry
Vegetable stock cube
Potatoes
Carrots
One onion
Method:
Dice one onion and chop potatoes and carrots (You figure out how many) I like chopping the veg all asymmetrical and chunky so it looks all ghibli
Heat olive oil in saucepan and put the onions, potatoes and carrots for five minutes
Fill about 2/3 of the pan with water a with a vegetable stock cube and boil for 15 minutes
Throw in about 3 golden curry cubes until they've dissolved and it's the thickness that you like.
That's it!
Eating this SO MUCH lately I heckin’ love katsu but usually make it differently, this is way simpler and there’s always too much so I’ve been putting it in the fridge and heating it up with a bit of water again the next day.
✨And of course you gotta have the sushi rice with it✨

Favorite Meals
I'm learning to love food for all that it is, from the cooking process to how it nourishes my body. Being involved with fresh ingredients and mindfully preparing my meals helps with my propensity to binge, so here's a list of stuff I love to make 💚✨️
Vegan BL(s)T: Whole grain bread, vegan mayo (store-bought or homemade WFPB), spinach, tomato, marinated tofu "bacon"
Burrito Bowls: Shredded tofu, black beans, corn, tomato, red onion, garlic, jalapeño, lime, rice, taco seasoning
Air Fried Tempeh: Tempeh, vegan Buffalo sauce, panko bread crumbs
Dubu-jorim (banchan): extra firm silken tofu, soy sauce, garlic, gochugaru, brown sugar, sesame oil, green onion
Stir-Fry: Brown rice noodles, garlic, soy sauce, Sriracha, sugar, frozen veggie mix, soy curl "chicken"
Bibimbap: Brown rice, carrot, soybean sprouts, spinach, mushrooms, tofu, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper
Pasta Salad: Chickpea pasta, vegan mayo, red onion, red bell pepper, peas, carrots, paprika, onion powder, black pepper
Cauliflower Wings: Purple cauliflower, flour, soy milk, spices of choice
Kimbap: Seaweed sheets, rice, sesame oil, pickled radish, spinach, carrots, fried tofu, vegan spam
