𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | Last year the food court in @westfieldlondon got a major revamp, bringing in some big names and also some new. @sabrosorestaurants are one of the newbies, from the @lima_london family. It’s Venezuelan food don’t very well at a fast paced level in a very busy shopping mall. They’ve got arepas in different combos, and we tried the beef with cheese, and chicken with avocado, which you can get as one large arepa, or a mini size to try a few at the same time. Fairly new to the menu are the sweet and spicy wings (that’s a choice of either) and they are very nice! The sweet are sticky, the spicy are full of flavour, I’m a big fan. Also, they’ve got a hot dog on the menu with crispy onions, ketchup, and mustard. I’m a sucker for a frankfurter, and this gave me exactly the sensation I wanted. But believe it or not, my favourite dishes were my least expected. The salmon poké bowl was aMAZing, accompanied by plantain crisps and crispy shallots. I’ve never really been into poké much before but this has definitely converted me. The 2nd favourite was the beef rice bowl. That braised beef was delicious, and came with ripe plantains and a mini arepa. They also serve this traditional Venezuelan lemonade which is brown in colour, but was v nice! CUANDO UN CLIENTE QUIERE DENIGRAR TU TRABAJO. - Un cliente me preguntó cuánto le salía una serenata para el cumple años de su esposa y le dije: $700 (solista) - Me dijo ¿Por una simple serenata? Es mucho!! Sí solo vas a cantar cancioncitas y ya!! *¿Cuánto pensaba que le saldría? - Por lo mucho $200, solo es cantar!! *Por los $200 hágalo usted mismo! - Es que yo nosé me dijo. *Por $ 200 te doy una clase de ARPA y canto así además de ahorrarte 500 tendrás conocimiento para la próxima vez que lo requieras (nadie aprende con una clase) *Le pareció bien y aceptó; le dije lo primero es que traigas tu Arpa para que te pueda enseñar -Pero yo no tengo un arpa y no voy a comprar una por una simple serenata *Bueno por $300 más te alquilo una de mis arpas. (Solo para la serenata) - Bueno está bien (me dice ya no tan convencido) * Listo el viernes vienes para que te de mis conocimientos - Yo el viernes no puedo! ahora si tengo tiempo. *Pero hoy yo no tengo tiempo para enseñarte y prestarte mi arpa. Además te falta comprar uñas postizas, afinador y un juego nuevo de cuerdas. - Huy no! ir al centro solo por esas pequeñas cosas me parece exagerado por la gasolina y tiempo que invertiré!! ¿Tú tienes, ahí podrás venderme de tus cosas? *Esta bien solo porque quiero que veas las cosas como son te voy a vender mis accesorios y ya después yo compro otros, pero se puntual porque tengo que trabajar; te veo alas 9am para empezar con todo las clases. - Sabes que es muy temprano mejor te doy los $700, ya hice mis cuentas y me va a salir más caro, además a mí me da pena pararme a cantar frente a la gente y ni me sé las canciones. CONCLUSIÓN! No solo cobro por pararme a cantar cancioncitas o una simple serenata.
