The Ace in the Deck (Vincent Nigel Murray x Gender Neutral! Reader)
Plot:  I was wondering if you could write a Vincent Nigel Murray x ace!reader imagine, where the two are friends and the reader comes out to Vincent but they are scared of how he will react. Love your writing btw.
For a long time, you had known that you were asexual. You hadn’t been exactly open about it, but you weren’t exactly keeping it locked up in your basement, either. At points you felt it wasn’t necessary for anyone to really know if you weren’t dating them but other time you thought that coming out was a good idea. After a while of struggling to figure out what you wanted to do, you decided that you wanted to tell people.
Which lead you to deciding to come out to Vincent. You prepared what you were going to say, and responses to possible questions he would ask. The two of you were planning to go shopping at the mall together and you decided that today is the day you were going through with it.
When Vincent had bought a few new pairs of pants and you had bought a couple shirts, you just went for it. You were waiting in line for a snack in the food court when you approached him about it.
“Vincent, I’ve been meaning to tell you something,” You started, trailing off and waiting for him to show a sign that he was paying attention to you.
“What do you need to say, (Y/N)?” He questioned, glancing to you before looking back at the different snacks he could buy.
“I’m asexual!” you blurted, rubbing your arm and looking at him for a response.
“Really? I have a fact for that,” Vincent said, turning to look you in the eyes.
“Of course you do,” you laughed, glad to hear that Vincent didn’t need an explanation. He already knew what it meant, which meant less stress on you.
“Did you knew that 1% of the adult population is asexual?” Vincent asked you.
“Well, for once, yes I did know that!”
Vincent laughed and you smiled. You were happy he was your best friend.

The Reunion in the Bar (Vincent Nigel Murray x Gender Neutral! Reader)
Plot: When you start writing again can you possibly do 19 and 20 for Vincent Nigel murray possibly with some fluffy flashbacks included thanks
 19. “I don’t come here often, it brings back unwanted memories.”
20. “They told me I’d forget about you; that I’d move on but it’s been three years and here I am.”
You stood at the entrance of the Founding Fathers. A place you used to frequently visit with your friends. But, Temperance had requested that you come and talk to her and Seeley.
You took a deep breath and walked in.
The bells on the door jingled and you saw a few people turn to look at you. You walked through, dodging chairs and bodies while searching for Temperance and Seeley. Before you could reach the other side of the bar someone got pushed into you. You helped steady them on their feet and quickly realized that it was
“(Y/N)? I haven’t seen you here for a while, why are you here?” Vincent asked, brushing his clothes and releasing himself from your grip.
“I don’t come here often, it brings back unwanted memories.”
The memories were unwanted, but they were all good ones. You liked the memories themselves but what you didn’t like was the feeling you had once you snapped back into reality.
---
Another hard case had been solved and to celebrate, as the team usually did, everyone was going to the Founding Fathers for a few drinks. Vincent had worked on the case with you this time so you were particularly excited. The two of you drove there together and you decided to let him get as drunk as he wanted and you were going to drive the both of you to his house after everyone was done.
Smiling, you watched Vincent as he went and got another drink. He was already tipsy but that only meant he was more adorable than usual. Vincent was a clingy drunk. As he came back over, his drink in hand, you smiled at him. You could pretty much see him melt then and there. When he finally reached you he kissed your cheek and leaned his head on your shoulder, causing you to grab his empty hand.
---
Cutting back into reality, you shook your head and turned to where Vincent had been pushed from, only too see Angela and Temperance. With no Seeley in sight, you ignored whatever Vincent had to say and walked to them.
“Angela, I wasn’t expecting you here today,” You said, crossing your arms and tapping your foot.
“Hello to you too, (Y/N),” Angela said with a smirk on her face.
“And what exactly is this supposed to be?” You asked, very not pleased with what they were plotting.
“(Y/N) I think you are well aware of what is happening,” Temperance explained.
“Um, if I may interrupt I don’t think they want this to be happening-”
“Of course I don’t want this happening!  They told me I’d forget about you; that I’d move on but it’s been three years and here I am!” You exclaimed.
“You still...” Vincent trailed off.
“Yes! I still like you Vince! I’ve tried so hard to stop. It’s been three long years of not dating anyone because I’m still hung up on you! And I’m so, so tired of it.”
“You two could try being in a romantic relationship again?” Temperance offered as an option, to which Angela pulled her away. The space they gave was much needed.
“Vincent, I just... I broke us up because I thought you had something going for you. I didn’t want to hold you back and... even though I was the one to stop us I regret it. I’m sorry,” You explained, rubbing your arm.
“(Y/N)... are you aware of the fact that 50% of couples break up and then get back together?” Vincent asked, fiddling with his hands and looking you in the eye.
“I think I’d like to give us another try, too.”
